『Euhak-Ipmun』 (『醫學入門』) was published in China in 1580. This book was written for, those who first entering into the field of medicine. It is this literary work, by Lee Chan(이천) of Nan feng(南豊) province in China, sums up the advanced medical techniques of the time. Lee Chan(이천), originally a scholar devoted to Confucianism, entered into the field of medicine in the later years of his life. He was infatuated with Confucianism way of looking at the works at the time and his efforts to logically interpret medicine is well presented in his work. This paper is one of the study of 『Euhak-Ipmun』 (『醫學入門』). The writer studied the formations of 『Euhak-Ipmun』(『醫學入門』), through the study, obtained results as follows. 『Euhak-Ipmun』(『醫學入門』) is the book, with which the begginer studies medicine. therefore. In this book, basic medical theory is more important than other medical books, this book is two partitions, internal part, external part, each partitions is almost same quantity internal part is only basic theory, external part is clinical technique, but 10% of external part is basic clinical theory. 『Euhak-Ipmun』(『醫學入門』) is a medical work which reconstructed medical theories based on the Confucianism rationalism. From the point of medicine, it had logically embosed the ideology centered by the medical ideologies of 『Huangdi Neijing』(『黃帝內經』)(summarizes - Mind overpowers the Body). Lee Chan(이천) originally a scholar devoted to Confucianism, therefore, He effectively explained the concern between medical theory ans Confucianism.

The interest in color has been continued since primitive age. Using material of painting differs from age to age in character. and besides, The technique is various. Everything from Encaustic, Mosaic, Fresco, Gouache, De Detrempe, Tempera, Oil painting, Acrylic painting in addition to that of a cave-wall painting in prehistoric age, a grave-wall painting in ancient times. The character of material in mixing together has been limited by solubility in water or in oil. But Using jointly is possible by Medium and the fruitful result of studying the Mixed technique can be found. Accordingly, The formation of Tempera and investigation on the history of technic, which can be the foundation of self-expression, will play an important part in developing new material.

The human beings has expressed their experience as a definite and material shape named mouldings. These mouldings has always accompained material and technical experience through an gage and a society. But deep interest of new materials along the technical development applied materials to fine-arts and made classical and traditional paints meaningless. Therefore new materials and technology have brought up new formation, and then I focused my study on the recovery of new formation's essence and acceptance through the development process of modern fine art's materiels and technology. Reasonable and democratic current owing to the industrial revolution in England and French revolution applied traditional pictorial space to the scientific recovery and showed the sign of restoring the lost reality from the analytic Cubism, As a result, using the real materials in tromp loeil's technology and fexing it on a part of a picture, the formative effect named object technology was created and the mechanical automation had brought automatism taken off from the men's intervention along mechanism. These Objet and Automatism led modern fine arts to various and open values different from simple technical meaningless. When the real materials were attached on canvas, the object is expressed in originality. As a result Tableau and Easel Picture are often neglected and a barrier between arts and materials would be tried to be moved through the confrontation with the world of materials. This means that men and mateirals is to communicated each other a remindedness operation when the materials be used as the objet even though our daily materials have their own use and function. In this sense modern fine arts has brought basic enlargement in paints' idea and realized human beings' idea to the world of limitless formation by the materials of modern civilization and the technology of Automatism.

The real estate brokarage system usually keeps step with the development of social system because it is closely connected with the society. But the real estate brokarage system of our country is different from it. Only the real estate brokerage system is behind the other similar industrial fields. It is the purpose of this thesis to suggest improvement program of real estate brokerage for its development. To begin with, I surveyed the basical matters and then, considered the ethics required to agents. I also studied the several real estate brokerage system of American and Japan, along with advenced countries in Europe, for the purpose of comparative analysis in order to fix real estate brokerage corresponds to given social condition. I have selected and examined a few problems of the brokerage system which prevents real estate brokerage from developing. And then, proposed improvement program. The government should understand the importance of the real estate circulation system on the policy and the problems of the brokerage system with modesty to improve it without a moment, s delay. It will be the desirable method to eliminate the agent, s dissatisfaction and to make the epoch-making turning point on the development of real estate policy.

대학경쟁력 강화를 위한 대학이미지 분석 : 다차원척도법을 이용한 지각도를 중심으로 Focused on Perceptual Map Using Multidimensional Scale

The study about "Imagement" was focused on company's product at first. As the number of university has been increasing and the competition among them has Intensified, the advertisement of university has been emphasized rapidly. The purpose of this article was to analyze University of image by using conceptional map among six universities in Kwang-Ju and Chol-Ra-Nam-Do area. From the result of this data, the authors would like to suggest strategic plans for the Dong Shin university. One hundred and fifty samples were used to fill out the questionnaire. Samples were selected from the third grade of high school in Kwang-ju area. Useful 119 questionnaire were chosen. The data was analyzed by SPSS. Multidimensional scale was used to make positional map to investigate the relationship between those six universities. The statistical methods of KYST, PROFIT, and PREFMAP were also analyzed. The advertisement by using media should be activated. In addition, this article pointed out that this university should maintain good relationship with the community. The authors also stressed that the relationship between university and alumni should be reinforced. This research also showed that the university should report educational goal, view of university president's management, and student's campus life to student's parents and communities so that they will understand and sustain for the university.
