        회전익 항공기 통신잡음 저감을 위한 음성접속장치 설계 개선

        회전익 항공기의 음성접속장치(AIU : Audio Interface Unit, 이하 AIU)는 통신계통의 구성품 중 하나로 항공기 내 조종사 및 승무원 간 통신을 수행하거나 항공기 내부와 외부 간의 통신을 수행한다. 이러한 회전익 항공기에서 ‘20년 11~12월 사이에 통신이 불가능할 정도의 잡음이 다수 발생했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 통신 잡음현상을 해결하기 위한 설계 개선을 수행했다. 고장 탐구를 통해 AIU의 결함을 인지하고 결함 재현을 위해 각종 검사를 수행했다. 그 중 결함발생 상황과 유사한 환경인 저온환경에서의 잡음이 발생함으로써 결함을 재현했다. 이어서 AIU 내의 수신기 보드의 출력을 확인한 결과, 출력 파형의 왜곡 및 코덱값 변환이 정상과는 다름을 인지하고 수신기 보드를 심층적으로 분석했다. 4M1E 검토, 정상품과의 교체시험 및 주변회로 검토 등을 통해 코덱 IC의 SCLK 출력라인의 왜곡을 인지했다. 이는 신호라인의 임피던스 매칭 미흡으로 반사파의 영향이 커져 신호가 왜곡된 것으로, 임피던스 매칭을 맞추기 위한 댐핑저항을 장착을 개선책으로 도출했다. 개선책을 검증하기 위해 댐핑저항 장착 전후의 반사계수를 비교하여 이론적으로 개선됨을 확인했다. 또한 구성품 단위의 시험 및 항공기 장착 시험을 통해 개선사항의 유효성을 입증했다. The rotorcraft AIU system performs internal/external communications, but between November and December 2020, excessive noise made communication extremely difficult. In this study, a design improvement was made to reduce communication noise. A defect in the AIU was identified by troubleshooting and reproduced in a low-temperature environment duplicating the defect situation. Checking the output of the receiver board in the AIU revealed that the output waveform and codec conversion were abnormal, and thus the receiver board was analyzed. Distortion of the SCLK output of the codec IC was identified by 4M1E review, replacement testing with a normal product, and circuit review. Distortion was attributed to increases in the reflected wave due to insufficient impedance matching, which was addressed by installing a damping resistor to improve impedance matching. Improvement was confirmed theoretically by comparing reflection coefficients before and after installing the damping resistor and verified by component and rotorcraft testing.

        업사이클링 메이커 활동을 통한 유아 환경교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과

        본 연구에서는 유아가 환경문제를 직면하고 이에 대한 해결방안을 모색하는 방법으로써 업사이클링재료를 활용하여 메이커활동의 과정을 통해 결과물을 만들어내고, 이를 만들어내는 경험과 결과를 다른또래와 공유하고 소통하는 업사이클링 메이커활동을 통한 프로그램을 개발하고 실행하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 유아는 총 30명으로 실험집단 유아 14명, 통제집단 유아 16명이다. 본 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기위해 유아 종합 창의성 검사, 환경보전지식,환경보전태도 검사도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 Win을 활용하여 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였으며, 교사면담은 범주화 및 구성원 점검을 실시하였다. 그 결과 유아의 창의성, 환경보전지식, 환경보전태도에 대해 실험집단이 통제집단보다 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 업사이클링 메이커 활동을 통한 환경교육 프로그램은 적합하게 구성되었으며, 유아의창의성, 환경보전지식, 환경보전태도에 대한 적합한 지식, 기술 및 태도를 증진하는 데 유용하게 활용될수 있을 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the development and effects of an environmental education program centered around maker education focused on up-cycling activities on young children. The subject of this study were 30 5-year-old children in a kindergarten, who were then split into two groups; 14 children in an experimental group participated in inquiry activities based on a model of maker education focusing on the aforementioned up-cycling activities. The other 16 children in a control group were provided with subject-focused activities without inquiry. A pre-test and a post-test was performed on both groups through the “Korean Comprehensive Creativity Test for Young Children” (K-CCTYC) and a questionnaire for testing both their “Environmental Preservation Knowledge” and their “Environmental Preservation Attitude”. For processing the data from these tests, the scores of the two questionnaires and documents on the children’s activities were analyzed by ANCOVA and content analysis. The results of the study showed that the experimental group displayed significantly increased creativity, as well as improved environmental preservation knowledge and attitudes.

        Oral spindle cell/sclerosing rhabdomyosarcoma on mandible with anaplastic lymphoma kinase expression mimicking inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor

        Oral spindle cell/sclerosing rhabdomyosarcoma (SCRMS) with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) expression is extremely rare, and its diagnosis is very challenging in the absence of clinical or pathological indicators. This case presented with gingival swelling and alveolar bone resorption and was suspected clinically to be periodontitis. A biopsy was performed and, due to immunoreactivity with ALK, the patient was misdiagnosed with inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor. However, based on the combined histological and immunohistochemical features, a revised diagnosis of SCRMS with ALK expression was finally concluded. We believe that this report makes a significant contribution to the precise diagnosis of this rare disease for proper treatment.

        A Case of Eosinophilic Esophagitis Associated with Herpes Esophagitis in a Pediatric Patient

        Eosinophilic esophagitis is a rare disease in Asian countries, but its incidence is growing rapidly in Western countries. The mainpathophysiology of eosinophilic esophagitis is esophageal epithelial barrier dysfunction; disruption of the esophageal epithelial barriereasily induces antigen sensitization to foods and aeroallergens, which leads to subsequent esophageal inflammation as a result ofeosinophil recruitment. Here we report a case of an 11-year-old Korean boy who suffered from fever, odynophagia, dysphagia, and chestpain. His upper endoscopic findings showed longitudinal ulcers with a volcano-like appearance at the distal esophagus. Polymerasechain reaction test results and biopsy specimens were positive for herpes simplex virus type 1. He was treated with acyclovir and aproton pump inhibitor, but his follow-up endoscopy showed typical patterns of eosinophilic esophagitis, and the biopsy specimens werecompatible with the diagnostic criteria for eosinophilic esophagitis. Therefore, we report a very rare case of eosinophilic esophagitisafter herpes esophagitis in a Korean child with normal immunity.

        Temporomandibular joint synovial chondromatosis accompanying temporal bone proliferation: A case report

        Synovial chondromatosis is a rare metaplastic disease affecting the joints, including the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Since its symptoms are similar to those of temporomandibular disorders, a careful differential diagnosis is essential. A 50-year-old male patient was referred with the chief complaint of pain and radiopaque masses around the left TMJ on panoramic radiography. Clinically, pre-auricular swelling and resting pain was found, without limitation of mouth opening. On cone-beam computed tomographic images, multiple calcified nodules adjacent to the TMJ and bone proliferation with sclerosis at the articular fossa and eminence were found. T2-weighted magnetic resonance images showed multiple signal-void nodules with high signal effusion in the superior joint space and thickened cortical bone at the articular fossa and eminence. The calcified nodules were removed by surgical excision, but the hypertrophic articular fossa and eminence remained. A histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis. The patient was followed up few months later without recurrence.

        회전익 항공기 연료계통의 STPA 적용 연구

        STPA(체계 이론 프로세스 분석)는 STAMP(체계 이론 사고 모델과 프로세스)에 기초를 둔 새로운 위험분석 기술로, 국내 군수 사업에서의 적용은 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 논문에서 STPA를 적용하기 위해 제공하는 도구는 없지만, 품질관리 관점에서 적용할 수 있는 과정을 소개한다. 회전익 항공기 연료계통은 여러 구성품이 상호작용하는 체계로 제어 가능한 부분이 많고, 위험성이 높기에 선정되었다. STPA는 기본적으로 4단계로 수행한다. 첫 번째 단계는 손실과 위험을 정의하고, 분석 목적을 설정한다. 두 번째 단계는 제어 고리 형태로 제어 주체, 객체, 제어 명령, 피드백을 이용하여 제어구조를 도식화한다. 세 번째 단계는 불안전한 제어 명령을 도출하고, 네 번째 단계는 원인 시나리오를 도출하는 것이다. 본 논문은 품질요소 확인 단계를 추가하여 회전익 항공기 연료계통에 STPA를 적용하는 연구를 한 것이다. 추가된 마지막 단계는 원인 시나리오를 바탕으로 위험에 영향을 줄 수 있는 품질요소 확인에 사용한다. 결과는 방법론을 복잡한 체계에 적용할 수 있다는 것을 보여주며, 품질관리를 위해 참고할 수 있는 기초 데이터로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. System theoretic process analysis (STPA) is a new hazard analysis technique based on system theoretic accident model and process (STAMP), but its use in domestic munitions-industry applications is scarce. In this study, there were no tools that provide guidance during the analysis, but we introduced a process that can be applied from a quality management. STPA basically consists of 4 steps. Step 1 defines losses and hazards of the system and the purpose of the analysis. Step 2 models the control structure in the form of a control loop using controllers, controlled processes, control actions, and various feedback. Step 3 identifies unsafe control actions. Step 4 identifies causal scenarios. This study researched the application of STPA to a rotorcraft fuel system by adding a step of quality factor verification. A rotorcraft fuel system is a highly dangerous system in which several sub-systems interact, and it has controllable components. The added final step is used to check quality factors that may affect the risk based on the causal scenario. The results show that the methodology can be applied to complex systems. Also, it can be used for basic data for quality management.

        Anti-inflammatory effects of DA-9601, an extract of Artemisia asiatica, on aceclofenac-induced acute enteritis

        DA-9601 is an extract obtained from Artemisia asiatica, which has been reported to have anti-inflammatory effects on gastrointestinal lesions; however, its possible anti-inflammatory effects on the small intestine have not been studied yet. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the protective effects of DA-9601 against the ACF-induced small intestinal inflammation. Inflammation of the small intestine was confirmed by histological studies and the changes in the CD4+ T cell fraction induced by the inflammation-related cytokines, and the inflammatory reactions were analyzed. Multifocal discrete small necrotic ulcers with intervening normal mucosa were frequently observed after treatment with ACF. The expression of IL-6 , IL- 17, and TNF-α genes was increased in the ACF group; however, it was found to have been significantly decreased in the DA-9601 treated group. In addition, DA-9601 significantly decreased the levels of proinflammatory mediators such as IL-1β, GMCSF, IFN-γ, and TNF-α; the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10, on the other hand, was observed to have increased. It is known that inflammatory mediators related to T cell imbalance and dysfunction continuously activate the inflammatory response, causing chronic tissue damage. The fractions of IFN-γ+ Th1 cells, IL-4+ Th2 cells, IL-9+ Th9 cells, IL-17+ Th17 cells, and Foxp3+ Treg cells were significantly decreased upon DA- 9601 treatment. These data suggest that the inflammatory response induced by ACF is reduced by DA-9601 via lowering of the expression of genes encoding the inflammatory cytokines and the concentration of inflammatory mediators. Furthermore, DA-9601 inhibited the acute inflammatory response mediated by T cells, resulting in an improvement in ACF-induced enteritis
