      • Numerical simulation on the coupled chemo-mechanical damage of underground concrete pipe

        Long-termly used in water supply, an underground concrete pipe is easily subjected to the coupled action of pressure loading and flowing water, which can cause the chemo-mechanical damage of the pipe, resulting in its premature failure and lifetime reduction. Based on the leaching characteristics and damage mechanism of concrete pipe, this paper proposes a coupled chemo-mechanical damage and failure model of underground concrete pipe for water supply, including a calcium leaching model, mechanical damage equation and a failure criterion. By using the model, a numerical simulation is performed to analyze the failure process of underground concrete pipe, such as the time-varying calcium concentration in concrete, the thickness variation of pipe wall, the evolution of chemo-mechanical damage, the distribution of concrete stress on the pipe and the lifetime of the pipe. Results show that, the failure of the pipe is a coupled chemo-mechanical damage process companied with calcium leaching. During its damage and failure, the concentrations of calcium phase in concrete decrease obviously with the time, and it can cause an increase in the chemo-mechanical damage of the pipe, while the leaching and abrasion induced by flowing water can lead to the boundary movement and wall thickness reduction of the pipe, and it results in the stress redistribution on the pipe section, a premature failure and lifetime reduction of the pipe.

        Systemic Reactions to Dust Mite Subcutaneous Immunotherapy: A 3-Year Follow-up Study

        Purpose: The incidence of allergen specific immunotherapy-related systemic reactions (SRs) varies among different studies, and many factors are likely to contribute to SRs. This study aims to investigate the incidence, characteristics, and risk factors of SRs to standardize dust mite-specific subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) in Central China. Methods: All patients receiving standardized dust mites (100-100,000 SQ-U/mL; Alutard SQ, Hørsholn, Denmark) immunotherapy were followed up. Recorded data included demographics, diagnosis, patient status, pulmonary function testing results before and after each injection, allergen dosage, and details of SRs. Results: From June 2011 to August 2014, a total of 208 patients received 4,369 injections; 27 (13.0%) patients experienced 48 (1.1%) systemic reactions. Most of the SRs were grade 2 reactions (n=30, 62.5%), followed by grade 1 (n=11, 22.9%), grade 3 (n=7, 14.6%), and no fatal reactions occurred. Forty-six SRs (95.8%) occurred within 30 minutes. Higher SR rates were associated with high concentration extracts (100,000 SQ-U/mL), injections with concomitant local reactions (LRs), children, asthma and high sensitivity (skin prick test 3+/4+ and/or sIgE≥17.5 kUA/L) (P<0.05). The estimated odds of SRs increased in children (OR=6.57; 95% CI: 1.88-22.97, P=0.003), asthmatic patients (OR=4.10; 95% CI: 1.72-9.80, P=0.002), and injections with LRs (OR=2.41; 95% CI: 1.33-4.36, P=0.004).Conclusions: The incidence of SRs to dust mite SCIT was low, and multiple factors were associated with the increased incidence of SRs. Children, asthmatics and patients with concomitant LR may be prone to develop SRs.

        Patterns of Non-governmental Organization (NGO) Participation in the Management of Major Infectious Diseases in China

        The purpose of this article is to promote the participation of non-governmental organizations in the management of major infectious diseases in China. We intend to analyze and evaluate the management methods, functions, behaviors, and funding methods of NGOs involved in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in China through various levels of theory and empirical analysis: evaluation and formal judgment of various methods and backgrounds. Government agencies are involved in evaluating the effectiveness of major infectious disease prevention and control in China. It is worth paying full attention to social forces facing sudden public crises, especially non-governmental organizations. The strong momentum of the epidemic has encouraged all actors in society to cooperate and work efficiently and orderly in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.

        Ginsenoside Rh2 reduces depression in offspring of mice with maternal toxoplasma infection during pregnancy by inhibiting microglial activation via the HMGB1/TLR4/NF-kB signaling pathway

        Background: Maternal Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii) infection during pregnancy has been associated with various mental illnesses in the offspring. Ginsenoside Rh2 (GRh2) is a major bioactive compound obtained from ginseng that has an anti-T. gondii effect and attenuates microglial activation through toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kB) signaling pathway. GRh2 also alleviated tumor-associated or lipopolysaccharide-induced depression. However, the effects and potential mechanisms of GRh2 on depression-like behavior in mouse offspring caused by maternal T. gondii infection during pregnancy have not been investigated. Methods: We examined GRh2 effects on the depression-like behavior in mouse offspring, caused by maternal T. gondii infection during pregnancy, by measuring depression-like behaviors and assaying parameters at the neuronal and molecular level. Results: We showed that GRh2 significantly improved behavioral measures: sucrose consumption, forced swim time and tail suspended immobility time of their offspring. These corresponded with increased tissue concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptamine and dopamine, and attenuated indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase or enhanced tyrosine hydroxylase expression in the prefrontal cortex. GRh2 ameliorated neuronal damage in the prefrontal cortex. Molecular docking results revealed that GRh2 binds strongly to both TLR4 and high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that GRh2 ameliorated the depression-like behavior in mouse offspring of maternal T. gondii infection during pregnancy by attenuating the excessive activation of microglia and neuroinflammation through the HMGB1/TLR4/NF-kB signaling pathway. It suggests that GRh2 could be considered a potential therapy in preventing and treating psychiatric disorders in the offspring mice of mothers with prenatal exposure to T. gondii infection.

        1930年代国共两党政治博弈中的丁玲形象研究

        1927년부터 1936년까지 연속간행물에 실린 딩링 관련 언급은 주로 딩링 실종사건에 관한 것이며 이 사건을 계기로 국공양당의 여론 대결이 벌어졌다. 이번 여론 대결은 국민당의 공신력 훼손과 좌익 문인에 대한 비밀처형, 언론 봉쇄 등 ‘전과'로 인해 초반부터 대결에서 불리한 위치에 처하였다. 또한 국민당은 딩링의 스캔들을 조작하는데 주력했지만 공산당은 딩링의 작품이나 생애에 대한 전문적인 평가 글을 발표한 것을 통하여 딩링의 혁명적 여걸 이미지를 구축하였다. 딩링은 작품 활동 초기부터 자신의 작품과 상관없이 과대평가되거나 과소평가되었으며, 본고는 국공양당의 경합 속에서 형성된 딩링 언론에 나타난 딩링 이미지 구축을 통하여 이것의 이유를 고찰하고자 한다. The commentaries about Ding Ling published in newspapers and magazines from 1927 to 1936 mainly revolved around the disappearance of Ding Ling, and the Kuomintang and the Communist Party launched a confrontation in the field of public opinion by virtue of Ding Ling’s disappearance. In this confrontation, due to the damage to the Kuomintang’s credibility, as well as its record of arresting left-wing literati, carrying out secret executions, and blocking of speech, etc., they were at a disadvantage from the very beginning of the duel. Moreover, the Kuomintang used the main public opinion offensive to create Ding Ling's affairs. When Ding Ling's disappearance was first reported, there were scandals such as Ding Ling living together with Ma Shaowu and being in love with many literati.

      • Adiponectin Receptor 1 (ADIPOR1) rs1342387 Polymorphism and Risk of Cancer: a Meta-analysis

        Many studies have indicated possible associations between a polymorphism of adiponectin receptor 1 (ADIPOR1) rs1342387 and risk of cancer, but contradictory results have been reported. The main aim of this study was to draw a reliable conclusion about the relationship between the rs1342387 polymorphism and cancer incidence, by conducting a literature search of Pubmed, Embase, Wanfang and Cochrane libraries. Eleven studies including 3, 738 cases and 4, 748 controls were identified in this meta-analysis. The ADIPOR1 rs1342387 polymorphism was associated with risk of colorectal cancer for all genetic comparison models (GG vs AA, OR: 1.44, 95%CI: 1.21-1.70; G carriers vs A carriers, OR: 1.23, 95%CI: 1.11-1.36; dominant model, OR: 1.28, 95%CI: 1.10-1.49 and recessive model, OR: 1.31, 95%CI: 1.12-1.55). Stratified by ethnicity, the rs1342387 polymorphism was significantly associated with risk of colorectal cancer in Asian ancestry for all genetic comparison models (GG vs AA, OR: 1.56, 95%CI: 1.26-1.92; G carriers vs. A carriers OR: 1.30, 95%CI: 1.18-1.43; dominant model OR: 1.31, 95%CI: 1.08-1.60 and recessive model OR: 1.44, 95%CI: 1.26-1.64), but not in Caucasian or mixed (Caucasian mainly) groups. In summary, the ADIPOR1 rs1342387 polymorphism is significantly associated with risk of colorectal cancer among individuals of Asian ancestry.

        认知语义学视域下“跑+NP”构式的多义性研究

        The structure “Run+NP” has three types of constructional meaning, which are “moving situation”, “moving purpose” and “causative movement”. “moving situation” focuses on descripting the hardship or difficult situation of the moving agent; “moving purpose” focuses on descripting the purpose of a moving agent. “跑病房 (try hard to be assigned a ward)” and “跑材料(working hard to get necessary authoriative files of license or permission)” have two different moving purposes which have different cognitive basis and motivation, therefore, these two moving purposes are not interchangeable. “Causative movement” focuses on descripting the deformation and displacement of the subject under the influence of external force. The three constructional meanings belong to the same abstract movement. According to the Theory of Attention Window, the three constructional meanings are respectively represening and highlighting three different prominent aspects of one movement framework.

        移动方式动词动宾结构的语义角色关系分析

        In this paper, based on the investigation of a large number of corpus, it is found that the semantic role relation of the “Run+NP” is very complex, which goes ill with the study of language ontology and the application of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. By descripting the structure of the “Run+NP”, we summed up four categories and seven types of semantic roles, namely, Virtue argument(Tool argument, Method argument); Environmental argument (Places argument, Terminal argument, Scope argument); Object argument (Object argument); Subject argument(Causal argument). The semantic role relation of the “Run+NP” is evolved from the structure of “Preposition- Object+Run”, having corresponding relationship with the interpretation of “run”. Finally, we have arrived at a conclusion that the interpretation of “run” is the restrictive factors of semantic role relationship of the structure “Run+NP”.

      • WiFi Sensor Network Management Based On Runtime Model

        The WiFi sensor network is a new technology for The Internet of Things, it main resolve the problem of informationize, it can collect thousands of sensor information by the sensors, and transform the information by WiFi sensor network. As for the function of WiFi sensor network, it must face to huge amounts of redundant data, in order to deal with the huge data, we have to code a lot of mapping code, it was a lot of time and space.In this article, we introduce a new method for WiFi sensor network management based on runtime model instead of coding. Our method have three steps: first, construct runtime model on WiFi sensor device; second, merge the distributed runtime model; last, convert the Composite Patterns Model to Application Scenario Model. The runtime composite model will help the WiFi sensor network to deal with huge amounts of redundant data. At the end of article, we apply our method on an application of enterprise management system, the results show that our method have high feasibility and effectively.

        TIRE WEAR ESTIMATION BASED ON NONLINEAR LATERAL DYNAMIC OF MULTI-AXLE STEERING VEHICLE

        This paper presents a novel nonlinear dynamic model of a multi-axle steering vehicle to estimate the lateral wear amount of tires. Firstly, a 3DOF nonlinear vehicle dynamic model is developed, including dynamic models of the hydropneumatic suspension, tire, steering system and toe angle. The tire lateral wear model is then built and integrated into the developed vehicle model. Based on the comparison of experimental and simulation results, the nonlinear model is proved to be better than a linear model for the tire wear calculation. In addition, the effects of different initial toe angles on tire wear are analyzed. As simulation results shown, the impact of the dynamic toe angle on the tire wear is significant. The tire wear amount will be much larger than that caused by normal wear if the initial toe angle increases to 1° - 1.5°. The results also suggest that the proposed nonlinear model is of great importance in the design and optimazation of vehicle parameters in order to reduce the tire wear.
