감사결과에 대한 신뢰도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 감사결과에 대한 신뢰도에 영향을 미치는 원인으로 감사인의 독립성, 업무수행능력, 그리고 감사결과의 이용자들이 가지고 있는 감사에 대한 기대차이를 들었다. 연구결과 감사인의 독립성과 업무수행능력에 있어서는 감사결과의 이용자들이 인식하고 있는 수준이 중요하다는 것과 기대차이를 감소시키기 위해서는 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 필요하다는 결론을 유도할 수 있었다.

流行先導力에 따른 消費者 分類와 關聯變因 硏究

The purposes of the study were to classify the fashion leadership of the adult women to compare the characteristics among five segments of the popuiation (innovative communiator, innovator, opinion leader, followers, indifferents) which were divided according to their fashion opinion leadershiop and innovativeness. Data were obtained from 524 adult women living in Gyeongnam area using a seif-administered questionnaire. The results of the study were as follows : there were sighificant differance among groups in most of fashion-related varsibles(fashion involvement, marketer-dominated and neutral information sourece, life style) and demographic variables. The study is to analyze the characteristics of each group accoding to fashion leadership, and to predict the consummer behavior to the brand-new merchandise, and to predict the proper devices of the Marketers.

새마을 工場의 經營改善方案에 關한 然究 : 全北 새마을工場의 經營實態分析을 中心으로 Applied on Analysis of the Managing of Saemaul Factories in Jeon-bug Province

Jeon-bug Saemaul factories were established as a range of Saemaul undong in 1973, have a problem that they ought to develop the agriculural manufactured goods and increase incomes except earnings procured at the farmsteads. Since that year in original, about twenty factories were established these areas but the number of available factories are only fifteen now. This issue has an aim to find the improvements of management of Saemaul factories. Conclusively classified with various business of above factories to do the improvements of it, there was emerged some fragility as follows in the face of production, employment, distribution, financial construction. 1. Production: The extent of workable capcities is not stable because the investment of facilities available is too massive, compared with minimum scale of prodution and mainly depended on ordered production from abroad. 2. Employment; Wage standard of employees is comparatively under level and unattainable to employ skilled men, whereas the facilities of their welfare is insufficient. 3. Distribution; The self-sufficiency of raw materials from within is scant and earnings of dollars is low. Accordingly the information of oversea market is extremely sluggish. Therefore the expansion of market is insufficient. 4. Finace; Business accounting and cost accounting system is absurd and also financial structure is very frail. 5. The managers of Saemaul factories are not only short to understand and control the business management but also earning the social responsibilities. As above described, provided that they supplement their economical fragility, positively induct the innovational measurements of management, faciliate the reasonalization of it, accordingly improving the productivity and profitability of Saemaul factories will be advanced by their intentions to the promotion in the earning of farm and to the effects of employment.

대형 사무소건물의 열원설비 교체를 위한 최적 냉난방 시스템 제안 연구

The old equipments can be a factor of increase in the cost of fuel and electric power, and a loss of energy. So, We have to improve technical problems to save energy and build an efficient system. Therefore, in this study, a process of maintaining and repairing old equipments in big office buildings, we surveyed the plans of diagnosis on the main equipments and the measures against malfunction, and suggested some solutions when considered, altering the equipments of heat sources. In addition to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of those systems, and compare initial investment and annual operational costs according to classification of heat sources, we will provide evaluation data for selecting the most efficient and economic system.

남녀 대학생의 건강행위와 관련요인 비교연구

This study was to compare health-promoting behavior of man and women college students and to determine factors affecting health behavior. The subjects were 172 students of university in Chungcheong area. The instrument used for this study were health-promoting lifestyle profile II(49 items), Health perception(11 items), Stress(34 items) scale. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The average item score for the health behavior was low at 104.62. In the subcategories, the highest degree of performance was interpersonal support, and the lowest degree was health responsibility. The health behavior between man and woman students was a statiscally significant difference in nutrition, interpersonal support, stress management. 2) The average item score for the stree level between male and female students was moderate level. The stress level between man and women students was a significant difference in school life peoblem, environmental problem, interpersonal relationship problem. Male students showed a significant higher score in three factors than female students. 3) The average item score for health perception level between male and female students was higher, but was not a significant difference between male and female students. 4) Health behavior revealed lower correlation with stress(r=-.172,p<.05), and showed higher correlation with health perception(r=.414,P<.001).

초음파가공에 의한 박판 버 제거기술

The shearing process for the sheet metal is normally used in the precision elements such as a frame of TFT-LCD or lead frame of IC chips. In these precision elements, the burr formation prevents the system assembly and needs the additional burr removing process. In this study, we have developed the novel ultrasonic deburring system to remove the small burr came from shearing of the sheet metal effectively. The deburring tool is driven by the stepping motor and alumina and SiC particles are used as abrasives. Ultrasonic power and the flowing resistance of the abrasives make ti possible to abrasive the burr.

울스모크(Woolsmok)기법에 의한 면직물에 응용된 질감표현 : 롤테크닉과 세탁기 작업에 의한 비교 Comparison of the Works Using the Rolltechnique and the Washing Machine

The domestic textile industry is currently making an active effort to present high value-added materials that can respond immediately to the wants and needs of consumers sensitive to the of originality of design and emotionally appealing fashion materials. This paper attempted to present the creative development of materials in the contemporary clothing culture in which consumers' needs are individualized and differentiated and the cycle of life in fashion materials is getting shorter. To be specific, the paper presented the texture of peculiar expression to diverse cotton materials using the Woolsmok technique in the processing of felt. The chosen Merino wool was felted to 8 kinds of cotton with different density and structure. The touch, texture, visibility and complex susceptibilities of new materials were presented as different materials of cotton and wool were transformed into one material. In felting cotton fiber through wool, the trans-formation of diverse textures was presented and compared in the method using the washing machine in an attempt to enhance the efficiency of the traditional craft technique and work. This study proposed the possibility of placing the new material made up of cotton and wool beyond the range of functionality of each simple material, activating it as the peculiar material and expanding it to the range of its use as fashion material in the clothing industry. It is expected that this material will become competitive material at home and abroad by being activated as the clothing material of artistry, workability and marketability that can satisfy the tastes of consumers who call for high quality and diversification.
