        Hydrophilicity of TiO2 thin films obtained by RF magnetron sputtering deposition

        Titanium dioxidethinlmswere depositedonstainless steelsubstratesbyradio frequency(RF)magnetron sputteringmethod.Therelative humidity (RH) and oxygen content of the environment were varied systematically. The hydrophilicity of the lms under ultra-violet (UV) irradiation was investigated. It was found that the hydrophilicity of the lms was strongly aected by the RH and the oxy-gen content of the environment. This would be attributable to the adsorption of oxygen and hydroxyl group and the recombination ofthe electronhole pair would be aected by the adsorbed species too. In the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) experiment, wesucceededinmeasuringtheeectofUVirradiationusingheliumlightsourceofultravioletphotoelectronspectroscopy(UPS).TheXPSanalysisrevealedthatunderUVirradiation,Ti3+ wasproducedandtheadsorptionofhydroxylgroupsonthesurfaceofTiO2lmswasincreased. The titanium dioxide lms were characterized by X-ray diraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).

      • The Individual Performance of Mobile Travelling App for Chinese Tourist Service

        This paper uses the IS Success model to detect System Quality, Information Quality of Mobile Travelling Application, whether Service Quality has an impact on users Satisfaction, Use and Individual Performance. Considering whether Mobile Travelling Application meets users requirements and Mobile Travelling Application is based on LBS Technology, we add two variables, Task Technology Fit and Risk, on the basis of IS Success, and examine whether Task Technology Fit and Risk have an impact on user Satisfaction, Use and Individual Performance, and establishes a conceptual modeling to explore the influence relationship and size between IS Success model and Task Technology Fit and Risk factors. After collecting 996 respondents in China with questionnaires, this study begin the empirical research with users of Mobile Travelling Application, and analyzes data with IBM SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 24.0. First, The Risk of Mobile Travelling Application has a negative impact on user Satisfaction and Individual Performance. then the enterprise can take action against Risk dimensions. Second, The system quality/ Information Quality/ Service Qualityof mobile traveling application has a significant impact on task technology fit, use, satisfaction. Enterprises need to improve the system quality, service quality and information quality of mobile software, such as regular maintenance of the system, timely updating of tourism commodity information, timely meeting user needs, so as to improve user satisfaction, use, and personal results. Third, Task Technology Fit of Mobile Travelling Application has a significant impact on the user s Use.

        공유경제와 O2O를 활용한 Chauffeured Car Services의 이용의도에 관한 연구

        Purpose – Over recent years, O2O and shared economy have been an eye-catching topic. Many researches on O2O and shared economy have been published gradually. The emerging enterprise of chauffeured car services developed rapidly in the past two years. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of use intention of the chauffeured car services users. Through active use of O2O and shared economy, put up with operation strategy in line with their use intention. Research design, data, and methodology – After collecting 324 respondents in China with questionnaires, this study begin the empirical research with users of Chauffeured Car Services, and analyzes data with IBM SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 24.0. Results – Personal Propensity to Trust significantly affects the Initial Trust of chauffeured car services users. Firm Reputation significantly affects the Initial Trust and use intention of chauffeured car services users. Initial Trust significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy significantly affect chauffeured car services users’ use intention. Social Influence also significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. Conclusions – First, Initial Trust significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. Thus, the enterprise should make efforts to improve users’ initial trust in order to attract their attention. For this reason, chauffeured car services enterprises should conduct questionnaires to deeply explore what needs can improve users’ initial trust. Second, performance expectancy and effort expectancy significantly affect chauffeured car services users’ use intention. When users enjoy chauffeured car services, they attach great importance to the convenience, simplicity and efficiency, which reflects that chauffeured car services’ desire for greater development in the O2O and shared economy market. Therefore, they need to grasp users’ needs (convenience, simplicity and efficiency) and carefully improve the quality of chauffeured car services. Finally, social influence also significantly affects the use intention of chauffeured car services users. It means friend recommendation or mass media influences users’ intention. So, it is more important to increase differentiated benefits, advertising and publicity of chauffeured car services.

      • Lack of Association Between GSTM1 and GSTT1 Polymorphisms and Brain Tumour Risk

        Objective: Glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) are important enzymes that are involved in detoxification of environmental carcinogens. Molecular epidemiological studies have been conducted to investigate the association between GSTM1 and GSTT1 homozygous deletion polymorphisms and brain tumours but results have been conflicting. The aim of this study was to clarify this problem using a meta-analysis. Methods: A total of 9 records were identified by searching the PubMed and Embase databases. Fixed- and random-effects models were performed to estimate the pooled odds ratios. Results: No significant association was found between the GSTM1 and GSTT1 homozygous deletion polymorphisms and risk of brain tumours, including glioma and meningioma. Similar negative results were also observed in both population-based and hospital-based studies. Conclusion: These findings indicate that the GSTM1 and GSTT1 polymorphisms may not be related to the development of brain tumours.

        한국과 중국 간 문화상품의 무역특화와 산업내무역 및 비교우위 실증분석

        Purpose There have many researches between China and Korea in culture service however;there has never been a study which analyzes the cultural products recently. And it is necessary to know what kind of cultural products have comparative advantage for cultural products in the Korean-Chinese cultural products. This paper is going to develop Korean cultural products and expand the market share of Korean cultural products in Chinese market. Design/Methodology/Approach We used the data of examines korean’s 55 cultural export items versus;using HSK 4 digit codes from 2014 to 2019. With using the recent international trade between Korea and China;this study tested empirically several trade structure tests such as trade intensity;intra-industry trade index;and realized comparative advantage(RCA) index. Findings As empirical results of cultural products between Korea and China in the trade structure ;Korea has more specialized import trade. In the field of cultural products;Korea has a comparative advantage over audio products and products related to movies;and has many export-specific products. The data show that the export structure of minority cultural products is changing and the export structure of Korean cultural products is also changing. In particular;Korea is competitive in design;design;and label design made of medium or cardboard. It seems that there is a comparative advantage over products that contain technical elements over simple labor-intensive materials. Research Implications In the future;Korea will have to develop and produce products that contain more technological elements and continue to specialize in exports of products with a comparative advantage. but the completion of the study could be improved by analyzing more detailed product item statistics.

        Plasma Membrane as the Target Site of Cholic Acid Analogs

        Although the mechanism is unknown, Calculus Bovis and its active components, cholic acid analogs (CAAs), have been used in China to treat a wide range of diseases. Based on the previous finding that the potency of CAA is strongly dependent on the intrinsic surface activity, this paper aimed to investigate the role of the plasma membrane in the pharmacological activity of CAAs. First, CAAs (0.1 mM) caused a surface activity-dependent depression on ATPase activity in the cell membrane extract, but it had no effects on other cellular extracts, suggesting an indispensable role of the membrane environment for pharmacological activity. Second, CAAs lowered the membrane fluidity of cultured Caco-2 cells with the same rank-order of potency sequence. Third, the hypothesis that any functional protein located on the membrane is influenced by changes in cellular membrane fluidity was supported by: ileal contraction that was induced by acetylcholine and mediated by the muscarinic receptor (M-receptor) or the relaxation induced by adrenaline and mediated by the β-adrenergic receptor (β-receptor) was inhibited by CAAs. They also had similar rank-order of potency and the effects on the plasma membrane. Collectively, the plasma membrane may be a target for the CAAs to exert the multiple pharmacological effects which are mediated by the alteration of the membrane mobility and the function of integral membrane proteins.
