        한국의 정치는 과거 지역주의적 경쟁이 2002년 대선 과정을 거치면서 보수와 진보간의 이념적 대결 구도로 변모해 갔고 탄핵은 그러한 양극적 대립을 더욱 강화하는 결과를 낳게 되었다. 17대 총선은 정치권이 유권자들의 정치적 욕구의 변화에 적절하게 반응하지 못하면 외면 받을 수밖에 없으며 자기변혁을 통해 새로운 환경에 적응하는 정당들만이 살아남을 수 있다는 것을 잘 보여주었다. 그런 만큼 선거를 통한 한국의 대의민족주의가 그동안 성숙해 왔고 나름대로 원활하게 작동하고 있다는 사실도 17대 총선을 통해 확인되었다. After the 2002 presidential election, competiton based on regionalism has changed into the ideological confrontation between the conservatives and the progressives in Korea party politics. Moreover, the impeachment reinforced it. The 17th general election showed that if the politicians can't respond to the changes of voters' desire, they must be turned away. Besides, it showed that only the parties which adopt themselves to the new circumstances through self-innocation can survive, For that reason, the 17th general election revealed thet representative democracy in Korea has been matured by election and working out smoothly in its own way.

      • 스테로이드가 신생 흰쥐 해마형성체 신경원의 퇴행에 미치는 영향

        The influences of adrenal corticosteroid on the development and regression of the neurons of hippocampal and dentate were examined in the steroid overloaded neonatal rats. The results obtained were as follows. The regression occurred naturally in numerous dentate granule cells and hippocampal pyramidal cells, which was the apoptotic process. The apoptotic granule cells in dentate gyrus decreased in number with steroid overload, and this change was more prominent at 6 days than at 4 days. The decrease in the number of apoptotic neurons by steroid overload occurred only in the upper limb of dentate gyrus at 6 days. The gradient of regression in dentate gyrus had no relation with the gradient of neurogenesis, and the regression of hippocampal pyramidal cells decreased in the gyrus but not in CA regions. In conclusion, the cell death occurred in neurons of hippocampal formation, which was the process of apoptosis. The adrenal corticosteroid seemed to be influential significantly on the development and regression of the neurons.

        H.264 비디오 코딩 표준은 기존 비디오 코딩 표준에 비해 뛰어난 압축부호화 효율로 인해 차세대 비디오 표준으로 각광받고 있으며 H.264가 가진 잠재적인 영향력 때문에 오늘날 디지털 비디오 시스템의 주를 이루고 있는 MPEG-2 시스템을 대체할 것으로 보여진다. 현재 MPEG-2 시스템이 광범위하게 자리 잡고 있기 때문에 H.264 시스템으로의 완전한 이동은 다소 시간이 걸릴 것으로 예상되고, 따라서 트랜스코딩 기술이 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 트렌스코더는 디코더와 인코더를 포함한 구조이기 때문에 매우 많은 연산량이 요구되며 그 복잡도를 줄이는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 디코딩 과정에서 추출된 정보를 인코딩 과정에 재사용함으로써 복잡도를 줄이도록 하였고, 또한 H.264에서 연산량이 많은 부분들을 여러 가지 알고리즘을 통해 복잡도를 줄임으로써 보다 빠른 속도로 동작이 가능한 트랜스코더 구조를 제안하였다.

      • NaC1 수용액과 실리콘 오일에 의한 성층유체의 저온거동에 관한 실험적 연구

        To study the influence of phase change of solution and fluid flow on low temperature in thermal storage, solar pond and removal of oil pollution at the sea, an experimental study was carried out in the square cavity filled with stratified fluids of silicone oil and aqueous sodium chloride. In the case of the lower cooling surface, the temperature of the system was dominated by conduction owing to the temperature and concentration fields stabilized by gravity. Liquid superheat influenced less in the lower part and the maximum density of sodium chloride became lower as the salt concentration got higher in the upper part. And the lower the initial temperature in the system the lower the temperature distributions were. When the actual liquid temperature was lower than the liquidus temperature with Ci = 15%, a supercooling phenomenon was observed But with Ci = 5% and Ci = 10% the actual liquid temperature was higher than the liquidus temperature and the temperature of upper fluid also got lower when the concentration of sodium chloride became lower. The influence of latent heat was less in the lower part and the raising ratio in temperature was higher when the initial concentration was lower in the upper part.

      • 牛糞 添加가 産卵鷄의 成長과 初産卵 日齡, 初産卵時분重 및 初産卵重에 미치는 影響

        In order to investigate the proper rate of addition of dehydrated cattle manure (DCM) to chicks feed, 0%, 1%, 3% and 5% of DCM were added to basal feed. These feeds were used to the pullets from one day old to the begining of laying. The results obtained were as follows; 1.No significant differences were detected among the lots in weight gain, the amount of feed intake and feed efficiency until 12 weeks. However a tendency was shown, i.e. the weight gain was redused as the rate of DCM was increased in the feed. 2.The age when 80% of pullets began to lay was 154 days old in the control lot. As the rate of DCM was increased in the feed, the age of laying was retarded (p<0.05). The body weight at the begining of laying also showed diffrences among lots (p<0.01), even though no tendency was detected in accordance with the content of DCM in the feed. However, heavier eggs were produced at the begining of laying, as the rate of DCM in the feed increased. The differences of weight of eggs among lots were not statiscal significance. 3.According to the above results it would be concluded that DCM could be added up to 5% until 12 weeks as grower feed for laying young chicks but not be added any amount in the pullet feed after 12 weeks of age.

      • 폐 FRP/Urethane Foam 충진 혼성복합재의 제조 및 기계적 물성에 관한 연구

        욕조 생산시 발생하는 폐 FRP와 냉장고 등 가전품과 폐단열재로부터 발생하는 폐우레탄폼을 흡음 및 경량판재로 재활용하기 위하여 불포화 폴리에스테르 매트릭스 수지에 보강하여 복합재를 제조하였다. 또한 충진재의 함량의 변화가 복합재의 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향과 기지와 보강재간의 계면현상을 관찰하였다. 충진제의 함량이 70 wt%인 복합재의 인장강도는 82.34MPa로 가장 우수하였으며, 인장탄성율은 보강재의 함량이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 또한 굴곡강도와 굴곡탄성율은 폐FRP의 함량이 70wt% 충진된 복합재가 가장 우수하였으며, 그 값은 각각 72.5, 958.4MPa이었다. SEM 관찰 결과 70 wt% 충진된 충진제 매트릭스 수지의 계면에서 pull out 현상이 확인되지 않았으며 균열도 발생하지 않았고, 매트릭스 수지내에 충진된 폐 FRP/우레탄폼 충진제가 잘 분산되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. The waste FRP oocured in the fabrication of SMC (sheet molding campound) bathtubs and the waste polyurethane foam occured in electronic manufacture and waste insulator were applied as a soundproof and light weight pannel in the waste FRP unsaturated polyester matrix resin composites to recycle. The effect of filler contents of the mechanical properties and interfacial phenomena of the filler and matrix on the composites was evaluated. The tensile strength of composites reached its maximum value of 82.34 MPa when the filler content was 70 wt%, and the more content of reinforcement is increased, the more tensile modulus was decreased. The flexural strength and modulus of csomposites, reinforced 70 wt% with filler content, were dominant compared to the other samples to 72.5 Mpa, 958.4 MPa respectively. When composite of reinforced 70 wt% with filler content, it was confirmed that pull out phenomena and cracks did not occur in the interface of reinforcement and matrix resin through the SEM observation. Also, waste FRP and urethane foam were dispersed well into matrix resin as filler.

        This paper was presented an experimental study to analyze focal plane flux distributions produced by solar concentrating reflectors. Videographic flux mapping was used to investigate flux distributions in the focal plane located at the aperture of the cavity receiver. Peak fluxs in the focal region of 765.5 kW/m2 have been recorded, which corresponds to a concentration ratio of 1150 suns for 663 W/m2 insolation and 90% mirror reflectivity. Total integrated power of 403 W was measured under focal flux distributions. As a result of the percent power within radius, approximately 90% of the incident radiation is intercepted by 0.037m radius.

It is, therefore, an eco-friendly fuel and economical energy source. In this research, a comparative analysis between diesel fuel and emulsified fuel on their characteristics and the performance was done.
