      • 다중 임계 기법과 영역확장법을 이용한 뇌졸중 병변 정합 방법 연구

        In clinical studies of brain stroke, it generally involves the process that spatially normalizes MR images into the standard brain template in order to find out distributions of lesion. So far MNI305, which is people’s standard brain template, has been commonly used. However in this study, to reduce some morphological differences caused by human races, ages, and sexes, we used the Korean Statistical Probabilistic Anatomical Map(Korean-SPAM). As a preprocessing methods, brightness and position of a brain had been adjusted at the first Then, stroke lesions were segmented using multiple threshold and region growing methods. Finally, stroke lesions were registered to the Korean-SPAM using Mesh Warp algorithm. We can registered various stroke MR brain images to Korean-SPAM rightly by the proposed method.

        加味大補湯이 白鼠의 血壓에 미치는 影響

        現代 成人病 중에서 가장 根本이 되는 基礎的 原因疾患으로서, 最近 食生活의 向上, 公害의 增加, 精神的 緊張의 增加로 인해 腦卒中, 動脈硬化, 糖尿病 등의 疾患과 더불어 增加趨勢에 있는 高血壓에 대하여 氣血大虛로 因한 中風의 左半身 或 右半身不遂 및 高血壓의 症狀에 有效한 治療效果가 있다고 思料되는 加味大補湯의 고혈압 억제 작용을 SD를 통하여 검토하였던 바 加味大補湯은 低濃度에서 血壓 降下作用이 있고 高濃度에서는 血壓에 影響을 주지 않으며, 血壓降下作用이 交感神經 α2 및 α受容體 遮斷制에 의해 遮斷되었으므로 交感神經遮斷劑로서의 役割을 하는 것으로 判斷되나 앞으로 用量의 變化에 따른 血壓에 미치는 影響과 血壓降下의 機轉에 대한 깊은 硏究가 必要하리라 思料된다. A study on the Effect of KAMITAEBOTANG(加味大補湯) on the Blood Pressure in SD Rats. The results were obtained as follows ; 1. In the result of Administration of KTBT for 11 days in SD Rats, the Blood Pressure was decreased in 150㎎/㎏, 300㎎/㎏ of solid extract of KTBT, unchanged or increased in 600㎎/㎏, 1200㎎/㎏ of solid extract of KTBT, KTBT had no effects on Pulse Rate at all treated group. 2. After injection of KTBT on caudal vein of SD Rats, the Blood Pressure was decreased in 150㎎/㎏, 300㎎/㎏ of solid extract of KTBT, unchanged or increased in 600㎎/㎏, 1200㎎/㎏ of solid extract of KTBT, and KTBT had no effects on Pulse Rate to all treated group. 3. The antihypertensive effect of KTBT was obliterated by pretreating with Clonidine 0.2㎎/㎏, Adrenergic α2 recepter Blocking Agent, and KTBT had no effect on Pulse Rate to all treated group. 4. The antihypertensive effect of KTBT was obliterated by pretreating with Pentolamine 1.0㎎/㎏, Adrenergic α recepter Blocking Agent, and KTBT had no effect on Pulse Rate to all treated group. 5. The antihypertensive effect of KTBT was not obliterated by pretreating with Propranolol 1.0㎎/㎏, Adrenergic β recepter Blocking Agent, and KTBT had no effect on Pulse Rate to all treated group. 6. The antihypertensive effect of KTBT was not obliterated by pretreating with Hydralazine 2.0㎎/㎏, Vasodilating Agent, and KTBT had no effect on Pulse Rate to all treated group. 7. The antihypertensive effect of KTBT was not obliterated by pretreating with Verapamil 1.5㎎/㎏, Ca++Blocking agent, and KTBT had no effect on Pulse Rate to all treated group. From the above result, blood pressure was decreased in the lower concentration of KTBT, unchanged or increased in the more concentration of KTBT. Because the antihypertensive effect of KTBT was obliterated by pertreateing with Adrenergic α2, αrecepter Blocking Agent, the antihypertensive mechanism of KTBT is supposed be Adrenergic α2, α recepter Blocking Agent. And further study on the effect on the Blood Pressure and the antihypertensive mechanism of KTBT on accordance with concentration should be ensured.

      • ATM망에서 실시간 멀티미디어 동기화 프로토콜 모델

        Multimedia synchronization is requested to support a transparent multimedia service in ATM network. There are two different multimedia synchronization : intra-media and inter-media synchronization. The intra-media synchronization is to preserve the time relationship of a continuous media stream. The inter-media synchronization is to maintain the timing relation among the multimedia data streams during their transmission and display. This paper proposes Multimedia Multi-Channels Scheme(MMCS) for multimedia synchronization, and Media Delay Relief Scheme(MORS) to decrease the discard rate of the delayed packet arrived at the receiver after the target delay time using packet shortening function. By assigning each media to different channel, MMCS makes the best use of the characteristics of each media. In addition, the problems of the bandwidth assignment to a multimedia call and the multimedia traffic control in ATM network become simple. The numerical results show that the proposed schemes improve the performance of multimedia service.

      • 서울시 일부 대기 중 라돈농도의 분포에 관한 연구

        A study of atmospheric radon concentrations survey in Korea, Seoul was carried out with ERM(Electrostatic Radon Monitor) from October 1998 to September 1999. The mean of atmospheric radon concentrations 4.79Bq/㎥ at Seoul. Radon concentration were distributed 3.65-8.71Bq/㎥. The seasonal pattern seems to be relatively higher during the autumn and relatively low during the spring. The result from correlation analysis was significant obtained between atmospheric radon concentrations and meteorological factor.

      • 아미노산 투여가 중장거리 운동선수의 최대 및 최대하운동시 젖산생성에 미치는 영향

        The Purpose of the Study was to determine whether the glutamate ingestion prior to exercise would reduce the lactat formation and its clearance in exercising mscle tisue during Submaximal and maximal execise. Six elite distance rummers particapated in this study. The Subjects had a half dose of glutamale(15.6mg .Kg?? ??) at 45min and ingested rest dose at prior to exerise. The test Performed twice. One was Performed in the track and the other was in the Lab. Blood Smples were obtained from catheter which was placed in the antecubital vein (Lab test) and finger tip Samples (Feld test) Unaltered blood lactate was observed in both trials, but, tended to less lactate concentration with glutamate ingestion than that of without glutamate ingestion. The recovery rate of blood lactate was markely rapid with glutamate ingestion in the field test. Unchanged in heart rate was founded in both trials. It many Suggest that, the additional supplement st of glutamate can improve execise performance limiting lactate formation or induce its rapid clearance from the muscle fissue.

        벌자상 후에 발생한 급성심근경색증 2례

        Acute myocardial infarction after a bee sting is a very rare process. Among proposed mechanisms, vasospasm of the coronary artery ㅑs the most probable mechanism. Many mediators are included in the venom of wasps, and those mediators have vasoconstrictive properties and may constrict the coronary artery. Furthemore, those mediators have thrombogenic properties that lead to thrombogenesis in the coronary artery and aggravate myocardial ischemia. Epinephrine, commonly used in the management of anaphylactic shock, may further aggravate myocardial ischemia, We experienced two cases of acute myocardial infarction after a bee sting. In the first case, we could find no underlying abnormalities of the coronary vessel because the patient died during coronary angiography. In the second case, the electrocardiogram showed inferior wall myocardial infarction, but only mild stenosis of the right coronary artery was seen in coronary angiography.

      • Study of Nitrogen High-Pressure Annealing on InGaZnO Thin-Film Transistors

        <P>We studied the effects of high-pressure annealing (HPA) on InGaZnO (IGZO) thin-film transistors (TFTs). HPA was proceeded after TFT fabrication as a post process to improve electrical performance and stability. We used N<SUB>2</SUB> as the pressurized gas. The applied pressures were 1 and 3 MPa at 200 °C. For N<SUB>2</SUB> HPA under 3 MPa at 200 °C, field-effect mobility and the threshold voltage shift under a positive bias temperature stress were improved by 3.31 to 8.82 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/(V s) and 8.90 to 4.50 V, respectively. The improved electrical performance and stability were due to structural relaxation by HPA, which leads to increased carrier concentration and decreased oxygen vacancy.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/aamick/2014/aamick.2014.6.issue-16/am502571w/production/images/medium/am-2014-02571w_0005.gif'></P>
