        Chlorpyrifos 및 Chlorothalonil의 사과 생산단계별 잔류특성

        사과의 생산단계에서의 잔류허용기준 설정과 최종 소비단계에서의 안전성 평가자료로 활용하기 위하여 사과에 많이 살포되는 살충제 chlorpyrifos 및 살균제 chlorothalonil의 사과 재배기간 중 생물학적 반감기, 보관방법에 따른 잔류량 변화 그리고 부위별 잔류량 분포를 조사하였다. 사과 재배단계에서의 생물학적반감기는 chlorpyrifos 살포 후 15일, chlorothalonil 살포 후 30일까지의 잔류량 변화를 조사한 결과 chlorpyrifos 9.3일, chlorothalonil 32.2일로 나타났다. 사과의 유통과정중에서 일어날 수 있는 두 약제의 잔류량 변화는 실온저장시 chlorpyrifos 35일, chlorothalonil 56.3일이었고, 냉장 저장시에는 chlorpyrifos 120.7일, chlorothalonil 182.2일의 반감기를 나타내었다. 사과의 부의별 잔류량을 조사한 결과 chlorpyrifos의 경우 움푹 파인 부위의 과피 77.1%, 나머지 과피 22.8%, 과육 부위에서는 0.1%로 나타났고, chlorothalonil의 경우 움푹 파인 부위의 과피 85.2%, 나머지 과피 10.4%, 과육 부위에서 4.4%로 나타났다. 사과 중 두 약제의 잔류량은 대부분인 95~99%과 과피에 잔류하는 것으로 나타났다. An organophosphorus insecticide, chlorpyrifos and an arylnitrile fungicide, chlorothalonil commonly used for apple were subjected to a residual investigation under field conditions to ensure safety of terminal residues at harvest. After pesticides were applied at standard rate in apple tree for 15 days for chlorpyrifos and 30 days for chlorothalonil, persistence of their residues in apple was investigated by several interval. At harvest, residual concentrations of chlorpyrifos and chlorothalonil in apple were 1.3 and 2.4 ㎎/㎏, respectively, and the residue levels were higher than MRL, 1.0 ㎎/㎏ in Korea. As well fitted by the first -oder kinetics, biological half-lives of the pesticide residues in apple were 9.3 days for chlorpyrifos and 32.2 days for chlorothalonil. During the storage, half-lives of chlorpyrifos and chlorothalonil were 35.0 and 56.3 days at room temperature, and 120.7 and 182.8 days at 4℃, respectively. Distribution of chlorpyrifos residue in flesh, fruit skin and stalk cavity of each apple corresponded to 0.1% 22.8% and 77.1% respectively. In case of chlorothalonil, residue in flesh, fruit skin and stalk cavity was 4.4%, 10.4% and 85.2%, respectively.

        상추의 생산단계별 Chlorpyrifos 및 Procymidone의 잔류허용기준 설정

        상추의 생산단계에서의 잔류허용기준 설정과 최종 소비단계에서의 안전성 평가자료로 활용하기 위하여 지금까지 상추수확물에서의 잔류수준과 검출빈도가 높은 것으로 알려진 살충제 chlorpyrifos 및 살균제 procymidone의 포장상태에서의 생물학적 반감기, 보관상태에 따른 잔류량 변화 그리고 세척형태에 따른 제거율을 조사하였다. 시설재배포장에서 상추중 두 약제의 살포농도별 생물학적 반감기를 측정한 결과 기준량 살포의 경우 chlorpyrifos 1.2일 및 procymidone 1.3일, 배량살포의 경우에는 chlorpyrifos 1.5일 및 procymidone 2.6일로 나타났다. 유통과정중에서 일어날 수 있는 두 가지 농약의 잔류량 변화를 알아보기 위해서 실온(20℃) 및 냉장(4℃) 상태로 보관하면서 두 약제의 잔류량 변화를 조사한 결과 반감기는 실온저장시 chlorpyrifos 3.8일, procymidone 7.2일이었고, 냉장저장시에는 chlorpyrifos 12.4일, procymidone 20.9일로 나타나 두 약제 모두 실온저장보다 냉장저장시 잔류량의 감소가 훨씬 느린 것으로 나타났다. 세척방법에 의한 잔류농약의 감소량을 조사한 결과 세제 사용시의 평균 제거율은 chlorpyrifos 48.3%, procymidone 52.6%로 나타났고, 물 사용시에는 chlorpyrifos 31.3%, procymidone 38.1%로 나타났다. Two pesticides commonly used for lettuce cultivation including chlorpyrifos and procymidone were subjected to a field residue trial to ensure safety of terminal residues in the harvest. After pesticides were applied at standard and double rates in a foliar spray, leaf persistence of their residues was investigated for 10 days prior to harvest. Even though far exceeded the tolerances, initial leaf residues were rapidly dissipated with time and remained only 0.4~7.2% of the residues in the harvest. As well fitted by the first-order kinetics, biological half-lives of the pesticide residues in lettuce leaves ranged 1.2~2.6 days. Slow dissipation of the residues in the harvest was observed during storage at room temperature and 4℃ for 7 days. Portions of dislodgeable residues which resided in detergent washings decreased as time elapsed. Patterns in dissipation and distribution of dislodgeable residues were not largely affected by the application rate of pesticides. It is concluded that timing of pesticide application, that is, pre-harvest interval would be the first factor to determine the terminal residue level in edible portions of lettuce.

      • Effects of Acid Deposition on Cultural Properties and Materials in East Asia

        The material exposure experiments have been carried out to evaluate the relationship between air pollution and material corrosion rate with the cooperation of the researchers in Japan, China, Korea since 1993. The test materials such as bronze, copper, marble, carbon steel, and urushi have been exposed under outdoor and indoor conditions at 23 sampling sites in East Asia. At the same time and places, the concentration of SO₂ and NO₂has been measured simultaneously with the passive sampler. Qualitative and quantitative atmospheric corrosion was estimated from the damage caused to bronze, copper, steel, marble, cedar, cypress and urushi (Japanese lacquer) plates, exposed to outdoor and indoor airs in some cities of East Asia. Brochantite and cuprite were formed on copper at sites where the sulfur dioxide concentrations were high, and basic cupric nitrate and cuprite at sites where nitrogen dioxide concentrations were high. Gypsum was formed on marble pieces exposed to indoor air at all sites but was not found on the pieces exposed to outdoor air. Goethite, lepidocrocite, hematite and magnetite were formed on the steel plates. However, no akaganeite, formed in chloric atmosphere, was observed on the plates. The effects of atmosphericand meteorological factors on the damage to copper plates and marble pieces in several cities in East Asia were estimated using regression analysis. The results indicate that sulfur dioxide is the most destructive of materials especially in China and South Korea. In Japan copper plates may be damaged under natural conditions and by sea salt. Copper may also be damaged by surface deposition of sulfur and chlorine. Marble may be substantially degraded by gaseous sulfur dioxide but sulfate ions in rain had no effect. The analysis of air pollution from the point of view of material damage was very useful in evaluating and visualizing the intensity of air pollution in East Asia.

        A Study on the Pressure Distribution of an Infinite-Width Journal Bearing by Using Finite Element Method By using the finite element method, pressure distribution of a infinite-width journal bearing is studied. Reynold's equation applied to Variational Principle and the solution of the approprite matrix equation is calculated by computer. The results of this study is summarized as follows: 1. The circumferential pressure distribution obtained by F.E.M. almost coincides with the theoretical solution. 2. In the circumferential pressure distribution obtained by F.E.M., the small eccentricity ratio(ε) is far more exact than the large eccentricity ratio. 3. The more it increases the number of unknown constants and of elements, the more it coincides with the theoretical solution in the circumferential pressure distribution.

      • 합천호에서의 Microcystis aeruginosa, 방선균과 이취미 물질과의 상관성

        The purpose of this study was to identify the occurrences of the the three causative agents, geosmin, 2-MIB, β-cyclocitral and quantitate the metabolites from the beginning of agal bloom to their end, and figure out a relationship between the numbers of actinomycetes or Microcystis aeruginosa and geosmin, 2-MIB, β-cyclocitral in Reservoir Hapchon. M. aeruginosa was dominated during the algal bloom from June to August and correlated significantly with the quantities of β-cyclocitral(r=0.91), while the population densities of actinomycetes was not correlated significantly(r=0.49) at the same time. Consequently, M. aeruginosa which produced large quantities of β-cyclocitral was responsible for the odor and taste problem in Reservoir Hapchon.

      • 음모이에 의한 안검염 1예

        이(lice)는 인체에 기생하면서 그들의 생활을 영위하고 여러 가지 질병을 전파하는 매개체로서 널리 알려져 온절족동물의 일종이다. 과거에는 인체에 발생하는 많은 질병의 매개체가 되었으나 그동안 의식주의 개선,공중 및 개인위생의 향상으로 최근에는 인체기생의 빈도가 많이 줄었으며 따라서 이에 의한 질병의 발생도 많이 감소하였다. 더욱이 안검을 침범한 음모이의 국내에 보고된 증례는 1976년 백 등이 보고한 2례, 1977년 신 등이 보고한 1례, 1996년 이 등이 보고한 1례, 1997년 김 등의 1례로 총 5례 뿐이다. 저자들은 세극등과 광학현미경 검사로 음모이에 의한 안검염으로 확진한후,세극등을 이용한 물리적 제거와 항생제 안약 및 연고의 도포를 하며 총 4주간 추적관찰을 하였으며 이 기간동안추가적인 음모이의 성충이나 충란의 발견이 없는 좋은 치료 결과를 경헝하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. We have experienced with a rare case of blepharitis caused by pubic lice, which was confirmed by slit-lamp and light microscopic examinations and resulted with a good outcome with appropriate treatment as follows. A two year old male child complained of foreign body sensations bilaterally, and an itching sensation at both upper and lower eyelids for 2 months. He was diagnosed with blepharitis caused by pubic lice after observation of adult louse and nits on slit-lamp examination. The treatment was accomplished by mechanical removal of the lices and nits by forceps and antibiotic eyedrops and ointment were applied to both eyes. The morphologic evaluation was performed with slit-lamp and light microscopy. The follow-up interval was a week for next one month and no louse or nit was found under slit-lamp examination. So we decided that the pubic lice was completely removed.

      • 헤르페스 각막염 후 발생한 각막 신생혈관에서 Bevacizumab 점안액 적용 1예

        각막 신생혈관은 각막의 염증성,허혈성 변성,외상성 질환 등에 의해 혈관형성인자와 혈관형성억제인자의 균형이 깨지면서 발생하며, VEGF가 각막의 신생혈관 형성에 중요한 역할을 한다. 64세 남자환자로 헤르페스 바이러스 감염 후 각막 염증이 지속되면서 각막의 전 영역에 신생혈관이 발생하였으며, 이로 인한각막혼탁으로 시력저하를 호소하였다. 신생혈관 억제를 위해 단기간동안 VEGF 억제제인 1.25% bevacizumab을 하루에 2회 점안 후 반복적으로 시력측정과 세극등검사를 시행하였다. 4개월 점안 후 각막 신생혈관이 억제되고 각막 혼탁이 호전되는 것을 확인하고 이를 보고하는 바이다. Corneal neovascularization occur as a result of disequilibrium between angiogenic and antiangiogenic stimuli, caused by inflammation, ischemia and truama. VEFG is a important factor of corneal neovascularization. 64 year-old man with herpetic keratitis presented with a complant of decreased vision. He also presented with ocular surface inflammation and corneal new vessels on the whole cornea. He received 1.25% topical bevacizumab twice daily that is directed against VGEF. Ophthalmic evaluation included visual acuity and slit-lamp examination. 4 months later, topically administered bevacizumab reduces corneal new vessles and corneal opacity

        This paper design a pole placement PID self-tuning controller utilizing the method of a neural network in the plant parameter estimation. An algorithm based on least square optimization method, and shown here that a Hopfield network can be applied to least square estimation. The Plant constitute second order linear time invariant plant. The results compared obtained those method with conventional PID control method.

        인슐린 비의존성 당뇨병에 동반된 심상성 천포창 1 례

        저자들은 인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병 환자에서 통증성 구강내 미란 및 전신성 수포성 미란을 동반한 심상성 천포창 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Various skin conditions such as diabetic dermopathy, necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum, bullosis diabeticorum, granuloma annulare occur frequently in diabetes, although common lesions may be associated by chance. Pemphigus vulgaris(PV) is a blistering skin disease seen predominantly in elderly patients. This disorder is characterized by the loss of cohesion between epidermal cells with the resultant formation of intraepidermal blisters. These blisters rupture easily, leaving denuded areases that may crust and enlarge peripherally. In half or more of patients, lesions begin in the mouth: approximately 90% of patients have oromucosal involvement at some time during the course of their disease. But the relationship of this disorder with diabetes is not clear. We experienced a case of pemphigus vulgaris associated with NIDDM in 67 years old woman who was admitted due to painful oral ulcer and control of blood glucose, so we present this case with a review of literatures.
