No effective antiviral therapy is proven yet, but clinical use of ribavirin (RBV) has been tried. We investigated the antiviral effect of RBV against SFTSV in vitro. Methods: To test for cytotoxicity of RBV, Vero cells were treated with different concentrations of RBV (3.90 to 500 μg/mL, two-fold dilution) and analyzed by cell viability MTS assay 48h post-infection. To determine antiviral activity of RBV against SFTSV, Vero cells were infected with SFTSV strain Gangwon/Korea/2012 at 100 TCID50 (50% tissue culture infective dose) per well in a 96-well plate, and RBV was added at the concentrations showing no or minimal cytotoxicity. Viral RNAs were extracted from the culture supernatants and quantifi ed using one-step real-time reverse transcription- PCR to amplify the partial large segment of SFTSV. Statistical analysis was done by one-way ANOVA with Tukey`s post hoc test. Results: Cytotoxicity due to RBV was not observed at RBV concentration =31.3 μg/ mL. Viral RNAs at 24h post-RBV treatment were reduced with increasing RBV concentrations (1-32 μg/mL), compared with those of mock-treated cells (P <0.01, Figure). Half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of RBV was 3.69 μg/mL at 24h post-RBV treatment. Conclusions: Our study shows that RBV has antiviral effect against SFTSV in a dose-dependent manner. Further studies are required to evaluate the effi cacy of RBV in SFTS.

The purposes of this study were to compare, through a factor analysis, the perceived level of importance of 4 categories of features relating to food service management between salespeople and clients, to establish an effective marketing strategy for successful contracting. To obtain data on the perceived level of importance level of the factors affecting foodservice management contracts, questionnaires were developed using the Delphi technique, which were modified by apilot test. The questionnaires consisted of 4 categories and 19 items on the factors affecting foodservice management contracts, with the importance level of these factors measured on a 5 point-Liken type scale. Between March 12 and April 13 2003, the self-administrative questionnaires were mailed to the 60 salespeople and 280 clients. A total of 50 clients (25%) and 48 stlespeople(77%) responded to the questionnaires. As a result, forprivate contracts and in competitive hiding, the differences of the perceived importance level between the salespeople and clients of the 3 categories the appropriateness of foodservice operation plan, sales ability, the conditions and costs of the contract) were sis_naificant. For the 5 items relating to private contracts, Field trip, Menu Management Plan. Sanitation and Safety Management, Cost per meal and Food Cost per meal, both the salespeople and clients perceived high levels of importance for all these items. For competitive biding, both the salespeople and clients perceived high levels of importance for the 6 item the Fooxiservice operation supportive system, Field trip, Menu Management Plan, Renewal plans for interior and environment, Cost per meal and Food Cost per meal.

이번 가네코 카즈시게 선생이 기증한 여러 유물 중 金子124 수호는 약 60여개 정도의 파편을 접합하고, 자체 하중을 견딜 수 있는 접착제를 적절하게 사용하여 결손부분을 복원하였다. 또한 보존처리를 하는 동안에도 항상 가역성을 염두에 두면서 처리하였고, 색맞춤도 미관상 어색함이 없는 범위 내에서 처리하였다. 그 결과, 기형이 둥근 점토질의 박형(珀形) 항아리로 새롭게 탄생하였다. This article examines the conservation process of a donated Gourd-style jar (Object No. Geumja No. 124), which was broken into several fragments (more than 60) in the past. After assessing the condition of the object, each of the fragments were re-attached, and missing areas were gap-filled and re-touched. The authors discuss considerations, which were taken into account during the decision making process. These include the integrity of the object and the section of treatment materials, such as the reversibility of adhesives and filling materials. After its conservation, the authors believe that the object is in a better condition and ready for display in the future.

Ductile coupled flexural wall is the primary seismic load resisting system of buildings. In these systems, connections are generally headed stud bolt connection. The purpose of experimental study is to evaluate the seismic behavior of these connection under cyclic loading. A comprehensive experimental test involving 4 specimens has been performed and this program is used to study the effect of value of moment and edge distance. Through experimental test, the seismic behavior of typical headed stud bolt connections was established.

접합부 상세에 따른 철골 커플링 보의 내진거동

Ductile coupled flexural wall is the primary seismic load resisting system of buildings. The coupling beams of these buildings must exhibit excellent ductility and energy dissipation capacity. To achieve better ductility and energy dissipation, steel coupling beam embedded in the reinforced concrete walls is proposed. A comprehensive experimental test involving 5 steel coupling beam specimens has been performed and results from this program are used herein to study the effect of details of steel coupling beams embedded in the reinforced concrete walls on seismic behavior. Through experimental test, the seismic behavior of typical steel coupling beams was established. These efforts have resulted in details for increasing the seismic capacity of steel coupling beam in the seismic behavior of buildings.

한국 스포츠산업 관련 법률 고찰

본 연구에서는 스포츠산업진흥법을 제정하기에 앞선 중요한 절차로 기존의 스포츠산업 관련 법률들의 실태 및 특성을 조사하여 스포츠산업과 관련된 법조항과 법조문은 무엇이 있는가를 사실적으로 분석·파악하여 현재의 스포츠산업 관련 법률을 입체적·동적으로 이해하고 나아가서 올바르고 합리적인 스포츠산업진흥법의 입법화에 기여하고자 기존의 스포츠산업 관련 법률들의 법규정을 살펴보고자 한다. 그러므로 본 연구는 현행 대한민국 법률, 명령, 자치법규(조례, 규칙)를 모두 수집하여 전문가의 자문과 문헌 고찰방법을 틀하여 스포츠산업 관점의 접근방법으로 개넘과 명제의 의미를 분석하고 특성을 찾아낸 후 스포츠 산업 관련 법률의 법조항과 법조문을 발췌하고 스포츠산업 관련 법률의 영역별 분류방법을 활용해서 한국 스포츠산업 관련 법률들을 재분류하고 종합하여 고찰·분석하였다. 이상의 연구절차를 통하여 본 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠시설업 관련 법률로는 현행 대한민국 법률 중 '개발이익환수에관한법률'외 39개의 법률에서 스포츠시설업 관련 법조항과 법조문이 규정되어 있었으며, 스포츠시설 임대업 관련 법률은 현행 대한민국 법률에서 그 법규정을 찾을 수 없었다. 둘째, 스포츠용품업 관련 법률로는 현행 대한민국 법률 중 '국민체육진흥법'외 4개의 법률에서 스포츠웅품업 관련 법조항과 법조문이 규정되어 있었으며, 스포츠신발 제조업 관련 법률과 스포츠어패럴 제조업 관련 법률, 스포츠용품 대여업 관련 법률, 스포츠용품 수리업 관련 법률은 현행 대한민국 법률의 법규정에 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 스포츠서비스업 관련 법률로는 현행 대한민국 법률 중 '국민체육진흥범'외 27개의 법률에서 스포츠서비스업 관련 법조항과 법조문이 규정되어 있었으며, 스포츠에이전트업 관련 법률, 스포츠인터넷사업 관련 법률, 스포츠여행업 관련 법률, 스포츠소프트웨어개발업 관련 법률은 현행 대한민국 법률의 법규정에서 보이지 않았다. 그러므로 본 연구결과에서 나타났듯이 체육과 직접 관련이 있는 법률 외에도 여러 법률에서 스포츠산업과 관련된 법조항과 법조문이 규정되어 있었다. 하지만 스포츠시설 임대업, 스포츠신발 제조업, 스포츠어패럴 제조업, 스포츠여행업과 같이 스포츠산업의 단일 업종으로만 볼 수 없는 사업과 스포츠용품대여업, 스포츠용품 수리업과 같이 영세한 업종 그리고 스포츠에이전트업, 스포츠인터넷사업, 스포츠소프트웨어개발업과 같이 최근 부각되고 있는 신규 업종에서는 관련 법규정조차 나타나 있지 않았다. 끝으로 본 연구가 스포츠산업진흥법의 입법화에 미약하나마 도움이 되었으면 하고 스포츠산업진흥법이 한시적인 특별법적인 성격이나 강제력이나 구속력이 없는 장려법적인 성격이 되지 않고 스포츠산업진흥법을 스포츠산업 관련 다른 법령들보다 우월한 지위에 놓고 약 100여개의 법률에 중구난방이거나 중복된 스포츠산업 관련 법규정들을 통일적으로 규율하기 위한 기본법적인 성격으로 스포츠산업의, 스포츠산업에 의한, 스포츠산업을 위한 올바르고 합리적인 스포츠산업진흥법의 방향으로 입법화를 추진해야한다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate of law about sport industry to the existing statute, order, self laws and regulations in the Republic of Korea. Then this paper investigated the Korea sport industry law that analyzed and found out the conception and meaning of proposition and characteristics in the existing law of Korea, extracted the article and text of law about sport industry, and did re-classify by standard industry classification of the National Statistical Office and sport industry classification of Kim jong(2001). Therefore, I could find out conclusion following; First, law about sport institution business was Restitution of Development Gains Act and thirty-nine, and there was no the law about sport lease business. Second, law about sport supplies business was National Sports Promotion Act and fourth, and there were no the law about sport shoes manufacture business, sport apparel business, sport supplies lending business, and sport supplies repair business. Third, law about sport service business was National Sports Promotion Act and twenty-seven, and there were no the law about sport agent business, sport internet business, sport tour business, and sport softwear development.

Objectives : The reliability and validity of the Korean version of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (K-HDRS) were examined in Korean patients depressive symptoms. Methods : 33 inpatients and 70 outpatients diagnosed as major depressive disorder or depressive episode of bipolar I disorder according to the DSM-IV criteria were assessed with K-HDRS, Clinical Global Impression score (CGI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Montgomery-Aberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS). Results : Internal consistency (Cronhach's alpha coefficeint=0.76) and interrater reliability (r=0.94, p<0.001) were Statistically significant. Principal axis factoring analysis revealed 4 factors that accounted for 50.4% of the total variance. The Correlations of K-HDRS with CGI, BDI and MADRS were 0.84, 0.54, 0.58 respectively. Conclusion : These results showed that the K-HDRS could be a reliable and valid tool for the assessment of depressive Korean patients. The K-HDRS will be a useful tool for assessing depressive symptoms in Korea.
