        Managing Country of Origin Effect for Agricultural Product : Focused on Korean Ginseng

        COO(원산지 효과)에 대한 많은 기존의 연구들이 이루어졌음에도 불구하고, 대부분의 기존의 연구들은 주로 전자제품 등의 공산품을 중심으로 또한 선진국-고품질 제품, 개발도상국 - 저품질 제품의 틀 속에서 연구가 주로 이루어져 왔다. 또한, COO를 통한 전반적인 마케팅 전략의 수립보다는 마케팅 프로세스의 일부분에 COO가 미치는 영향을 연구한 단편적인 연구가 대부분이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 연구와는 달리 선진국인 미국과 일본 시장을 대상으로 한국의 고품질 농산품인 “고려인삼”의 마케팅 전략의 수립이라는 전체적 측면에서 COO에 대한 기존 이론들을 검토하고 이를 실증하였다. 연구의 결과 고려인삼은 미국과 일본시장 모두에서 원산지 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 시장 세분화를 위한 가설인 고연령 - 저학력의 사람들에게 원산지 효과가 보다 유용하다는 가설은 기각되었다. 이는 과거의 연구와는 달리 개발도상국-고품질 제품의 조합이라는 제품 특성 때문인 것으로 보인다. 또한, 마케팅 전술을 세우기 위한 특정 유통 경로가 원산지 효과에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 미국과 일본시장에서 모두 지지되었으며, 제품에 대한 정보 원천이 원산지 효과에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 미국에서만 지지되고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 토의 부분에서 한국의 고품질 농산품인 고려인삼의 효과적인 미국과 일본시장에서의 마케팅 전략을 제시하고 있다. Most of the previous studies concerning American or Japanese market have focused on the difference in COO effects between indigenous product mostly with positive COO effect and foreign products mostly with negative COO effect. and, the previous COO research has concerned with the electric home appliances like TV or automobiles while there has hardly been research concerning the COO effect and its application strategies on agricultural products. But, our exploratory research on the agricultural product extends the product categories regarding COO effects and our study is concerned with foreign product which has positive COO effects in American and Japanese market. We can observe that there exists the COO effect on ginseng in American and Japanese market. but we can find some results which are not consistent with the previous research - especially, in demographic factors of america and information source of Japan. We explain the reason of this results and suggest new strategy of COO. Also, we suggest the marketing process to make use of the COO effects, which can be applied various product categories.

      • 콩나물蛋白質의 營養學的 硏究

        Nutritional evalution of proteins from soybean and soybean sprout and effect of methionine supplement to soybean sprout was studied by feeding albino rat. Sprague-Dawley strain of albino rats fed for 15 days with 5% (Group 1) and 10% (Group 2) level of protein from soybean, 10%(Group 3), 15% (Group 4) and 20%(Group 5) level of protein from soybean sprout, methionine supplement to soybean sprout (Group 6) and 10% level of protein form casein as a reference (Group 7). The results are as follows 1. Body weight gain was greater in soybean than soybean sprout in same protein level. Methionine supplementation increased weight gain significantly compared to soybean sprout alone. 2. By increasing protein level of soybean sprout, weight gain was increased significantly. 3. The more rat gained weight, the more rat in take food and there was significant correlationship between weight gain and food intake. 4. Protein intake was related to weight gain and there was significant positive correlationship between them. 5. PER was increased from 1.061 to 1.962 by adding methionine to soybean sprout, and PER increment was low by increasing the level of protein from soybean sprout in diet. There are no correlationship between PER and weight gain. 6. By adding methionine to soybean sprout, chemical score was increased. Chemical score showed significant positive correlationship with PER but not with weight gain. EAAI and RI was positively correlated significantly with PER.

      • 고정원 de-NOx SCR용 촉매로서의 Pt담지 MCM-48 촉매의 특성분석

        In this study, Pt supported on MCM-48 was tested as a new catalyst for hydrocarbon-SCR process. MCM-48 is a new support material of the catalyst fur SCR. Characterization and de-NOx activity test were performed for the newly synthesized MCM-48-supported catalysts. Pt(1wt%)/MCM-48 showed 90% of NO reduction between 250-500℃. Water addition effect was also studied. Water vapor of 10Vol% was injected to the reactor. Water did not exhibit a bad influence on the catalytic activity. This result proved that Pt/MCM-48 had higher water resistance than zeolite. We could expect that metal supported on MCM-48 might be a highly possible candidate fur a new catalyst of hydrocarbon SCR process.

        Profile^(Ⓡ), ProTaper™ 및 K^(3TM) Ni-Ti파일의 과기구 조작이 치근단공 변위에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 ProFile, ProTaper 및 K^(3)를 이용하여 과잉 기구 조작에 의해 근관 성형 시 근관의 만곡형태와 Ni-Ti 파일의 종류에 따라 치근단공이 어떻게 변위 되는지를 비교 분석하고자 시행되었다. 본 실험에서는 레진모형근관으로 J자와 S자의 근관 형태가 재현된 ENDO-TRAINING BLOC을 사용하였다. 근관 성형 기구로는 ProFile^(®), ProTaper™, K^(3TM)를 사용하였다. 총 60개의 레진모형근관을 사용하였으며, 사용된 레진모형근관 및 Ni-Ti 파일의 종류에 따라 10개씩 6개의 군으로 나누어 근관성형을 시행하였다. 근관 성형 전·후 이미지를 Image-analyzing microscope 100X를 이용하여 얻고 Photoshop 7.0 프로그램을 이용하여 중첩하였다. 이미지 분석 프로그램을 이용하여 근관 성형 전·후 치근단공의 중심으로부터의 직경 변화량과 면적을 측정한 결과 만곡된 근관의 성형시 치근단공이 주로 만곡의 외측으로 변위됨을 나타내며 ProFile이 ProTaper나 K^(3) 보다 통계적으로 유의성이 있게 작은 변화량을 나타내어 근관성형시 바람직한 기구임을 시사한다. This study was done to evaluate transportation of the apical foramen after 0.5 mm overinstrumentation by ProFile, ProTaper and K^(3) in simulated resin root canal. Sixty simulated resin root canal with a curvature of J and S-shape were divided into two groups. Each group consisted of three subgroups with 10 blocks according to the instruments used: ProFile^(®), ProTaper™, and K^(3TM). Simulated resin root canal was prepared by ProFile, ProTaper and K^(3) with 300 rpm by the crown-down preparation technique. Pre- and post-instrumentation apical foramen images were overlapped and recorded with Image-analyzing microscope 100X (Camcope, Sometech Inc, Korea). The amounts of difference in width and dimension on overlapped images were measured after reference points were determined by Image Analysis program (Image-Pro^(®) Express, Media Cybernetic, USA). Data were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney U-test. The results suggest that ProFile showed significantly less canal transportation and maintained original apical foramen shape better than K^(3) and ProTaper.

      • 초·중등 및 대학교재 중 생물영역의 연계성 연구 : 물질대사에 대한 내용 중심 Emphasizing the contents of metabolism

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the connection of contents about metabolism contained in the biology textbooks from elementary school to college. For this purpose, the six subjects(photosynthesis, digestion, circulation, respiration, excretion, biological energy) of biological contents were selected from textbooks. 1. The contents about metabolism was classified according to six main subjects based on biology Ⅱ textbook. They were analyzed in terms of published section parts, learning objectives and contents from the view of each school unit. 2. 6(100%) of 6 subjects were introduced at the level of elementary school. 3. Connection from elementary school to middle school was C type(100%), that from middle school to high school showed B(50%) and C(50%). Connection from high school to college was analyzed as 17 and 83% for B. C type, respectively. 4. Considering theses results about connection of the biology sphere among school units, new concept diagrams were proposed.

        탄화수소에 의한 NO의 선택적 촉매 환원 반응에서 Pt/MCM-48 촉매의 반응 메커니즘에 관한 연구

        기본형의 Si-MCM-48에 알루미늄 치환량과 귀금속 담지량의 변화에 따라 다양한 촉매를 제조하였고, 이를 탄화수소에 의한 선택적 촉매 환원(HC-SCR)반응에 적용하여 각각의 NO 환원반응 특성을 비교 고찰하였다. Pt/MCM-48 촉매의 NO 환원 활성을 고찰한 결과, 문헌상 보고 되고 있는 Pt/ZSM-5 촉매를 이용한 NO의 제거 활성과 비교하여 매우 우수한 결과를 보였다. 또한 5 vol% 이하의 산소 조건에서 그 활성이 현저하였으며, 특이하게 최고 활성에 도달한 후에 반응온도가 600℃까지 증가하여도 계속하여 그 활성을 유지하였다. XRD, TPD, TGA, XPS 등의 특성화를 통해 촉매의 표면 특성 및 반응 mechanism에 관한 연구를 수행하였으며, 이러한 결과로부터 Pt/MCM-48 촉매가 기존 촉매보다 일정 산소 조건에서 우수한 성능을 보이는 것은 담체의 표면 산특성과 촉매 고유의 redox mechanism에 기인한 것으로 해석하였다. Pt supported on MCM-48 was tested as a new catalyst for hydrocarbon-SCR process. MCM-48 is a new support material of the catalyst for SCR. Characterization and de-NO, activity test were performed for the newly synthesized MCM-48-supported catalysts. Pt(l wt%)/MCM-48 showed 90% of NO reduction at 250-500℃. It should be concluded, from what has been said above, that Pt/MCM-48 catalysts showed higher NO reduction conversion than zeolite based catalyst, and it was not affected by 5 vol% O₂ concentration and water vapor addition. It would be supposed that sustention of activity in that oxygen condition might be caused by surface acidic characteristic and its characteristic redox mechanism.

      • 업무용 노선상업지역의 블록형성과 필지활용 특성에 관한 연구 : 테헤란로 주변 업무지역을 중심으로

        The intent of this study is to investigate the characteristics of block formation and lot subdivision an the commercial strip for rental office buildings and to suggest the size and form of block and lots for urban commercial areas. Teheran-Ro' is selected as a case site to analyze the characteristics of the commercial strip. The general characteristics of the commercial street for office building can be summarized as follows; I) Conceptually, it is a collective form of commercial facilities in a line along the street. ii) Various types of the commercial building are possibly categorized , according to its site location, such as in the commercial core, in the neighborhood center, or in the site facing major artery. iii) The arrangement of blocks differs in scale and form due to the condition of a facing road. iv) The buliding design and the site plan of rental office buildings is made in a way of fitting the condition of a lot proper, and the acquisition of vehicular access and parking space mainly affects the decision making in the design. The analysis by the comparison of different blocks and lots reveals the following results , concerning the issues of their size and form; i) Classification of road's function is determined by the width of it. ii) The formation of block seems to be decided in a similar way regardless of road conditions. And the size of a commercial blocks is determined without considering the possibility of combination of lots in a block and the arrangement of a building in a lot. iii) Various forms of the building in different size lost appears and consequently cause disharmony in terms of urban grain, mainly because the standard for a lot size considering the position of a building in the lot has not been provided. iv) The space between buildings which is left unused results in inefficient land -use, when the building arrangement in a lot is not properly considered in the design of lot's size and form. v) The regular arrangement of blocks irrespective of their subdivision and efficiency causes the difficulty in easing the traffic and introducing the car access. All of these planning problems result in the inefficiency in land-use, in architectural design, and in building function. Based on the analysis , some of the planning guidelines for the block in a commercial strip for office buildings and its subdivision into lots are proposed here. First, for a block design; i) Blocks is to be arranged in a way of emphasizing the linear shape of the commercial strip, and strengthening the characteristics of the street and the function of collected facilities. ii) The different size blocks and hierarchically interconnected roads are to be arranged mainly considering their function. iii) the form of a block is to be planned principally according to the condition and the function of surrounding roads, leaving room for the flexibility in application . iv) the size of a block is to be designed in consideration of the lots in it fundamentally. Also, the combination of lots and the building form and scale in a joint lot are to be fully taken into consideration. Secondly. for a lot subdivision adn its use; i) The appropriate size and form of a lot is to be planned according to the width of the road, to design an efficient rental building for business in it. ii) The lot subdivision is to be made considering the location and function of each lot and the possibility of lot combination. iii) Encouraging the vertical(to street derection) combination of lots, the form of lots is to be decided . iv) For the efficient office building layout within a lot, narrow and deep lot shape is highly recommended.

      • 한국 가톨릭교 초기 전례복의 실증적 고찰 : 풍수원 성당의 출토유물을 中心으로

        The Catholic church is the largest religious entity in the world with its long history of 2,000 years and 600 million followers, and is formed into a global community with hierarchial structures. It was during the peak of sectional struggles in the later Yi dynasty that the Catholics was first introduced to this country. At that time, the Southerners who had been out of power were indulged in the 'Western learning' transmitted through China and began to introduce the Catholics to Korea. In this vein, the Catholics was introduced by the Korean people themselves rather than the foreign missionaries. The origin of the Korea's Catholic ritual costumes goes back to the Roman era some 2,000 years ago. Because the ruling class of the Yi dynasty believed the Catholic would harm the Korea's traditional culture and oppressed it severely at the time when the religion was first introduced, the Catholic ritual costumes could not be openly put on. Father Chou Wen-mu, the first foreign missionary who entered this country in 1795, put on a traditional horseman costume, and the French missionaries who entered Korea since 1830 also took a way-farer's costume to avoid the authorities' checks. Thus, for the 200 years' history of Korea's Catholics, the Catholic ritual costumes could not be tried for the first half of the period due to the oppression by the Yi dynasty. And it was only after 1886 when the Korea-France Trade and Friendship Treaty was concluded that the traditional Catholic ritual costumes were publicly introduced to Korea, and that their local reproduction began in Korea. At that time, the costume styles were the Roman's which features the considerable gorgeousness and magnificence. However, as time went on, the Greek style began to emerge gradually. Eventually, starting from the Second Vacation Assembly in 1962, the clergymen began to prefer the elegant Greek style to the Roman one and eventually stopped putting on the Roman ones. In this regard, the old ritual costumes still remaining at the first locally-built Catholic church, the Pungsoo-Woo in Kangwon-Do, where many Catholic followers lived collectively during the severe oppression period, were closely examined.
