        Improvement of Thermoplastic Forming Ability of Ti–Zr–Ni–Cu Metallic Glass by Addition of Sn

        Ti–Zr–Ni–Cu metallic glass attracts an attention as a precursor of superelastic alloy that can be deformed into nm scalecomplex shapes. However, since the thermal stability of Ti–Zr–Ni–Cu metallic glass in the supercooled liquid region is quitelow, application of thermoplastic forming is limited. Therefore, in the present study, the effect of Sn addition on thermoplasticforming ability of Ti–Zr–Ni–Cu metallic glass has been investigated. Sn containing (Ti35Zr15Ni35Cu15)99Sn1 metallic glassexhibits longer incubation time before onset of crystallization than Ti35Zr15Ni35Cu15metallic glass, resulting in significantimprovement of thermoplastic forming ability. The crystallization behavior changes from three-dimensional growth of saturatednuclei to three-dimensional growth with constant nucleation rate with the addition of Sn. The overall activation energyfor crystallization of (Ti35Zr15Ni35Cu15)99Sn1 metallic glass is higher than that of Ti35Zr15Ni35Cu15metallic glass, indicatingthat the thermal stability of metallic glass is improved by addition of Sn. Because nuclei are continuously generated duringthe crystallization in (Ti35Zr15Ni35Cu15)99Sn1, the average grain size is much smaller than that in Ti35Zr15Ni35Cu15.

        This paper is concerned with the design of Hangul programming language to be PASCAL like, and some of the features from C and ADA language to be included. The Hangul programming language in this paper provides the programmer with a clear, simple, and unified set of concepts in developing algorithms, and with the ease with which a program may be written, tested, and later understood and modified. The concept of structured programming is particularly relevant as background for the study of Hangul language design because of the general emphasis in this paper on the making a language which supports overall structures of good program design and construction. In spite of a postposition of the predicate in Hangul natural language, the syntax of Hangul programming language in this paper is satisfied with LL(l) condition using the modifier. When the variety of types is included in this language, it will be a good programming language.

      • 알루미늄 합금과 고장력 강판 접합을 위한 헬리컬 SPR의 단조공정 설계

        A self-piercing rivet(SPR) is a mechanical component for joining dissimilar materials. It is used for joining dissimilar material sheets such as aluminum alloy and steel. The self-piercing rivet directly pierces into sheets without drilling sheets beforehand unlike conventional rivets. However, the self-piercing rivet occurs buckling when piercing high strength steel. Therefore, a helical SPR which can pierce high strength steel sheet was designed. In this study, forging process was designed for manufacturing the helical SPR and simulated by using commercial FEM code DEFORM-3D. In the simulation of forging process for manufacturing rivet, process sequence, formability, forging load were investigated. The suitable forging process could be designed by comparisons of simulated results. Experimental trials have been carried out for same conditions as simulated ones. The simulated results agreed with the experimental ones. So, the analytic approach in this thesis is useful to save cost and time in the forging industry

        Nowadays, restaurants pay attention to the factors responding sensitively to the feeling of customers to enhance the competitiveness, since social texture as well as dietary life pattern has been changed from dining-in style to dining-out. Accordingly, dining-out industry began to recognize the importance of the professional food coordinator and even restaurant managers want to receive food coordination training. However, it is true that food coordinators are not in the stable position in their job so far since food coordinator as the type of occupation has not had long history in Korean society. Food coordinator is coordination what the food is many kind of subject and people are satisfied, with their mind that food space is offered by coordinator. Food coordinator base spirit is understanded the other party position and new creation for mind by mind harmony. It exist independent center of specialist for the food that they are lots of kind abundant experience and status table coordinator, food designer, product menu developer, restaurant producer and dietary adviser. It is related with many kind of food specialist, food adviser, catering service, menu development, product development and food merchandising. Due to the above reasons, the necessity of food coordination cannot help but become influential, and the food stylist, a new type of occupation was expected to be rising. In fact, even though everyone has the same recognition that a skilled cook's coordination sense for decorating food in an instant is very important, it is the reality that the coordination sense is not focused. This study tried to establish the food coordinator as the formal type of occupation, through examining closely "recognition degree" of restaurant employees about the importance of the role of professional food coordinators. And this study was considered general food coordinator and Korean, Japan food coordinator of the present condition, development direction. The results of this study are as follows. First, the customers of Korean, western restaurants have deep awareness of professional food coordinator's roles and food coordination training is needed. Second, the coordination training is performed mainly in the university and company education program, all cooks on the spot are anxious to get the food coordination training, and the coordination training is also seriously urgent for them. Afterwards, food world is getting to develop for food coordinator to bright future. Therefore, food coordinator is the exact meaning by this study and it is an opportunity for concerned and understanded many people.

      • 放射電磁波에 의한 絶緣診斷에 관한 硏究

        In this paper, the detect of insulation disorder and process degree of insulation degradation of power apparatus, the waveform of discharge current, magnitude of discharge and frequency spectrum of the electromagnetic wave radiated from partial discharge by simulating with needle-to-plane electrode geometry and dielectric with artificial void, were investigated. The results obtained can be summarized as follows. 1) Streamer pulses occur near the positive cycle and trichel pulses near the peak of negative cycle of applied voltage. At that time, discharge magnitude of trichel pulses and streamer pulses was observed about 200[pC] and 500[pC] in air, respectively. 2) The level and frequency spectrum of radiated electromagnetic waves were increased about 20∼40[dB] at under 200[MHz] and about 2∼3[dB] above 200[MHz], compared with background noises. 3) A sudden change of discharge magnitute above 20∼30[pC] was observed with various applied voltages, but the magnitude showered to tend to saturate at 300∼300[pC] in dielectric. 4) The level and frequency spectrum of radiated electromagnetic waves were increased about 3∼6[dB] under 200[MHz]and about 2∼3[dB] above 200 [MHz], compared with background noises.
