Simulation and experiment study for aero-engine turbine blade grinding descaling with single grain

In order to explore the mechanism of aero-engine turbine blade grinding descaling, simulation and experiment were carried out on PW4084 first-stage high-pressure turbine rotor blade grinding descaling with single diamond grain. The essential parameters of grinding descaling simulation model were determined by experiment and theoretical analysis. Based on the JH-2 brittle material constitutive model, the grinding descaling simulation with single grain was conducted by FEM. The grinding crack micromorphology and the influence of different grinding parameters on grinding forces were analyzed, then the correctness of simulation results were verified by experiment. The results show that the grinding cracks are direct and brightness, little plastic ridges, with the larger size of broken edge and small partially broken. As the grinding speed increases, the normal force and tangential force reduce. As the grinding depth and grain negative rake increases, the normal force and tangential force increase.
Multi-dimensional Query Authentication for On-line Stream Analytics

Database outsourcing is unavoidable in the near future. In the scenario of data stream outsourcing, the data owner continuously publishes the latest data and associated authentication information through a service provider. Clients may register queries to the service provider and verify the result`s correctness, utilizing the additional authentication information. Research on On-line Stream Analytics (OLSA) is motivated by extending the data cube technology for higher multi-level abstraction on the low-level-abstracted data streams. Existing work on OLSA fails to consider the issue of database outsourcing, while previous work on stream authentication does not support OLSA. To close this gap and solve the problem of OLSA query authentication while outsourcing data streams, we propose MDAHRB and MDAHB, two multi-dimensional authentication approaches. They are based on the general data model for OLSA, the stream cube. First, we improve the data structure of the H-tree, which is used to store the stream cube. Then, we design and implement two authentication schemes based on the improved H-trees, the HRB- and HB-trees, in accordance with the main stream query authentication framework for database outsourcing. Along with a cost models analysis, consistent with state-of-the-art cost metrics, an experimental evaluation is performed on a real data set. It exhibits that both MDAHRB and MDAHB are feasible for authenticating OLSA queries, while MDAHRB is more scalable.

Spodoptera exigua has developed very high resistance to pyrethroid insecticides; however, the mode-of-action target of pyrethroids has not been studied, and the mechanism for target resistance remains elusive in this insect. In this study the resistance level of a field collected population from Huizhou, China was assayed with leaf-dip method and further selected in laboratory. The transcripts of voltage-gated sodium channel gene from S. exigua were cloned and analyzed for the structural characteristics, the relative expression levels of transcripts were measured by quantitative RT-PCR. Finally, detection of the point mutations was performed. The bioassay indicated that Huizhou population had developed 309.5-fold resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin, and the selection in laboratory led to the resistant strain (HZ14-sel) with increased resistance of 423-fold. Nine transcripts of sodium channel with 4517–6149 bp nucleotides were identified from S. exigua, among which only one transcript (SeNav4) encode the functional protein with complete domains, and other eight transcripts were observed to lost some transmembrane segments. The L834F mutation in IIS6 corresponding for the typical kdr mutation “L1014F”, was detected in 50% individuals of HZ14-sel strain. These results suggested that lambda-cyhalothrin resistance is associated with point mutations and expression level changes of sodium channel transcripts in HZ14-sel strain.

Multi-query optimization (MQO) is a critical research issue in the real-time data stream management system (DSMS). We propose to address this problem in the ubiquitous GIS (u-GIS) environment, focusing on grouping ‘similar’ spatio-temporal queries incrementally into N clusters so that they can be processed virtually as N queries. By minimizing N, the overlaps in the data requirements of the raw queries can be avoided, which implies the reducing of the total disk I/O cost. In this paper, we define the spatio-temporal query clustering problem and give a data cubing approach (Q-cube), which is expected to be implemented in the cloud computing paradigm.

In this paper, based on H-tree, which is proposed as the basic data cube structure for multi-dimensional data stream analysis, we have done some analysis. We find there are a lot of redundant nodes in H-tree, and the treebuild method can be improved for saving not only memory, but also time used for inserting tuples. Also, to facilitate more fast and large amount of data stream analysis, which is very important for stream research, H*-tree is designed and developed. Our performance study compare the proposed H*-tree and H-tree, identify that H*-tree can save more memory and time during inserting data stream tuples.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Heterotrichs are generally larger than ciliates of other groups with a seemingly cosmopolitan distribution, and recent studies have demonstrated that they exhibit great biodiversity. In the present work, we investigated the morphology and small subunit rRNA (SSU rRNA) gene sequences of three heterotrichous species, including that of a new one, <I>Anigsteinia paraclarissima</I> spec. nov. The new organism is morphologically very similar to <I>A. clarissima</I>, however, it can be distinguished from the latter by the larger dimensions and more somatic kineties (25–32 vs. 18–26), and its sequence similarity of SSU rRNA gene is 97.14% which indicate that it is a distinct species. Detailed morphological and molecular data for <I>Blepharisma bimicronucleatum</I> are supplied together for the first time in this study. In addition, the morphology of a poorly known species, <I>Spirostomum yagiui</I> is redescribed and an improved species diagnosis is provided. Finally, based on phylogenetic analyses of SSU rRNA gene sequences data, the <I>Spirostomum</I> group contains two main clades based on the type of the macronucleus. <I>Spirostomum yagiui</I> was newly sequenced here and clustered with the other <I>S. yagiui</I> populations and positioned within the <I>Spirostomum</I> assemblage. The <I>Anigsteinia</I> clade, including <I>A. paraclarissima</I> and <I>A. clarissima</I>, clustered within the family Spirostomidae.</P>

Since its introduction, “the Belt and Road” initiative has become an important stage for China’s foreign cooperation and display of China’s image. Inner Mongolia, as the North Gate of “Belt and Road” opening to the outside world, has the advantage of having the same language, similar position and same root with Mongolia. It is of great significance in curbing Western false statements, creating a positive public opinion environment, and shaping a good Chinese national image. At present, the mainstream media in Inner Mongolia is based on local advantages and has built a number of communication agencies for Mongolia. It has had a positive impact on telling Chinese stories in the context of Belt and Road . However, due to the problems of late start and lack of new generation communication talents, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the communication effect of Inner Mongolia to Mongolia.

there are many ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Mongolian and Russian are representative ethnic minorities. Coupled with geographical proximity, the Inner Mongolia region has played an important role in spreading the “One Belt And One Road” initiative to russian-speaking and mongolian-speaking regions. In recent years, China has been vigorously promoting the concept of “community of Shared future for mankind” in international communication, and the theory of empathy provides a theoretical basis for this concept. Inner Mongolia shares language with Russia and Mongolia and has a good basis of empathy.
