        수학수업 태도, 분위기, 만족도가 수학 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 대한 종단연구

        학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다양하며, 요인들이 미치는 영향 또한 복합적으로 일어난다. 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 끊임없이 변화하기 때문에 성장을 예측·분석하는 종단연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 서울교육종단연구의 2014년도(중학교 2학년)부터 2017년(고등학교 2학년)까지의 종단자료를 활용하여 수학 학업성취도의 종단적인 변화양상이 유사한 그룹으로 나누고 그룹별 수학수업 태도, 분위기, 만족도의 변화양상과 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 1그룹(1456명, 68.3%)과 2그룹(677명, 31.7%) 학생들의 수학 학업성취도는 수학수업 태도가 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 수학수업 분위기와 만족도는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 수학수업 태도가 수학 학업성취도에 미치는 영향력은 그룹에 따라서도 다르게 나타났으며, 수학 학업성취도가 높은 2그룹의 학생들은 1그룹의 학생들보다 수학수업 태도, 분위기, 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 수학수업 태도와 분위기, 만족도는 중학교 2학년부터 고등학교 2학년기간 동안 지속적으로 변화하는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 변화의 폭은 적은 것으로 나타났다. There are many factors that affect academic achievement, and the influences of those factors are also complex. Since the factors that influence mathematics academic achievement are constantly changing and developing, longitudinal studies to predict and analyze the growth of learners are needed. This study uses longitudinal data from 2014 (second year of middle school) to 2017 (second year of high school) of the Seoul Education Longitudibal Study, and divides it into groups with similar longitudinal patterns of change in mathematics academic achievement. The longitudinal change patterns and direct influence of mood and satisfaction were examined. As a result of the study, it was found that the mathematics academic achievement of the first group (1456 students, 68.3%) including the majority of students and the second group (677 students) of the top 31.7% had a direct influence on the mathematics class attitude. It was found that the mood and satisfaction of mathematics classes did not have a direct effect. In addition, the influence of mathematics class attitude on mathematics academic achievement was different according to the group. In addition, students in group 2 with high academic achievement in mathematics showed higher mathematics class attitude, mood, and satisfaction. In addition, the attitude, atmosphere, and satisfaction of mathematics classes were found to change continuously from the second year of middle school to the second year of high school, and the extent of the change was small.

        호텔 직원이 지각한 지식공유가 직무성과에 미치는 영향 - 혁신행동과 조직몰입의 이중매개효과 -

        This study set the hypothesis based on hotel service employees, modeled it and empirically verified it with the purpose of examining the structural relationship among knowledge sharing, innovation behavior, organizational commitment, job performance psychological empowerment, and prosocial service behavior. To verify the hypothesis, preceding studies were considered and the questionnaire was prepared. Via selecting the judgment sampling, the study proceeded with the employees who worked more than a year at the moment among the service contact employees working in the 5 stars hotels in Seoul. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, and 313 valid samples were applied to the study. Collected data was analyzed by using SPSS 22.0, AMOS 22.0, PROCESS macro 3.0 statistical program. As a result of hypothesis verification, first, knowledge sharing has a positive(+) effect on job performance. Second, the indirect effect of innovation behavior and organizational commitment was statistically significant in the influence relationship on the knowledge sharing and job performance. Third, innovation behavior and organizational commitment sequentially played a mediating role in the influence relationship on the knowledge sharing and job performance of the hotel service encounter employees. Through this empirical analysis, the effects of hotel service encounter employee’s knowledge sharing, innovation behavior, organizational commitment, and job performance is to be verified. Through this, academic implications, practical implications, and the direction for the future research are to be presented.

        식자재 반입 환경 변화가 주방공간구성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -단체급식업체가 운영하는 소규모 직원식당을 중심으로-

        오늘날 단체급식시장의 식자재 반입 형태와 조리환경은 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이는 단체급식을 이용하는 고객으로 하여금 다양한 메뉴와 웰빙을 위한 신선한 식자재, 동일한 맛을 내기 위한 표준화된 레시피 등에 대한 니즈가 지속적으로 요구되기 때문이다. 이에 단체급식업체는 기존 원물 식자재 대신 간편조리 식자재를 도입하여 고객의 니즈를 충족하려 노력 중이며 식자재 환경 변화에 적합한 효율적인 조리주방에 대한 연구개발을 진행하고 있다. 식당을 운영하는 측면에서 간편조리 식자재로의 도입은 전처리와 조리작업 프로세스의 효율화를 가져왔고 이와 동시에 조리장비 간소화에 따른 공간 효율, 위생안전과 휴게 및 복지공간구성 등을 위한 주방공간에 변화가 필요함에 따라 본 연구를 진행하였다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 원물 식자재의 사용에서 간편조리 식자재로의 반입 환경 변화가 주방의 전처리와 조리작업 공간에 대한 활용이 달라진다는 가정하에 작업 효율, 전처리와 조리공간, 조리장비, 위생안전과 휴게 및 복지공간구성 등 주방공간에 미치는 영향에 대한 조사를 목적으로 하였다. 연구 방법은 위 가설을 검증하기 위해 단체급식업체가 운영하는 식당 중에서 주방장비의 밀도가 높고 조리종사자의 근무환경이 열약한 소규모 사업장 직원식당을 기준으로 전처리와 조리공간 효율, 조리장비의 간소화, 작업 효율, 위생안전, 휴게 및 복지공간 개선에 대한 선행연구와 문헌, 조리종사자와의 1 대 1 면담조사를 통하여 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 간편조리 식자재 사용이 전처리와 조리장비 종류와 개수를 감소시켜 장비의 밀도를 낮추고 주방공간과 작업 효율, 교차오염 방지, 휴게 및 복지공간의 구성 등이 개선된다는 연구결과를 통하여 방향을 제시하였다. Today, the form and cooking environment of bringing in food materials in the group meal market are rapidly changing. This is because customers who use group meals continue to need various menus, fresh ingredients for well-being, and standardized recipes for the same taste. Accordingly, group catering companies are trying to meet the needs of customers by introducing simple cooking materials instead of existing raw materials, and are conducting research and development on efficient cooking kitchens suitable for changes in the food material environment. In terms of running a cafeteria, the introduction of easy-to-cook food materials led to the efficiency of pre-treatment and cooking work processes. This study was conducted according to Therefore, this study is based on the assumption that the use of kitchen pre-processing and cooking work space is different due to the change in the environment from the use of the existing raw materials to the simple cooking materials, so that work efficiency, pre-treatment and cooking space, cooking equipment, and hygiene and safety are assumed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on the kitchen space, such as the composition of rest and welfare space. To verify the above hypothesis, the research method was based on the employee cafeteria of a small business where the density of kitchen equipment is high among restaurants operated by group catering companies and the working environment of the cooks is poor. This study was conducted through prior research on efficiency, sanitation and safety, improvement of rest and welfare space, literature, and one-on-one interviews with cooks. As a result, the research results suggest that the use of easy-to-cook food materials reduces the type and number of pre-treatment and cooking equipment, thereby lowering the density of equipment, improving kitchen space and work efficiency, preventing cross-contamination, and improving the composition of rest and welfare spaces.

        교육의 내용과 방법으로서의 예술: 오우크쇼트의 예술교육론

        In his “Work and Play”, Oakeshott divides all human activities into two distinct categories of ‘work’ and ‘play’. ‘Work’ in its wide sense stands for an activity of satisfying wants in the world, whereas ‘play’ in its wide sense an activity which, not directed to the satisfaction of wants, entails an attitude to the world which is not concerned to use it. To ‘play’ belongs two subcategories, which are ‘understanding and explaining the world’ and ‘the activity of poetic imagination’. Interestingly, the poetic imagination is said to be more securely insulated from any liability of being confused with ‘work’. “The Voice of Poetry in the Conversation of Mankind” is usefully referred to for exploring the nature of poetic imagination and its contribution to the conversation. The participants of the conversation are diverse voices such as the voice of practical activity, the voice of science, and the voice of poetry. Each voice is at once a manner of speaking and a determinate utterance. Nonetheless, when the latter is loosened from the former, the voice appears as a body of conclusion, losing its conversability. The voice of poetry is preeminently conversable in that its utterance cannot be detached from its manner of speaking or imagining. It is only with conversability of voices that they can appear in the genuine partnership in the conversation. For Oakeshott, education is an initiation into the skill and partnership of the conversation. And the voice of poetry plays a pivotal role in carrying on the conversation by inspiring other voices with their inherent conversability. The place that the voice of poetry takes in education for conversation can be considered in two aspects. Poetry is what should be taught in education. And it also refers to the poetic character of all human activity. Poetry can then be regarded as the method that should be complied with when the teacher and the learner engage with other voices.

      • Attraction of the Western Flower Thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) to the Flowering Chrysanthemum Trap Plant

        In the case of one standard-mum polyvinyl house, the density of F. occidentalis reached its peak in early June and decreased after the chemical control, which was carried out periodically. In the case of another standard-mum polyvinyl house, the density of F. occidentalis increased continuously in spite of the periodical chemical control after planting. In both polyvinyl houses, the density of F. occidentalis began to increase mid-May. The numbers of F. occidentalis collected on a tray with wet paper by heating the flowers of pink, white, and yellow Chrysanthemum standard mums were 18.4, 56.6, and 52.6 after flowering, but in the case of the leaves, the numbers were 7.8, 16.6, and 15.4. Also, the numbers of F. occidentalis collected on a tray with wet paper by heating the buds of pink, white, and yellow Chrysanthemum standard mums were 15.2, 45.8, and 41.6, but in the case of the leaves, the numbers were 2, 8.8 and 3.4. In the Y-tube olfactometer test, the frequency of F. occidentalis’ visits to one side arm of the Y-tube olfactometer was higher in the odor cue of the white flower than of the yellow, red, and violet flowers, but in the other combinations without white flowers, the frequency was higher in the odor cue of the violet and red flowers than of the yellow flowers. In the case of the four-choice olfactometer test, in the same visual cues as the odor cues of the pot mum flowers, the frequency of F. occidentalis was higher in the yellow flower than in the other flowers (white, red, and violet) in all the observation times (10, 15, and 20 minutes). In the case of the visual cues with disturbed odor cues, F. occidentalis preferred the yellow color to the other colors in all the observation times (10, 20, and 40 minutes). F. occidentalis preferred the white color to the other colors when the same odor cues as the flower color were provided, but the odor cue of the yellow flower was provided only without the color cue.
