AbstractThe purpose of this study was examined the mechanical variations focusing on the jump for one foot landing an the jump for both feet landing in basic skills of the Korean dance, in order to reveal the reason of the knee and feet joint injury of the dancer. Subjects were 10 skilled and 10 unskilled. They jumped over the Force Plateform was used to examine the ground reaction force in jumping and landing. The following conclusions are supported by the findings of this study. In jumping for the both-feet and one-foot landing of skilled, the jump of the one-foot landing is significantly(p<.01) longer in the duration of take off and more lower in the height of jump than the jump for the both-feeg. The duration of take off for the both-feet and one-foot landing of skilled is almost same between both but in the duration of landing situation is significantly(p<.01) longer the one-foot landing. The both-feet landing is regardly (p<. 05) larger in the average force and power of landing situation. There are not the significant difference between the jump of the both-feet and one-foot landing in the duration of take off, the height of jump and the average force and power, which are appeared in the jump of unskilled. The both-feet landing is significantly bigger in the average power of landing situation in the both-feet and one-foot landing of unskilled.

The pimapty sella syndrome results from and extension of the subarachnoid space into and intrasellar position with subsequent remodeling of the sella turcica and flattening of the pituitary gland. We experienced a case of primary emty sella syndrome in a 14-year-old male patient who was hospitalized because of short stature and micropenis. The endocrinologic studies revealed growth hormone and gonadotropin hormone deficiencies. The magnetic resonance imaging showed sella turica filled with CSF and flattened pituitary glad. The patient was followed-up with growth hormone therapy and the result was favorable.
Implementation of Shape Detection System Using the Backpropagation Learning Algorithm

Though the loss and distortion of information is too much, man have an inferable ability which can lead the whole information, using the learned information in advance during the shape recognition steps. If you make the shape detection system using this principle, the shape detection system which is strong to the loss and distortion can be developed. Backpropagatio learning algorithm, the neural network learning method is used to embody this shape detection system in this paper. The purposed detectio system is an algorithm to detect the shape by matching the feature point extract in an image and the learned image in advance with the backpropagation algorithm. In order to verify the validity of the purposed detectio nsystem , comparing the detected result of Hough Transform about the damaged simple image, the damaged image including an external noises and the crossed image with that of the purposed detection system, the purposed detection system is the better than the Hough Transform using a feature point.

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common tumor associated with the salivary gland. These tumors are derived from a mixture of ductal and myoepithelial elements and rarely develop in the jawbones. Regardless of the site of origin, pleomorphic adenoma presents as a painless, firm, and slow-growing mass, which is often misdiagnosed as an odontogenic cyst when located in the tooth-bearing areas of the jaws.

<P>In contrast to the conventional belief that systemic arteries dilate under hypoxia, we found that α-adrenergic contraction of rat deep femoral artery (DFA) is largely augmented by hypoxia (HVC(DFA)) while hypoxia (3% Po(2)) alone had no effect. HVC(DFA) was consistently observed in both endothelium-intact and -denuded vessels with partial pretone by phenylephrine (PhE) or by other conditions (e.g., K(+) channel blocker). Patch-clamp study showed no change in the membrane conductance of DFA myocytes by hypoxia. The RhoA-kinase inhibitor Y27632 attenuated HVC(DFA). The nitric oxide synthase inhibitor [nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME)] and soluble guanylate cyclase inhibitor [oxadiazole quinoxalin (ODQ)] strongly augmented the PhE-pretone, while neither of the agents had effect without pretone. NADPH oxidase type 4 (NOX4) inhibitors (diphenylene iodonium and plumbagin) also potentiated PhE-pretone, which was reversed by NO donor. No additive HVC(DFA) was observed under the pretreatment with L-NAME, ODQ, or plumbagin. Western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that both NOX4 and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) are expressed in smooth muscle layer of DFA. Various mitochondria inhibitors (rotenone, myxothiazol, and cyanide) prevented HVC(DFA). From the pharmacological data, as a mechanism for HVC(DFA), we suggest hypoxic inhibition of eNOS in myocytes. The putative role of NOX4 and mitochondria requires further investigation. The HVC(DFA) may prevent imbalance between cardiac output and skeletal blood flow under emergent hypoxia combined with increased sympathetic tone.</P>

Generalized Hough transform has been recognized as a powerful technique for a long time which can detect a curved element with a circle and an ellipse in binary image. When a circle and an ellipse is detected by using a generalized Hough transform, if another curved elements exist in the internal, only the external curved element are detected, but internal curved elements are not detected, because of looking upon it a s noise. This paper uses a coordinate point characteristic of the curved element from input image involved to the multiple curve, applying a repeat technique called CLEAT in order to detect multiple straight lines exactly in the voluntary image Then it detect ellipse by selecting eight point of ellipse which length of a perpendicular line become a maximum and minimum. Also, in the same way, it can detect and store a circle. After detected outmost curve is removed to make next inner curves, became outmost one. And it detected the double curved element, embodying a curved all curves can be detected in turn.
