        지방자치단체 공무원 교육훈련 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증적 조사

        본 연구에서는 교육훈련 전이에 영향을 미치는 제 요인들을 국내·외 선행연구의 문헌검토를 통해 도출하여 지방자치단체의 공무원들을 대상으로 실증적으로 규명하였다. 선행연구 검토 결과 본 연구에서는 교육훈련 전이에 영향을 미치는 제 요인들로 크게 두 가지 요인, 즉 교육훈련 프로그램의 설계요인으로서 강사의 자질, 교육내용, 피훈련자의 개인적 특성(학습동기, 성취욕구, 자기유능감)과 조직적 환경요인으로 상사 및 동료의 지원, 지속적 학습문화로 설정한 뒤, 설문조사를 실시하였고 조사결과를 요인분석과 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 교육훈련 프로그램의 설계요인과 조직적 환경요인이 공무원 교육훈련 전이에 대해 통계적으로 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 얻었다. The purpose of this study were to find the relationship between training components and training transfer, and to analyze the effects of the training program components and the organizational support on the training transfer. First, training program components made trainer’s teaching ability, training contents, and trainee’s personal characteristics(motivation to learn, need for achievement, and self-efficacy) that were supposed to affect the training transfer were chosen by the literature review. Second, organizational support made superior’s support, peer’s support, and continuous learning culture. Also, this study examines the four hypotheses based on the literature reviews by way of conducting questionnaire surveys to the sample of about 702 local government’s civil servants. The result from empirical tests showed that training components were correlated to the training transfer positively. Specially, the higher superior’s support, peer’s support, training contents, trainee’s motivation to learn, and continuous learning culture were related. Trainer’s teaching ability, trainee’s self-efficacy, and trainee’s need for achievement were accepted partially.

On the treatment with Lawesson's reagent (LAS), chloroketone 2 derived from the hydrolysis of 1 afforded the thioketone 3. On the other hand, spirotype-chloroketone 4 was transformed to diaziridine 8 by a reduction, chlorination and aziridine introduction. Also, spirotype-chlorothioketone 6 was obtained from chloroketone 4.

        The Purpose of this study seeks to present the financial capacity improvement plan of Seoul metropolitan government that focus on reform of grant-in-aid system. The contents of this study consists of the explanation on conception, style and purpose of grant-in-aid system, the examination on financial problem of Seoul metropolitan government due to several changing conditions, and the investigation on improvement plan to enhance the financial capacity of Seoul metropolitan government. In conclusion, We presents that should be to reform of grant-in-aid system by a important method to strengthen the financial capacity of Seoul metropolitan government. Also, that reform should be to carry in the direction of to enhance or reorganize benevolence's criteria and limits.

      • CCSEM을 이용한 개별입자의 분류에 관한 연구 : 황사 및 지역 토양분진의 분류 Classification of Yellow Sands and Local Soils

        The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has played an important role in the receptor modeling study since it is a powerful tool for characterizing the identities of individual particles. The purpose of this study was to distinguish the particles of local soils and yellow sands based on an image analysis method using a SEM. In the course of our study fractal analysis was applied to identify these particles groups. To investigate surface of aerosol particles by the image analysis method, secondary electron beam was used to obtain images. Aerosol samples were collected on a Teflon membrane filter using a PM-10 aerosol sampler and those were analyzed to determine the fractal dimensions by the SEM. Based on our study, the fractal dimensions of local soils and yellow sands were quite different. and the image analysis method could qualitatively separate two different soil groups.

        복사열에 노출된 작업복의 열적특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to present the thermal characteristics of the working uniform exposed to the radiation heat. The effect of exposure time and exposure distance on the changes and the relationship between physical properties were investigated experimentally. Regardless of the kind of working uniform, the surface temperature of the working uniform with exposed time sharply increases as exposed distance is more close and the reaching tie of steady state is shorter. The surface temperature of working uniform exponentially decreases as exposed distance become more distant. For the safety of the working man, it is necessary that he work far away at a fixed standard distance from the radiant heat source.

        다원주의적 정치환경과 한국관료의 태도

        1980년대 후반이래 새롭게 구축되고 있는 다원주의적 정치환경에 대해 정책과정의 핵심 주체인 관료들이 어떤 인식과 태도를 지니고 있는지는 민주주의의 정착과 발전을 가늠할 수 있는 주요 지표가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국관료들의 의식과 태도가 다원주의적 정치환경에 부응하는 방향으로 바뀌어 가고 있는지를 실증적 조사를 통해 점검한다. 실증 조사는 Putnam의 관료모델을 이론적 토대로 삼아, 6개 중앙 부처(농림부, 산업자원부, 국방부, 환경부, 문화관광부, 행정자치부)의 국가 공무원 266명과 지방정부(서초구청)의 공무원 134명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 조사 결과 대다수 관료들이 다원주의적 정치환경에 대해 과거처럼 여전히 부정적인 입장을 견지하고 있음이 밝혀졌다. Since the late 1980s pluralistic political environments have evolved in Korea, and the attitudes of the bureaucrats as a significant actor in policy process toward this change of political environments could be a very important indicator of the possibility and development of democracy in Korea. This study examines whether the attitudes and perceptions of Korean bureaucrats are changing in the direction of the new political environment drawing of surveys of 400 civil servants sampled from six departments of central government and one local government. The Findings suggest that civil servants still maintain the negative view of the past.

      • β-naphthol 유도체 합성 및 항종양활성 검토

        Sythesis of β-naphthol derivatives and their anti-tumor activity were investigated. Binaphthol 1 obtained from β-naphthol by oxidative C-C bond formation(phenoloxydation) was converted into its derivatives. Treatment of 1 with POCl_3 followed by aziridine introduction gave phosphoryl aziridine 3. Also, diaziridine 5 was obtained from 1 by chlorination and successive aziridine introdution. Typical chemical transformation of 1 to obtain ester-type afforded compound 7 and 8. Compound 5 was the most effective derivative of the tested compounds on their anti-tumor activity.

        This Study, Effects of Quality Services, Customer Satisfaction, and the Switching Barrier on Customer Loyalty of Swimming Pools, aims to determine the relationships between (1) services rendered, (2) customer satisfaction, and (3) the switching barrier of public swimming pools in Daegu, Korea with resultant (4) customer loyalty using the regression analysis. To achieve this goal, the Study establishes a hypothetical model based on prior related research, The Systematic Stratified Cluster Random Sampling Method was used in evaluating the sampling data The results of the research conducted using the above-mentioned study methods and data analysis are as following: 1. The more a customer was aware of the services provided by swimming pools, the closer the reciprocal personal relationship and the higher switching costs. Both the reciprocal personal relationship and switching costs are sub-variables of the switching barrier, However, when customers were well-aware of the services being provided, the attractiveness of alternatives seemed to decrease, 2. The more customers were aware of the services provided by swimming pools, the more they felt satisfied with a pools services. 3. As the reciprocal personal relationship developed and the switching costs increased, the switching barrier appeared to increase, However, the attractiveness of alternatives turned out to have minimal or no influence on the switching barrier, 4. The more customers felt satisfied with the pool they were using, the greater the switching barrier became and thus less likely that the customer would change pools, 5. As the switching barrier increased, the customer loyalty to a pool also improved, 6. The service quality, sub-variables of the switching barrier, customer satisfaction, and the switching barrier had significant impacts on customer loyalty to the swimming pool he or she was using at the time, In summary, a customers awareness of exemplary user services of a swimming pool helps him or her to better understand the sub-variables of the switching barrier (except the attractiveness of alternatives) and results in greater customer satisfaction and loyalty of a truly quality-conscious, health facility, In turn, a better understanding by a customer of a pool facilities, services and customer-conscious ness contributes significantly to building the switching barrier and results In higher customer loyalty by the client, Therefore, owners and operators of swimming pools in Dae gu, Korea should focus on three key elements to customer satisfaction: (1) quality of user-services, (2) customer satisfaction, and (3) the switching barrier, Prioritizing pool operations around these three fundamentals will enable pools in the area to gain market share and improve customer loyalty, long term.

      • 공무원 교육훈련 및 전이에 관한 연구 : the Difference in the Cognition of the Male and Female Sex Civil Servants of Kyonggi provincial office

        The Purpose of this study is to test of the hypothesis that is the difference in the cognition of the male and female sex civil servants on training and transfer of the civil servants. The contents of this study consists of the explanation on conception and purpose of the civil servants's training-transfer, the examination on pre-researches of several scholars, the build of several hypothesises, and the experimental outcomes result from the questions to the male and female sex civil servants of Kyonggi provincial office. In conclusion, We knows that is a clear difference in cognition of the male and female sex civil servants on training and transfer of the civil servants, finds that the female sex civil servants have more positive cognition than the male sex civil servants on training and transfer of the civil servants. Also, this study provide us with a point of current events that is important a use of the female sex civil servants to improvement or development of the public organization.
