      • Traditional Markets Performance Analysis Considering the Impact of Large Discount Stores

        The support policy for the traditional market has been a uniform support method focused on facility investment. As a result, it did not show any remarkable achievement compared to huge financial support. Therefore, the need for differentiated support methods based on more rigorous performance evaluation for each traditional market has been raised. In this paper, we will modify the traditional DEA model using the two stage method for a more reasonable evaluation of the traditional markets. After calculating the bias-corrected estimator of efficiency scores using bootstrap from original ones in the first stage, the relationship between environment factors and the bias-corrected scores is assessed. Among the five environmental factors, the residential population and the presence of large discount stores or SSMs were statistically significant.

        Edible flower means a flower that is good to eat is subject to either cooking or appetizing. In general, people eat edible flower as raw so that the loss of vitamin and inorganic are minimal. Edible flower is usually utilized as salad material or aromatic, decoration for jelly or cake and solid stuff in soup. Thus, decorating food by edible flower improves flavor, fragrance and appetite. Edible flower serves various purposes both east and west. In Korea, Edible flower is mainly subject to soup, cooked potherbs, frying, tea stuff, brewing and etc, whereas in Japan, its various usage covers cooked potherbs, pickle, sliced raw fish, frying, salad, jelly and decoration. On the other hand, Edible flower is used as numerous salad and tea stuff, condiment, roasting, meat, sweets and desserts in Western Hemisphere.

      • 怡樂村肺吸蟲에 있어서의 Sarles 現象에 關한 硏究

        The experiment was designed to understand the humoral immune response of albino rat host against Paragonimus iloktsuenensis infection by demonstrating the Sarles' phenomenon. Rats of experimental groups were infected with the metacercariae of P. iloktsuenensis which were isolated from brackish water crab, Sesarma dehaani, and were kept for 3 days, 4 weeks, 10 weeks and 14 weeks of infection period. After the given infection period, live excysted metacercarise of P. iloktsuenensis mixed with the serum of the infected rats were placed on the hole glass slide and incubated at 37℃. These slides were examined microscopically at 24 hours and 48 hours after incubation. Control groups were consisted of 1) uninfected rats, 2) uninfected rats injected intramuscularly with prednisolone 10㎎/㎏ every other day, 3) infected rats injected intramuscularly with prednisolone 10㎎/㎏ every other day. Same procedures as experimental groups were carried on. The results obtained were as follows. 1) Precipitations were formed around the excysted metacercariae in the experimental groups. The precipitations were most prominent around the oral sucker. 2) Sarles' phenomenon was positive in all the experimental groups of 10 weeks and 14 weeks of infection period. 3) There were no correlations between the number of worms discovered at the infected rats and the intensity of the precipitate formation. 4) Sarles' phenomenon was negative in all the control groups.

In case of normal population, a variance of unbiased estimator X is minimum variance of Cramer-Rao inequality.

      • PLZT 세라믹의 상변이 특성에 관한 연구

        PLZT electrooptic ceramics of compositions in the range X/65/35 with 5?? X ??9, where X is the mol % La substixuted for lead in a ceramic with a Zr/Ti ratio of 65/35, were fabricated by the two stage sintering technique. For the ceramics, dielectric properties and phase transition were investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis was performed to analize α-β phase transition. For X=5,6, its crystal structure was Rhombohedral in the thermally depoled state as well as the poled state. For 6〈X〈9, phase transition was occured by poling and the intermediate region existed between the paraelectric and ferroelectric states. For X=9, its crystal structure was the same cubic phase in the thermally depoled state and the poled state.

        열처리 활성탄의 메탄을 흡착특성 연구

        활성탄의 열처리 효과가 메탄을 흡착특성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하기 위하여, 열전도도검출기가 장착된 기체크로마토크라프에서 펄스응답곡선을 측정하고 모멘트 법으로 반응파라메터를 계산하였다. 메탄올의 평형흡착상수와 표면흡착열은 열처리한 활성탄에서 감소하였다. 이것은 열처리 활성탄의 표면산소 기능기들의 감소로 메탄올과의 상호 작용력이 감소하였음을 의미하며 활성탄으로부터 배출되는 C0/CO₂ 농도를 측정한 승온탈착 실험으로 확인하였다. 활성탄의 열처리에 관계없이 큰 세공과 작은 세공 확산계수는 같은 크기규모의 값을 보였으며 표면확산과 Knudsen 확산이 작은 세공과 큰 세공에서 각각 지배적이었다. To investigate the effect of thermal treatment of activated carbon on methanol adsorption, pulse-responses were measured in a gas chromatograph equipped with thermal conductivity detector (TCD), and reaction parameters were calculated by the moment method. Equilibrium adsorption constants and isosteric heat of adsorption of methanol decrease in the thermally treated activated carbon. This shows the decrease in the interaction between activated carbon and methanol due to the decrease of concentration of surface oxygen, which was confirmed by TPD experiment measuring the evolved concentration of CO/CO₂ from the activated carbon. Regardless of thermal treatment of activated carbon, macro- and micro-diffusivities showed the value of same order of magnitude and surface and Knudsen diffusion prevails in micro and macro pore, respectively.

        다종의 Pulse Oximeter에서 측정된 산소 분압도의 차이와 상호 비교 결과에 대한 보고

        진정요법하의 치과치료에서 환자의 상태를 지속적으로 감시하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 여러 방법 중 가장 널리 사용되는 것중 Pulse Oximeter가 있다. Pulse Oximeter는 비침습적 방법으로 계속해서 동맥혈액의 산소포화도를 측정할 수 있도록 고안된 장치로서 기기에 나타나는 산소포화도(SpO₂)는 실제로 측정한 동맥혈액의 산소포화도(SaO₂)와 거의 일치하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 진료실에 있는 세종류의 Pulse Oximeter를 이용하여 한 환자에게 동시에 두 개의 기기를 적용하였을 경우, 산출값을 상호 비교한 결과, 짧은(3회) 맥박수를 평균하는 기기가 낮은값이 나왔으며, 다른 두개의 Pulse Oximeter와 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 짧은 맥박수를 평균하는 기기는 반응이 빠르나, 산소포화도의 값이 작게 산출되고, 외부의 신호에 더욱 민감하여, 오류가 존재할 가능성 또한 높다. 기기의 특성을 알아, 술자는 적절한 기기를 선택하는 것이 중요하다. A major concern in pediatric dentistry is maximizing risk mangement through optimal monitoring of respiratory function during sedation techniques, and Pulse Oximeter is one of the most popular devices for these purpose. Pulse Oximeter is non-invasive device for detecting the sensitive fraction between the saturated & desaturated hemoglobin. Several Studies proved that there is no significant difference between the SpO2 and SaO2 . In this article, We examined three Pulse Oximeter (3300MXR, OX90R, BPM200R). The Pulse Oximeter using shorter pulse beat averaging showed more sensitive reaction to the statue of the patient and lower saturation data. We compared pair of Pulse Oximeter applied to one patient at one time. And BPM200R (using shorter pulse beat averaging) showed statistically low saturation

      • Epstein-Barr 바이러스 형질전환법을 이용한 파상풍 톡소이드에 대한 사람 단세포군 항체의 생산

        For production of tetanus toxoid(TT) specific human monoclonal antibodies, anti-TT antibody secreting peripheral B lymphocytes were separated by rosetting with TT-coated SRBC. And, B lymphoblastoid cell line(BLCL) was established by Epstein-Barr Virus(EBV) transformation methods. Stable BLCLs were established after three times of cloning by limiting dilution. To establish the maximal antibody producing condition, several environmental factors were tested. The optimal condition for maximum antibody prodiction was 4 day culture of 1 x 105cells/ml concentration in RPMI 1640 complete culture media supplemented with 20% fetal calf serum, and the maximum concentration of secreted antibody was about 900ng/ml. The antibody production of BLCL was decreased during long-term culture after establishment of cell line, but antibody production was maintained by repeated cloning by limiting dilution.

      • Thianthrene의 진동 스펙트럼과 형태 구조 연구

        고체 상태의 thianthrene에 대한 적외선, 라만 스펙트럼을 측정하였으며, 스펙트럼에서 관측된 진동 밴드의 위치, 세기 등을 양자역학적인 DFT, SCF-HF 방법에 의하여 계산한 결과들과 비교, 분석 하였다. 그 결과, DFT/B3LYP 방법에 의하여 계산된 값들이 SCF-HF 방법에 의하여 계산된 결과들보다 실험적인 진동 파수 값과 세기를 정확히 재현하였다. DFT/B3LYP 방법에 의하여 계산된 thianthrene의 평면 구조와 구부러진 구조간의 에너지 차이는 22kJ/mol로써 anthracene(8 kJ/mol)이나 dibenzo-p-dioxin(0 kJ/mol)보다 매우 큰 값을 가지는데, 그 이유는 S 원자의 경우 C나 O 원자보다 HOMO의 국부화가 증가하여 P_(x)-π 분자궤도간의 결합이 감소하기 때문이다. 그 결과, thianthrene은 두벤젠 고리면의 각도가 129˚ 정도 구부러진 평형 구조로 존재한다. The solid-phase infrared and Raman spectra of thianthrene have been recorded and analyzed. The vibrational frequencies, absolute intensities, and equilibrium structure of the molecule have been also predicted using SCF-HF and DFT/B3LYP computational methods. The DFT method using Becke's threeparameter functional (B3LYP) has led to the prediction of more accurate vibrational frequencies than the conventional HF method. The energy difference, between the planar and puckered conformers,has been also calculated using the B3LYP method. The calculated barrier height of thianthrene is 22kJ/mol and this value is much higher than the barriers of anthracene (8 kJ/mol) and dibenzo-p-dioxin (0 kJ/mol). This is because the P_(x)-π molecular orbital interactions decrease with increasing localization of the HOMO on the S atoms. As a result, thianthrene has the most folded equilibrium structure with a folding angle of 129˚.

        Sixty-one temperature-sensitive mutants of Pseudomonas aeruginosa have been isolated from the mutagenized culture with N-methyl-N'-nitro-Nitrosoguanidine. The mutagen was treated at 36℃ and the ts-mutants were isolated at the non-permissive temperature of 42℃ by size of colony and growth. Twenty-five mutants were smaller in the size of colonies at 42℃ than those of 36℃, and thirty-sin mutants were not growed at 42℃.
