조선작가동맹 중앙위원회 기관지 연구 -1950년대 중반, 『청년문학』의 변곡점과 편집주체-

조선작가동맹 중앙위원회 기관지 『청년문학』의 역사는, 북조선에서 말하듯 ‘수령’ 중심의 선조적(線條的) 역사가 아니라 유일사상체제 성립 이전에는 상대적 역동성이 존재했던 것을 말해준다. 실제 1956년 엄호석 주필 중심의 『청년문학』 편집위원회 체제는, 부주필 제도 신설이나 편집위원의 교체 등의 여러 변화를 거치지만, 제1기 엄호석(주필), 김명수(부주필) 중심의 편집위원회 체제보다 제2기 엄호석(주필), 리맥(부장) 중심의 편집위원회 체제는 불안전했던 것이다. 이는 『청년문학』 1956년 12호 이후 폐간 및 『청년문학』 1957년 3호 속간 등으로 나타나는데, 『청년문학』 1957년 3호부터 1958년 6호까지 박웅걸(주필) 중심의 편집위원회 체제로 전환된다. 여기서 북조선 『청년문학』의 역사에서 삭제된 1957년 초반은 일종의 변곡점(變曲點) 또는 굴절점(屈折點)에 해당된다. 특히 조선작가동맹 중앙위원회 기관지의 역사에서, 작가 중심의 문예지적 성격의 강화나 사후 검열 형태로의 전환, 편집위원회의 자율성 증대 등은 1950년대 중반의 획기적인 사건에 해당된다. 또한 1956년 10월 조선작가대회 이후 편집위원회 체제는 세분화, 전문화되는 방향으로 진행되는데, 이는 1950년대 중반 북조선 사회의 변화와 다양성 또는 상대적 역동성을 그대로 반영한 일종의 사건이다. 마지막으로 『청년문학』 연구의 출발점은 “자료가 말하게 하라”이다. 그런데 이 연구처럼, 구체적 정보의 한계나 신뢰 가능한 자료의 부족한 현상은 북조선 문학 연구가 ‘학문’으로 성립가능한가 하는 근본적 질문에 봉착하게 만든다. 다만 “북을 정말로 제대로 알고자 한다면, 먼저 북에 대한 지식이 거의 없는 현실을 솔직하게 받아들여야 한다. 섣불리 판단하고 재단하기에 앞서, 북을 잘 모름을 인정하고 오직 ‘실사구시’의 자세로 하나하나 북에 대해 정확한 지식을 쌓아가야 하리라.” 북조선 기관지 연구 또한 하나하나 쌓아갈 수밖에 없는 걸음마 단계의 상황에서, 이에 대해 깊이 재고할 필요가 있는 듯하다. The history of ‘Youth Literature’, an organ by Central Commission of Josun Authors’ Alliance, is not an ancestral history centering on ‘the Chieftain’ as mentioned by North Josun but had various dynamics before the Unique Idea System was formed. Actually, the editing committee system for ‘Youth Literature’ centering on the chief editor Hosuk Um in 1956 underwent the change such as new establishment of subeditor system or replacement of editing committeemen. However, the editing committee system centering on Hosuk Um(chief editor) and Maek Lee(department head) in Period 2 was not safe rather than the editing committee system centering on Hosuk Um(chief editor) and Myungsoo Gim(subeditor) in Period 1. It is shown in the discontinuance after Issue 12 of ‘Youth Literature’ in 1956 and the continuation of Issue 3 of ‘Youth Literature’ in 1957 and others. It is changed into the Woonggul Bak(chief editor)-centered editing committee system from Issue 3 in 1957 to Issue 6 in 1958 of ‘Youth Literature’. Here, the year 1957 which was deleted from the history of ‘Youth Literature’ of North Josun corresponds to the breakpoint or refractive point. In particular, in an organ by Central Commission of Josun Authors’ Alliance, the strengthening of author-centered character of literary magazine, a change into the form of post-inspection, an increase in the autonomy of the editing committee and others might be epochal events in the middle of the 1950’s. Also, the editing committee system after the Josun Authors’ Rally in October, 1956 was being subdivided and specialized, which reflected as they were the change and variety or relative dynamic of the North Josun society in the middle of the 1950’s. A study on ‘Youth Literature’ started only from “let the material say”. And like this study, the phenomenon that concrete information is limited or reliable material is lacking makes me face the fundamental question of whether a study on North Josun literature can be formed as ‘a science’ or not. In the current situation where one has no choice but to pile up also the study one by one, it seems necessary to deeply reconsider about it.
A Basic Study on Connected Ship Navigation System

Maritime autonomous surface ships (MASS) has been developed over the years. But, there are many unresolved problems. To overcome these problems, this study proposes connected ship navigation system. The system comprises a slave ship and a master ship that leads the slave ship. To implement this system, communication network, route planning algorithms, and controllers are designed. The communication network is built using the transmission control protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/ IP) socket communication method to exchange data between ships. The route planning algorithms calculate the course and distance of the slave ship using the middle latitude sailing method. Nomoto model is used as the mathematical model of the slave ship maneuvering motion. Then, the autoregressive with exogenous variables (ARX) model is used to estimate the parameters of Nomoto model. Based on the above model, the automatic steering controller is designed using a proportional-derivative (PD) control. Also, the speed controller is designed for the slave ship to maintain constant distance from the master ship. Sea experiments are conducted to verify the proposed system with two remodeled boats.

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) plays a pivotal role in pathologic ocular neovascularization and vascular leakage via activation of VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR2). This study was undertaken to evaluate the therapeutic mechanisms and effects of the tetrapeptide Arg-Leu-Tyr-Glu (RLYE), a VEGFR2 inhibitor, in the development of vascular permeability and choroidal neovascularization (CNV). In cultured human retinal microvascular endothelial cells (HRMECs), treatment with RLYE blocked VEGF-Ainduced phosphorylation of VEGFR2, Akt, ERK, and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), leading to suppression of VEGFA- mediated hyper-production of NO. Treatment with RLYE also inhibited VEGF-A-stimulated angiogenic processes (migration, proliferation, and tube formation) and the hyperpermeability of HRMECs, in addition to attenuating VEGF-A-induced angiogenesis and vascular permeability in mice. The anti-vascular permeability activity of RLYE was correlated with enhanced stability and positioning of the junction proteins VE-cadherin, β-catenin, claudin-5, and ZO-1, critical components of the cortical actin ring structure and retinal endothelial barrier, at the boundary between HRMECs stimulated with VEGF-A. Furthermore, intravitreally injected RLYE bound to retinal microvascular endothelium and inhibited laser-induced CNV in mice. These findings suggest that RLYE has potential as a therapeutic drug for the treatment of CNV by preventing VEGFR2-mediated vascular leakage and angiogenesis.
Efficient cooperative transmission for wireless 3D HD video transmission in 60GHz channel

<P>In this paper we propose an efficient cooperation scheme to increase transmission throughput in a 60 GHz 3D HD (high definition) video transmission system. A 3D HD video transmission system usually requires high transmission throughput with low power consumption. The proposed cooperation scheme achieves high transmission speed by reducing the data size using a relay and low transmission power by using path diversity. The efficiency of the scheme is demonstrated both analytically and by Monte-Carlo simulations in environments varying the number of relays. The proposed scheme has increased costs in terms of computational complexity at the relay and the destination.</P>
