최근 저자들은 Vibrio vulnificus 감염에 의해 패혈증 및 이차성 피부 병변을 보인 42세의 남자 환자의 치료중 하부 위장관 출혈이 병발된 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. We experienced a case of Vibrop vulnificus septicemia which showed an unusual manifestation such as hematochezia. The patient was a 42-year-old man with chronic liver disease. The blood and wound culture revealed the organism. During intensive care, he suffered from massive hematochezi for several days. Colonoscopy and abdominal CT showed findings suspicious of ischemic colitis. To our knowledge, this is the first unusual case of V.vulnificus infection which showed massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding.

The study is on the beauty of the line in the Cho-sun Costume. In the aspect of the Costume Aesthetics and Study of Clothing Design, I try to find the beauty of the line in the external form and the immanent beauty of the external line in the Cho-sun Costume. The results of the study is that: 1) The beauty of the line external form have ① the functional beauty of the line ② the beauty of draped line ③ combination of the line of internal and external structure. ④ the beauty of wearing with the Chi-ma. ⑤ the beauty of sharp line in the ornamenats 2) The immanent beauty of the line in the Cho-sun Costume: There are a natural beauty found by the reason of nature, temperate beauty, simple beauty in the Cho-sun Costeme.

후기구조주의적 관점에서 본 유아교실의 언어

본 연구는 널리 알려져 있으면서도 한편으로는 제대로 인식되지 않은 삶의 한 가지 방식으로서 구조주의적 가정의 관점으로 현재 유아교육현장에서 발생하는 언어현상의 문제들을 해석해 보고 이러한 문제들에 대한 개선방안을 구조주의의 한계를 비판하면서 출현한 후기구조주의적 접근을 통해 논의해 보았다. 연구의 결과 구조주의적인 관점에서 유아 교실의 언어현상은 초월적 기의의 존재, 개체의 존엄과 본질의 외면, 언어와 사고의 경직성이라는 문제점을 가지고 있었고 이에 대한 후기구조주의적 관점에서의 해결 방향은 초월적 기의의 해체, 개체와 본질의 존엄성 찾아가기, 언어의 시적 기능 회복하기라는 세 가지로 제시되었다. The purpose of this study expolres the language phenomena of early childhood classroom from Post-Structualistic perspectives. In order to achieve this purpose, the characteristics of language to generate in early childhood classroom was firstly discussed from structualistic perspectives. The result was that currently language to generate in early childhood classroom is very structualistic and can't reflect children's real life context. Therefore, In this study, to solve the ploblems of currently language to generate in early childhood classroom, researcher suggest that from post-structualistic perspectives the language to generate in early childhood classroom should be rethinked. On post-structualistic perspectives the early children's language should be reflect children's real life context and recover poetic function of language.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the internal and extemal line beauty of men's dress of the Chosun period from the views of dress design and dress aesthetics. 1) External Line Beauty of Men's Dress of the Chosun Period ① Functional Beauty: Having the beauty of functional line in terms of convenience, notion, effectiveness, practice and sanitation. ② Structural Beauty: H77ing the beauty harmonizing between lines of internal and external structures. ③ Ornamental Beauty: Having the beauty of simple line by mashing accessories (gat, fan, sejodae, shoes) with a simple dress. ④ Wearing Beauty: Making tall-looking or expressing a mature masculine beauty by a visual mistake caused by a combination of internal and external structural beauty lines. 2) Internal Line Beauty of Men's Dress of the Chosun Period Including a simple but natural beauty based on natural philosophy, the beauty of courtesy emphasizing official hat and dress and the beauty of dress having aesthetic consciousness with which people enjoy an idyllic life.

(2-Cyano-2-Carboethoxy-1-Ethyl)Phenoxyacetic Acid들의 가수분해에 대한 반응속도론적 연구

넓은 pH범위에서 (2-cyano-2-carboethoxy-1-ethenyl)phenoxyacetic acid들의 가수분해속도상수를 자외선 분광광도법으로 측정하였고 이 결과로부터 넓은 pH범위에 적용되는 반응속도식을 구하였다. 이 속도식과 실험사실로부터 이 물질의 가수분해반응 메카니즘을 제안하였다. pH10 이상에서는 전체반응속도는 수산화이온 농도에 직접 비례하며 pH7 이하의 산성용액에서는 물분자가 직접 첨가된다. The rate constants of the hydrolysis of (2-cyano-2-carboethoxy-1-ethenyl) phenoxyacetic acids were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at various pH and the rate equation which can be applied over a wide pH range were obtained. Therefore the reaction mechanism was proposed. Above pH10, the over-all rate is depend upon concentration of hydroxide ion, below pH7, the reaction are initiated by the attack of a water molecule on the double bond. At pH 7-10, the competitive reaction between a water molecule and hydroxide ion is anticipated to occur.

The antihistaminic action of eighteen herbal medicines was investigated by the radioligand binding and functional assays. The hexane fractions of Trichosanthis radix, Mori cortex radicis and Evodiac fructus dose-dependently inhibited [³H]mepyramine binding to H, receptor in guinea-pig brain homogenates and histamine-induced contraction of isolated guinea-pig ileum. Antihistaminic action of the hexane and ethyl acetate fractions of Mori cortex radicis and the hexane fraction of Evodiae fructus was more potent than their antimuscarinic action evaluated from the inhibition of [³H]QNB binding and carbachol response. The ethyl acetate and chloroform fractions from Scutcllariae radix also inhibited histamine-induced contraction, but antihistaminic potencies of these fractions were almost identical with their antimuscarinic potencies. The hexane fractions of Mori cortex radicis and Evodiae fructus inhibited selectively the increase of histamine-induced cutaneous vascular permeability in the rat dorsal skins. However, the ethyl acetate fraction from Scutellariae radix inhibited eqipotently the effects of histamine and serotonin on the vascular permeability. These results demonstrate that the hexane and ethyl acetate fractions of Mori cortex radicis and the hexane fraction of Evodiae fructus have the selective histamine H₁ receptor blocking activity.

튀김어묵의 Texture와 色調에 影響하는 要因에 대하여 : 1. 제품의 직경과 튀김온도

The present study aims to obtain the affecting factors on quality such as texture and color value during production of fried fish meat paste using fish meat paste, the influence of the diameter, the flying temperature were investigated. Among the products of diameter of 12, 18 and 31mm, the products of diameter of 31mm showed high score at hardness, toughness and L value. The most profitable temperature for production of frying fish meat paste was 170°C.

불소인식정도에 대한 조사보고

저자는 1998년 6월과 7월에 전북대학교병원 소아치과에 내원한 초진환자중 설문지에 응답할 수 있는 환자 50여명과 보호자 100명을 대상으로 불소에 대해 어느정도 인식하고 있는지 알아보고자 설문지를 이용하여 조사하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 불소의 치과에서의 사용여부에 대한 인식정도는 환자 26%, 보호자 51%, 전체적으로 42.7%를 보였다. 2. 불소의 우식예방효과에 대한 인식정도는 환자 86%, 보호자 85%, 전체적으로 85.7%의 높은 비율을 보였다. 3. 이에 반해 불소도포희망 여부에 대하여 환자 46%, 보호자 44%만이 긍정적으로 답하였다. 4. 불소를 이용하거나 도포한 경험은 환자 60%, 보호자 55%로 낮은 비율을 보였다. 5. 불소의 우식예방효과에 대한 인식여부와 실제이용 정도는 일치하지 않았다. 이에 치과 종사자 및 대중매체를 통해 보다 적극적인 불소사용의 교육이 이루어진다면 불소이용은 증가할 것이다. At the department of Pediatric Dentistry in Chonbuk National University Hospital, authors conducted a survey of 50 new patients and 100 new parents regarding fluoride in order to discover what they think about fluoride. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. It answered patients 26%, parents 51% and total 42.7% in knowledge about the use of fluoride in dental clinics. 2. The knowledge about caries prevention effect of fluoride is high ; patients 86%, parents 85% and total 85.3% 3. The patients and parents who wanted to use fluoride are 46%, 44% respectively 4. The patients and parents who experienced fluoride are 60%, 55% respectively 5. It is not correspond the knowledge about caries prevention effect of fluoride and the practical method of application These results suggest that the number of patients and parents who use fluoride will increase if we advise them adequately
