In this paper, cyan coupler was prepared by the reaction of 2-amino-4.6-dichloro-5-me-thylphenol with 2,4-ditirtiarypentyl-phenoxy-butyroyl chloride in the presence of pyridine. The product was identified by using various analytical tools such as melting point. Elemental analyzer. IR spectrophotometer. UV-Vis spectrophotometer Mass Spectrometer. The reaction of cyan coupler with CD-3(color development agent) was shown cyan color.

A layer feeding trial was conducted for 10 weeks to investigate the effects of the addition of corn distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) to layer diets on the laying performance, egg qualities, and yolk fatty acid composition. Nine hundred Hyline Brown layers, 24 weeks of age, were randomly allotted to 20 replicate laying cages, 45 birds per replicate. There were four diet treatments (0, 10, 15, and 20% DDGS), and five replicates per treatment. All experimental diets were prepared to contain iso-protein (17%) and iso-calorie (TMEn 2,780 kcal/kg). The use of DDGS up to 20% level in layer diets did not exert any influence on feed intake, laying rate, total egg mass, mean egg weight, and feed conversion ratio. DDGS did not exert any influence in weight of egg, breaking strength, and color of eggshell. The albumen height and Haugh unit was not influenced by DDGS addition. The yolk color was significantly increased by DDGS supplementation. As the DDGS level increased, the oleic acid content decreased, and the linoleic acid increased (P<0.05). The degree of saturation of yolk fatty acids was not affected by dietary DDGS. The inclusion of DDGS up to 20% in layer diets resulted in the decrease of feed cost per kg without any effect in the laying performance. In conclusion, the use of DDGS up to 20% level in layer diets could replace corn and soybean meal without any harmful effect on the laying performances.

In this paper, it was studied about the red-sensitive layer. UV-Vis data of the dye at monomeric and J-state were considered with respect to their performance(contrast, speed, density and fog) in photographic emulsion. The sensitizing effect of the dye is found to be strongly structure-dependent. Naphthctbiazolo carbocyanine dye can be used as red sensitizing dye for the spectral sensitization of photographic emulsion.

In this study, 2-(Nitroimino)imidazoline was prepared by the reaction of nitroguanidine with ethylenediamine in the presence of water at 65℃. The product was identified by using various analytical tools such as melting point, elemental analyzer, IR spectrophotometer, mass spectrometer and TLC. This compound can be used as intermediate for prepareing pesticide-imidacloprid packing and cosmetics preservative.

The symmetric naphthothiazolo carbocyanine is of industrial importance as red-sensitizing dye in the spectral sensitization of emulsion microcrystals in negative film-making. The stability on the solvents of naphthothiazolo carbocyanine dye was measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and then all of solvents were stabilized sensitizer. The maximum absorption peak range in various solvents was 600nm~612nm. But it was identified that only methanol can be used to photographic emulsion.

유가 덕철학 치유의 실험연구 -정감체험 프로그램을 통하여-

본고는 유가 덕철학 치유의 실천방법으로 개발된 정감체험 프로그램을 통하여 덕철학치유의 효과를 검증하기 위해 실시한 실험연구이다. 정감체험 프로그램은 정좌법과 성찰궁리법으로 구성되어 있다. 정좌법은 덕성함양을 위한 명상법이다. 성찰궁리법은 일상생활에서 욕망에 의해 잃어버린 마음을 진단하고, 인간의 본성으로부터 발현된 도덕정감(측은지심·수오지심·사양지심·시비지심)을 자각하여 덕 행위를 실천하는 방법이다. 선우는 유가 덕철학 치유의 실천방법으로 개발된 정감체험 프로그램을 통하여 자신의 선성(善性)을 함양하고, 사회적 문제를 도덕적으로 해결해 나아감으로써 의미 있고 가치 있는 만족한 삶을 이끌어 나아갈 수 있다. 그러므로 필자 등은 덕철학 치유의 효과를 확인하기 위해 정감체험훈련을 받은 덕철학 치유집단이 정감체험훈련을 받지 않은 비교집단 보다 사회적 문제해결능력, 삶의 의미와 목적, 자존감, 긍정적 자기관련 정서 등이 더 높아질 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 하였다. 아울러 정감체험훈련을 받은 덕철학 치유집단이정감체험훈련을 받지 않은 비교집단 보다 우울정도가 더 낮아질 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 하였다. 실험 기간은 2011년 9월 19일부터 2012년 11월 26일 까지이었다. 실험 대상 자는 총 87~89명의 대학생으로서 덕철학 치유집단 44명과 비교집단 43~45명이었다. 각 집단은 4팀으로 구성되었으며 덕철학 치유집단에게만 정감체험훈련을 9회기 실시하였다. 자료수집을 위한 측정도구는 사회적 문제해결, 삶의 의미와 목적, 자존감, 자기관련정서, 우울 등의 척도를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/PC+ Package를 사용하여 통계처리 하였다. 자료 분석결과 정감체험훈련을 받은 덕철학 치유집단은 정감체험훈련을 받지 않은 비교집단에 비해 사회적 문제해결, 삶의 의미와 목적, 자존감, 자기관련 정서 등이 모두 통계적으로 의미 있게 향상되었음이 검증되었다. 또한 정감체험훈련을 받은 덕철학 치유집단은 정감체험훈련을 받지 않은 비교집단에 비해 우울이 통계적으로 의미 있게 낮아졌음이 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 유가 덕철학 치유의 실천방법으로 개발된 정감체험 프로그램이 개인적인 문제해결이나 대인간 문제해결, 더 나아가 집단내의 문제해결이나 사회적 이슈와 같은 넓은 영역의 문제까지를 도덕적으로 해결해 나아갈 수 있는 능력을 향상시킴으로써 선우의 내적 갈등이나 죄의식 등으로 인한 신경증적 증상을 치유 할 수 있으며 분노나 우울 등으로 인한 폭력이나 중독 혹은 자살 등의 사고를 예방할 수 있음을 의미한다. This article is an experimental research done to verify the effects of virtue philosophy healing through emotion experience program developed as the practical method of healing with Confucian virtue philosophy. Authors tried to verify a hypothesis ‘social problem solving ability, meaning and purpose of life, self-regard, and positive self-related emotion will get higher in the philosophy healing group trained by emotion experience than the comparative group untrained by emotion experience’, to identify the effects of the healing with virtue philosophy, through the emotion experience program developed as the practical method of virtue philosophy healing. And we tried to verify another hypothesis ‘depression will get lower in the philosophy healing group trained by emotion experience than the comparative group untrained by emotion experience.’ Tests were conducted from Sep. 19, 2011 to Nov. 26, 2012. Test subjects were 87~89 college students, among whom 44 persons belonged to the philosophy healing group and 43~45 to the comparative group. Authors conducted emotion experience training only to each team of philosophy healing group for 3 weeks. Each team was comprised of 10~12 persons. Measurement tools for data collection were scales such as social problem solving, meaning and purpose of life, self-regard, self-related emotion and depression. Data analysis was done by statistical treatment using SPSS/PC+ Package. As a result of data analysis, the philosophy healing group trained by emotion experience was verified to increase statistically significantly in all of the social problem solving, meaning and purpose of life, self-regard and self-related emotion than the comparative group untrained by emotion experience. In addition, the philosophy healing group trained by emotion experience was verified to decrease statistically significantly in depression than the comparative group untrained by emotion experience. This means that the emotion experience program developed as the practical method of healing with Confucian virtue philosophy can cure neurotic symptoms caused by inner conflict or a sense of guilty by contributing to solving morally not only personal problems and interpersonal problems but also wide range of problems such as group problems and social issues, and can prevent violence resulted from anger or depression or accidents such as poisoning or suicide.
