      • Identifying University Cash Flow Pattern Recognition : A Data Clustering Approach

        The fast-developing Chinese higher education and research institutions are faced with more and more serious challenges in their financial regulation. Traditional accounting approaches may fail to distill useful decision-making suggestions confronted with the multi-species and huge-quantity financial “big data”. To reveal valuable information, this research focuses on the pattern recognition of the funding flows in 76 universities under Chinese Ministry of Education. Given the trend feature of the data series detected by the Mann-Kendall Non-Parameter Ranking Test, the low-frequency parts of the funding flows are distilled with wavelet transform to represent their basic features. Results show a clear hierarchy structure in the investments and expenses of universities according to their “titles” and advantage disciplines. Specifically, the comprehensive universities fall to different categories according to their “titles”, while the professional universities are classified according to their disciplines. The scientific and technical focused universities show larger variance among different categories than other specific discipline focused universities.

        国家品牌形象与产品设计竞争力对消费者购买意愿的影响

        本文旨在探讨国家品牌形象与产品设计竞争力对消费者购买意愿的影响,并将消费者的消费行为分为购买意愿与推荐意图两个层级,通过构建以国家品牌形象与产品设计竞争力为自变量,消费者购买意愿与推荐意图为因变量的模型研究国家品牌形象与产品设计竞争力分别对于消费者购买意愿、推荐意图的影响。本研究运用问卷调查法收集数据,并通过SPSS统计软件进行了信度分析和效度分析,使用了AMOS进行了构造方程式模型分析。根据分析结果可以得出,国家品牌形象与产品设计竞争力对于消费者购买意愿与推荐意图均有显著的影响。

        Fast Finite-time Adaptive Fuzzy Control for Stochastic Nonlinear System

        In this article, we solve the fast finite-time stabilization as well as adaptive fuzzy control design issues for a class uncertain stochastic nonlinear systems. Firstly, a new fast finite-time control scheme is proposed in virtue of generalizing the fast finite-time adaptive control strategy for deterministic systems to the stochastic case. Next, a novel adaptive fuzzy control strategy is developed to simultaneously deal with the stochastic nonlinear systems with completely unknown nonlinearities as well as the disturbances term. Then, stability analysis have been given based on a Jensen’s inequality. Finally, two simulations examples is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

        Inverse Analysis of Inconel 718 Laser-Assisted Milling to Achieve Machined Surface Roughness

        This manuscript proposes an inverse analysis method for the machined surface roughness in laser-assisted milling on Inconel 718. The method solves the forward problem considering the tool profile and the elastic recovery of machined surface and applies the variance-based recursive method to guide the updating mechanism of process parameters to match the measurements. Subsequently, the inverse analysis identifies four process parameters of feed per tooth, tool tip radius, minimum cutting thickness, and tool tip angle, and finds the optimal solution for target performance, the surface roughness. The measurements are collected under the single beam coaxial laser-assisted milling spindle. The proposed modified Kalman filter algorithm introduces the gain coefficient G when updating the process parameters to improve robustness and accuracy. The inverse analysis is conducted on all measurements, and the average error of target performance is 0.460% when the laser is on and 0.394% when the laser is off. The average difference of process parameters is less than 5%, and the selection process is done in 50 loops within a minute. Therefore, the proposed inverse analysis model is robust, adaptive to different initial guesses and measurements, highly accurate, and saves computation time.

        Human B1 Cells are the Main Blood Group A-Specific B Cells That Have a Moderate Correlation With Anti-A Antibody Titer

        Background: Anti-carbohydrate antibody responses, including those of anti-blood group ABO antibodies, are yet to be thoroughly studied in humans. Because anti-ABO antibody-mediated rejection is a key hurdle in ABO-incompatible transplantation, it is important to understand the cellular mechanism of anti-ABO responses. We aimed to identify the main human B cell subsets that produce anti-ABO antibodies by analyzing the correlation between B cell subsets and anti-ABO antibody titers. Methods: Blood group A-binding B cells were analyzed in peritoneal fluid and peripheral blood samples from 43 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis and 18 healthy volunteers with blood group B or O. The correlation between each blood group A-specific B cell subset and anti-A antibody titer was then analyzed using Pearson’s correlation analysis. Results: Blood group A-binding B cells were enriched in CD27+CD43+CD1c− B1, CD5+ B1, CD11b+ B1, and CD27+CD43+CD1c+ marginal zone-B1 cells in peripheral blood. Blood group A-specific B1 cells (P=0.029 and R=0.356 for IgM; P=0.049 and R=0.325 for IgG) and marginal zone-B1 cells (P=0.011 and R=0.410 for IgM) were positively correlated with anti-A antibody titer. Further analysis of peritoneal B cells confirmed B1 cell enrichment in the peritoneal cavity but showed no difference in blood group A-specific B1 cell enrichment between the peritoneal cavity and peripheral blood. Conclusions: Human B1 cells are the key blood group A-specific B cells that have a moderate correlation with anti-A antibody titer and therefore constitute a potential therapeutic target for successful ABO-incompatible transplantation.

      • The Dynamic Access Control Model for Cloud Web Based on Repeated-game Theory

        Access control, what is a core technology in information security, has been widely used cloud web. It is used to distribute objects’ resources to subjects according to some principles. But until now, most traditional access control models are focused on the distributional principles; the security of systems is always ignored. Protecting data and resources in computers from threats and attacks is also an important aspect in access control, especially in cloud web where there are a great deal of threats and attacks. In this paper, we introduce the present situation and related work of access control. Then we analyze the security problems in computer systems with traditional access control model, and get the prisoner’s dilemma in it through Nash equilibrium. To solve this dilemma, we applied repeated-game theory to access control and build a new model RTAC. The ultimate goal of RTAC is to encourage subjects’ honest accesses and discourage subjects’ malicious accesses through Nash equilibrium. At last, we perform some experiments and show the advantages of RTAC over the traditional access control model.

        Detection of Maximal Balance Clique Using Three-way Concept Lattice

        In the era marked by information inundation, social network analysis is the most important part of big dataanalysis, with clique detection being a key technology in social network mining. Also, detecting maximalbalance clique in signed networks with positive and negative relationships is essential. In this paper, we presenttwo algorithms. The first one is an algorithm, MCDA1, that detects the maximal balance clique using theimproved three-way concept lattice algorithm and object-induced three-way concept lattice (OE-concept). Thesecond one is an improved formal concept analysis algorithm, MCDA2, that improves the efficiency ofmemory. Additionally, we tested the execution time of our proposed method with four real-world datasets.

      • Subject Hierarchy Structure Modeling in Data Warehouse

        Data warehouse is subject-oriented organized. However, when data warehousing, the hierarchy structure of subject is currently only decided by decision makers’ intuition. Faced with complicated business data mining cases, it is hard to establish hierarchy structure of subject just according to intuition. Thus a method based on ISM is present to make subject level structure establishment more measurable and illustrative. In this article, the "Subject" level structure establishment process is presented firstly. Then the method is put forward. Finally, the rationality and validity of this method are verified by a case on university financial data warehouse’s subject level establishment.

        More than double jeopardy: An intersectional analysis of persistent income disadvantages of Chinese female migrant workers

        Researchers have attributed the low wages of Chinese female migrant workers to the independent effects of gender and hukou (household registration). Using an intersectional perspective that recognizes the interplay of gender, birthplace, and hukou, this paper identifies six different groups of workers in China’s urban labor market. Both in-depth interviews and survey data demonstrate that from 2003 to 2013, a decade seen as one of China’s continuous economic growth and rising income inequality, female migrant workers earned the lowest wages among the six groups, and their income disadvantages were more than double the disadvantages of gender and hukou combined. This trend was persistent during this decade even after the workers’ education, party membership, and labor market segregation were taken into account. These results imply a within-job wage differential for female migrant workers and a discriminatory wage policy that is tacitly observed by both state and private employers.

        Academic performance and peer relations among rural-to-urban migrant children in Beijing: Do social identity and self‐efficacy matter?

        Due to the household registration system, millions of rural-to-urban migrant children in China are ineligible to receive urban social welfare benefits. These children poten-tially suffer from the evolving awareness of their perceived inferior social identity and experiences of inequalities at an early stage of life. This study examined whether self-perceived social identity is related to academic performance and peer relations among rural-to-urban migrant children in Beijing. Data were collected from 136 children during 2013 and 2014 in three schools for migrant children in Beijing. Path analysis showed that children who identified as a Beijinger, compared with those who self-identified with their rural hometown, had better self-efficacy, which in turn was associated with better academic performance and better peer relations. Enlightened by Western theories, these findings suggest that migrant children’s performance in school could be enhanced by cultivating positive perceptions of their social identity through teachers’ practice and community- and policy-level social support.
