The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.
운동강도에 따른 장기간 유산소성 운동이 백혈구 아형에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 12wks of aerobic exercise with different exercise intensity on WBC subset, Healthy college-aged males(22.53±1.91yr) were participated in the maximal exercise test before(N=32) and after(N=30) 12wks of aerobic exercise. The subjects were divided into two groups; control groups(N=8), training group (N=24), Then training group was divided into three subgroups; 50%HRR(Low intensity) training group(N=8), 70%HRR(middle intensity) training group(N=8), 85%HRR(high intensity) training group(N=8). Two persons were eliminated during the training. To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on blood immune cell ware measured at rest, Immediately after exercise and 60min recovery, Maximal exercise testing(Bruce protocol) by treadmill was used as the test protocol. VO₂max were treasured by maximal exercise testing, exercise intensity was determined for aerobic training treatment a basis of this measured values, speed and grade at 50%, 70%, 85% VO₂max and 50%, 70%, 85% of %HRR gained pre test were produced and applied. The programs of exercise groups ware aerobic treadmill exercise for 12wks, Three groups (Low, middle, high intensity) performed almost 40min, 30min, 20min per day (3days/week) by 300㎉, respectively, Venous blood were drawn at the forearm antecubital vein at rest, immediately after exercise and 60min recovery, change of immune cell were analized in venous blood. Immune cell were determined by flow cytometry for WBC subset. first, There was no significant differences of WBC among four groups, but there was significant differences before and after training and sampling time(P<.05, .001). Also, there was an interaction effects of before and after training and sampling time, second, There was no significant differences of neutrophil among four groups and before and after training in percentage and number, but there was significant differences of sampling time(P<.001). Also, there was no interaction effects. third, There was no significant differences of lymphocyte among four groups in percentage and number, but there was only significant differences before and after training in number(P<.001). Also, there was no interaction effects.

The tree observation tehnique is being highlighted as a reasearch area for deterioration of insulation because of high-voltage power system. Many reseachers make efforts to develop not only diagnosis of aging state but also detection of defects in the initial stage from preventive diagnosis system. For the measurement of tree, image processing is actively studied as a experimental technique of electrical tree, because the conventional directed visual impossible to analyze on the tree degradation area, progressed direction, and tree pattern etc. In this paper, we have developed the tree measuring system using image processing. By using an image processing technique, the tree features which appear immediately after the tree initiation as well as changes in the configuration of the tree can be easily measured and observed than the conventional visual methods.
SHB을 고려한 λ/4-shifted 3전극 가변파장 DFB-LD의 dc 특성 모델링

There is a considerable interest in tunable DFB-LD for their use in OFDM and coherent optical communications. In this paper, A modeling of λ/4-shifted tunable wavelength three electrode DFB-LD was performed considering the spatial hole burning within a laser diode cavity. The modeling will show design paramenters' requirement for high-speed and broad bandwidth lasers. The simulations of modeling prove that the continuous tuning range is about 3nm and the SMSR is about several dB. We showed that the optical power and carrier density along cavity are changed and thismeans that modeling is correct.
TNP-cellulose의 섬유소 분해효소 활성도 측정을 위한 기질로서의 특성

Characteristics of TNP-cellulose which prepared from carboxymethyl cellulose powder, CM32, as substrate for cellulase activity assay were investigated. Enzymatic hydrolysis of TNP-cellulose occured on the cellulose moiety but not on amide bonds, following Michaelis-Menten kinetics. Tree cellulase preparations from Trichoderma viride, Aspergillus niger. and Cellulomonas sp. were tested for their pH and temperature dependences and compared with the method determining the increase in reducing power. The enzyme activity was found to have the same temperature range in both methods, however the pH range was broadened in the case of using TNP-cellulose as substrate. The colorimetric method for cellulase assay using TNP-cellulose as substrate was compared with the other methods: one based on determination of the increase in reducing power; and the other based on determining the decrease in viscosity of Na-CM-cellulose solution. The activities measured by the colorimetric method showed a linear correlation with the enzyme concentration of certain range in all three enzymes tested, and the activity values were proportional to those obtained from the other methods. Depending on the enzyme. however, the activity values from this method were not always in proportion to those from the viscometric method, suggesting that this method was not specific for determination of the endo-type cellulase.
써킷 웨이트 트레이닝과 밴드운동이 중년 여성의 체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of circuit weight training and band exercise on physical fitness in middle-aged woman, Twenty one women with healthy were participated in this study. They were randomly assigned to one of three group which were composed of circuit weight training(CWT), band exercise(BE), and control group(CON). All subjects were examined on maximal oxygen consumption(VO₂max), maximal ventilation(VEmax), exercise time, upper strength(grip strength), power(vertical jump), flexibility(trunk flexion, agitation (side step), blance(standing on one foot with closed eyes). The test was repeated after 12 weeks, Subjects in CWT group completed the exercise training session, which consisted of resistance exercise performing for 50 min/session, 3 d/week at the 40-45% intensity of 1RM, and the new intensity was applied with reevaluating subject's 1RM at the first day of the week. Subjects in the BE group completed the exercise training session ,which consisted of elastic exercise performing equally with CWT group' exercise session, The new intensity was applied with lengthening the elastic band. One-way ANOVA was used for data analysis setting the significance level at 0.05. Both CWT and BE gorup were no significant differences in the VO₂max, but VEmax in CWT and BE group were increased significantly(p<.05) in them compared to th CON, Exercise time were significant differences(p<.01) in both CWT and BE group. Upper strength in BE group was increased significantly(p<.05) in compared to the Con even though CWT group was a little increase. There were no significant differences in exercise group compared to the CON, Flexibility and agitation was increased 【(p<.01), (p<.05)】 in BE group, On the other hand, CWT group in balance were significant differences(p<.05) in compared to the CON. The results indicate that the CWT and BE are helpful to gain good progress in physical fitness, specially, BE is widely encouraged in effect.

The purpose of this paper is to estimate settlement using the measurement data and to verify the application back-analysis by finite element analysis. It is very important to predict settlement in pre-loading method used to improve soft ground. But the settlement measured in the field shows a considerable difference from the predicted settlement due to various factors such as non-homogeneous soft layers, sampling disturbance, erroneous selection of soil parameters and deficiency of consolidation theories among others. Therefore, analysis of actual settlement behavior based on the measurement data during consolidation period is a very useful procedure in evaluating the rates of consolidation settlement. This study estimates settlement using analysis methods such as Hyperbolic, Hoshino and Asaoka method. Because these prediction method of ultimate primary settlement are analytically simple and economical, they are widely used in the field. To search consolidation parameter for site, back-analysis technique was performed using finite element analysis. From the results of analysis, the back-analysis technique for consolidation parameter is verified. Because a feed-back system to combine the data measured in construction field with priorly estimated information at the design stage is necessary.

Two types of modified celluloses which contain trinitrophenyl groups as chromophore were synthesized from carboxymethyl cellulose Whatman CM 70 and CM 32. Diaminoethyl groups were added to the CM 70 and CM 32 to make DAE-CM celluloses and then the DAE-CM groups were substituted by 2,4,6-trinitrophenyl groups to produce TNP-celluloses. Average particle size of the TNP-cellulose from CM 32 was 44.6 ±9.6 μm in diameter and 127.9±22.5 μm in length, which was much smaller than those from CM 70, however its TNP-moiety per gram determined by using the molar extinction coefficient 1.33×10^4 of ε-TNP-lysine at 345 nm, was 0.68 millimoles, which was 5.6-fold greater than those from CM 70. The absorption spectrum of TNP-oligosaccharides which were the soluble products of TNP-celluloses by a cellulase preparation Onozuka R-10, showed a maximal peak at 344 nm. Increases in the absorbance during hydrolysis were linear with the enzyme concentration, and the differences of slope values between two types of TNP-celluloses that the more semsitive assay could be achieved by using those from CM 32 as substrate at the low range of the enzyme concentration.

Code V was used to make a plan for collimator lens with aspherical surface in the present study. The acquired optical design data were applied for ultra-precision machining. The optimum properties were determined to find ways to compensate the tool positioning error allowance during the ultra-precision machining. In ultra-precision aspheric machining, figure tolerance corrected by tool positioning error be improved by compensation cycle number.
