Jeju islanders consume soybean leaves as a wrapping for slices of raw fish and pork, eating mainly the young, raw, but fully extended leaf. These leaves are known to contain several kinds of functioning compounds, such as amino acids, isoflavones, flavonoids and pterocarpans. Farmers grow soybean leaves, but different soybean varieties and their characteristics for soybean leaf production have not been studied. Therefore, this study compared agronomic characteristics and iso flavones among varieties grown in a green house and in an open field. The results were as follows: There were differences in agronomic characteristics among the varieties and between places grown; generally, indoor growing produced bigger and more abundant leaves of higher quality. There were also differences in isoflavone contents in soybean leaves. Soybean leaves harvested earlier contained higher amounts in total concentration. Plants grown outside showed slightly higher but, different concentrations of the compunds studied. These results indicate that it is possible to control the isoflavone levels with varieties used, and harvest time and place.

This paper is a method to maintain the right of possesion for color images. previous method used an binary data, image, or binary pattern etc. So watermarked image was declined in image quality. But the information for insertion was limited. This paper proposed the method which will change RGB mode of original image to YIQ, at first, we will insert the watermark in the Low frequency cofficient of wavelet transform domain. The watermark use the owner's photo of a digital contents. which is 256 gray-level watermark, and it's size can be changed by the size of original image. As the result of simulation, our method can provide the rightful1 ownership against Rotation, Cropping, JPEG, and Scaling attacks.
고로슬래그 콘크리트의 特性에 미치는 굵은骨材 配合比의 影響에 관한 實驗的 硏究

In this study, the experiment was carried out to investigate and analyze the influence of coarse aggregate's mix ratio and Blast Furnace Slag replacements ratio on the properties of concrete. The main experimental variables were water/cement ratio 45 and 65(%), coarse aggregate/fine aggregate ratio 90, 130 and 170(%), Blast Furnace Slag replacements ratio 0, 10, 20(%). According to the test results, the principal conclusions are summarized as follows. 1) The slump and flow of fresh concrete of general tendency case of G/S ratio 90, 130(%) according as Blast Furnace Slag replacements ratio increases together slump(flow) increase, but in the case of plain concrete in G/S ratio 170%, displayed opposite tendency. 2) The compressive strength of hardened concrete were found to be lower in the order of G/S ratio 90, 130, 170(%), also in the order of Blast Furnace Slag replacements ratio 10, 20(%) of concrete are better than the plain concrete.
에어로빅댄스시 Hand-weight 부하 트레이닝이 혈청지질 변화에 미치는 영향

The aim of this paper was to estimated a serum lipid during aerobic dance training with(n=15) and without(n=15) hand-weight 1. Serum total cholesterol concentration was not significant difference following training period in hand-held weight group and no hand-weight group. However, it was shown a significantly low levels(p<.01) in hand-held weight group after 8 week training in compared to both group. 2. Serum HDL-C concentration of hand-held weight group was shown a significantly increased levels(p<.001) after 8 week training compared to pre-training. but It was not shown a difference in no hand-weight group. In comparison to both group, HDL-C was display a significantly high levels(p<.05) in hand-held weight group during training 8 week. 3. Serum LDL-C concentration of hand-held weight group was shown a significantly decreased levels after 4 week(p<.01) and after 8 week(p<.01) compared to pre-training. Also, it was shown a significant difference between pre-training vs. after 8 week and after 4 week vs. after 8 week(p<.001, respectively) in no hand weight group. In comparison to both group, LDL-C was display a significantly low levels(p<.01) in hand-held weight group during training 4 week. 4. Serum triglyceride concentration was not significant difference in both group and training period. Conclusively, It is suggestion that hand-weight training during aerobic dance was positive effects to improve a percent body fat and serum HDL-C.
Human Papillomavirus Testing with Hybrid Capture Ⅱ and DNA Chip

The detection of high-risk human papilloma virus (HPV) allows us to predict the presence and future development of cervical intraepithelial lesion. In this study, we compared Hybrid Capture II and DNA chip methods for detection of HPV in cervical swab samples. And we evaluated the clinical efficacy and diagnostic performance of HPV DNA chip and Hybrid Capture Ⅱ for detecting HPV in cervical neoplastic lesions. Seventy four patients were classified into three groups according to their histologic diagnosis: Group Ⅰ (nonspecific chronic cervicitis), Group Ⅱ (low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL); koilocytosis, and mild dysplasia), and Group Ⅲ (high-grade SIL;, moderate, severe dysplasia and in situ carcinoma). Cytologic diagnosis were based on the Bethesda System. Hybrid Capture Ⅱ and DNA chip methods were performed to detect HPV. In 41 of the 74 cervical samples (55.4%), HPV DNAs were detected by Hybrid Capture Ⅱ. In Group Ⅲ, HPV-positive cases were detected in 15 (20.3%) of 74 patients by Hybrid Capture II. 25 patients with ASCUS cytology were histopathologically examined: 9 cases (36%) were Group Ⅱ. In 18 patients with low-grade SIL cytology, 13 cases (72.2%) were Group Ⅱ and 3 cases (16.7%) were Group Ⅲ. 12 cases (92.3%) were Group Ⅲ of 13 patients with high-grade SIL cytology. The sensitivity of each test was 82% in Hybrid Capture Ⅱ and 53.9% in DNA chip test. And the specificity was 74.3%, 85.7% in Hybrid Capture Ⅱ and DNA chip. In conclusion, Hybrid Capture Ⅱ test is more sensitive than DNA chip in detecting women with cervical neoplastic lesions. Especially, in diagnosing of ASCUS, Hybrid Capture Ⅱ test is more sensitive. Therefore, Hybrid Capture Ⅱ test for cancer-associated HPV DNA is a viable option in the management of women with ASCUS.

The subjects of research are 6 football players who attend C University, have athletic career over 6 years in middle and high schools and with awards in domestic games. They had the first physical fitness measurement in March after entering university and as a result of measuring their physical fitness in their sophomore, junior and senior at the same place and with the same procedure, the following conclusions are obtained. As a result of repeated measurement by physical fitness factors with Friedman test which is nonparametric test method in order to examine whether there is statistically significant difference in physical fitness factors, it is found that there is statistically significant difference (p<.001). 1. In cardiorespiratory according to physical fitness factors, they has 5478cc in the first year and 5921cc in the fourth year and it showed the increase of 443cc. 2. In the maximum oxygen intake, they had 54.3㎖/㎏ in the first year and 61.6㎖/㎏ in the fourth year and it showed the improvement of 7.3㎖/㎏. 3. In the change of muscular endurance, raising upper body was 25.4 times in the first year and 29.5 times in the fourth year and it showed the increase of 4.1 times, sit-up test was 47.2 times in the first year and 52.3 times in the fourth year and it showed the increase of 5.1 times. 4. In the change of strength, back strength test was 156.4㎏ in the first year and 169.9㎏ in the fourth year and it means the increase of 13.5㎏. grip strength test was 45.8㎏ in the first year and 49.7㎏ in the fourth year and it showed the increase of 3.9㎏. 5. Alertness was 44.5 times in the first year and 49.5 times in the fourth year and it showed the increase of 5 times. 6. Power test was 64.5㎝ in the first year and 69.4㎝ in the fourth year and it means the increase of 4.9㎝. 7. Flexibility was 15.4㎝ in the first year and 15.8㎝ in the fourth year and it showed a little increase. 8. Response of the whole body was 210m/sec, in the first year and 203m/sec, in the fourth year and it showed the improvement of response speed.
