I. Purpose This study examines if accurate images can be realized with less dose than sequential mode, one of the existing methods applying DSCT’s high-pitch mode in pediatric cardiography. II. Materials and Methods For 20 patients who came to our hospital from Jan. 1 to Jun. 30, 2011, a test was carried out using MDCT 128 channel dual source; Somatom Definition Flash (Siemens Medical System: Germany). As the test method, the veins of the lower limbs of the patients were secured and contrast medium of 7ml was injected at 0.3ml/s anda CT scan was carried out about 36 s. later. Af first, sequential mode was used, and then high-pitch mode was followed as follow-up examination. The DLP (Dose Length Product) provided by the equipment and effective dose were compared for the assessment of the dose exposed to the patients, after the CT scan. The effective does was calculated by multiplying children’s chest index: 0.021 of the effective dose rate of EUR16262 (European Guide) to DLP value. The images scaned in high-pitch method were compared and assessed quantitatively by a heart decoding specialist and 2 radiologists if the typical diseases of pediatric cardiacs such as coarctation of aorta, atresia of the pulmonary artery and Tetralogy of Fallot can be assessed. III. Results When it was compared to sequential mode, one of the existing cardiography, the effective dose exposed to the patient had decrease by 32% in high-pitch mode. As a result of a comparison with imaging assessment, it was also evaluated as a better imaging than sequential mode IV. Conclusion Pediatric Cardiography using high pitch in Dual source MDCT showed superior effects on the reduction of exposed does than sequential mode, which is considered a useful testing method.

A 990 bp full-length gene (xynAHJ2) encoding a 329- residue polypeptide (XynAHJ2) with a calculated mass of 38.4 kDa was cloned from Bacillus sp. HJ2 harbored in a saline soil. XynAHJ2 showed no signal peptide, distinct amino acid stretches of glycoside hydrolase (GH) family 10 intracellular endoxylanases, and the highest amino acid sequence identity of 65.3% with the identified GH 10 intracellular mesophilic endoxylanase iM-KRICT PX1-Ps from Paenibacillus sp. HPL-001 (ACJ06666). The recombinant enzyme (rXynAHJ2) was expressed in Escherichia coli and displayed the typical characteristics of low-temperatureactive enzyme (exhibiting optimum activity at 35 o C, 62% at 20 o C, and 38% at 10 o C; thermolability at ≥45 o C). Compared with the reported GH 10 low-temperature-active endoxylanases, which are all extracellular, rXynAHJ2 showed low amino acid sequence identities (<45%), low homology (different phylogenetic cluster), and difference of structure (decreased amount of total accessible surface area and exposed nonpolar accessible surface area). Compared with the reported GH 10 intracellular endoxylanases, which are all mesophilic and thermophilic, rXynAHJ2 has decreased numbers of arginine residues and salt bridges, and showed resistance to Ni 2+ , Ca 2+ , or EDTA at 10 mM final concentration. The above mechanism of structural adaptation for low-temperature activity of intracellular endoxylanase rXynAHJ2 is different from that of GH 10 extracellular low-temperature-active endoxylanases. This is the first report of the molecular and biochemical characterizations of a novel intracellular low-temperatureactive xylanase.

In this report, an advanced signal processing method for microwave radar is considered to recon struct a precise 3D image for inner construction in concrete structursC which consists of reinforcing bars and pipes. An antenna positioning error and an in appropriate signal processing method have caused adegradation of reconstructed images. First, a handy antenna scanning system has been modified, which enables real-time self-position measurement. Concretely, a wheel up lift phenomenonis restrained by stabilizing a compress force to atarget surface, and positioning accuracy can be improved. On the image reconstruction result, a super position of observed data can not operate well in a regions and wiched by two scanned trajectories. Then, apipe-shape model is newly introduced, and the 3D object’s images have been reconstructed assuming that a continuity of buried object based on it. As a result, buried object’s properties can be evaluated more precisely. An effectiveness of aproposed method has been confirmed experimentally, by applying it to a concrete test specimen and an actual wall.
A fast monitoring method for multiple operating batch processes with incomplete modeling data types
Ya-Jun Wang,Ming-Xing Jia,Zhi-Zhong Mao 한국공업화학회 2015 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.21 No.1
For complex industrial processes with multiple operating conditions, a novel fast monitoring method, called up-down multi-model dynamic principal component analysis, is proposed with incompletemodeling data types in this paper. The method firstly classifies the process into several stages accordingto the operations. In each stage the data with similar operations are clustered together. Multiple modelstructures are constructed along with the variation of the cluster number. When on-linemonitoring, theup-down monitoringmethod is proposed to monitor a new batch type. The effectiveness of the proposedmonitoring method is demonstrated through the 120 t ladle furnace (LF) steelmaking process.

Two novel coordination compounds [Cu2(pypya)3(H2O)2]·Cl·(H2O)5 (1) and {[Cd(pypya)(ta)1/2]·H2O}n (2) (Hpypya=2-(3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid, H2ta=terephthalic acid) were synthesized and characterized by single X-ray diffraction. Structure determination reveals that complex 1 and complex 2 crystallize in the triclinic system, with the P-1 space group. The asymmetric unit of 1 contains two Cu(II) ions, and their coordination modes are different. These units of complex 1 are linked together via hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions, and the 3D structure of complex 1 was formed. Complex 2, a mononuclear Cd(II) coordination compound, has a 2D structure which was constructed via coordination bonds. TGA and fluorescence spectra analysis of complex 1 and complex 2 have also been studied. In addition, the geometry parameters of complex 1 have been optimized with the B3LYP method of density functional theory (DFT) to explain its coordination behavior. The electronic properties of the complex 1 and ligand Hpypya have been investigated based on the nature bond orbital (NBO) analysis at the B3LYP level of theory. The result verifies that the synergistic effect have occurred in the compound.
APMDI-CF: An Effective and Efficient Recommendation Algorithm for Online Users
Ya-Jun Leng,Zhi Wang,Dan Peng,Huan Zhang 한국인터넷정보학회 2023 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.17 No.11
Recommendation systems provide personalized products or services to online users by mining their past preferences. Collaborative filtering is a popular recommendation technique because it is easy to implement. However, with the rapid growth of the number of users in recommendation systems, collaborative filtering suffers from serious scalability and sparsity problems. To address these problems, a novel collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm partitions the users using affinity propagation clustering, and searches for k nearest neighbors in the partition where active user belongs, which can reduce the range of searching and improve real-time performance. When predicting the ratings of active user’s unrated items, mean deviation method is used to impute values for neighbors’ missing ratings, thus the sparsity can be decreased and the recommendation quality can be ensured. Experiments based on two different datasets show that the proposed algorithm is excellent both in terms of real-time performance and recommendation quality.

Ya-Jun Liu,Chong-Yan Zhai,Yi Liu,Ke-Qin Zhang 한국미생물학회 2009 The journal of microbiology Vol.47 No.3
Many species of Paecilomyces are entomogenous fungi and several are efficacious toward nematodes. To study the potential of Paecilomyces species in controlling nematodes, fungal extracts of 40 Paecilomyces spp. were evaluated for their nematicidal activity against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Panagrellus redivivus. The extracts of six Paecilomyces spp. exhibited the nematicidal activity against P. redivivus, and 11 species exhibited the nematicidal activity against B. xylophilus. The methanol extract of strain 1.01761 incubating on Czapek solid medium killed more than 95% P. redivivus in 24 h at 5 mg/ml, and the filtrate of strain 1.01788 cultured in Sabouraud's broth medium resulted in 90% mortality of B. xylophilus in 24 h at 5 mg/ml. A novel nematicidal compound, 4-(4’-carboxy-2’-ethyl-hydroxypentyl)-5,6-dihydro-6-methylcyclobuta[ b]pyridine-3,6-dicarboxylic acid, was isolated from Paecilomyces sp. YMF1.01761. The LD50 value of the compound within 24 h against P. redivivus was 50.86 mg/L, against Meloidogyne incognita was 47.1 mg/L, and against B. xylophilus was 167.7 mg/L.
