        척추 압박골절의 체위를 이용한 정복술

        12l patients with cervical(45 patients). thoracolumbar(76 patients) compression or mild burst fractures from January 1984 to December 1994 were studied : 98 patients were treated postural reduction with hyperextension posture and 23 patients were with postural reduction and surgical methods We compared the initial and post-reduction compression height ratio. wedge angls and kyphosis angle of compression fractures The results were not only expansion of a compressed vertebral body but also successful fusion. The neurological recovery status according to Frankei classification was also improved after postural reduction. Most of the compression fractures or stable burst fractures of the cervical. thoracolumbar spines can be restored by the postural reduction

      • 항공운송에 관한 비행안전기구의 제도적 연구

        인류는 항공기의 발달과정에서 많은 희생을 감수하면서 그 운영과 장비에서 꾸준히 연구하고 노력하였다. 그러나 항공운송의 장래는 다른 모든 교통수단에 비해 그 신장율이 단연 앞서게 될것이고 이 요구를 충족시키기 위해서 숙련된 더 많은 조종사, 관제사, 정비사 그리고 국제적 협력기구가 요구될 것이므로 항공운송산업의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 적절한 국제적 협력기구가 무엇보다 긴요한 시점에 와 있다고 본다. 1919년 파리조약이 체결되고 그에따라 ICAN이 1922년 설립되면서 비행 안전을 위한 국제협력기구가 탄생되었는데 이것이 민간항공운송의 안전과 발전을 도모하는 ICAO의 기초가 되었다고 볼수 있으며 본론에서 국제항공산업의 발전과 안전을 위한 국제기구를 검토하고 체약국 특히 미국의 FAA 및 NTSB와 비교분석하므로서 이 분야의 제도적 연구에 기여하고자 한다. Lives of human have been unnecessarily lost, and we believe that more will be lost in the future, unless greater efforts are made to improve the general level of safety to that achieved by the best operators of the best aircraft. We know that the hopes for future citilization are in the air. And the ever-increasing use of the airplane in air transportation calls for a continual supply of properly trained pilots, air traffic controllers, mechanics, navigation aid equipment and international cooperation systems. The safety of air transport depends critically on the makers, the regulators and the controllers, but the first line is in the hands of the operators and harmony of organization. Paris convention concluded in 1919 and ICAN estabilished in 1922 for the permanent international administration. Through these convention and organization, we have experienced the international cooperation in civil air transportation and they provide basis for the present ICAO. Here I have described various problems to be contributed to find the point of improvement, by the considering of the organization for aircraft safety and international cooperation systems comparing with ICAO and FAA in U.S

      • FA200의 效率的인 燃料使用에 關한 硏究

        航空機 運航을 經濟的으로 實施하기 위해서는 航空機의 重量을 減少시키고 抵抗도 적게해야 하는 것은 물론 燃料의 손실을 적게하기 위한 發動機의 出現이 要求되고 있으며 航空燃料를 可能한 한 節約하고 燃料效率을 높이는 것도 꾸준히 硏究가 계속되어야 할 것이다. 特히 왕복식 engine을 가진 8,000LB 以下의 一般航空(general aviation)에서 젯트機나 大型 航空機에 比해 그 必要性이 크게 인식되어 있지 못한 現實에서는 氣溫, ?度, 標高等 자연환경을 ? 含, 燃料效率을 最大로 높여야 하는 문제가 一般 航空機를 運用하는 操縱士에게 새롭게 인식되어야 하겠으며 理論을 근거로 하여 實際에서 깊이 고려되고 적용되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 이 論文에서는 本大學에서 訓練飛行에 使用하고 있는 航空機(FA 200, HL 1042, HL 1046)의 燃料消耗를 比較하고 大氣條件을 ?含하여 飛行種類別로 rate of fuel consmption을 分析하여 봄으로서 訓練飛行에서의 fuel efficiency를 硏究하기로 한다. Many studies were conducted by the nations for increasing the aircraft's fuel efficiency included composite applications for weight reduction, drag reduction through clean-up and fairing additions, engine modifications to reduce thrust specific fuel consumption, and even added collection systems to eliminate small fuel losses. Over the next several years We are able to expect that there will be a very rapid improvement in the fuel efficiency of aircrafts and fuel saving technology applications, or comprehensive fuel conservation program. If general aviation(One or two reciprocating engines and gross weights less than 8,000Ib) is to continue without restriction, there must be a conserted attempt to design future aircraft with fuel efficiency as an uppermost consideration. Although our flight training always includes considerable study of effects of fuel and natural environment (Temperature, Humidity and Elevation) a surprisingly large percentage of the pilot population fails to make the connection between the theory and it's application to there actual flying. In fact, even if we do lot of flight training in our college we may not have enough opportunity to observe that basis of any physical theory and an experimental result of fuel consumption. Here I have described various problems to be contributed to the field of fuel efficiency of small aircraft by theconsidering of fuel consumption of training airplane in the college comparing with FA 2000, HL 1042 and HL 1046 including of the effects of air density.

      • 航空大學 訓練飛行機의 燃料 消耗實態 分析

        初期의 航空機 발달과정에서는 氣象을 극복한다든지 燃料를 節約하는 문제는 생각하기 어려웠으며 단지 速度를 빠르게 하는 것, 高空으로 올라갈 수 있는 것. 먼 距離로 飛行할수 있는 것 등의 基本的인 것이 관심의 對象이었고 力學的으로 抵抗을 적게 하고 무게를 가볍게 한다든지 燃料損失을 적게하는 效率性은 硏究에 포함시킬 수 없었다. 그러나 航空機가 發達됨에 따라 航空機 運用의 經濟性으로 보아 燃料를 節約하는 技術이 要求되었고 效率的인 使用方法이 必要하게 되었다. 本論에서 航空大學에서 使用하고 있는 主 訓鍊機인 FA 200과 PA 32-300(piper cherokee)全部에 對한 燃料消耗를 그 任?別로 比較 分析함으로서 效率的인 燃料使用 方案을 摸索하였다. During the early of development of aircraft, great importances such as speed, high altitude, and range were foremost in the mind of human while little thought or effort was directed toward giving the aircraft an all weather capability of fuel saving problem. And the early flights of heavier-than-air aircraft were performed without any efforts of efficient fuel consumption, weight reduction, drag reduction, and even added collection systems to eliminate small fuel losses. Since the jet age came into being in the world, the aircraft industry directed most of its efforts toward the development of jet propulsion for military planes. But commercial aviation was not slow to take adventage of the research and development that had brought the jet engine to an advanced stage of operational perfection. Under the such circumstance of aircraft development, general aviation was to continue without restriction for fuel saving technology applications, and there must be a conserted attempt to design future aircraft with fuel efficiency as an uppermost consideration. I indicated in my last report that even if we do a lot of flight training in our college we may not have enough opportunity to observe that basis of any physical theory and an experimental result of fuel consumption. Once again I have described various problems to be contributed to the field of fucl efficiency of small aircraft by considering of fuel consumption of training airplanes in aviation college.

        운항 황경 변화 요인에 관한 연구

        항공기 운항과 관련한 환경의 변화는 다른 분야의 환경보다 그 속도가 빠르고 변화의 폭이 크다고 할 수 있다. 약 1세기 동안에 항공기 개발기술은 실로 놀라운 변화를 거듭해 왔으며 전자시스템의 도입으로 수 십년 전에는 상상조차 할 수 없었던 일들이 현실로 나타나게 되었다. 본 논문은 이러한 환경변화 가운데 비행안전이라는 목표를 실현하기 위해 우선적으로 항공기 운항과 관련한 환경변화 요인들에 내포되어 있는 문제점들을 분석하고자 하였으며 장비개발 및 Human Factor, 항공교통 관제 및 항공기 운항 그리고 조종사 관리 및 조종 환경으로 분야를 나누어 요인 분석을 함으로써 현재와 미래를 통해 예상되는 문제점들을 도출하였다. 또한 항공기 사고사례를 분석하여 공통되는 요인을 도출, 이를 문제점으로 제시하였다. 이러한 문제점들에 대한 대책에 관한 연구는 항공기 운항 분야의 발전과 비행안전을 위해 계속해서 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

        두부손상시 발견된 뇌혈관질환

        Five separate incidences of patients with cerebrovascular disease(CVD) were revealed among 555 craniocerebral traumatic victims between 1991 and 1992. The 5 cases of with cerebrovascular disease revealed included 3 aneuryms. 1 arteriovenous malformation and 1 spontaneous intracerebral hematoma caused by angiographic study. The frequent use of computerized tomographic scans in the evaluation of head-injured victims can well demonstrate an intracerebral hemmorrhage, but may not get able to direct the associated cerebrovascular disease;whereas the efficacy of angiography, on the contrary, has been losing its popularity as diagnostic armamentarium. The importance of angiographic study should be considered, if clinical signs and/or brain CT ideate the possibility of cerebrovasular disease even during the course of head injury management.

        소뇌에 발생한 과립구성 육종 : 증례보고

        Granulocytic sarcoma, a rare extramedullary solid tumor arising from early myeloid precursors, is capable of invading the meninges or the brain parenchyma. The tumor may occur during or after the onset of systemic myelogenous leukemia. On rare occasions, the tumor may evolve before the onset of systemic myelogenous leukemia. Children are affected more often than adults, but sex is not related. Although no definite target area of the brain can be demonstrated, there may be some predilection of the tumor for the posterior fossa. The authors report a case of 4-year-old-boy with granulocytic sarcoma occuring in the posterior fossa presenting with gait disturbance and torticollis. The patient was treated by surgical removal of the tumor, thereby avoiding the potentially lethal complication of a posterior fassa mass. This rare case is reported together a review of the literature.

        척수로 전이된 후두엽 다형성 교아세포종 : 증례보고 A Case Report

        The tendency of glioblastoma to metastasize to the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) is well documented, reaching approximately 20% in autopsy series. Nevertheless, clinical symptoms from spinal seeding seem to be infrequent or are at least rarely diagnosed. The authors report a case of 41-year old female patient with a cerebral glioblastoma multiform who developed paraplegia due to a pathologically confirmed spinal matastasis.

        재발한 희돌기 교세포종에 대한 BCNU-CDDP 연속정주 화학요법

        Eight patients with recurrent oligodendroglioma were treated with 1.3-bis(2-chloroethyl) nitrosourea(BCNU) and CDDP continuous infusion chemotherapy. They were 5 with benign oligodendrogliomas and 3 with anaplastic oligodendrogliomas. All the recurrent tumors had been treated with surgery and radiotherapy. Four patients had already received chemotherapy with ACNU. Seven of them showed response to continuous infusion chemotherapy. The time from the response to progression was 15 to 67 weeks. No severe complication of the chemotherapy was found. In conclusion, BCNU-CDDP continuous infusion chemotherapy is an effective treatment modality in recurrent oligodendrogliomas.
