Purpose: To assess efficacy of Ki67 combined with VEGF as a molecular grading model to predict outcomes with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). Materials: 72 NMIBC patients who underwent transurethral resection (TUR) followed by routine intravesical instillations were retrospectively analyzed in this study. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to confirm the prognostic values of the Ki67 labeling index (LI) and VEGF scoring for tumor recurrence and progression. Results: The novel molecular grading model for NMIBC contained three molecular grades including mG1 (Ki67 $LI{\leq}25%$, VEGF $scoring{\leq}8$), mG2 (Ki67 LI>25%, VEGF $scoring{\leq}8$; or Ki67 $LI{\leq}25%$, VEGF scoring > 8), and mG3 (Ki67 LI > 25%, VEGF scoring > 8), which can indicate favorable, intermediate and poor prognosis, respectively. Conclusions: The described novel molecular grading model utilizing Ki67 LI and VEGF scoring is helpful to effectively and accurately predict outcomes and optimize personal therapy.

Recently, all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs) have attracted increasing interest owing to their higher energy density and safety. As the core material of ASSBs, the characteristics of the solid electrolyte largely determine the performance of the battery. Thus far, a variety of inorganic solid electrolytes have been studied, including the NASICON-type, LISICON-type, perovskite-type, garnet-type, glassy solid electrolyte, and so on. The garnet Li<sub>7</sub>La<sub>3</sub>Zr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>12</sub> (LLZO) solid electrolyte is one of the most promising candidates because of its excellent comprehensively electrochemical performance. Both, experiments and theoretical calculations, show that cubic LLZO has high room-temperature ionic conductivity and good chemical stability while contacting with the lithium anode and most of the cathode materials. In this paper, the crystal structure, Li-ion transport mechanism, preparation method, and element doping of LLZO are introduced in detail based on the research progress in recent years. Then, the development prospects and challenges of LLZO as applied to ASSBs are discussed.

40Cr is essential to steel for the manufacture of hardened gears, and optimizing its laser quenching process will be of greatsignificance for gear wear and life extension. However, the complete reliance on the experimental trial-and-error approachdoes not effectively reveal the mechanism of the evolution of the laser quenching process in disk laser. Numerical simulationprovides an effective way to obtain the transient evolution of the laser quenching process. In this paper, the temperaturechanges physical parameters of the quenched material are calculated based on the CALPHAD method. Establish a thermoelastic–plastic multi-field coupling model for the laser hardening process of the disk laser 40Cr gear steel. Perform thenumerical calculations on the transient temperature, martensite phase fraction, and the transformation-induced plasticitystress evolution of the 40Cr laser hardening process. Focus on the mechanism of the mutual coupling between phase changebehavior and plastic strain. Calculations show that there is heat accumulation during quenching, with a peak temperatureof 1448 K. Plastic stress has a “hump” distribution, with a peak value of 834 MPa, which is 1.25 mm from the center ofthe focal point. The experimental analyses of the 40Cr gear steel quenching microstructure and hardness distribution stateby the Axioskop2 scanning electron microscope, the KEYENCE VH-Z100R super depth of field 3D microscope, and theQ10M microhardness tester reveal the mechanical behavior of the material and the phase hardening law during the quenchingprocess. That provided an essential theoretical basis for effective prediction on quenching residual stress and optimizingindustrial production parameters.
Effect of Bee Venom Acupuncture on Oxaliplatin-Induced Cold Allodynia in Rats

<P>Oxaliplatin, a chemotherapy drug, often leads to neuropathic cold allodynia after a single administration. Bee venom acupuncture (BVA) has been used in Korea to relieve various pain symptoms and is shown to have a potent antiallodynic effect in nerve-injured rats. We examined whether BVA relieves oxaliplatin-induced cold allodynia and which endogenous analgesic system is implicated. The cold allodynia induced by an oxaliplatin injection (6 mg/kg, i.p.) was evaluated by immersing the rat's tail into cold water (4°C) and measuring the withdrawal latency. BVA (1.0 mg/kg, s.c.) at Yaoyangguan (GV3), Quchi (LI11), or Zusanli (ST36) acupoints significantly reduced cold allodynia with the longest effect being shown in the GV3 group. Conversely, a high dose of BVA (2.5 mg/kg) at GV3 did not show a significant antiallodynic effect. Phentolamine (<I><I>α</I></I>-adrenergic antagonist, 2 mg/kg, i.p.) partially blocked the relieving effect of BVA on allodynia, whereas naloxone (opioid antagonist, 2 mg/kg, i.p.) did not. We further confirmed that an intrathecal administration of idazoxan (<I><I>α</I></I><SUB>2</SUB>-adrenergic antagonist, 50 <I><I>μ</I></I>g) blocked the BVA-induced anti-allodynic effect. These results indicate that BVA alleviates oxaliplatin-induced cold allodynia in rats, at least partly, through activation of the noradrenergic system. Thus, BVA might be a potential therapeutic option in oxaliplatin-induced neuropathy.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The world's largest green tide originated from the Jiangsu Shoal of the Yellow Sea was due to fast reproduction of floating green macroalgae (<I>Ulva prolifera</I>). It brought significant impacts on marine environment and ecosystem in the Yellow Sea. In this study, we examined the expansion of green tide from the Jiangsu Shoal during the period from 29 April to 25 June 2016. Using high-resolution satellite images, we revealed a declined growth rate during the northward drifting of early-stage green tide for the first time, i.e., the green tide had higher growth rate (up to 25% per day) in the turbid waters of the Jiangsu Shoal in May and a lower growth rate (low to 3% per day) in the relatively clear waters in the middle of the western Yellow Sea in June, which suggests that water clarity might not be the key factor controlling the growth rate of the floating macroalgae in the surface waters under natural conditions. The high growth rate led to shortened time windows for controlling the green tide by employing macroalgae collecting campaigns at the initial sites of the green tide, which was no more than 14 days in the 2016 case.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Using high-resolution satellite image for detecting early-stage green tide </LI> <LI> Found changing growth rate of green tide </LI> <LI> Assessed the countermeasure of collecting floating-macroalgae at the initial sites </LI> </UL> </P>

Based on the research of concept definition of technology leapfrogging of integrating home and abroad study, the paper poses the definition of technology leapfrogging combining our country’s environment. Technology leapfrogging is demonstrated and realized by models and there are four forms of model, which are called autonomy, introduction, merge, collaboration leapfrogging. because many differences exist in the industrial technology as well as limited ability that the behind can make use of the resources. the path of leapfrogging can be different. When the behind is provided with sufficient capacity to achieve goals, we can take a direct path to realize technology leapfrogging, otherwise we can take various strategic combination of precession to realize technology leapfrogging.

Let $F_n$ be the Farey sequence of order $n$. For $S\subseteq F_n$, let $\mathcal{Q}(S)$ be the set of rational numbers $x/y$ with $x,y\in S,~x\leq y$ and $y\neq 0$. Recently, Wang found all subsets $S$ of $F_n$ with $|S|=n+1$ for which $\mathcal{Q}(S)\subseteq F_n$. Motivated by this work, we try to determine the structure of $S\subseteq F_n$ such that $|S|=n$ and $\mathcal{Q}(S)\subseteq F_n$. In this paper, we determine all sets $S\subseteq F_n$ satisfying these conditions for $n\in\{p,2p\}$, where $p$ is prime.

<P>Four new sesqui-lignans, (7R, 7'R, 7 '' S, 8S, 8'S, 8 '' S)-4',5 ''-dihydroxy-3,5,3',4 ''-tetramethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxy4,8 ''-oxy-8,8'-sesquineo-lignan-7',9 ''-diol (1), (7R, 7'R, 7 '' S, 8S, 8'S, 8 '' S)-4',3'-dihydroxy-3,5,3',5',4'pentamethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxy-4,8'-oxy-8,8'-sesquineo-lignan-7',9'-diol (2), (7R, 7'R, 7'S, 8S, 8'S, 8'S)-3',4'dihydroxy-3,5,4',5 ''-tetramethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxy-4,8'-oxy-8,8'-sesquineo-lignan-7',9'-diol (3) and acanthopanax A (7) together with three known compounds (4-6) were isolated from the EtOAc-soluble extract of Acanthopanax senticosus. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic and physicochemical analyses. All the isolates were evaluated for in vitro inhibitory activity against DGAT1 and DGAT2. Among them, compounds 1-6 were found to exhibit selective inhibitory activity on DGAT1 with IC50 values ranging from 61.1 1.3 to 97.7 1.1 111\4 and compound 7 showed selective inhibition of DGAT2 with IC50 value 93.2 1.2. Mapping of QTLs controlling content of fatty acid composition in rapeseed (Brassica napus)

The improvement of fatty acid composition is one of the major goals of breeding in rapeseed (Brassica napus). The aim of this study was to provide more information on the genetic determination of fatty acid composition by investigating quantitative trait loci (QTLs). The study was based on two-year of field trials (in 2006 and 2007) with a population of recombinant inbred lines (RILs), which originated from a cross between GH06 and P174. The level of erucic acid (C22:1) was significantly negatively correlated with those of palmitic acid (C16:0), oleic acid (C18:1), linoleic acid (C18:2), linolenic acid (C18:3), and eicosenoic acid (C20:1) in both years. A total of 40 QTLs for six fatty acids were detected and most of them were clustered on linkage groups N8, N9, and N13. These results suggested strongly that there were significant correlations between the levels of fatty acid components and would be useful for the future improvement of breeding programs focused on fatty acids in rapeseed.
