Fresh grass carp was used to produce surimi and 50 g/kg, 100 g/kg, or 150 g/kg pork back fat was added. The water distribution, thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), myoglobin oxidation, color parameter (L*, a*, and b*), heme and non-heme iron content of samples were determined to analyze the effects of different fat content on the oxidation of myoglobin and lipids during multiple freeze-thaw cycles of grass carp surimi. Both multiple freeze-thaw cycles and increased fat content lead to an increase in TBARS, a blue shift in the absorption peak of myoglobin porphyrin, a decrease in heme iron content, and an increase of non-heme iron content. Repeated freeze-thaw caused a decrease in immobilised water content and L*, and caused an increase in a* and b*. Increased fat content caused an increase in immobilised water content, L* and a*, and caused a decrease in b*.
Research of Job Scheduling With Cloud Based On Trust Mechanism And SFLA

Job scheduling under the cloud circumstance is the key techniques to impact on frequency of cloud calculation. Trust relationship is an important factor of cloud calculation and job scheduling. In order to satisfy the requirement of quality of cloud calculation service for job scheduling, this article introduced the term of trust mechanism and apply it to cloud calculation and job scheduling. It uses altered SFLA as scheduling strategy, and brings forward a model of job scheduling with cloud circumstance which is based on trust mechanism and SFLA. The simulation results showed that this algorithm with faster convergence speed can increase the trust benefit and accomplish job scheduling task well.

This paper analyzes the evolution mechanism of Information Industry Ecological Security from the perspective of evolution driving force, evolution process and so on using the theories and methods of Ecology and Synergetics systematically, and take China’s Information Industry Ecological Security as an example of empirical research, then provided a range of effective policy suggestions for relevant Chinese government departments to control and guide China's Information Industry Ecological Security.

Fresh grass carp was used to produce surimi samples that were supplemented with 50 g/kg, 100 g/kg, or 150 g/kg pork back fat. The lipid composition, lipase activity, lipid oxidation index, and lipoxygenase activity of samples subjected to repeated freezethaw process were determined to assess the effects of the added fat on lipolysis and lipid oxidation of grass carp surimi. Freeze-thaw treatment increased free fatty acid content, mainly due to the decomposition of phospholipids and some neutral lipids by lipase. With repeated freeze-thaw treatment, the levels of free fatty acids and phospholipids were correlated with the lipid oxidation indexes and lipoxygenase activity, indicating that lipid degradation can promote lipid oxidation. In the same freeze-thaw cycle, surimi products with high fat content are more vulnerable to oxidative damage, neutral lipids are the main source of free fatty acids in the early stage of freeze-thaw, and phospholipids are the main source of free fatty acids in the late stage.
Photocatalytic degradation of flumequine by N-doped TiO₂ catalysts under simulated sunlight

Flumequine (FLU) is one of the most used fluoroquinolone antibiotics in intensive aquaculture, however, it has become a typical pollutant in water environment at present due to inappropriate use. Therefore, it is necessary to develop facile techniques for efficient degradation of FLU. In this work, three N-doped TiO₂ photocatalysts were synthesized for degradation of FLU. The obtained photocatalysts were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectrum and UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectra (UV-Vis-DRS). The XRD and XPS results from NH₄NO₃-doped catalyst (TiO₂/AN) confirmed that NO₃- ions were successfully incorporated into the lattice of TiO₂. The TiO₂/AN sample exhibited higher photocatalytic performance than other N-doped catalysts under simulated sunlight irradiation, and 100% removal efficiency of FLU was achieved after 4 hours of illumination. The photogenerated holes (h<SUP>+</SUP>) and hydroxyl radicals (·OH) are main reactive species involved in the photocatalytic degradation of FLU. Eight intermediates for photocatalytic degradation of FLU were detected and their toxicities to aquatic organisms were predicted. This study might have important implications for further research on the removal of fluoroquinolone antibiotics in wastewater.

Since the official operation of the Chinese stock market in December 1990, after continuous challenges and development, a good system scale has been initially formed. After the Asian financial turmoil in 1997 and the baptism of the US subprime mortgage crisis in 2008, the Chinese stock market has gradually moved toward Mature, constantly advancing in difficult twists and turns, its status in the national economy is also increasingly important. With the continuous rapid development of Chinese economy, Chinese stock market has been receiving the attention in the Asian stock market as well as in the world. The efficient markets hypothesis (EMH) has become an important core proposition of financial theory in recent decades. Objecting at the fast developing Chinese stock market, this research tests whether the market has reached the weak efficient. Based on the daily yields of Shanghai stock market and Shenzhen stock market from January 1th, 2005 to December 31st, 2015, this research studies the efficiency of each market and investigates. Adapting the serial correlation analysis and run test method, this research conducts an empirical analysis on the documents of yields. The results are as follows: In the weak and effective test of China s stock market, a comprehensive comparison of the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets believes that China s stock market has significantly achieved a weak and effective.
