        From September to November in 1987, the study was conducted a survey of Su-Dong Myun, Nam Yang-Ju Gun, Kyung-Gi Do, a comprehensive rural care demonstration area of Ewha Womans University. The purpose of this survey has been to examine into community nutrition informathrough preventive medicine training of sophomores of medical course. The result were as follows 1) Female respondent was 88.2% of all whose age was the forties and fifties at the highest rate of 22.6% respectively and whose educational level was uneducated at rate of 31.2%. 2) Agriculture(66.7%) was the common householder's occupation whose main income was from their own farm products(67.7%). 3) A family of five(24.7%) and two generations(e.g parent and children) (55.9%) was the most common family. 4) The housewife(98.9%) was the most common cook and 35.5% of all cook was not able have sufficient time to prepare for their meal. 5) On food purchase, main food was largely self provided(65.6%) and subsidiary food with self-provision and outside purchase(51.6%). 6) On the self sufficient food rice(77.4%) was most common as main food and vegetable(81.7%) as subdiary food. 7) On the frequency of purchasing food, main food was about 2-3 times a month, subsidiary food 1-3 times a week. On the market place, main food mainly self sufficient(59.1%) and subsidiary food was largely purchased from the peddlers and market on the move(35.5%) 8) On the means of transportation of purchased food, main food was conveyed by bus or another kinds of vehicles and subsidiary food(52.7%) was in the same way. 9) On the consumer's difficulty in purchasing food, meat and fish were rated 76.3% and vegetable 78.5%, 76.3% of all consumer had difficulty in purchasing meat and fish, 78.5% in purchasing grocery. 10) 94.6% was in possession of electric refrierator and 89.2% possessed their own wells. 11) The respondent had such fuels for cooking as propanegas(66.6%), wood(18.3%) briquet(10.8%). 12) the present state of nutrition was that the mean points was 2.7 in the group 1, 2.2 in the group 2, 3.9 points in the group 3, 2.8 points in the group 4, 3.1 points in group 5 and 2.7 points in the group 6. 13) Most families' favorite food was kimchi or kimchi soup and distasteful was meat including dog meat. 14) 48.4% of all respondents took no interest in taking in adequate nutrition owing to the lack of money and time to spare.

      • 生澱粉 加水分解酵素 生産菌의 分離와 遺傳子의 클로닝

        토양 시료로부터 선별과정을 거쳐 생전분을 분해시킬 수 있는 amylase를 생산하는 균주를 분리 하였고, 이 균주(K-1)에 대한 행태적·생리적 성질과 클로닝 가능성 그리고 생전분 가수분해 효소제의 특성을 측정한 결과 분리균주(K-1)는 Bacillus brevis K-1으로 동정되었다. 배양일수에 따른 균의 효소 생산을 측정하였을 때 2∼3일간의 배양에서 최대의 효소활성을 나타내었고 조효소의 최적온도는 35℃, 최적 pH 7.0∼7.5, 온도 안정성은 35℃이하 그리고 pH 안정성은 pH 7.5 이상임을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 효소액의 반응산물에 대한 paper chromatography는 glucose와 maltose가 주 반응 산물인 것으로 보아 본 효소는 당화형 amylase계의 효소임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 균주의 생육조건은 pH 7.0이고 온도는 35℃로 나타났으며 탄소원에 대한 효소생산은 호화전분 또는 glucose나 maltose를 기질로 하였을 때보다 생전분(CLP)을 기질로 하였을 때 효소 생산력이 2∼5배 이상 높았다. 생전분 가수분해 효소 gene의 HindⅢ 단편과 EcoRV 단편은 pHY300 PLK에 클로닝되었 고 E. coli와 B. subtilis(amy-)에서 발현됨을 알 수 있었다. A bacterium which can utilize raw starch as a sole carbon source was isolated and identified as Bacillus brevis K-1 from its physiological, morphological and cultural properties. Optimal conditions to produce raw starch digesting enzyme were 2∼3 days at pH 7.0 and at 35℃. The crude enzyme had an optimum pH of 7.0∼7.5 and an optimum temperature of 35℃. The enzyme was stable at pH range between 7.0 and 12.0 and at temperature below 40℃. The paper chromatography showed that the crude enzyme was saccharifying amylase. HindⅢ and EcoRV fragments of raw starch digesting amylase gene were cloned in the plasmid pHY300PLK which are E. coli-B. subtilis shuttle vector using E. coli and B. subtilis as a host.

        건강가정지원센터 가정생활교육 프로그램 운영 및 성과 : 용산구·숙명여자대학교 시범사업을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to propose a model for service programs and management strategies for the division of family education in Healthy Families Center. For the purpose, the researchers find out demands for the family education programs of people in Yong-San Gu, Seoul, exam the effect of each family education program of Yong-San Gu & Sookmyung Women's University Healthy Families Center from June to December, 2004. According to the results, people in Yong-San Gu need economic education service mostly, and they want to study at Saturday afternoon. The programs show positive effect on the improvement of family health.

        냉수 가글링과 젖은 거즈를 이용한 구강간호가 비강수술 환자의 갈증 및 구강상태에 미치는 효과 비교

        Purpose: This study researched the comparison of oral care methods between the wet gauze and the water gargling for nasal surgery patients. It executed to find out more effective method to relieve thirst. Method: We divided two groups; the wet gauze and the cold water garaling. We assessed patient's oral cavity state and sebjective oral dryness for three times; firstly before the intervention, secondly 15 minutes after 1st intervention and thirdly 15 minutes afrer 2nd intervention. Result: As the intervention, there was no difference on oral condition subhectvely, but there was a difference on thirsty reduction objectively. As the aral dryness has relieved through both methods. It showed the repeated gargling helps more to relieve oral dryness effectively than the wet gauge. At PACU, post nasal surgery patient's oral dryness was decreased with gauze more than two times, patient's oral dryness was relieved. Whereas the dryness was relieved after applying the cold water gargling for just one time. Conclusion: The water gargling is more effective intervention than the wet gauze. Especially, oral dryness was improved in the section of objetive oral assessment index.

      • 고립성 폐결절의 조직학적 진단에 있어서 경기관지폐생검의 진단적 가치

        Transbronchial lung biopsy(TBLB) is a relatively simple and convenient diagnostic tool in solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN) on chest radiograph, which is cannot be diagnosed through routine tests. To investigate the diagnostic value and diagnostic rate of TBLB according to the variable factor, we analyzed 69 patients with radiologically SPN lesion on chest radiograph which was confirmed histologically. A histologic diagnosis of TBLB was made in 47 of 69 patients(68.1%), in which 26 of 37(70.3%) with malignancy and 21 of 32(65.6%) with benign lesion. There were no significant differences in diagnostic yield according to age, sex and location of the lesion. The diagnostic rate tended to increase with the more than 5 pieces to acquired by TBLB. When the size of SPN was less than 3 ㎝, it cannot be diagnosed. In conclusion, TBLB is a diagnostic procedure with good yield and safety, but percutaneous needle aspiration, transbronchial needle aspiration, and bronchial washing fluid cytology may be a complementary procedure to overcome the limitation of TBLB and get higher diagnostic yield for SPN.

      • 일 요양병원에 입원한 만성질환자들의 건강증진 프로그램 적용후 임상검사치 변화

        Objectives and Method : To find the change of clinical laboratory value change of some chronic degenerative disease patients who were admitted to E sanatorium hospital in Y city from January 2001 to June 2002 after a health promotion program, a quasi-experimental study was done. Results : 1. The characteristics of study subjects showed 47.5% of male, 52.5% of female, 50% under 50 years in age Their common disease was cancer and cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, liver disease followed in frequency. Before admission 74.2% smoked, 67.5% enjoyed drinking alcohol and 92.5% preferred to take meat 2. After health promotion program mean systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum total cholesterol, serum triglyceride, fasting blood sugar and serum total protein were decreased statistically significantly, compared to the value at the beginning of admission 3. By the group of patients characteristics like sex, age, smoking status, drinking status, meat intake preference and kind of diseases suffering from, mean systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum total cholesterol, serum triglyceride showed consistent decrease after health promotion program compared to the beginning of admission Mean levels of fasting blood sugar, serum total protein, white blood cell (WBC) counts, red blood cell (RBC) counts, GPT showed irregular change in some patients characteristics group Conclusion : Keen and consistent change was shown at blood pressure and lipid parameter after a health promotion program toward chronic degenerative disease patients. To confirm that the cause of change was due to life style change or accidental reason, further systematic studies are required.

      • AR기법을 이용한 SLAM 영상 개선

        In this paper, we have been studied the enhancement of SLAM image using average response methos. AR methos has been used to reduce the random noise in signal processing. In this the experiment, we have constructed the SLAM system of 10㎒ operating frequency and experienced for holed Al sample. In this experimental result, we have been found that SLAM using AR method was able to get the high-speed and enhanced image compared with SAM.
