『우초신지(虞初新志)』와 조선후기 서사(敍事)의 상관성(相關性)

Yu chu xin zhi was read devoutly in late Joseon Dynasty. But we didn’t study on the reason of devout reading, so this report researched the reason. And this report focused on a attitude of writing-compilation, subject, formation, style, motive, story-element, and object in Yuchuxinzhi. With the result, we know that contemporariness(近), true feeling(眞), and a vividness effect(活) are very important in attitude of writingcompilation of Yuchuxinzhi. First, contemporariness(近) is the attitude that concentrates on the contemporary environment. Second, true feeling (眞) is th attitude that includes social conditions, desires, and everyday lives. Third, vividness effect(活) is the attitude that seeks the vividness of true feeling and vivid writings. And then, I divided the narrative of late Joseon Dynasty into three parts, namely noting material narrative, characteristic narrative, and reflectional narrative. First, I studied on noting material narrative. With the result that there are following features. Yuchuxinzhi is similar to Lee Ok(李鈺)’s Baek woonpil(白雲筆) and Ryu Deuk-gong(柳得恭)’s Gowoondangpilgi(古芸堂筆記), and is also not similar to those books. On the contrary, Yu chu xin zhi is very similar to Kang Yi-cheon(姜彛天)’s Yihwagwanchonghwa(梨花館叢話) from every point of view. Second, I studied on characteristic narrative. With the result that there are following features. Yuchuxinzhi had an strong effect on Kim Chosoon(金祖淳) and Kim Ryeo(金려)’s Yuchuxinzhi. But they changed many features. Third, I studied on reflectional narrative. With the result that there are following features. Yuchuxinzhi also had an effect on Sim ro-soong(沈魯崇)’s hoesanggi(回想記). But the influence is limited to Sim, ro-soong. To conclude, the young writers in late Joseon Dynasty made new writing trend from Yuchuxinzhi and Ming,Ching’s culture on the late Joseon’s cultural foundation.

Performance appraisal is a system that evaluates the record of the performances and ability of employees abjectively and rationally to give them fair treatments to increase their working desires and efficiency. It is also used as the basis for a fair personnel action by prevention the personnel managers to act on their own. In contrast of performance appraisal, it is important to decide the promote candidate but the method and rusult of evaluation are some problems. Presently the problems of performance appraisal about K Corporation employees can be pointed out greatly in two sides. One problem is the one on the system. The problem is on the rate of the elements of performance appraisal and on the period of calculation for appraisal caculation which may be easy to neglect the things before as the appraisal period for one or two years up to date puts importance on only the present time. And another problems is on the matter of administration. This means that the problems lies in the fairness which the lack of the consiousness, qualityh and technical ability of the man with the evaluation cause the original purpose of peformance appraisal reach to the goal difficult and do not accept the request of different opinion for the result. In order to improve these problems in good direction and make them to be agreed to the original purpose, the following can be considered. First, on the side of system, the rate of appraisal elements should be adjusted and each elements to be appraisal evenly. And also need to be performed appraisal with the same proportation in all period of the same level. The second, on the side of administration, in considering the importance of role of man with appraisal, it is required the appraiser's training for progress appraisal ability about practical business and technical ability. The appraisal results should be informed to the appraisee to contribute to the individual's development of his ability, change in his attitude, and increase in his administrative ability. As indicated above, many problems can be stated regarding the performance appraisal currently being executed. What it is most emphasized is that for the progress of personnel administration, the renovation of productive and expanded thinking shoud be made first since the results depend on the consciousness and interest of the man who manage them in practice.

UR 以後 世界貿易秩序의 展開와 우리의 對應課題

The agreement of UR and establishment of WTO facilitate a free and fair trade system for world trade order. The WTO provides a frame work to facilitate a multilateral trade negotiation. Therefore, trade barrier will be lessened, market-opening will be expanded, and trade regulation will be strict. The success of the WTO can rely on the other members of the multilateral system to do their fair and unlimited competition. The WTO will facilitate Korean economic interrnationalization and lead to an industrially advanced nation. Of course, opening its domestic market will press Korean companies and government. Also, the WTO facilitates the implementation of trade-related intellectual property right. In addition, the developed countries are urging new round such as GR, BR, CR, TR to solve their trade unbalance. Korea needs to open its market under the bilateral trade pressure without taking the other countries' market opening. Therefore, Korea must participate in the WTO agreements aggresively and recognize the obligation and role for world society. Korea reinforces a multilateral trade order system because the WTO is based on the idea of reinforcement through market-opening and multilateral regualtion provision, Korea must cope with the WTO actively through adjustment of industrial structure, improvement of the quality, reinforcement of the price competitive power, and the development of new technology, Korea must lessen the economic regulations for strenthening Korea's competitive position in world markets. Also, Korean government must facilitate readjustment of industrial structure. World integrated regionalism may deteriorate a spirit of the WTO. To restrain exclusive regionalism from EU and NAFTA, Korea needs to construct an opening towards a regional cooperation system. APEC is a crucial regional trade cooperation for Korea to depend the bilateral trade pressure. The UR agreements made a good start at addressing a number of new rounds such as Green Round, Blue Round, Competition Policy Round, and Technology Round. For example, the Green Round addresses environment issues. Korea must pass the most stringent green marketing laws that regulate the management and recycling of packaging waste. Finally, Korean administrator must demonstrate a sense of responssibility by integrating each Round's duties into individual behavior.

International liquidity depends upon the objectives of national and international economic policy and the process of adjustment of the various types of balance of payment disequilibrium. Therefore, international liquidity among countries is an important factor for growth of world economy, expantion of international trade and increasing international capital transaction. A demand for International liquidity is not only a function of growth of world trade and the ratio of gross reserves to imports but also is influenced by factors such as confidence and stability, exchange rate movements, and fiscal and mometary policies of each country. A supply of international liquidity consists of all the resources that are available to the monetary authorities for the purpose meeting balance of payment deficits. Reserve assets that are readily available include holdings of gold, foreign exchange, reserve positions in the IMF and SDRs. We have to analyse demand and supply together to see how they interacter and how demand/supply imbalance affect a nations' policy decisions. This paper analyses the supply mechanism and adjustment policy for optimum supply of international liquidity. In the first section of the paper, the characteristics and role of international liquidity are presented. In the second section, We analyse the factors of demand for international liquidity and examines the mechanisms of adjustment and resources of international liquidity supply. In the third section, We discuss the mechanisms of international liquidity supply based on resources of international liquidity supply (gold, foreign exchange, reserve positions in IMF, and SDRs) and examines the characteristics of international reserves. The expansion of world trade will create greater payments disequilibrium and subsequently need more liqudity. Thus, in the last section, We present the adjustment policy for optimum supply in international liquidity and suggest steps for optimum liquidity supply. Policies for the optimum liquidity supply are expansion of the IMF quota and extra allocation of SDR. Also adjustment of demend-supply of the international reserve through the international money market, freely fructuating exchange rate system, and the operation of a multiple-key currency system are suggested for optimal liquidity supply in the paper.

In Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot there is 'Nothing to be done.' This play does not tell a story but explores a static situation. The action of the play is cyclinic, in that the events of Act II largely repeat and parallel those of Act I. It has also been suggested that the carefully balanced structure of this play emphasises the thematic am-biguity created by the play's contradictory couples of characters. At best, the characters show gestures of tenderness to one another. At worst, they are extremely cruel to one another. This play is the story of two vagabonds, Vladimir and Estragon who impose on their slovenly wilderness an illusory, but desperately defended, pattern: waiting. So the subject of this play is not Godot but waiting, the action of waiting as an essential and characteristic aspect of the human condition. Symbol of Godot as poetic metaphor indeed becomes a keynote in interpretating this play. Symbol in this play is closely connected with ambiguity which is exemplified by the behaviour of Godot. The only chance of salvation seems to depend upon the arrival of Godot. Godot never arrives. So I want to write about symbol of Godot in this play. The attraction of this play seems to reside in its universality: it is a play that con be interpreted by any number of readers or spectators in any number of ways. 선형파괴역학에 의한 Aluminum Foil과 종이의 파괴거동 해석

크랙이 내재된 시편을 크랙으로부터 멀리 떨어진 단면에 대해 균일한 크기의 응력과 변형량이 발생하도록 길이방향으로 당겨주는 장치를 이용하여, 선형 파괴 역학적 관점에서 알루미늄 호일과 종이의 파괴거동을 평가하였다. 상사형의 균열을 가진 파괴시편의 파괴하중을 차원해석으로 예측하였고, 실험을 통하여 예측된 하중과 실제하중을 비교, 검토하였다. The fracture behaviors of aluminum foils and sheet papers were analyzed on the basis of linear elastic fracture mechanics(LEFM). The fracture loads of the Al foil and paper were calculated by dimensional analysis. The actual fracture loads were measured using the simple tension equipment. The predicted fracture loads were compared with the experimental results, respectively.

MBE로 성장한 Sn/GaAs(100)층의 초기성장과 Annealing효과

The initial growth mode of Sn overlayers on GaAs(100) surface and the surface variation due to annealing were investigated by Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), reflection high energy electron diffraction(RHEED) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), At room temperature, Sn was grown up to 3ML with layer by layer growth mode and with Stranski-Krastanov growth mode at higher MLs. After growing up to 10ML, crystal properties are recovered by annealing at 700K. 10ML Sn/ GaAs and GaAs/Sn/GaAs have lattice constants between GaAs and β-Sn by annealing. GaAs was grown on the Sn overlayers with thickness of 10ML and good surface morphology was achieved.

댐 건설전후 유역의 장기유출특성변화의 분석 : I.GIS를 이용한 NWS-PC 모형의 매개변수 추정

본 연구에는 CIS를 이용하여 장기유출 해석 모형의 하나인 NWS-PC모형의 매개변수를 얼마나 적절히 추정할 수 있는가에 대해 알아보았다. 수치표고모형, 수치토양도 및 인공위성영상을 분석하여 얻은 토지이용도 등을 기본 자료로 이용하였고 소유역별 특성값을 GIS를 이용하여 추출하였다. 이러한 특성치들은 Amstrong(1978)에 의거하여 소유역별 모형의 매개변수를 추정하는데 직접이용된다. NWS-PC 모형의 경우 추정된 매개변수는 가능한 값의 범위로 주 This study is to see how effectively the NWS-PC model parameters can be estimated using GIS. Basic informations such as DEM(Digital Elevation Model) ,digital soil map, land use information from satellite image are provided and analyzed for estimating the sub-basin characteristics in GIS. These charcateristics are used to estimate the model parameters for each sub-basin. The model parameters estimated based on Amstrong(1978) are given as a possible range, which will be fixed through the calibration procedure. In this study, we used the1974 data for calibration and the 1979 event for verification. From the calibration procedure, we could find that the parameters related with infiltration and water tend to have the minimum value of the range and that the parameters related with exfiltration of water tend to have the maximum value of the range This result seem to reflect the hydrologic characteristics of Keum-river basin, which could be used to fix the model parameter without difficult calibration procedure. The simulation results show that the relative error of calculated discharge to observed discharge to be within approximately 10% . Therefore, the model with the parameters calibrated was considered to be adaptable for long-term runoff analysisf or Keum-river basin.
