cpDNA-matK 및 rbcL 염기서열 분석에 의한 국화과 식물의 유전적 차이

Background : Compositae is one of the largest plant families which has high probability of diversity and mutation. Though the various researches about the Compositae are ongoing, it is incomplete and need to be conducted the molecular genetic researches to back up the previous studies. This research was performed to identify the genetic divergence of Compositae plants based on the DNA barcoding for cpDNA-matK and rbcL regions. Methods and Results : For this studies, the genetic sequence analysis (SNP/InDel) and phylogenetic analysis were conducted by using Neighbor-Joining algorithm as targeting the nineteen specimens from 7 species which received a IT number along with NCBI Genbank database (http://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) sequences. The result of matK sequence analysis, 68 SNP and 2 InDel regions (at nt 527-538bp and 695-706bp positions) were confirmed. Also 10 SNPs were found in rbcL region. The genetic divergence showed 0.000-0.059% in matK regions, and the mean was 0.024%. The highest distance were observed between Ligualria fischeri and the group composed with Aster tataricus and Solidago virgauria (2 and 3). The sequence divergence for rbcL regions showed 0.000-0.018%, and the mean was 0.005%. The highest sequence distance in rbcL region were observed between L. fischeri group and S. virgauria (HE574593). In result of phylogenetic analysis in matK region, the most species formed independent clade. A. tataricus in Aster genus and two samples of S. virguaria in Solidago genus were formed one same clade. S. virguaria(1) and A. spathulifolius(2) has been separated into independently for the plants belonging to same genus, respectively. A. spathulifolius showed differences with NCBI data. The rbcL formed one same clade except L. fischeri and Synurus deltoides. Conclusion : This study indicates that matK is more valuable than rbcL for the distinction among the species of Compositae. This results are expected to be used for the establishment of the classification system of Compositae as well as for the studies in the development of an authentication marker.
나노 촉매 입자 구조 최적화를 위한 실시간 가상 환경 시뮬레이션

With recent development of ICT technology, a methodology for communicating creatively and innovatively beyond time and space limitation is being introduced. VR (Virtual Reality) or AR (Augmented Reality) are the most popular technologies among these methodologies, and are being applied very actively to promote the communication between engineers for the product design in conjunction with engineering solutions such as CAE and CAD. If material engineers could adopt this innovative communication method in their development process, it would be more useful compared to the product design area. Since it usually takes a very long time and lots of cost to discover new materials due to countless number of times trials and errors through experiments. In this research we developed new methodology to discover and optimize new materials like nano sized particle catalyst using VR technology. At first, the interactive simulation engine with molecular simulation potential was introduced to predict the energy and structures based on the DFT simulation. Next, the simulation process was installed in the VR environment to deal with catalyst model and simulation. As a result, material engineers who are not familiar with simulation were easily able to perform molecular simulation on the nano sized particle catalyst, and analyze the complex structure intuitively. Finally, we could develop small scale virtual smart laboratory for the nano catalyst synthesis. So, the developing a virtual smart laboratory based on this methodology will make innovative progress of new materials design and discovery in the next generation smart factory environment.

인공지능 기술 발전에 대응하는 법규범에 관한 논의가 이루어지기 시작했다. 그 과정에서 다양한 입법적 논쟁들이 발생하고 있다. 그런데 막상 입법실무의 이론적 토대를 제공해 주는 입법학 연구에 대해서는 크게 관심이 없는 상황이다. 따라서 이 논문은 이제까지 발전해 온 입법학연구에 인공지능 기술이 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 시도를 수행하고 있다. 이를 통해 향후 입법학의 발전 방향을 가늠해 볼 수 있을 것이며, 이는 입법학의 학문 정체성을 명확히 하는 데 기여할 것으로 보인다. 최근에 들어 입법학이 주목받기 시작한 것은 근대적 과학성에 대한 신뢰를 기반으로 한다. 이는 달리 말하여 사회과학방법론을 기반으로 하는 것이다. 그러나 입법의 문제에 있어 이러한 과학성은 한계를 가질 수 밖에 없다. 법은 인간의 내면적 가치의 문제이기 때문이다. 외견상 인공지능 기술의 발전은 종래 입법학 논의에서의 과학성을 증대시켜 줄 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 그러나 사실 이 또한 한계를 가질 수밖에 없다는 것이 이 논문의 배경적 관점이다. 결국에는 객관적 사실을 바라보는 인간의 관점 차이에 따라 그 해석이 달라질 수 있다는 것이다. 다만 그렇다고 하더라도, 기존 입법학 연구 내용에는 상당한 변화가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 이 논문은 그러한 변화를 입법학의 세부 연구분야들을 중심으로 고찰하였다. Discourse on legal norms that responds to the development of artificial intelligence technology has begun. Various legislative debates have arisen in the process. However, there is little interest in the legislative studies that provide the theoretical foundation of legislative practice. Therefore, this article is attempting to analyze the effects of artificial intelligence technology on the development of the legislative studies that have been developed so far. This will allow us to anticipate the future direction of legislative studies. This will also contribute to clarifying the academic identity of the legislative studies. In recent years, legislative studies have began to attract attention based on the trust of modern science, or methodologies of social science. However, in the issue of legislation, this scientific nature is bound to have its limitations. It is because the law is a matter of human inner value. Apparently, the development of artificial intelligence technology seems to be able to increase the scientific ability of legislative studies in the conventional discussions. The theoretical background of this article is, however, that this probability also have limitations. In the end, the interpretation can be diversified according to the difference of viewpoint of natural person. However, even if it is, it seems that there will be considerable changes in the contents of existing legislative studies. In this line, this article examines such changes in the field of legislative studies.

이 논문은 ICT 법체계의 실질적 개선을 위한 입법학적 검토를 수행하고 있다. 최근 수년간 ICT 규제개선에 관한 논의가 지속적으로 이루어져 왔으나, 현실적으로 규제개선의 목적을 달성했는지에 대해서는 다소 회의적인 시각이 지배적이다. 따라서 현 단계에서는 좀 더 면밀한 분석을 전제로 입법 및 규제 개선을 위한 노력을 경주할 필요성이 있다. 이제까지의 한국사회 ICT 입법은 일관적·체계적 방향성보다는 국가적정책목적을 실현하기 위해 임시방편적으로 관련 규제를 추가해왔다고볼 수 있다. 그 결과 국내 ICT 법체계는 내적으로 규정들이 혼재되거나 외적으로 법률들이 중첩되는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 바로 이 지점에 한국사회 ICT 법체계의 문제점이 존재한다고 평가할 수 있다. 그런데 이러한 법체계의 개선은 단순히 개별 법률이나 조항의 신설을 통해 해소될 수 없으며, 매우 장기적이고 체계적인 관점에서 이루어져야 한다. ICT 법체계 개선을 위해서는 네트워크의 기술적 구조인 아키텍처 (architecture)를 입법사실로서 고려해야하고, 그러한 네트워크 아키텍처는 연결성, 개방성, 그리고 가소성이라는 규제적 속성을 가진다. 이 논문은 이를 전제로 현행 ICT 법체계를 입법기술론적 차원, 즉 체계 외적정합성, 체계 내적 정합성, 그리고 세부 입법기술의 검토를 통하여 현행ICT 법체계의 문제점들을 명확히 하였다.결론적으로 이 논문은 기본법 형태의 법률을 활용하여 장기적 관점에서의 ICT 법체계 개선을 기획할 필요성이 있다는 점을 주장하였다. 또한 이러한 기본법에는 입법·정책 추진 거버넌스의 원칙, 규제 대상 및 범위 설정에 관한 원칙, 그리고 법체계 정비방향 및 원칙 등을 구체화하여, 규제개선의 유연성과 예측 가능성을 높일 수 있어야 한다고 주장하였다. This article analyzes ICT legal system for the purpose of its substantial revision in the perspective of legislative studies. Although ICT regulatory revision have been implemented in recent years, it is estimated that the revision could not achieve its purpose. Therefore, it is necessary to try to improve the ICT legal system on the basis of in-depth analysis in this step. Korean ICT legislations have been added relevant regulations on the purposes of national policy needs rather than the coherent or systemic directions till now. As a result, there occur some problems that the provisions are mixed internally or the laws are overlapped externally. These are the critical points of Korean ICT legal system. Ultimately, these problems cannot be solved by making an individual law or provision, and the legislative revisions should be implemented in long-term point of view. It needs to consider the architecture which is a technical structureof network as legislative facts for the purpose of the revision of ICT legal system. The architecture has the characteristics such as connectivity, openness and plasticity. On the basis of this scheme, this article analyzes ICT legal system in the perspective of legislative techniques, internal coherence, external coherence and detailed legislative skills, and identifies the problems of acting ICT legal system more clearly. In conclusion, this article suggests the necessity of planning the revisions of ICT legal system in the long term, using the legal type of basic law. Moreover, the basic law should include the principle of making governance, the principle of setting regulatory subject or scope, and the principle or direction of legislative revision in order to enhance flexibility and predictability in the course of legislative revision.
이득의 자유도와 주파수 적응성을 가진 외란 관측기를 사용한 새로운 트랙 추종 제어 기법

This paper proposes a new track - following control method using disturbance observer with the freedom of gain and frequency adaptation in optical disk drive system. Recent ODDs use smaller track pits, higher rotation speed and broader rotational speed variations to increase the data capacity and data transfer rate. This cause the degradation of track-following performance by increasing the disturbance of the rotary system. In this paper, we discussed on a DOB structure that efficiently attenuate the disturbance without effecting the overall feedback loop characteristics on CLV type ODD which uses a higher and broader range of rotational speed. DOB structure uses two band pass filter. We analyzed the track-following performance sensitivity on rotational frequency variance and gain changes. This analysis is done on a computer simulation environment and actual ODD product.
