        Recently, The Strategic Management is very important Tourism companies because the environment of service companies change, The basic premise of the strategic management concept is that strategic planning is the mangerial process of developing and maintaining an optimal ‘fit’ between the deployment of an organization resources and the oppotunities in its changing environment. First all, Internal Marketing of Strategic Management is needed. Internal Marketing is marketing activity for the employees in the organizations. The employee is internal customer and the internal product. From this perspective, The employee have to satifies the needs and motive on a job. The purpose of this study is to provide internal marketing strategies in Tourism Companies and efficient internal marketing are as follows:the subdivision on internal customer' investigation, MBO strategy for different employees, strategic incentive policy, strategic internal support systems, the settle of strategies for tile changes in tourism compaines’environment.

      • 職務滿足과 成果에 관한 硏究 : 호텔기업을 중심으로

        The hotel industry takes for granted that they can meet the final busi-ness goal by way of the effective management of human resources. However the papers concentrated on the hotel employees`sake have not properly come out so for in korea. While the papers from abroad are not limited to the domains related only to the human resources, most of them are not dealing with the comprehensive matters which can cover the co-relationship out of the job satisfaction, the performance. This study was focused on some problems to achieve the hotel's business objectives as well as to satisfy the employees. For the study, some matters were considered as follows. ① The basic objects should be set up so that personal objectives could be agreed with the hotel's objects. ② The real situations were adapted to support the theories, being discussed in Korea and in other countries. ③ The actual situations, like hotel's job performance, and the employees` satisfaction, were only discussed in the study. On the basis of the above considerations, the aims of this study are as follow: ① The exact conception and the seope of satisfaction and performance by comparing with the other reports will be examined. ② For the purpose, The logical background and some special metvods wene suggested.

        Information search is one of the stages of consumer's decision making process, and information acquisition is an essential activity for enhancing consumer's knowledge base and improving the quality of decision making. Understanding consumer informaion processing can help marketers and policy makers develop external information environments which can be helpful for consumers actual search behavior. Additionally the information about search behavior can be used as a market segmentation basis.

      • 관광기업의 무차입경영전략에 관한 연구

        Today, Tourism Enterprises have faced with difficult environment. Therefore tourism enterprises have exerted all possible efforts and strategies of management to raise the real value of tourism enterprises. The purpose of this study was to propose the improvement plan of financial management about the unborrowing management of tourism enterprises. To achieve the purpose of his study, literature research and cases collects, and objective and scientific analysis were theories review and case studies. The unborrowing management strategies of Tourism Enterprises are five strategies : individualization, new business investment, the inner management, a superior financial structure, tourism market control force. The financial management of tourism enterprises have to unborrowing managements and enlarging net worth to enterpirses.

      • 지역축제의 관광이벤트화 방안에 관한 연구

        As the local autonomy has grown in Korea, tourism industry has been during the last decade promoted aggressively in the local government. As a result tourism has been one of the fastest growing industries in recent years. In particular, the utilization of cultural tourism resources such as regional festivals have become very popular everywhere. It is important to develop and use cultural assets as tourism resources. The regional festival have turned into regional ones catering to local residents and festivals are being promoted as international tourist sites to attract foreign tourists as well as introducing the nation's cultural heritage abroad. This study emphasises on development of Regional Festival as Tourism Event. In order to take on developmental plans of Regional Festival as Tourism Event, the major suggestion are as follows ; 1. to establish day fixed for festivals one year in advance. 2. to expand tourism facilities, transportation, accommodation, service ets. 3. to promote in mass media or public. 4. to co-ordinate region in or neighborhood resources. 5. to cooperate in neighborhood, regional or local communites. Regional Festivals will be able to provice excellent opportunities to enjoy traditional regional culture to tourists. Therefore, tourism event of regional festivals is developed to attract tourists to the regional's culture and is deviced region economic growth.

      • 두경부 편평상피암에서의 MIB-1, p53, bcl-2와 apoptosis의 발현 및 상호 연관성

        Objective : Squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck represents approximately 2.0∼4.0% of all malignant tumors, with an etiology closely associated with smoking, drinking and various genetic alterations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of MIB-1, p53, bcl-2 and apoptosis according to degree of differentitation of squamous cell carcinoma. Methods and Material : forty-eight cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck were selected for this study. MIB-1, p53, bc1-2 expression rate were studied by iromunogistochemical staining and the number of apoptosis observed by TUNEL method. Results : The expressioins of MIB-1, p53, bcl-2 and apoptosis were found in 56.3%, 50.0%, 14.6%, 85.4%, of 48 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, respectively. The expression of MIB-1, p53 and apoptosis were more higher in poorly differentiated cases than well differentiated cases. MIB-1 expression was related with p53 mutation (p<0.05) and apoptosis rate(p<0.05). Conclusion : From these results. the expressions of MIB-1, bcl-2 and apoptosis were related with degree of differentiation of squamous cell carcinoma and correlation among these parameters.

      • 마이크로 그루브 가공의 특성 평가

        As demands for micro parts are on the increase in recent industries such as aerospace, biomedical, electronics, environment, information technology and display, the need for manufacturing such parts is also increasing. Major methods of manufacturing micro parts are based on semiconductor process technology such as lithography and etching and non-traditional machining using lasers, ultrasonic, ion-beams or electrical discharge. However, these methods require lots of time, workpiece materials are limited, and such methods are only applicable to the machining of two-dimensional shapes. Therefore, mechanical machining methods are required for the manufacturing of micro parts with complex shapes. This paper presents an investigation on the characteristics for micro groove machining by using the ultrahigh-speed air turbine spindle, and verifies the properties of mechanical method in fabricating molds for micro barrier ribs. As a result, the optimal machining condition could be found from the investigation of surface roughness according to the kinds of burr shapes in the fabricating of iron mold by using micro endmill.

        This study presents a sociocultural study of traditional food culture. The food plays a centural role in family life. And The its socialization has been slower than housing and clothes due to difficulties in keeping taste and beauty. Generally, The culture of dietary life in a country is closely related to the heritage of racial culture, and it is very important to inherit and develop the culture of traditional dietary life. Specially, This shows is to investigate consciousness and behaviors of dietary life using a questionnaire survey for 521 housewives in Seoul Area. The results of the survey are summariged as follows ① consciousness of traditional foods ② dietary life behaviors for traditional food ③ The correlation of general environmend and consciousness, knowledge, dietary life behaviors of traditional food. The changes in natural and social our food culture in the 21st century. Korea's traditional food had a variety of characteristics, as more people dine out than before, we are losing those traditional characteristics. Increased interests on longevity have brought about the development of processed food, natural food and health-care food. It is not desirable that our traditional characteristics of food culture are disappearing due to globalization. We shouid develop foods with our traditional characteristics and make efforts in R&for their commercialization.

        Since World War II, it is true that social and economic trends have favored the foodservice business. The most important has been the rise in family income, primarily from families with two incomes. By 1997 the family income in Korea will rise to about \20,000,000. The more disposable income available, the greater the likelihood of eating out. Many individuals are attracted to the eating out industry because it involves dealing with food and beverage. This is intriguing not only because it is necessary to life but also because of its many facets. Another attractive feature of eating out industry is that it deals with people. For many yearn foreign eating out industry prepared annual financial forecasts which projected potential revenues, costs, and probable profits, Recently, eating out industries have been committed to achieving a certain level of revenue without specifying how they were to achieve it. Today, all eating out industry operations, regardless of size, do some planning and strategics. The ongoing nature of business requires that management makes estimates about what is likely to happen in the future. Based on these estimates, management decides how the business may adjust to future events. Speically, strategy in the eating out industry looks at the recent expansion of multinational eating out companies and the challenges they face in the international arena. The highly competitive globa1 environment presents many problems as the eat out industry sector is tied in closely with other industries in the service sector, with real estate, with other forms of investment, employment patterns and different cultural management systems.
