        사망진단서(사체검안서) 상의 선행사인으로부터 사망통계의 원사인이 선정되는 비율 : 3개 대학병원에서 교부된 사망진단서를 중심으로

        Background : To exatnine the problems intolved in writing practice of death certificates, we cotnpated the determination of underlying cause of death for wital statistics using recorded underlying cause of death in issued death statistics. Methods : We collected 688 rnortality certificates issue in year of 2,000 from 3 university hospitals. And we also collected vital statistics from ministry of statistics. The causes of death were coded by experienced medical record wpecialists. And causes of death determined at ministry of statistics for national vita statistics were mapped to causes of death recorded at each death certificates. The rate that underlying causes of death for vital statistics were derived from underlying causes of death recorded at issued death certificaties sere analysed. Results : 64.5% of underlying cause of death for could be derived from underlying cause of death recorded at issued death certificates, 8.6% derived from intermediate cause of death, and 3.9% derived from direct cause of death. In 23% of cases, underlying cause of death could not be derived using issued death certificates. The rate that underlying cause of death for vital statistics could be derived from underlying cause of death recorded at death certificates was different between 3 university hospitals. Ane the rate was also different between death certificates and postmortem certificates. We classified the causes of death using 21 major categories. The rate was different between diseases or conditions tha caused death too. Conclusion : When we examined the correctness of death certificate writing practice using abpve methods, cortectness of writing could not be told as satisfactory. There was difference in correctness of writing between hospotals, between death certificates and postmortem certificates, and between diseases and conditions that caused death. With this results, we suggested some strategy to improve the correctness of death certificate writing practice.

      • 친환경농업 농가 컨설팅에 대한 반응 조사

        The interactions between Environment-Friendly Agriculture Research Center (EFARC) and farmers in Jeonnam Province area who have practiced environment-friendly agriculture (EFA) under guidances of EFARC were investigated through enquete. The enquete was conducted during July - September, 2010. One hundred and eighty nine farmers responded all inquiries among 200 farmers. The main results are summarized as follows: 1. Rice was the predominant crop grown by farmers (49%), and the next major was hot pepper (12%). Most farmers (95.3%) have practiced environment-friendly agriculture at the levels of no-pesticide (55.6%), lower pesticide (32.8%), and organic (6.9%). 2. Major motivations of practicing EFA are for the production of safe foodstuffs (52.6%) and for an increase of income (40.1%). 3. Around 3 quarters of the environment-friendly agriculture products are shipped through Nonghyup, the cooperative marketing. The price margin between ordinary agriculture products and EFA products was of 5~10% for 63.5% farmers, of 10~20% for 14.3% ones, and of 20~30% for 14.8% ones. 4. Bottlenecks for practicing EFA are in the order of the unstability of shipping price (34.9%), cultivation techniques (20.1%), excess labor input (19.6%), and control of disease and insect pest (18%). 5. It turned out that more than 90% farmers who have practiced EFA under guidance of EFARC recognized the consulting activities of EFARC as to be helpful for them. 6. Establishment of national organizations which are specialized in consultation for EFApracticing farmers has been suggested.

      • 프리캐스트 세그멘탈 교량의 선형관리에 관한 연구

        The precast segmental method(PSM) is one of the economical construction methods for the prestressed concrete bridges with high quality control. In this study, and investigation on the geometry control of the PSM was performed. It is an indispensable technology for the bridge construction by the PSM. For all that, it may be understood by the analogy of experience of some bridge engineers and ti may be still depending on the foreign technology for some domestic projects. GEOCON was developed form this study. It is an interactive software to control the 3-dimensional geometry of precast segmental bridges during the construction progress. In this paper, the geometry control technology applied to the GEOCON was explained and the GEOCON's algorithm was discussed. Specially, this paper also performed the sensitivity analysis on the casting geometry of precast segmental bridges according to the occurring position of precast segment fabrication errors.

      • 로봇 그립퍼의 악력 제어

        In addition to accurate position and velocity control, force control is necessary for a successful robot operation. In this paper, we have designed a simple robot gripper using a DC motor. For its force control, a current feedback control law is presented without using additional force sensors. Experimental results prove the effectiveness of the proposed control law. A digital controller is also developed with a TMS320LF2406 processor.

      • U형 프리캐스트 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 거더를 이용한 2경간 연속 교량구조의 개발을 위한 기초연구

        The current syudy is a part of esries of research about the development of new superstructure system to overcome the engineering problems in the design of bridges of 30m to 45m in span length using the existing bridge systems. The basic concept of new system in the continuation of adjacent two simple spans composed of the precast prestressed concrete U-type sections. The partial post tensioning method is applied to create the contimuity. In this stdy, the new technique was introduced and applied with an example design of two span of 40m in span lemgth to find the possibility for pratival applicatio as a feasibility syudy. The obtained results show that the new splicing method is expected to offer significant economical and serviceability advantages.

      • 고속 플라즈마 진단용 능동회로의 설계 및 응용

        본 논문에서는 자화 플라즈마의 파라메타를 측정할 수 있는 고속 푸르브 구동시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 1[msec] 이내에 -40 - +40[V]에 이르는 톱니파 전압을 푸르브에 인가시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 2회 연속 미분을 행하여 전자에너지 분포함수를 구할 수 있었다. 이와 같이 고속 푸르브 구동시스템 및 2회 연속 미분회로를 이용하여 고속으로 거의 전형적인 푸르브 특성곡선을 얻을 수 있었고 2회 연속 미분회로로써 얻어진 전자에너지 분포하수에서 플라즈마의 중심부 보다 플라즈마의 가장자리에 고에너지를 가진 전자들이 많이 분포함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper ,we have realized the high speed probe driving circuit system which can measure the plasma parameters of magnetoplasma. By this system, the probe voltage can be seeped in a 1[msec] order. In addition, we can obtain the electron energy distribution function in magnetoplasma by using two differentiators. In this study, we obtain a complete probe characteristics, and find that the electron energy measured at the edge of plasma is larger than of electron measured at the center of plasma

      • ZnO 박막 센서의 DMA 가스 검지 특성

        The DMA(Dimethylamine) gas sensors were fabricated with the ZnO-based thin films grown by a RF magnetron sputtering method. We investigated the sensitivity and response time according to temperature variation and DMA gas concentration. The ZnO-based thin film sensors sputtered in oxygen atmosphere showed higher sensitivity than those sputtered in argon atmosphere. The ZnO-based thin film sensors doped with Al_(2)O_(3), In_(2)O_(3) and V_(2)O_(5) and sputtered in oxygen atmosphere showed the maximum sensitivity of 218(working temperature, 250 ℃, DMA gas, 160 ppm) and speedy response time. The ZnO-based thin film sensors doped with Al_(2)O_(3), In_(2)O_(3), TiO_(2) and V_(2)O_(5), sputtered in oxygen atmosphere and aged at 330 ℃ showed the maximum sensitivity of 156(working temperature, 250 ℃, DMA gas, 160 ppm).

        얼굴 지각 및 얼굴 감정 인식의 신경생물학

        Recognition of face is an essential cognitive processing to communicate information directly each other. The eiectrophysiological data have demonstrated that the negative event-related potential (ERP) recorded at occipitotemporal leads, the N170 potential, is a very sensitive neural correlate for faces. The fusiform gyrus, located on the ventromedial surface of temporal and occipital lobes, has been demonstrated to be a key brain region for face perception. Because the face contains the emotional informations, study about face recognition includes emotional processing as well as structural processing of face. So as a essential part of social cognition, the face recognition and facial affects preception have been paid attentions by many researchers. In this article, we reviewed some important research data about face recognition and face affect perception.

      • 공여신 직출후의 잔류신기능에 대한 고찰

        One hundred patients who underwent uninephrectomy for kidney donation between 1989 and 1996 have been checked the changes of renal function before and after donor nephrectomy Follow up periods after uninephrectomy were postoperative 7days, 1year and 4years. Mean blood pressure (systolic/diastolic) before nephrectomy was 115.8±9.2/ 74.3±7.2 mmHg and that of the last reading was 114.9±12.7/ 75.0±9.8 mmHg. The current creatinine clearance of the donors was 78±4 ml/min. The 7days, 1year and 4years after nephrectomy percentage of predonation creatinine clearance were 73±3%, 77±2% and 79±3%, respectively. The 24-hr urine protein excretion in kidney donors was significantly higher after nephrectomy than before nephrectomy (52.1±11.2 mg/day VS. 178±25.6 mg/day). In conclusion, this long-term study of kidney donors shows no adverse effect on blood pressure and renal function after many years of compensatory hyperfiltration.
