A Parallel Algorithm For The Synthesis of Sequential Circuits
Ping, Lu Ying,Zhang, Wang Wen 대한전자공학회 1992 HICEC:Harbin International Conference on Electroni Vol.1 No.1
On the basis of paper [2], [3], [7], [9], this paper puts forward the normal form of state function and derives the relation between the normal form and excitation function of all kinds of flip flops, at the same time, the paper gives a parallel solution of mapping equation group and minimization method of state functions, so an algorithm for the synthesis of sequential circuits is obtained. Since this method applies vector and matrix operations, it is not only easy in programming, but efficient when implemented on computers.

The c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling pathway participates in many physiological functions. In the current study we reported the cloning and characterization of five novel JNK2 transcript variants, which were designated as JNK2 α3, JNK2 α4, JNK2 β3, JNK2 γ1 and JNK2 γ2, respectively. Among them, JNK2 α4 and JNK2 γ2 are potential non-coding RNA because they contain pre-mature stop codons. Both JNK2α3 and JNK2β3 contain an intact kinase domain, and both encode a protein product of 46 kDa, the same as those of JNK2α1 and JNK2β1. JNK2γ1 contains a disrupted kinase domain and it showed a disable function. When over-expressed in mammalian cells, JNK2α3 showed higher activity on AP-1 than that of JNK2β3 and JNK2γ1. Furthermore, JNK2α3 and JNK2β3 showed different levels of substrate phosphorylation, although they both could promote the proliferation of 293T cells. Our results further demonstrate that JNK2 isoforms preferentially target different substrates and may regulate the expression of various target genes. [BMB reports 2010; 43(11): 738-743]

In order to obtain a better understanding of the ageing process of the field composite insulators, it is necessary to explore a quantitative-valuation method for the aging state evaluation. And the linear relationship between volume resistivity and temperature is proposed. In this paper, the composite insulators with different lengths of operating lives from two manufacturers were tested. The relationship between trap characteristics and volume resistivity-temperature characteristics were analyzed based on Thermal Stimulated Current (TSC), volume resistivity-temperature test, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Furthermore, the application of trap characteristics in the quantitative evaluation of aging state of composite insulators was discussed. The results showed that there was a general negative correlation between the relative variation ratio of trap charges and the volume resistivity-temperature characteristics. Meanwhile, the physicochemical properties would change with the aging time, which would result in the increasing of electron traps. Combined with the TSC and volume resistivity test results, the trap characteristic thresholds which indicated the serious age of the composite insulators had been proposed.

Background: Shufeng Jiedu capsule has been widely used in China for acute upper respiratory tract infections (AURTIs). The aim of this study was to evaluate its effectiveness and safety for AURTIs. Methods: Randomized controlled trials comparing SFJD with conventional drug for patients with AURTIs were included. Eight databases were searched from their inceptions to February 2021. Data was synthesized using risk ration (RR) or mean difference (MD) with their 95% confidence interval (CI). The primary outcome was resolution time of typical symptoms. Results: Twenty-five RCTs involving 3410 patients were included. SFJD in combination with conventional drug was associated with; in common cold shortening the duration of fever (MD −1.54 days, 95% CI [−2.15,−0.92], I2 = 80%, n = 385, 3 trials) and cough (MD −1.22 days, 95% CI [−1.52, −0.93]); in herpangina, shortening the duration of fever (MD -0.68 days, 95% CI [−1.15, −0.21], I2 = 68%, n = 140, 2 trials) and blistering (MD −0.99 days, 95% CI [−1.23, −0.76], n = 386, 3 trials); in acute tonsillitis and acute pharyngitis shortening the duration of fever (MD −1.13 days, 95% CI [−1.36, −0.90], I2 = 33%, n = 688, 7 trials) and sore throat (MD −1.13 days, 95% CI [−1.40, −0.86], I2 = 84.1%, n = 1194, 10 trials). SFJD also improving their cure rate with a range (1–5 days). No serious adverse events were reported. Conclusion: Low certainty evidence suggests that SFJD appears to shorten the duration of symptoms in AURTIs, improve cure rate and seems safe for application. However, high quality placebo controlled trials are warranted to confirm its benefit.
HOW TO SET UP AND MODIFY A CHINESE UNLIMITED PRONUNCIATION DATABASE
Ping, Lu Ying,Liang, Peng 대한전자공학회 1992 HICEC:Harbin International Conference on Electroni Vol.1 No.1
In accordance with the need of communication between man and computer, this paper gives methods of how to set up a Chinese unlimited pronunciation database. Using this kind of pronunciation database enables the computer to synthesize Chinese continuous speech which can include any Chinese syllable on real time. Experiments have proved that the synthesized continuous speech is clear, understandable and smooth.
Regulation of meilingmycin in Streptomyces nanchangensis: Effect of ammonium ion
Ying-ping Zhuang,Yong Wang,Ping Wang,Ju Chu,Si-liang Zhang 한국화학공학회 2010 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.27 No.3
Effects of different ammonium sulfate concentrations on meilingmycin biosynthesis were studied in this research. The results show that a lower concentration of ammonium ions stimulates the biosynthesis of meilingmycin, while a concentration higher than 5mmol/L inhibits the mycelial growth and the biosynthesis of the products. However, increased sugar consumption rate with the elevated concentration of ammonium sulfate was observed during the fermentation process. On this basis, six enzymes, which are responsible for the meilingmycin biosynthesis and the glucose metabolism, were measured and analyzed during the bioprocess. The results suggest that glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, citrate synthase, succinate dehydrogenase and fatty acid synthase are stimulated by higher concentration of ammonium ions, while valine dehydrogenase and methylmalonyl-CoA carboxyltransferase are inhibited. From the results it follows that the precursor supply was restricted with the higher concentration of ammonium ions, which results in the lower production of meilingmycin. Thus, the strategy of maintaining a low level of FAS activity is a critical factor for high yield of meilingmycin.
Combined Effects of Curcumin and Triptolide on an Ovarian Cancer Cell Line
Cai, Ying-Ying,Lin, Wei-Ping,Li, Ai-Ping,Xu, Jian-Yang Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.7
Background: As natural medicines in Asia, curcumin and triptolide extracted from different drug plants have proven to possess anticancer potential and widely used for anti-cancer research. The present study attempted to clarify that curcumin and triptolide synergistically suppress ovarian cancer cell growth in vitro. Methods: To test synergic effects, cell viability and apoptosis were analyzed after curcumin and triptolide combination treatment on ovarian cancer cell lines. Synergistic effects on apoptosis induction were determined by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) leakage assay, intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) assay, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) loss assay and flow cytometry analysis. Critical regulators of cell proliferation and apoptosis related were analyzed by qRT-PCR and Western blotting. Results: We showed that the combination of curcumin and triptolide could synergistically inhibit ovarian cancer cell growth, and induce apoptosis, which is accompanied by HSP27 and HSP70, indicating that HSP27 and HSP70 play the important role in the synergic effect. Conclusions: From the result present here, curcumin and triptolide combination with lower concentration have a synergistic anti-tumor effect on ovarian cancer and which will have a good potential in clinical applications.
