Simulating Study of the Effects of the Color Pump Noise on the Two-mode Laser System
Youlin Xiang,Ping He,Shan Du,Zucheng Dai 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Signal Processing, Image Vol.8 No.8
The color pump noise has been introduced into a two-mode laser system and its effects on the laser system in both homogeneously and inhomogeneously broadened media have been studied. The results show that the correlation time of the color pump noise can make the distribution of the laser intensity concentrate in the region where the laser intensity have larger values, enhance the mean of the laser intensity and stabilize the the system in a homogeneously broadened two-mode laser system; meanwhile, it strengthen the laser intensity of the stronger mode, recedes the laser intensity of the weaker mode and increases the competition between two mode in a inhomogeneously broadened two-mode laser system. Comparatively, it more clear that the influences of the color pump noise on the statistical properties of laser system in inhomogeneously broadened media than that in homogeneously broadened media.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to construct a recombinant adenovirus vector carrying mouse 4-1BBL and observe its effects in dendritic cells. Materials and Methods: Mouse 4-1BBL cDNA was taken from the plasmid pcDNA3-m4-1BBL and subcloned into adenovirus shuttle plasmid pAdTrack-CMV, and then transformed into competent BJ5183 with plasmid pAdEasy-1. After recombination in E. coli, Ad-4-1BBL was packaged and amplified in HEK 293 cells. The expression of 4-1BBL in Ad-4-1BBL-transfected mouse prostate cancer cell line RM-1was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot. After the co-culture of dendritic cells (DCs) with Ad-4-1BBLtransfected RM-1 cells, interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-12 production were assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and co-stimulatary moleculs (CD80 and CD86) on DCs were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results: The levels of IL-6 (3,960 pg/mL) and IL-12 (249 pg/mL) production in Ad-m4-1BBL-pulsed DCs were more than those in none-pulsed DCs. The differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05). The expression of co-stimulatary molecules (CD80 and CD86) was up-regulated in Ad-m4-1BBL-pulsed DCs. Conclusion: The results indicated the recombinant mouse 4-1BBL can effectively activate DCs.

The Effect of Different Inflows on the Unsteady Hydrodynamic Characteristics of a Mixed Flow Pump
Yun, Long,Dezhong, Wang,Junlian, Yin,Youlin, Cai,Chao, Feng Korean Society for Fluid machinery 2017 International journal of fluid machinery and syste Vol.10 No.2
The problem of non-uniform inflow exists in many practical engineering applications, such as the elbow suction pipe of waterjet pump and, the channel head of steam generator which is directly connect with reactor coolant pump. Generally, pumps are identical designs and are selected based on performance under uniform inflow with the straight pipe, but actually non-uniform suction flow is induced by upstream equipment. In this paper, CFD approach was employed to analyze unsteady hydrodynamic characteristics of reactor coolant pumps with different inflows. The Reynolds-averaged Naiver-Stokes equations with the $k-{\varepsilon}$ turbulence model were solved by the computational fluid dynamics software CFX to conduct the steady and unsteady numerical simulation. The numerical results of the straight pipe and channel head were validated with experimental data for the heads at different flow coefficients. In the nominal flow rate, the head of the pump with the channel head decreases by 1.19% when compared to the straight pipe. The complicated structure of channel head induces the inlet flow non-uniform. The non-uniformity of the inflow induces the difference of vorticity distribution at the outlet of the pump. The variation law of blade to blade velocity at different flow rate and the difference of blade to blade velocity with different inflow are researched. The effects of non-uniform inflow on radial forces are absolutely different from the uniform inflow. For the radial forces at the frequency $f_R$, the corresponding amplitude of channel head are higher than the straight pipe at $1.0{\Phi}_d$ and $1.2{\Phi}_d$ flow rates, and the corresponding amplitude of channel head are lower than the straight pipe at $0.8{\Phi}_d$ flow rates.

The influence factors on CeSn0.8W0.6Ox/TiO2 for catalytic removals of NO, CO and C3H8
Guorong Sui,Zhiwei Xue,Dan Zhou,Yan Wang,Yuesong Shen,Yuhao Zong,Youlin Liu,Tai Qiu,Shemin Zhu 한국공업화학회 2017 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.51 No.-
Series of CeSn0.8W0.6Ox/TiO2 catalysts were tested for selective catalytic reduction of NO and forsynergistic catalytic removals of CO and C3H8 from diesel engine exhaust. Results revealed that catalyst12%-CeSn0.8W0.6Ox/TiO2 calcined at 500 C exhibited the optimal catalytic performance for NH3-SCR ofNO. The catalyst obtained more than 90% NO conversion at a wide temperature range of 252–456 C. BothCO and C3H8 could be oxidized into CO2 by the optimized catalyst. Moreover, excellent redox property, rich surface acidity and big specific surface area were the promotional factors for good catalyticperformance in catalytic removals of NO, CO and C3H8.

Purpose: To determine whether renal injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) could be further improved by mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) modified with survivin. Materials and Methods: Lentiviral vectors were used to introduce the survivingene into MSCs and the MSCs modified with survivin were transplanted into established mice models of renal I/R injury. Seven days later, serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured and the survival of MSCs was determined. Hematoxylin and eosin staining was used to assess renal pathologicalchange. The expressions of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and basic fibroblastgrowth factor (bFGF) in kidney tissue were detected by western blot. Results:Mice transplanted with survivin-modified MSCs demonstrated good renal function recovery with Scr and BUN decline close to normal levels and improvementof renal I/R injury repair. Additionally, the survival of transplanted MSCs modified with survivin was enhanced and the expression of HGF and bFGF in kidney tissue was increased. Conclusion: Our results demonstrated that MSCs engineeredto over-express survivin could enhance their therapeutic effect on renal I/R injury in mice, probably via the improved survival ability of MSCs and increasedproduction of protective cytokines in ischemic tissue.
