To research the variation characteristics and infl uence factors of air gap magnetic fi eld and electromagnetic torque of nuclear power half-speed turbine generator with stator winding inter-turn short circuit, the two-dimensional transient electromagnetic fi eld of generator-external circuit-grid coupling mathematical model is established by fi eld-circuit-network coupling method. Taking the national laboratory’s generator as an example, and comparing the simulation results of the inter-turn short circuit of the armature winding with experimental data, the correctness of the model is validated. On this basis, the simulation model of a 1407MVA nuclear power half-speed turbine generator is built. Then the stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault is simulated when the generator is connected to the grid with rated load. The characteristics of air gap fl ux density and electromagnetic torque are obtained before and after fault, as well as, the relationship between their each component and the fault degree is obtained. At the same time, the variation law of air gap fl ux density and electromagnetic torque is obtained when the relative position between fault winding and magnetic pole changes. The theoretical reference for fault diagnosis and localization using harmonic electromagnetic torque after fault is provided

In order to research the variation characteristics and infl uencing factors of the rotor surface eddy current loss during the nuclear power half-speed turbo-generator asymmetric operation, the harmonics characteristics of eddy current generated by stator negative sequence current on the rotor surface are derived by analytical method, and the harmonic characteristics of excitation current generated by stator negative sequence current on excitation winding are derived. On the basis, the harmonic current characteristics of stator winding caused by the harmonic component of excitation current are derived. Furthermore, the eddy current characteristics on the rotor surface caused by the harmonic current in the stator current are derived. At the same time, the infl uence factors and distribution characteristics of eddy current and eddy current loss of rotor damping strip and slot wedge are given. On this basis, taking a 1407MVA nuclear power half-speed turbo-generator as an example, the fi eld-circuit coupled model is established. The normal and asymmetrical operation of the generator is simulated. Through the comparison and analysis between simulation results and theoretical derivation results, the correctness of theoretical derivation is verifi ed. A theoretical reference for researching mechanism and infl uencing factors of rotor surface loss during nuclear power half-speed turbo-generator asymmetrical operation is proved.

Light quality regulates plant growth and photosynthesis, the drivers of fruit quality, and light quality can be controlled by colored light-quality selective plastic films in field production. To identify the optimal color of plastic film for high-quality strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa) fruit production, plant growth, photosynthetic abilities, and fruit qualities were investigated under transparent (T), red (R), yellow (Y), green (G), blue (B), and purple (P) films. The R film showed the maximum promoting effects on leaf area, petiole length, leaf biomass, and shoot biomass. The R film improved photosynthetic abilities by increasing photosynthetic pigment content, quantum yield (φPo), electron transfer (Ψo and φEo), the density of reaction centers (RC/CSm), and the photosynthetic performance index (PIabs), and by decreasing the dissipation of absorbed solar energy as heat (φDo), while varied reverse effects were detected under other films. For fruit qualities, the R film also improved fruit weight and the content of total sugar, anthocyanin, and soluble protein. Therefore, the R light-quality selective plastic film should be suitable for strawberry production due to the promoting effects on plant growth, photosynthetic abilities, and fruit weight and quality.
Research on the Formation Mechanism of Shear Zone in the Neogene Mudstone Landslide

The shear zone is the main control factor for the translational and rotational landslides.Different geometric forms of landslides were selected to analyze the process of structural change and the mechanical mechanisms of the bedding-parallel shear zone in Neogen period mudstones. The results show that there are weak layers, with high clay content, in translational landslides and rotational-translational landslides, such as those with bedding-parallel shear zone, while rotational landslides are composed of homogeneous material. The bedding-parallel shear zone can be divided into two parts: the main shear zone and the secondary shear zone. The main shear zone has an S-C fabric, the C plane has a strong scratch, and the S plane develops in high plastic mudstones. The clay contents of the main shear zone in a bedding-parallel sliding zone are greater than 50%, while the absolute content of minerals mixed with illite and montmorillonite exceeds to 20%. Creep and rapid slip are the main forms of structural deformation of the shear zone. Creep deformation mainly develops in the sliding zone with high amounts of clay particles; the microstructural adjustment of the slip zone shows no crack expansion and the clay minerals are a viscous flow. Progressive creep induced by water pressure and gravity will cause the acceleration of the creep and rapid sliding. Rapid sliding deformation, which is due to repeated shear, occurs along the fixed shear fracture-surface.

Paeonia suffruticosa ‘Shima Nishiki’ is a valuable double-color cultivar, but the mechanism of its double-color formationis still unknown at the post-translational level. Moreover, many studies have shown that microRNAs (miRNAs) play a keyrole in regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis. In this study, small RNA sequencing was performed to identify and characterizemiRNAs in six libraries of the red (LH) and pink (LF) petals. A total of 591 conserved and 53 novel miRNAs wereidentified, among which 68 conserved and 2 novel miRNAs were differentially expressed between the LH and LF libraries. Meanwhile, the corresponding target genes for these differentially expressed miRNAs (DEMs) were successfully predictedand annotated. Among them, two DEMs (miR858 and miR156a-5p) and their corresponding target genes possibly relatedto anthocyanin biosynthesis were screened. We further confirmed the relative expression of 15 candidate miRNAs (2 DEMsand other 13 miRNAs) and the 4 corresponding target genes of these DEMs by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). Among these four target genes, only CL2846.Contig2_All [Annotation: transcription factor MYB12] showed a substantiallyhigher differential expression between the red and pink petals. Based on the above results, we concluded that miR858 andmiR156a-5p (especially miR858) are possibly involved in mediating double-color formation. These results provide a newunderstanding about the mechanism of double-color formation in P. suffruticosa ‘Shima Nishiki’.
A Fast Intra Mode Decision Algorithm for HEVC Using Sobel Operator in Edge Detection

As a successor to H.264/AVC, High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) standard has an outstanding performance than before. To make the coding efficiency higher, one introduced new coding feature in HEVC is adding intra prediction modes up to 35 instead of 9 in H.264, but it increases calculation complexity. To save the coding time, this paper proposes a fast intra mode decision algorithm based on edge detection technology using sobel operator. Because of the principle that sobel operator can find the texture edge directly, the proposed algorithm can save large numbers of coding time with only a little BD-rate rising. Experimental results show that the proposed fast intra mode decision algorithm can save 38.8% computational complexity on average with a 1.6% BD-rate rise.

Ciliates are able to form resting cysts as a survival strategy in response to stressful environmental factors. Studies on the characteristics of cellular structure during encystment may provide useful information for further understanding of the regulatory mechanism of cellular patterns and supply new clues regarding the phylogeny of ciliates. Scanning and transmission electron microscopies were used to observe the ultrastructure of cells during encystment of the soil ciliate Australocirrus cf. australis. The dedifferentiation of ciliature was revealed for the first time. Ciliary shafts first shortened, and the remaining ciliature, including basal bodies and the fibrillar cirral basket, retracted into the cytoplasm and was surrounded by the autophagic vacuoles and then gradually digested. A large number of autophagic vacuoles were observed in mature resting cysts. Autophagy might not only be necessary for the differentiation of cellular structures during encystment but might also be important to sustain the basic life activities in the resting stage. Australocirrus cf. australis formed a kinetosome-resorbing cyst and contained four layers in the cyst wall: the ectocyst, mesocyst, endocyst and granular layer. The ciliature resorbing state and the number of layers in the cyst wall were consistent with those found in other oxytrichous ciliates. However, the phenomenon wherein the two macronuclear nodules are not fused during encystment is not commonly observed among oxytrichids. Additionally, the octahedral granules in the mesocyst of this species exhibit different morphology from the congeners.

Extrusomes of different categories in ciliates have been suggested to have different structures and functions. To investigate the characteristics of extrusomes in the hypotrichous ciliate, we examined Architricha indicausing scanning and transmission electron microscopy and electron microscopic enzymo-cytochemistry. Theresults showed that the mature extrusomes were ellipsoidal vesicles with structureless cavities on their anteriorparts and arranged in rows beneath the pellicle; the extruded structures of extrusomes were cyathiform and canremain outside of the cell surface after extrusion. These findings differ distinctly from that of previouslyreported extrusomes in other ciliates and thus suggest a new type of extrusomes. These organelles originatedfrom endoplasmic reticulum in the deeper part of the cytoplasm, underwent a serious of development,gradually migrated to the cortical cytoplasm and finally positioned in their functional areas. In contrast withlower forms of ciliates, density, arrangement, and localization of extrusomes in A. indica showed obviousdifferences between the ventral and dorsal surface of cells. This may be in some way related to thedifferentiation of the dorsoventral cortex, and functional ciliature happened to the hypotrichous ciliates. Inaddition, the extrusomes may perform protective or defensive function, which associates with the activity ofmitochondria and contributes to the pellicle retrieval or renewal.
Fully Verifiable Algorithm for Secure Outsourcing of Bilinear Pairing in Cloud Computing

With the development of cloud computing and widespread availability of mobile devices, outsourcing computation has gotten more and more attention in cloud computing services. The computation of bilinear pairing is the most expensive operation in pair-based cryptographic schemes. Currently, most of the algorithms for outsourcing bilinear pairing have small checkability or the outsourcers need to operate expensive computations. In this paper, we propose an efficient algorithm for outsourcing bilinear pairing with two servers, where the outsourcers can detect the errors with a probability of 1 if the cloud servers are dishonest, and the outsourcers are not involved in any complex computations. Finally, the performance evaluation demonstrates that the proposed algorithm is most efficient in all of fully verifiable outsourcing algorithms for bilinear pairing.

A Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control (LADRC) method with a Variable Gain Load Torque Sliding Mode Observer (VLTSMO) is proposed in this paper to reduce the effects of the load torque disturbance of Interior Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motors (IPMSMs). First, the LADRC is used as a speed loop controller, and the linear extended state observer (LESO) is used to observe the total disturbance. Then the stability of the controller is analyzed. Second, the VLTSMO is proposed, which can output a feedforward compensation signal to improve the observation capability of the observer. In addition, after comparing several standard switching functions, the continuous switching function is selected to reduce the chattering phenomenon. Finally, a 5.5 kW IPMSM is taken as the research object. A simulation model and the dSPACE motor control platform are used to realize the algorithm. Both simulation and experimental results show that the VLTSMO has excellent observation capabilities. They also show that the LADRC + VLTSMO method can effectively improve the dynamic performance and robustness of the speed control system.
