A Combined Atmospheric Radiative Transfer Model (CART) : A Review and Applications

A set of radiative transfer software named CART (Combined Atmospheric Radiative Transfer) has been developed to rapidly calculate atmospheric transmittance and background radiance. The spectral resolution of CART is 1 cm-1, and the spectral region covers from 1 to 25000 cm-1. CART has five characteristic features, and it can be applied to many fields. The features and applications of CART are summarized in detail.

Dynamics of the electric system for the toroidal drive under mechanical disturbance is presented. Using the method of perturbation, free vibrations of the electric system under mechanical disturbance are studied. The forced responses of the electric system to voltage excitation under mechanical disturbance are also presented. We show that as the time grows, the resonance vibration caused by voltage excitation still exists and the vibrations caused by mechanical disturbance are enlarged. The coupled resonance vibration caused by mechanical disturbance and voltage excitation is discussed. The conditions of the occurrence of coupled resonance are studied.
유표성 차이 가설의 시각에서 한국어와 내몽골어 모음체계 대조 및 쌍방향 습득 순서 예측

이 논문은 한국어와 몽골어 모음을 대조한 선행연구를 분석하여 그 한계점을 지적하고 金立鑫, 陸丙甫(2015:28)에서 제시된 언어유형론적 음운 함축관계에 근거하여 한국어와 몽골어 모음체계의 공통성과 특수성을 제시하였다. 이 기초에서 허용(2010: 313-314)에서 제시된 "자연성 여부, 빈도성 여부, 복합성 여부, 습득의 용이성 여부" 등 기준 중에서 "빈도성 여부"를 이용하여 한국어와 몽골어 모음 유표성을 제시한 다음Eckman(1977)의 "유표성 차이 가설"(Markedness Differential Hypothesis, MDH), "구조 일치성 가설"(Structural Conformity Hypothesis)에 근거하여 몽골인 학습자의 한국어 모음 습득 순서와 한국인 학습자의 몽골어 모음 습득 순서를 예측하였다. The paper first analyzes the previous studies on comparing Korean and Mongolian vowels and points out the shortcomings. Then, the paper indicates the universal and individuals in Korean and Mongolian vowels system, according to the implicational universals of phonics in linguistics typology proposed by Jin lixin (2015: 28). This paper discusses the markedness of Korean and Mongolian vowels system based on the "frequency" in standards such as "naturalness, frequency, complexity, easiness in acquisition" proposed by Heo Yong(2010:313-314). Finally, based on Eckman's (1977) "Markedness Differential Hypothesis, MDH", "Structural Conformity Hypothesis", the paper predicts the order in which the Mongolian acquires Korean vowels and the Korean acquires Mongolian vowels.
Determination of Biosynthetic Pathway of Decursin in Hairy Root Culture of Angelica gigas

To establish the biosynthetic pathway of decursin in Angelica gigas Nakai, feeding experiment with stable isotope-labeled precursors were conducted. Umbelliferone and decursin were labeled with deuterium at C-3. The umbelliferone, the decursin, and other commercially available putative precursors, L-phenylalanine-ring-$d_5$ and trans-cinnamic acid-$d_7$, were fed to the hairy root culture of A. gigas. Each deuterated compound was incorporated into decursinol, decursinol angelate, and decursin as determined by mass spectrometric analysis. These findings confirmed the coumarin biosynthesis pathway sequence is composed of phenylalanine, cinnamic acid, umbelliferone, decursinol, and decursin.
Research on Evolution of Regional Synergetic Cross-border E-Commerce Ecosystem

Based on the ecosystem theory, the theory of regional synergetic cross-border e-commerce ecosystem is put forward. According to the theory, regional synergetic cross-border e-commerce ecosystem is composed of environment and various species. Its evolution is the result of game between environment and components and among components. Especially, the synergetic development of regional ecological communities has an important impact on ecosystem evolution. Its evolution process is gradual, including four stages: synergetic constrution, synergetic expansion, synergetic co-opetition and synergetic innovation. On this basis, taking the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as an example, this paper applies the theory of regional synergetic cross-border e-commerce ecosystem to analyzed the status quo of environment and species of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the impact of its basic relationship. The results show that the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is in the stage of synergetic expansion. On the advance of the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, policy support and supervision, scientific and technological innovation, cross-border logistics support and integrated service system construction will be valued, and the focal point will be strengthening regional synergy by building regional core competitiveness, rational positioning and dislocation development.

DP-LinkNet: A convolutional network for historical document image binarization

Document image binarization is an important pre-processing step in document analysis and archiving. The state-of-the-art models for document image binarization are variants of encoder-decoder architectures, such as FCN (fully convolutional network) and U-Net. Despite their success, they still suffer from three limitations: (1) reduced feature map resolution due to consecutive strided pooling or convolutions, (2) multiple scales of target objects, and (3) reduced localization accuracy due to the built-in invariance of deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs). To overcome these three challenges, we propose an improved semantic segmentation model, referred to as DP-LinkNet, which adopts the D-LinkNet architecture as its backbone, with the proposed hybrid dilated convolution (HDC) and spatial pyramid pooling (SPP) modules between the encoder and the decoder. Extensive experiments are conducted on recent document image binarization competition (DIBCO) and handwritten document image binarization competition (H-DIBCO) benchmark datasets. Results show that our proposed DP-LinkNet outperforms other state-of-the-art techniques by a large margin.
