        아세클로페낙 연질캡슬(클란자 에스 연질캡슬)의 개발

        To develop and aceclofenac soft capsule, four preparations with various solubilizers were prepared and their dissolution test was carried out. Among four preparations tested, a preparation with ethanolamine was selected a formula of aceclofenac soft capsule (Clanza S^(™), since it showed the fastest dissolution rate. Bioequivalence of aceclofenac tablet, Airtal^(™)(Dae-Woong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and aceclofenac soft capsule, Clanza S^(™)(Korea United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA. Fourteen normal male volunteers (age 20-25 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After oral administration of one tablet or capsule containing 100 ㎎ of aceclofenac, blood ws taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of aceclofenac in plasma wa determined with an HPLC method under UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters (C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) between Airtal tablet and Clanza soft capsule were 2.89%, 0.18% and 43.0%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.250(e.g.log(0.81) - log(1.23) and log(0.89) - log(1.14)) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively. Thus, the criteria of the KDFA guidelines for the equivalence was satisfied, indicating that Clanza S^(™) soft capsule is bioequivalent to Airtal^(™) tablet.

      • Fluidized Bed 낸 CVI에 대한 수치모사의 이론적 연구

        In this research, the mathematical modeling of the formation of SiC layer on the activated carbon was studied to improve the durability and oxidation resistance of catalyst supports. SiC layer on the activated carbon was formed by permeating SiC from trimethylchlorosilane(MTS) into pores and depositing while the porous structure was kept. Changes of the amount of deposition, the pore diameter, the surface area with time were obtained by simulating reaction in an isothermal reactor. The uniform deposition in the pores of samples was obtained at a lower concentration of the reactant and a lower pressure. Additionally, it was observed that the pore diameter and the surface area have points of inflection at certain times of deposition, because deposition occurred on the inside surface of the pore at first and then on the outside surface of the particle.

        Thermal spray coating is formed by a process in which melted particles flying with high speed towards substrate, then crash and spread on the substrate surface cooled and solidified in a very short time. Stacking of the particles makes coating. This paper was to investigate the adhesiveness of the plasma sprayed coating materials conducted 5% NaCl salt spray by acoustic emission method in tensile loadings. The powders used for the coating were nickel aluminum composite powder Ni-4.5wt.%Al and titanium dioxide powder TiO_2. The salt solution penetrated into the surface of the substrate through pore of the coating layer built in the process of plasma spray. Corrosion productions formed on the surface of substrate. The adhesiveness between the substrate and the coating layer is weaken by corrosion and the exfoliation initiated chiefly at the corrosion surface of the substrate. The AE events and energy of the corroded coating specimens decreased as the salt spray times increase.

        An experimental study was conducted to determine the effect of reinforced concrete slab with carbon fiber sheet. A structure that was already in place was used, and ten reinforced concrete slab specimens of variable concrete compressive An experimental study was conducted to determine the effect of reinforced strengths and reinforcing methods were fabricated. One was loaded up using a live load while the others were loaded up to failure point to explore the applicability of the structures. The test results showed that the reinforcing method using bond strength is not effective in structures with low concrete compressive strength because of the concrete aeration.

      • 플라즈마용사 TiO₂코팅 강재의 음향방출 특성

        In this paper, adhesiveness of plasma thermal sprayed coating steels is investigated through AE(acoustic emission) in loading a tensile. AE parameters used are event, count, energy and peak amplitude. The powders used for the coating are nickel aluminum composite powder Ni-4.5wt.%Al (BOND ) and titanium dioxide powder TiO2 (TOP). Test specimens are BOND, TOP and BT(BOND + TOP) that are sprayed on carbon steel(S45C) by plasma thermal spray. In the tensile testing, the process and occurrence of the exfoliation of the sprayed coating layer can be estimated by AE. Characteristics of AE parameters, such as event, count, amplitude and energy, on the layer exfoliation have all the similar aspects. The exfoliation of BOND specimen occurs from 16% tensile strain to fracture point, TOP specimen does from 1% to 5%, and BT specimen does from 6% to 11%.

        This paper is to investigate the adhesiveness between substrate and coating layer and the effect of corrosion by acoustic emission method in tensile loading. The used powders are Zn and Al. There are coated on brass alloy substrate, respectively. AE signals of Zn and A1 coating layer increase drastically in strain 2%. but that of Zn specimen have more than that of Al specimen. When the specimens axecuted under 3.5% NaCl solution for 500 hours, the salt solution penetrated into the surface of the substrate through pore of the coating layer. Corrosion production formed on the surface of substrate. The adhesiveness between coating layers is weaken by the polarization and corrosion itself. The AE events, count and energy of corroded coating specimens decreased in comparison with specimens without corrosion. Especially Zn specimen deoreased more than Al specimen in strain 2%.

The adhesiveness between the substrate and the coating layer is weaken by corrosion and the exfoliation initiated chiefly at the corrosion surface of the substrate. The AE events and energy of the corroded coating specimens decreased as the salt spray times increased. The AE amplitudes increased at strain range of 6%-11%.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate childen's conceptions about the growth of animals and plants. For this study, 154 childerens were sampled from 3th and 5th grade. Data was obtained by paper-pencil test. The results of this study, it was found that childrens had formed various preconceptions about the growth of animals and plants. However, they had misconceptions about conditions for germination and growth of the kidney-bean and time of growth. They had also misconceptions about conditions for growth of egg, larva, pupa and imago of the butterfly. Childen's scientific conceptions was not increased with age. But, some difference was found between the sex. It was considered that childen were apt not to change their preconceptions easily.

        Trp P-1 변이원성에 대한 Resveratrol의 항돌연변이 효과

        Trp P-1에 의해 유도된 돌연변이원성에 대한 resveratrol의 억제효과를 Salmonella typhimurium TA 98, 100를 이용한 Ames test법으로 검색하였다 먼저 틀변경 돌연변이를 일으키는 S. typhimurium TA98과 염기치환 돌연변이 특성을 지닌 S.typhimurium TA 100에서 Trp P-1의 변이원성을 비교한 결과 S. typhimurium TA98에서 복귀돌연변이의 뚜렷하게 수가 증가되었다. 이러한 결과는 Trp P-1의 돌연변이 유발은 틀변경을 주로 일으킨 돌연변이 유도란 사실을 뒷받침하는 결과로 해석되며,S. typhimurium TA98에서 Trp P-1의 최적농도는 400 ng로 나타났다. S. typhimurium TA98의 생육에 영향을 미치지 않는 농도까지 resveratrol의 농도를 assay당 2, 10, 25, 50 100, 300 ㎍으로 증가시켰을 경우 항돌연변이 효과는 각각 13%, 30%, 52%, 65%, 81% 및 89%로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로부터 Trp P-1의 변이원성에 대하여 resveratrol은 강한 돌연변이 억제효과를 나타내며, 용량 의존적으로 억제함이 확인되었다. The antimutagenic activity of resveratrol on the mutagenicity induced by Trp P-1(3-amino-1,4-dimethyl-5H-pyrido{4,3-b}indole) was studied using the Ames test with Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and 100. Trp P-1 showed strong mutagenecity in S. typhimurium TA98, but was higly decreased mutagenecity in S. typhimurium TA100. This result suggests that the mutagenecity of Trp P-1 can be mainly induced by the DNA lesions causing frame shift. Resveratrol itself did not show antibacterial effect upon 300 rig/assay. Resveratrol showed the strongest inhibitory effect with dose dependent manner on the mutagenicity induced by Trp P-1. The inhibition rates of resveratrol at concentration of 2, 10, 25, 50, 100, 300 ㎍/assay were 13%, 30%, 52%, 65%, 81%, 89%, respectively.
