      • 콜레보레이션을 적용한 도자브랜드 현황분석 연구

        The recent rapidly changing trend might have something to do with changes in lifestyles and a variety of needs of modern people. These days corporations create new values and norms through two-way communication in a variety of areas, while they are actively pursuing strategic brand development and cooperations with designers. This types of cooperation is conceptualized as 'collaboration.' 'Collaboration' could be strategic cooperative work method fitting future market including ceramic product industry. Collaboration has been employed in ceramic brand corporation in the form of technology partnership since 1970 - 90. Collaboration has been adopted in the late 1990s and shown rapid increase in the 2000s. This means that we need to study on collaboration. The study examines collaboration process of home and abroad ceramic product. It analyzes general typology and development of ceramic product, through which it also provides implications of ceramic product design process employing collaboration. First, the study gathered cases of ceramic product design employing collaboration through literature review. Second, its analysis units were selected within the limits of home and abroad ceramic product employing collaboration. Finally, it classifies into ceramic product of artist unit, ceramic product of two types of business, and ceramic product of marketing unit, and then attempts to find out consumer perception and purchase behavior.       • Geographic Homogeneity and High Gene Flow of the Pear Psylla, Cacopsylla pyricola Foerster (Homoptera: Psyllidae), Detected by Mitochondrial COI Gene and Nuclear Ribosomal Internal Transcribed Sequence 2

        The pear psylla, Cacopsylla pyricola Foerster (Homoptera: Psyllidae), is a serious insect pest of commercial pear crops. The species, which resides on pear trees throughout its life cycle, is rapidly spreading in some regions of the world. Given the life cycle, it is unclear how such a rapid spread has been facilitated. Presently, the population genetic structure of the species including genetic diversity and gene flow was studied to understand the nature of dispersal and field ecology of the species. Pear psylla was collected from several pear orchards in Korea. The 658-bp region of mitochondrial COI gene and the 716-bp long complete internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) of the nuclear ribosomal DNA were sequenced. Unlikely other previously studied insect pests, the COI-based genetic diversity of the pear psylla was extremely low (maximum sequence divergence of 0.15%). This finding allowed us to conclude that the species may have been introduced in Korea relatively recently, possibly with the phenomenon of genetic bottlenecks. ITS2 sequence-based analyses of phylogeny, population differentiation, gene flow, and hierarchical population structure all concordantly suggested that the pear psylla populations in Korea are neither genetically isolated nor hampered for gene flow. These genetic data are concordant with the dispersal of an overwintering winterform morph outside the non-pear habitat in the fall and the possibility of subsequently longer distant dispersal.

        치기공과 학생의 자기존중감, 비판적 사고성향 및 현장실습 스트레스 간의 연관성

        Purpose: This study was conducted to verify the effects of self-esteem and critical thinking disposition on dental laboratory technology students’ field practice stress. Methods: The subjects of the study were 198 dental laboratory technology students with clinical practice experience located in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do. The col-lected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and linear regression anal-ysis using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0 (IBM). Results: The average self-esteem, critical thinking disposition, and field practice stress scores were 3.76, 3.50, and 2.40, respectively. There was a significant correlation between self-esteem, critical thinking disposition, and field practice stress. It was found that the higher the self-esteem, the lower was the field practice stress. On the contrary, among the sub-items of critical thinking disposition, when intellectual fairness increased, the field practice stress decreased; however, when healthy skepticism increased, the field practice stress increased. Conclusion: Self-esteem and critical thinking disposition were both found to have a sub-stantial effect on field practice stress. Therefore, various educational programs need to in-crease self-esteem and cultivate critical thinking skills for a successful field practice and field practice stress relief of laboratory technology students.

        임상연구 : 견관절경 수술 환자에서 자세 변화에 따른 혈역학과 가스 교환 지수의 변화

        Background: Sevoflurane and propofol have different cardiorespiratory effects on postural changes. The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of sevoflurane and propofol on hemodynamics and gas exchange index when patients are raised from the supine position to the beach chair position. Methods: Forty patients requiring beach chair position for shoulder surgery were randomly assigned to receive sevoflurane (end-tidal concentration 1 vol%, n = 20) or propofol (target concentration 3μg/ml, n = 20). Hemodynamic variables and arterial blood gas analysis data were recorded and gas exchange indices were calculated before induction (baseline), 20 min after endotracheal intubation (supine position), and 20 min after beach chair position. Results: There were significant decreases in mean arterial pressure, central venous pressure, and central venous oxygen saturation after beach chair position. There were no significant changes in gas exchange indices after the position changes. There were no significant differences between groups in hemodynamics and gas exchanges indices. Conclusions: Raising healthy patients from the supine to the beach-chair position produced a significant decrease in hemodynamic indices with little changes in gas exchange indices. However, the effects of sevoflurane and propofol on the both hemodynamic and gas change indices were not significantly different. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2007; 52: 23~8)

        콜레보레이션 도자제품 마케팅 프로세스 연구

        현대인의 다양한 욕구와 새로운 의식 충족에 따른 생활양식이 크게 변화하고 있다. 이런 현대인의 성향에 맞혀, 기업은 다양한 분야에서 상호교류와 소통을 통해서 새로운 가치를 창출하고 CI(Corporate Identity)를 전략적으로 발전시키기 위한 방법으로 브랜드 혹은 디자이너와의 ‘협력’을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 이와 같은 협력은 ‘콜레보레이션(collaboration)’이라는 개념으로 구체화되고 있다. 콜레보레이션은 현재의 도자제품이 앞으로 시장에서 적합한 전략적인 협업의 방식이라고 할 수 있다. 예전부터 국내의 도자제품 생산업체에서 70∼90년대 정도 이미 기술적 제휴의 형태로 콜레보레이션이 이루어지고 있었고, 이후 90년대 후반에 가시화 되면서 2000년대에 들어서 급증하였다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 사실을 바탕으로 미래지향적인 도자제품 디자인에 있어서 차별화된 전략적인 방식으로 콜레보레이션에 대한 연구의 중요성은 점차 가시화 되었고 이에 본 연구는 국내?외 도자제품을 중심으로 콜레보레이션의 현황분석을 통하여 도자제품의 전반적인 발전양상, 유형 등 학문적 기반을 제공하여, 이를 통해 콜레보레이션의 도자제품의 방향성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 콜레보레이션에 대한 고찰 및 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 콜레보레이션이 적용된 제품중심으로 사례를 고찰하고, 도자제품을 생산하는 국내?외 업체에서 출시된 콜레보레이션 제품을 유형별로 분석하였다. 또한, 예술가와 결합된 도자제품, 이종업종과 결합된 도자제품, 마케팅과 결합된 도자제품 등 결합된 범주에 따라 콜레보레이션 도자제품의 소비자인식과 구매 행동에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 이에 따른 콜레보레이션 도자제품의 차별화 및 이미지 상승효과 그리고 새로운 시장 개척 등의 일환으로 보다 발전된 콜레보레이션 마케팅전략을 모색한다. 성공적인 콜레보레이tus 프로세스를 도출하기 위해 SWOT전략 틀을 체계적으로 설정하고 콜레보레이션 도자제품의 전략연구를 세우며, 세부실행 프로세스를 연계하여 콜레보레이션의 학문적 토대를 마련하였다. It suggests that more developed collaboration design marketing strategy is needed in order to have differentiation of ceramic brand product, upward effect of image, and development of new markets. Its implications are as follows: systematic establishment of ceramic product design process through cooperation work brand and collaboration target; strategic method establishment between brand and partner; joint establishment of storytelling and marketing. The findings may contribute to systematic collaboration study in the future.
