        傷寒論에 대한 精神醫學的 硏究

        This study was aimed to get the course which is caused by Neuropsychiatric symptoms in Sang-Han. Therefore this study is based on 『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門.傷寒』) classfied mainly by symptoms. The results were summerized as follows: 1. Neuropsychiatric symptoms in 『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門. 傷寒』) are explained as Pal-Gang(八綱), which shows those are settled down to a systematic oriental medical theory. 2. Pal-Bup (八法) used in the cure of symptomatische psychose in 『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門. 傷寒』), which is intended to boost the effect of cure, choosing the respondent cure method about various causes. 3. Pal-Gang(八綱) and Pal-Bup(八法) in『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門·傷寒』) are improved by Lee-Chun(李 ) who added Jang-gi(張機)'s Sang Han theory and new medical thought in the ages of Geum. Won. 4. Lee-Chun(李 ) believed that Neuropsychiatric symptoms which appeared in Sang Hang is caused by the "Unbalance(不平)". So he wanted to reach harmony of "Jeong(精), QI(氣), Shin(神), Hyul(血)" after improving the status of "Unbalance(『不平』)" toward the status of "Balance(平)".

        한국에서의 불교의 근대화

        본 논문은 근대불교계의 개혁론을 어떻게 새롭게 이해할 것인가라는 관점에서 출발한 논의이다. 동아시아의 근대 불교계, 특히 중국, 일본, 한국의 경우 입장은 달라도 새로운 문명의 유입과 사회의 변동에 따라 전통과의 관계 정립을 어떻게 할 것인가라는 문제를 각자 고민하고 있었다. 한국은 조선시대에 쇠퇴한 불교계의 근대적 정체성 확립과 국운의 쇠퇴와 식민지화를 극복하기 위한 저항적 민족주의의 노선을 걷지 않으면 안 되었다. 이러한 가운데 선각자들의 불교개혁론은 다양한 의미를 내포하고 있었다고 할 수 있다. 여기서는 백용성(白龍城), 박한영(朴漢永), 한용운(韓龍雲), 박중빈(朴重彬)의 불교개혁론을 중심으로 전통과 근대불교라는 관계를 고찰하고 있다. 이러한 개혁론은 메이지 유신 이후 일본의 불교계가 취한 불교개혁적 관점과도 연동되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 한국의 불교계 또한 식민지 하에서도 서구 문명에 대한 대응, 불법의 시대적 사명, 불법의 사회화와 미래의 전망, 전통불교의 개혁 등 다양한 측면에서 개혁론을 피력하고 있다. 특히 서구문명의 유입을 필두로 관습과 생활문화의 변화, 공동체와 새로운 형태의 국가 출현 사이의 간극이 드러나는 사회적 상황에서 불교개혁론은 새로운 활로를 모색하고 있었다. 식민지 하에서는 일본불교의 한반도 진출과 함께 불교를 통한 식민지 통치 전략에 대해 실질적인 불교개혁을 통한 대응 또한 일어나고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 원불교의 경우, 전통에 귀속되지 않는 독자적인 교단 창립을 시도하고 있지만, 불교사상 등의 내적인 측면을 계승하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 결국 대승불교의 역사가 보여준 불법승 삼보의 재구성을 통한 불교개혁을 완수하고 있으며, 회통성과 같은 한국불교의 성격을 실질적으로 확립하고 있다고도 볼 수 있다. 근대불교개혁론에서 볼 수 있는 또 다른 의미는, 불법을 근대적 지(知)의 세계로 어떻게 승화시킬 것인가라는 관점에서 불교개혁론이 지향했던 학문의 발전에 대한 담론이 이루어지고 있다는 점, 그리고 개혁론을 주장했던 선각자들은 실제로 전 생애를 통해 근대적 불교결사를 주도하고 있다는 점을 새롭게 조명할 필요가 있다는 점이다. This paper will discuss how to newly understand the reformation theory of modern Buddhist communities. The modern Buddhist communities of East Asia, especially in the case of China, Japan and Korea, had different perspectives, but were concerned with the issue of how to establish a relationship with traditions in the wake of the arrival of a new civilization and changes in societies. Korea had to adopt the position of resisting democracy in order to establish the modern identity of the Buddhist community that declined in the age of the Joseon Dynasty, and to overcome the decline of national destiny, and Japanese colonization. While doing that, Buddhist reformation theory formulated by leading figures contained various meanings. In this paper, focusing on the theory of Buddhist reformation of Baek Yong-seong, Park Han-yeong, Han Yong-un, and Park Jung-bin, the relationship between tradition and modern Buddhism will be examined. These reformation theories are connected with the point view of the Buddhist reformation of Japanese Buddhism that took place after the Meiji Restoration. The Korean Buddhist community, also, even under Japanese colonialism, formulated reformation theories in different guises such as the response to Western civilization, the mission of Buddhadharma of the time, socialization of Buddhadharma and prospects of the future, and reformation of traditional Buddhism. Especially, in the social situation where gaps appeared as a result of changes in customs and life culture, and the community was faced with a new type of nation with the introduction of Western civilization, a theory of Buddhist reformation sought a new way out. Under colonialism, along with the introduction of Japanese Buddhism to the Korean Peninsula, responses arose through Korean practical Buddhist reformation against the colonial ruling strategy of Japan through Buddhism. And in the case of Won-Buddhism, it tried to establish an independent order that was not included in the traditional Buddhism, and yet, inherited and embraced the inner aspects of Buddhist thought. Finally, through the re-construction of the Three Jewels, namely, Buddha, Dhamra, and Sangha, that the history of the Mahayana Buddhism revealed, it completed the Buddhist reformation and practically established the nature of Korean Buddhism that featured such characteristics as communicative penetration. Another meaning that can be seen in the theory of modern Buddhist reformation was that the discourses for the development of studies that the Buddhist reformation theory aimed at were conducted from the view point of how to sublime Buddhadharma into the world of modern knowledge. It also needs to acknowledge that these pioneers who put forward the theory of reformation practically led the modern Buddhist association movement through their whole life.

        실용음악 전공 학생들의 발성치료 전후 성대 및 음성 특성 비교

        Background and Objectives : Many students major in applied music singing have various difficulties in phonation when they sing or perform. But the studies about this cause are lack. The purpose of this study is whether singing voice therapy based on vocal music is effective or not to applied music singing students that have difficulties in phonation. Materials and Methods : Singing voice therapy program had been done to 8 students major in applied music singing during 7 weeks. We did laryngeal stroboscope, perceptual, acoustic and aerodynamic examination before and after singing voice therapy to this students. And we studied post examination results have differences or improvements compared to pre examination results. Results : Four male students don't have effective improvement after singing voice therapy but they shows slight improvement in aerodynamic examination values compared to pre examination values. Four female students shows improvement in aerodynamic examination values and pitch range increasing. Above all, one student's vocal nodules disappeared after singing voice therapy. Conclusion : Singing voice therapy based on music singing is very effective to the students major in applied music singing. Above all, their curriculum in applied music singing should include phonation training based on music singing before training perform and technic practices.

      • 초정밀 나노 분급기 개발에 관한 연구

        Nanotechnology is the creation and utilization of materials, devices, and systems through the control of matter on the nanometer-length scale, that is, at the level of atoms, molecules, and supramolecular structures. The essence of nanotechnology is the ability to work at these levels to generate larger structures with fundamentally new molecular organization. These nanostructures, made with building blocks understood from first principles, are the smallest human-made objects, and they exhibit novel physical, chemical, and biological properties and phenomena. The aim of nanotechnology is to learn to exploit these properties and efficiently manufacture and employ the structures. Control of matter on the nanoscale already plays an important role in scientific disciplines as diverse as physics, chemistry, materials science, biology, medicine, engineering, and computer simulation. This paper describes the superprecision nano separator to productive particle size of nano powder, this separator system is very important in the industrial area for other high technology parts.

        신경회로망을 이용한 가공조건에 따른 원형가공 표면거칠기 평가

        The purpose of this study was to present the method to choose the optimization machining condition for the wire electric machine. This was completed by examining the ever-changing quality of the material and by improving the function of the wire electric discharge machine. Precision metal mold products and the unmanned wire electric discharge machining system were used and then applied in industrial fields. This experiment uses the wire electric discharge machine with brass wire electrode of 0.25mm. To measure the precision of the machining surface, average values are obtained from 3 samples of measures of center-line average roughness by using a third dimension gauge and a stylus surface roughness gauge. In this experiment, we changed no-node voltage to 7 and 9, pulse-on-time to 6㎲, 8㎲ and 10㎲, pulse-off-time to 8㎲, 10㎲ and 13㎲, and experimented on wire tension at room temperature by 1000gf, 1200gf and 1400gf, respectively.

      • 레이저 계측에 의한 맞대기 용접부의 스트레인 측정

        Currently knowledge of strain in welds has mainly been obtained from strain gaging method; that is directly attaching most of the material to the gage. The very few non-contact method are still in the early stage. One of the non-contact methods is by the use of the laser that has high-level of the accuracy for the measurement, and this laser also has excellent characteristics on which many studies for its applications are focused throughout the many fields. The dissertation is on the measurement of the strain caused by the characteristics and the temperature changes of the TIG welded zone which is used with 3D ESPI system that is functionally modified through the laser ESPI system. This system employed the aluminum sheet-metal which are mainly used for the steel plate such as for the electronics, chemistry, food instrument and electronic appliances.

      • Drosophila melanogaster 韓國 自然集團에 있어서 P-M system에 依據한 系統型 轉換

        Isofemale lines of Drosophila melanogaster were established from Daejon in Korea and were examined in order to investigate the changes of cytotype or strain type by P-M system through 1∼15 generations. The results are as follows: 1. Using π_2 (strong P) strains and bw;st (true M) strains as standard strains, the mean sterility frequencies from Cross A were 20.8%∼34.6% for each generations and the mean sterility frequencies from Cross B were 0.0%∼0.3%. 2. Frequency of strain with P cytotype for each generation was analyzed to be 44.8%(G₁), 59.2%(G₂), 43.7%(G₄), 36.7%(G_7), 29.2%(G_10) and 36.7%(G_15). Therefore it was tend to be low as increased with generation number, but the differencies in percentage of GD sterility between each generation are non-significant statistically. 3. Among the isofemale lines, type conversions were observed. Q→M', M'→Q and M'→M changes have occured with frequency of 18.4%, 8.2% and 4.1%, respectively. The remaining lines (69.3%) were unchanged through several generations. 4. The results suggest that Drosophila melanogaster are appeared temporally as a certain strain type in natural population, but the type conversions were represented by interactions between P elements in each genome and cytoplasm for each generation.

      • 스테레오 비전을 이용한 이동로봇의 지도 작성을 위한 연구

        In this paper, an environment map bulding for the mobile robot navigation using a stereo camera system is studied. First of all, distance measurements are necessary to build the environment map. So, a distance measurement method using two fixed cameras is presented. To measure the distance using a stereo vision system, finding the common points in the left and the right images are needed. In this study, an area-based stereo matching is used to solve this problem. To reduce the computation time, 1) the DSP processor on vision board is used, 2) suitable sizesearch region for environment is taken, 3) small size model for matching is used, and 4) hierarchical search method is used. Also, a simple movement method is presented to make an environment map for mobile robot. Finally, the presented method is proved experimentally. The images of a corridor are taken by a stereo camera, and the distances of a corridor are obtained fast using the presented method from the images. And then, the environment map for the navigation of mobile robot is constructed. The acquired map is helpful for understanding the environment.
