        歷史記錄의 虛實에 對한 檢討 : especially on the writer of samjangsasi of Chokseukru 특히 矗石樓 「三壯士詩」作者의 境遇

        The historical facts have been written down either by those who witnessed and well knew the facts, or by those who only knew them by hearing from others. It is obvious the writer of Samjangsasi of Chokseukru is Kim Seung-il and the Samjansa (three heroes) are Kim Seung-il(金誠一) Cho Jong-do(趙宗道) and Yi Ro(李魯), according to Yangsailigi (龍蛇日記) written by Yi Ro. The book says Kim Seung-il was nominated Choyusa (recruiting official) of Yeungnam Province in 1592, and commanded volunteers against Japanese invaders until he died by illness in the next year. Further, other books including Hakbongjip (鶴峯集) have the same names of the three heroes. On the other hand, Choe Kyeung-hoe(崔慶會) is the composer of the poem Samjangsasi says Honam Jeoleuirok (湖南節業錄)published in 1799, a record of second-hand facts. In this book Samjangsa the three heroes, are Kinl Cheun-il(金千鎰), Choe Kyeung-hoe and Ko long-hoo(高從厚). These later books induding Mokminsimseu (牧民心書)are not much different from the above Jeoleuirok. Judging from these books the composer of the poem Samjangsasi is no doubt Kim Seung-il, not Choe Kyeung-hoe, for the source of the former is the same and on the ground of facts, but that of the latter various and different. In view of social situation and historical background Kim Seung-il is the writer of the Samjangsasi beyond question. Arriving at Chinju in May 1592 Kim had a conference with his staff members Cho Jong-do and Yi Ro mentioned before, then on the Chokseukre he wrote the poem, an expression of his thoughts and emotions. And after his death in April, 1593 the poem has been preserved by his followers. But Choe Kyeung-hoe was too busy in an emergency, in midst of the fall of Chinju Cantle to write a poem, and even if he could, how and who preserved it ? These facts have been testified by the history book Chosunwangjosillok (朝鮮王朝實錄). Moreover, the expression, "As long as the rhythm of a, poem does not dry out, my soul will not be dead, does not suggest the drowned soul of Choe Kyeung-hoe and is not to be misunderstood. The theme of the poem is that as long as the rover flows, my soul for the country (patriotism) shall not die for ever.

      • A Study on Characteristics of Wet Oxide Gate and Nitride Oxide Gate for fabrication of NMOSFET

        이 논문에서는 HP 4145 소자 테스터를 사용하여 핫 케리어 효과와 트래핑차지, SILC의 특성을 비교하기 위하여 질화 산화막 게이트와 습식게이트 산화막을 가지고 0.26㎛ NMOSFET를 테스트하고 생성시켰다. 그 결과로 습식게이트 산화막소자보다 질화 산화막 게이트의 특성이 더 좋다는 것을 알게 되었고 특히 핫 케리어 라이트 타임이 (질화 산화막 게이트 소자는 30년이나 습식 게이트 산화막은 10년) 길고 Vg의 변화 및 항복전압이나 트래핑의 충전 등이 좋음을 알 수 있었다. In this paper we fabricated and tested the 0.26㎛ NMOSFET with wet gate oxide and nitride oxide gate to compare that the characteristics of hot carrier effect, charge to breakdown, transistor Id_Vg curve, charge trapping, and SILC(Stress Induced Leakage Current) using the HP4145 device tester. As a result we find that the characteristics of nitride oxide gate device better than wet gate oxide device, especially hot carrier lifetime (nitride oxide gate device satisfied 30years, but the lifetime of wet gate oxide was only 0.1year), variation of Vg, charge to breakdown and charge trapping etc.

        전통장류로부터 혈전용해 활성이 우수한 효모균주의 분리

        본 연구에서는 강원전통장류로부터 혈전용해 활성이 우수한 효모를 분리하였다. 된장에서 분리한 AFY-1 균주는 혈전용해 활성 측정결과 양성대조구인 plasmin 보다 약 1.75배 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 분리한 효모는 18S rRNA 염기서열 및 탄소원 이용 특성 분석을 통하여 Saccharomycetales sp.로동정되었으며, AFY-1 균주의 생육 최적온도는 32oC였다. 본 연구에서 분리된 혈전용해능이 우수한 효모균주는 안전성 검증 등 추가연구를 통해 발효식품 제조용 스타터로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Yeast strains demonstrating fibrinolytic activity were isolated from traditional fermented soybean in Gangwon province, Korea. The AFY-1 strain isolated from fermented soybean paste showed the highest fibrinolytic activity (3.5 U/mg protein) corresponding to a 1.75 fold higher fibrinolytic activity compared with the plasmin (2.0 U/mg protein). The optimum temperature for the growth of AFY-1 strain was 32oC. Analysis of 18S rRNA gene sequence and carbon source utilization pattern indicated that the AFY-1 strain shares the highest homology (99%) with Saccharomycetales sp.

        RAPD 분석에 의한 굴참나무 집단의 유전변이 연구

        Quercus variabilis is one of the most important tree species in both utilization of forest resources and management of forest ecosystem in Korea. To obtain the basic information for the establishment of breeding strategy and efficient management of genetic resources, five populations of Q. variabilis from 89 selected plus trees were studied using POPGENE and AMOVA analysis based on DNA markers focussing on the genetic diversity and variation among populations. The overall polymorphic amplicons were 78.6% and levels of genetic diversity within 5 populations were similar each other (Shannon's Index : 0.289∼0.423 [mean 0.366]). The values of total genetic diversity (H_t) and average gene diversity within population (H_S) were 0.265 and 0.239, respectively. The degree of genetic differentiation (G_st : 0.098) was relatively high compared with those of other tree species. Based on the cluster analysis of UPGMA, genetic relationships among 5 populations were not coincided with the pattern of geographic distribution.

        In ancient China, Heaven as the origin of morals was an external power. Then, human ethical practice was heteronomous and man couldn't confirm the reality of Heaven. As human intelligence developed, man realized that the moral capacity lied in man himself. Meng-tze thought that human nature is good and following his nature is following Heaven. Human good nature is expressed as human mind. Thus, to realize one's good mind is to realize Heaven. This is way to Man-Heaven Unity of Meng-tze.

        치근단 병소를 가진 치아의 발치 후 즉시 임플란트 식립 및 보철을 통한 심미성 회복

        Esthetics is important in restoring maxillary anterior area. Alveolar bone resorption and loss of interdental papilla may be minimized by immediate implantation. Previous studies showed successful results with the immediate implantation in healthy extraction socket, while many of these studies objected the immediate implantation into extraction sites with periapical lesions. Recent studies, however, reported successful results of the immediate implantation into extraction sites with periapical lesions with careful debridement of extraction sockets and general medication of antibiotics prior to implantation. A 73-year-old female visited the department of Prosthodontics in ○○ University Dental Hospital with the chief complaint of fallen post-core and crown on left maxillary incisor. Although the incisor was with vertical root fracture and periapical lesion, the immediate implantation following the extraction of tooth was planned. Thorough socket debridement, irrigation with chlorhexidine, and tetracycline soaking were followed by immediate implantation. The general medication of antibiotics (Moxicle Tab, 375 mg) was prescribed before and after the surgery. Immediate provisional restoration was delivered two days after the surgery, and the definitive metal-ceramic restoration was placed about six months later after reproducing the emergence profile from the provisional restoration. This case presents satisfying result esthetically and functionally upto two years after the placement of prosthesis with the harmonious gingival line and no loss of marginal bone. 상악 전치부는 심미적 회복이 강조되는 부위다. 발치 후 치유될 때까지 기다린다면 치조골 흡수와 치간 유두 수축을 방지할 수 없다. 일단 흡수된 조직을 재생하기 위해서는 추가적인 외과적 술식이 필요하고 치료 기간도 많이 소요된다. 발치 전 치조골과 치은 조직이 건강하다면 치주 조직을 보존 유지하기 위해 발치와 동시에 즉시 임플란트 식립을 고려할 수 있다. 특히 건전한 발치와에서의 즉시 임플란트 식립은 여러 논문에서 성공적인 결과를 보였다. 치근단 병소가 존재하는 치아의 발치 후 즉시 임플란트 식립에 대해서는 부정적인 반응을 보이는 연구가 많았으나, 최근에는 확실한 발치와의 육아조직제거와 전신적 항생제 투여 시 성공률이 높다는 결과도 보고되고 있다. 본 증례는 73세 여환으로 상악 좌측 중절치의 포스트-코어와 금속도재관이 탈락되었으며 임플란트 치료를 받고 싶다는 주소로 내원하였다. 치근단 병소와 수직적 치근 파절이 존재하였으나 치근단 병소가 있는 치아에서도 즉시 임플란트 식립의 성공사례가 여러 차례 보고되어 발치 및 즉시 임플란트 식립을 계획하였다. 발치 후 발치와 육아조직제거와 클로르헥시딘 용액 소독 및 tetracycline 용액으로 soaking을 시행한 후 임플란트를 식립하였으며 식립 전 후로 전신적 항생제를 투여하였다. 임플란트를 식립하면서 인상채득하여 2일 뒤 임시 보철물을 장착하였다. 약 6개월 뒤 치경부 형태를 재연하여 최종 인상 채득하였으며 최종 보철물을 장착하였다. 보철물 장착 후 2년까지 치은선이 인접치아와 조화를 이루고 변연골 흡수없이 심미적으로 만족할만한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다.

        The idea of Man-Heaven Unity is the core of the confuciun thought. Confucius tried to suggest the potentialities of human morals. Heaven is the source of human morals. Heaven commands man to perform his moral duty. That is the 'will of heaven'(天命). Man-Heaven Unity is for man to realize the 'will of heaven'. First of all one should understand what the 'will of heaven' is. The result is to understand his mission. The will of heaven is that man should realize his life fully. One should try for that personally and socially.
