        질적지표를 활용한 국내 지적장애 대상 비디오 모델링 중재특성 분석

        연구목적: 본 연구는 국내 지적장애 대상 비디오 모델링 중재연구를 종합하여 그 특성을 파악하고, 질적지표에 근거한 분석을 통해 증거기반실제의 기초를 마련함으로써 향후 연구와 실제를 위한 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법: 이를 위해 2000년도 이후 국내 학술지에 발표된 논문 중, 선정기준을 충족시키는 연구 총 21편을 선정하고 질적지표를 활용하여 중재특성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과: 2000년 이후 지적장애인을 대상으로 한 비디오 모델링 중재연구는 2006년과 2015년 사이에 가장 많이 이루어졌으며, 연구의 형태는 단일대상 연구의 비율이 높게 나타났다. 비디오 모델링 중재는 초등학교 급에서 일상생활기술 증진을 위해 단독중재형태로 학교에서 가장 많이 이루어졌다. (준)집단설계연구의 질적지표 분석 결과, 3편 중 1편만이 충분한 질적 수준을 보인 반면, 단일대상연구 18편 중 17편이 평균 2.0점 이상으로 질적지표 충족 수준이 상대적으로 높게 분석되었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 지적장애 대상 비디오 모델링 중재연구의 질적 수준을 확보하고 효과적인 증거기반 중재 제공을 위한 함의를 논하였다. Purpose: This study aims to synthesize video modeling(VM) intervention studies using quality indicators to examine effects of VM for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Method: To this end, a total of 21 Korean articles published between 2000 and 2020 were selected for analysis. Results: (a) about 70% of VM intervention studies for people with intellectual disabilities were conducted between 2006 and 2015; (b) majority of studies were practiced in single subject design; (c) VM interventions were often provided in school settings to improve independent living skills at the primary school level; (d) findings from the analysis of quality indicators also concluded that only 1 out of 3 quasi-group-design studies showed sufficient level, whereas 17 out of 18 single-subject-design studies showed a relatively high level of satisfaction with an average of 2.0 points or higher. Conclusion: Based on the results, implications for securing the quality level of VM intervention studies for people with intellectual disabilities and providing effective evidence-based interventions were discussed.

        보육교사의 상호 협력적 멘토링 과정과 경험

        본 연구의 목적은 보육기관 내 상호 협력적 멘토링에 참여한 보육교사의 경험을 알아보는 것이다. 상호 협력적 멘토링 참여자는 D시에 소재한 I어린이집 5명의 보육교사이며, 연구기간은 2018년 6월부터 2019년 6월까지이다. 13개월의 연구 기간 동안 총 10회의 집단 면담, 8회의 개별 면담, 비형식적인 대화, 3회의 학급 참여관찰을 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며 연구 참여자는 반성적 저널쓰기를 통해 멘토링 참여와 관련된 경험을 기록하였다. 참여교사는 상호 협력적 멘토링을 통해 새로운 형식의 멘토링에 대한 설레임과 변화에 대한 두려움을 함께 느꼈지만 동료교사와 어려움과 고민을 공유하며 서로 공감하고 위로하며 함께 변화하고 성장하였다. 또한, 상호 협력적 관계 속에서 참여교사들의 경험을 공유하면서 경험에 대한 반성적 사고의 결과로 실천적 지식이 형성되고 효과적인 학급 운영에 도움이 되었다. 본 연구는 보육교사가 처한 다양한 근무 맥락과 실제를 고려하여 보육 현장에서 보육교사를 지원하는 방법으로 상호 협력적 멘토링의 필요성과 가치를 보여주었으며 보육기관에 실효성 있는 교사교육의 방향을 모색할 수 있었다. 또한, 보육교사가 상호 협력적 멘토링에 참여하며 더 나은 교사의 삶으로 전진하며 보육교사의 역할과 자질에 대해 성찰하는 기회가 되었다. The purpose of this study was to understand the mentoring processes and the experiences on the mutual collaborative mentoring of early childhood teachers. The research questions was as follows: what are the experiences of early childhood teachers on mutual collaborative mentoring? Participants of this study were five early childhood teachers from I day-care center in D city. The study period was from June 2018 to June 2019. What the mentor teacher and the mentee teachers experienced in the process of the collaborative mentoring are as follows: The participants experienced the expectation to the collaborative mentoring and felt worries about the horizontal relationship in the mentoring. Sharing the difficulties and the problems of child-care tasks through collaborative mentoring made it easy for the participants to feel comforts and to make an effort to change. Participating in the mutual collaborative mentoring made the teachers reflect on their educational practices and form the practical knowledge. This study showed the necessity and the value of mentoring as a way of supporting early childhood teachers in day-care centers. The collaborative mentoring made it possible the early childhood teachers to grow into a better teacher and to reflect on the practices and the quality of the early childhood education.

      • 조리 방법에 따른 고구마줄기의 Phytochemical 함량과 항산화 활성 비교

        Vegetable consumption is associated with health benefits. Recently, the interest in these food groups has grown among due to the identification of new compound in their chemical composition. Most of the vegetables are cooked by blanching, boiling, steaming, microwaving before consumed. These cooking processes may change not only food physical characteristics but also chemical composition. The present study was undertaken to investigate the effect of different cooking methods on phytochemical content and antioxidant capacity in Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam stem. The result of study, Total polyphenol of phytochemical in Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam stem was 6.88-12.65 mg GAE/100 g and flavonoid was 3.16-10.46 mg CE/100 g. Compared with the raw of Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam stem, all cooking methods were found to significant correlations between the antioxidant activity assessed by ABTS, DPPH and polyphenol(p<0.05). These results can be provide the basic data how to prevent lose of nutrition in Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam stem when cooking.

      • The Occurrence and Flow Analysis of PBDEs in Automobile Shredded Residues in Korea

        Approximately 400 million cars are generated annually worldwide, and about 1 billion cars are being used. A number of existing studies have found that hazardous chemicals such as lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBDEs, and Deca-BDE are detected in end-of-life vehicles (ELVs). In this study, we focused on brominated flame retardants (BFRs) of automobile shredded residue (ASR) generated after recycling of ELVs. PBDEs are often used in textiles and car seat, door trims in automobiles. Such PBDEs are chemicals that may cause endocrine disruption, nervous system toxicity, liver tumors, and thyroid disorders. On the other hand, the law on circulation of waste electrical and electronic equipment and ELVs has been introduced since January 1, 2008 by adopting the EU RoHS, WEEE, and ELV guidelines. According to the criteria for containing harmful substances, the concentration of PBDEs in electrical and electronic products is limited to less than 0.1 W%, but there is no regulation of BFRs in automobiles. Therefore, this study aims to provide basic data on the occurrence of PBDEs in ASR after recycling of ELVs. In this study, 16 ASR samples were collected from eight domestic automobile shredding facilities and quantitative analysis was performed using GC/MS equipment. Material flow analysis(MFA) of ASR was conducted through statistical data and literature survey and expert consultation. Based on the analytical results of BFRs, the average concentration of PBDEs was 1036.6±1421.8 mg/kg with the highest concentration of 5,526.6 mg/kg. Most PBDEs existed as deca-BDE. As a result of MFA, approximately 115 tons-PBDEs were found in ASR as of 2016, and 79 tons (68%) in energy recovery, while about 37 tons (32%) ended up with incineration.

        Automatic Cross-calibration of Multispectral Imagery with Airborne Hyperspectral Imagery Using Spectral Mixture Analysis

        The analysis of remote sensing data depends on sensor specifications that provide accurate and consistent measurements. However, it is not easy to establish confidence and consistency in data that are analyzed by different sensors using various radiometric scales. For this reason, the cross-calibration method is used to calibrate remote sensing data with reference image data. In this study, we used an airborne hyperspectral image in order to calibrate a multispectral image. We presented an automatic cross-calibration method to calibrate a multispectral image using hyperspectral data and spectral mixture analysis. The spectral characteristics of the multispectral image were adjusted by linear regression analysis. Optimal endmember sets between two images were estimated by spectral mixture analysis for the linear regression analysis, and bands of hyperspectral image were aggregated based on the spectral response function of the two images. The results were evaluated by comparing the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), the Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM), and average percentage differences. The results of this study showed that the proposed method corrected the spectral information in the multispectral data by using hyperspectral data, and its performance was similar to the manual cross-calibration. The proposed method demonstrated the possibility of automatic cross-calibration based on spectral mixture analysis.

        Classification analysis using hidden Markov model

        A hidden Markov model (HMM) provides useful representations of dependent heterogeneous phenomena. So it becomes a popular method for modelling stochastic processes and time-dependent sequences, and is primarily applied in many different fields such as language, handwriting recognition, and molecular biology. Especially, in the sequence classification case, classification among known hidden Markov models is known to be accomplished with a classifier that minimizes the probability of error. In this paper, we first generate variables for the hidden state using the hidden markov model and then analyze the state using various classification methods. It differs from the existing analysis method by using the state variable and the mixture distribution based on the state rather than using the observed value directly in the analysis. In addition, it can be used to identify the relevance in the underlying process. As as illustration, we used the annual production of Matsutake mushroom data observed in five regions from 1997 to 2016.
