To analyze dialy meal of royal meal, studied Jook Soora Sang (Rice Gruel), Mieum Sang (Thin Gruel) and Bankwa Sang, Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won were on record Wonheng Ulmyo Jungri Euigwae (1795). Historic book "Jungri Euigwae" described the king's visit to his father's royal tomb "Hyun Neung Won", during the domain of Cheung Jo, the 22nd king of Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Rice Gruel (Jook Soora Sang), taken before breakfast, was arranged the same as the Soora Sang. The table for thin gruel (Mieum) was arranged in three kinds of sets; one for thin gruel, the others for stewed meat (Goem) and sugared fruit (Jeong Kwa). The diet seems to have been quit scientific and restorative. Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won was arranged the same as the other Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang. Therefore setting the table of royal meal had a rule.

This article examine the relation between Korea’s division system and the films of Shin Sang-ok, who was one of very famous Korean film directors in the golden age of Korean cinemas. Shin Sang-ok has been maybe the only Korean director, who produced his films in two Koreas. Before he was kidnapped by North Korean kidnap gangs, he was an outstanding film director in South Korea, who produced several popular films, as like 〈A Romance Papa〉, 〈King Yeonsan〉, 〈the evergreen tree〉, 〈a guest and mother)〉, 〈the Red muffler〉, and so on. Also, He managed the biggest film company ‘Shin Film’ and the biggest film studio ‘Anyang Film Studio’ in South Korea in 1960s, he maintained to good relation with the president Park Chung-hee’s government at that time. However, as Shin criticized the film policy of Park Chung-hee’s government, especially the problem of film censorship, the conflicts between them went to worse way in 1970’s. And then Shin was kidnapped with his ex-wife a famous Korean film actress Choi Eun-hee to North Korea. Shin abd Choi stayed in there during the 8 years and produced 7 films in North Korea’s Monolithic Ideal Logical System by Kim Jung-il’s enforcement and immense supports. At that time, Shin produced several remarkable films in North Korea, as like 〈not returned the emissary〉, 〈the salt〉, 〈a story of the escape〉. Finally, Shin and Choi escaped from North Korea for obtaining the freedom to the Western world. Two Koreas’s division system brought the restriction of creative film making to a film director Shin Sang-ok.

Korea once was an endemic area for malaria. Of late in Korea malaria has been a rare disease, however, frequent foreign travel of Koreans to Africa, southeast and mideast Asia brought Korean physicians to see the patients with malaria once in a while. We encountered an imported malaria case (P. vivax) in a 39 year-old Korean male laborer working in Ivorycoast who was told to have malaria two years ago. He was treated with chlorquine but fever persisted. The Management with quinine, tetracycline was successful and recently he gets along well with after 6 months of follow-up.

The most research on facility layout problems ignored the actual shapes of activity spaces and the aisles between activities. In many cases, the research also ignored the actual shape of building where the activities are to be arranged. In this paper, we present a block based layout technique that applies a genetic algorithm to search for a very good facility layout with horizontal aisles. From the extensive experiments for two different cases with respect to the shape of activity space, it was found that the proposed method generated better layouts than the ones obtained by applying Tam's algorithm in all test problems. The proposed algorithm showed about 10% improvement of performance on the aveage. We determined the best combination of the reproduction rule and the genetic operators with their probabilities for each test problem through the experiments.
부하분산 및 결함허용을 제공하는 CORBA 기반 원격 회의 시스템 설계

인터넷 및 통신 기술의 발달에 따라 원격 회의 시스템이나 원격 교육, 가상 대학과 같은 응용에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이와 판은 시스템에 기존의 중앙 집중 방식을 사용할 경우에는 서버측의 부하가 모두 집중되어 전체 시스템에 영향을 미치게 될 수 있으므로 분산 시스템을 이용한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이미지나 텍스트-파일과 같은 자료를 필요로 하는 원격 회의 시스템을 설계하고 Factory 객체와 관계형 통합 데이터 베이스를 이용하여 동적 부하 분산과 동적 결함 허용을 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. As the technigues of the Interned and Communication are developed, the study about its applications such as Remote Conference system, Remote Education and Cyber University are lively progressing. When the centralized method is applied to those kinds of system mentioned above, the load is mostly occurred in the server side anaitcauas bad effect to the whole system. So the Study about an application such as Remote Conference system, Remote Education and Cyber University is considering using the distributed system. In this paper I would like design a Remote Conference System is soogetled, which needs sub data like images, text files and givers dynamic load balance and dynamic fault tolerance using Factory object and Relational Integrated Data Base.
Lumbricus rubellus에 존재하는 키틴분해효소에 관한 연구

본 연구를 통하여 Lumbricus rubellus 지렁이가 chitinase, N-acetylglucos aminidase, 그리고 cellulase 등의 탄수화물 분해효소들을 지니고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 30~80% Ammonium sulfate 분획법, 이온교환수지법, 소수성수지법, 젤여과수집법들을 이용하여 chitinase와 N-acetylglucosaminidase들을 부분적으로 정제하였다. 4-Methyl umberriferone이 결합된 형광성 기질을 이용하여 키틴 분해효소의 활성을 측정한 결과 triacetyl-chitotrioside, diacetyl-chitobioside와 N-acetylglucosamine등의 대표적인 기질들을 매우 높은 활성도로 분해하였다. 또한 키틴 분해효소들은 60℃의 높은 온도에서도 한 시간이상 변성되지 않고 기질분해 능력을 잃지 않았다. 더 놀라운 사실은 많은 효소들을 변성시키고 활성을 감소시키는 여러 가지 억제제들(SDS, sodium deoxycholate, Triton X-100, NaCl과 DTT)이 효소의 활성에 거의 영향을 미치지 않는다는 것이다. 특히 대부분의 효소를 완전히 변성시키는 4% 농도의 SDS도 chitinase의 활성을 겨우 30% 정도만 억제하였다. Lumbricus rubellus chitinase의 이러한 특이하고 독특한 생화학적 성질들은 Lumbricus가 산업적으로 매우 유용한 대사효소들(chitinases, lipases와 proteases)을 지니고 있으며, 의학을 비롯한 환경정화, 생물공정, 건강보조식품, 식품, 세제 등의 다양한 산업에 적용 가능하게 할 것으로 기대된다.

The quality of machine translation outputs, including those of Google Translate and Naver Papago, has increased rapidly over the last few years. This development has raised the question of whether the current undergraduate translator training program is still relevant and feasible. Against this backdrop, a small-scale experiment was conducted in this study to assess the quality of human translation and post-edited machine translation undertaken by university students. The participants were two groups of 30 Korean undergraduates who attended a basic translation course in the spring semester of 2021. They were asked to translate two Korean texts, Text A (171 characters) and Text B (160 characters), both of which were extracted from relatively easy newspaper articles, into their B language (English) under two different conditions. One of the participant groups translated Text A for 10 minutes using machine translation outputs and translated Text B for 20 minutes without the help of any translation machine. The other group performed the same tasks, save that the source texts were assigned in reverse order. A total of 117 translations were collected and rated independently on a five-point scale by the two teacher-researchers. The results showed that the post-edited translations were much better than the human translations and that the human translations contained more errors in vocabulary and grammar.
