        The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the emulsifier ratio on properties of the polymer modified mortar using methylmethacrylate-buthyl acrylate(MMA/BA) latexes, and to obtain basic data necessary to develope appropriate latexes for cement modifiers. Polymer modified mortars using MMA/BA latexes are prepared with various monomer ratios, and tested for air content, flexural and compressive strengths. From the test results. we knew that the water-cement ratio is decreased with an increase in the amount of emulsifier. And the air content is increase with an increase in the polymer cement ratios. In general, the superior compressive and flexural strength of polymer-modified mortars using MMIA/GA latexes is obtained ant a bound MMA content of 80 percent and a emulsifier ratio of 6 percent.

      • 백양꽃(Lycoris koreana) × 개상사화(Lycoris aurea) 교잡 미숙배로부터 식물체 생산

        This experiment was conducted to investigate cultural conditions of immature embryo in Lycoris koreana×Lycoris aurea hybrid. Optimum concentration of ager supplemented to Murashige and Tucker(MT) medium for plantlet production was 6g/l. Optimum concentration of sucrose supplemented to MT medium for plantlet production was 30~50 g/l. For plantlet prodution, MT medium supplemented with NAA 0.01 mg/l plus zeatin 0.1~0.01mg/l and without olant growth regulator was most effective. Optimum level of PH controlled to MT medium for plantlet productiom was 4.5~5.0. Key words : Lycoris koreana, Lycoris aurea, immature embryo, plantlet production.

FEA applications with the sheet metal forming process is purpose that increasing due to the potential of time and cost saving. This study are industrial field problem solve using AutoForm which used a Static implicit way. According to this study, the results of simulation will give industrial site good information to access the Design sheet metal forming.

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the monomer ratio on properties of the polymer-modified mortars using methyl methacrylate-ethyl acrylate latexes, and to obtain basic data necessary to develop appropriate latexes for cement modifiers. This paper deals with the effect of the monomer ratio on the typical properties of polymer-modified mortars with methyl methacrylate-ethyl acrylate latexes. The polymer-modified mortars using MMA/EA latexes are prepared with various polymer-cement ratio, and tested for strengths, water absorption, and chloride-ion penetration depth. The test results indicate that the monomer ratio is very important factors to characterize the strength properties of polymer-modified mortars, but the water absorption and chloride-ion penetration depth are influenced by polymer-cement ratio rather than monomer ratios.

      • 우리나라 近代 學校體育에 관한 硏究 : 1876 ~ 1910을 중심으로 Centered 1876 to 1910

        This study investigated physical activities of schools on the basis of the backgrounds to grasp what the school physical education were, how they were developed, and what the significance to the history of physical education in Korea is. In the history of modern physical education, the period of the modern physical education covered 1876 to 1945 - from the year of opening her harbors to the year of the Liberation. But this study excluded 1910 to 1945 - from the year of Japan's colonization to the year of the Liberation, for the education were not performed independently and voluntarily in colony. The period is divided into three according to clear distinctions. The first period is that of the birth of modern physical education. It starts from 1876 when the harbors were opended to the foreigners by Byong-ja-su-ho-jo-yak(丙子修護條約) and ends in 1885 when Christian private schools were established, during which the traditional military arts were educated in My-ye-hak-kyo(武藝學敎) and Won-san-hak-sa(元山學舍). The second period (1885-1904) is that of the reception, when western spots were introduced and physical education was reinforced with the importance of whole-person education. The last period is that of the fixation of modern physical education. It covers from Eul-sa-bo-ho-jo-yak(乙巳保護條約:1905) to Han-il-hab-byoung(韓日合倂:1910), during which nationalistic physical education was activated and the ideologies of modern physical education were established. The findings of the study are as follows: (1) The modern physical education in Korea was regarded as the means of physical training, which shows nationalistic trends. (2) The military arts were educated as formal curricula in the first period, and the military gymnastics was in the second period. And then, in the third period, the school gymnastics was educated for 2 or 3 classes a week as a compulsory subject. In comparison with 3 classes a week of these days, the curriculum of school physical education can be thought to have been formed in this period. (3) In the second period, Christian missionaries introduced western sports such as football, basketball, tennis, and so on, which were performed as extra-curricular activities. Such aspect gave the chance for the diverse curriculum of these days. (4) Won-dong-hoei(運動會), which was performed in Foreign Language School for the first time, was activated continuously. This made a contribution to the popularization of physical education and the formation of the regional culture of physical education. (5) In the process of the modernization of physical education, the concepts of recreation and sanitation added to the simple concept of physical training. And there was a try to systematize the theory of physical education. These enabled the concept of physical education to be extended.

      • 新梢頂端培養에 의한 대추나무(Zizyphus jujuba Miller)의 callus로부터 植物體 再分化

        Organogenesis from callus induced from shoot tip in vitro cultured was examined with using different strength of MS medium containing various concentration of different plant growth regulators alone and its combination in jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Miller). Callus induction was favorable in the treatment of concentration of 2,4-D 1.0, 0.3mg/1 adding on MS medium. Favorable shoot proliferation from callus subcultured on medium for shooting appeared in the treatment of 0.5mg/1 BAP alone adding on 1/2 MS medium. For rooting induction 1/2 MS medium supplemented with the combination of 0.5 or 1.5mg/1 IBA and 0.1, 1.0mg/1 BAP was most effective but 1/2 MS medium containing IBA alone had little effect.       • 기내배양과 자연조건에서의 유자(Citrus junos Sieb. et Tanaka)의 부정배 발생의 특징

        유자(Citrus junos)의 부정배는 자연조건에서는 주심조직과 배낭근처에서 발생하였으며 부정배로 발육될 시원세포들은 매우 큰 핵과 세포질로 충만되어 있고 주로 배낭근처에 있는 주공측의 주심조직에서 발생되었다. 기내배양 조건에서는 자연조건에서 보다도 훨씬 많은 부정배들이 배낭내에서 관찰되었으며 이러한 부정배들은 대부분 배낭과 밀접해 있는 주심세포층으로부터 발생하였다. 또한 몇몇 부정배들은 주심조직에서 직접 발생하는 것이 관찰되었다. Adventive embryo usually occurs inside the embryos ac nucellar tissue in the in Vivo state. Initial cells to be developed in to adventive embryos were conspicuous with large nucleus and dense cytoplasm, and arose mainly from nucellar tissue or from integuments. In the in Vitro culture, much more embryos were observed in the embryo sac. than in the in Vivo conditions, and embryos seemed to arise from the nucellar cell layer lining the embryo sac. Some of the adventive embryos were observed occurring directly from the nucellar.

        초등학교 내 특수학급 교사의 사기 분석 연구

        본 연구는 초등학교내 특수학급 담당교사들의 사기 정도를 교육정책, 보수 등 8가지 문항으로 구성된 설문지에 의한 조사를 기초로 분석하였다. 충청남도내 특수학급 설치교 187개소를 대상으로 표집하였고, 사기 저해 요인을 담당교사들의 성별, 교육경력, 교사자격 소지유형, 도시 농촌등 소재지에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지 연구하였다. 연구결과 사기정도는 남자보다 여자 교사의 인식정도가 낮았고, 자격 소지 면에서는 특수학교 교사자격증 1개 소지자가 가장 불만이 높았으며, 특수교육 경력과 학교소재지는 비슷한 수준으로 인지되고 있었다. 특수교사 사기 진작을 위하여 개선해야 할 우선 준위는 특수교육 정책, 근무환경, 승진 등으로 나타났다. This study is designed to make an analysis of what differences the knowledge of teachers for the handicapped regarding the factors of lowering their morale make in accordance with the types of the teachers and to offer measures to promote the morale of teachers in charge of special classes. The researcher worked with the questionnaires of 111 teachers(recovery ratio:59.4%) out of those of a total of 187 teachers in charge of elementary classes in South Chungcheong province. The questionnaire was composed of 24 questions in 8 categories with the help of the opinions of the teachers in charge and my academic adviser as well as literary research and precedent study: educational polices for the handicapped(3), human relationship(3), pay(3), social status(3), working environment(4), principals' leadership(3), promotion(2), and personnel matters(3) It is necessary that educational policies for the handicapped should first be subjected to changes with the view of promoting the morale of teachers in charge of education for the handicapped. And the subjects want working environment and promotion system to be improved. The researcher suggests that such compensation measures as providing additional points and extra benefits should be supplemented and improved and that facilities for the handicapped should be expanded with a view to enhancing the morale of teachers in charge of special classes.

      • 적외선방사카메라를 이용한 변압기 부싱 온도분포 모니터링

        An electrical accident such as mishap electricity institution occurs frequently because of the increase of demand for electricity, complexity of electricity institution. The techniques that discovered a mishap to electricity institution are electric signal method and supersonic waves method, thermal sensing method by infrared rays. The IRR-camera which is effective monitoring method of electricity institution is diffused in industrial field. Specially, infrared rays monitoring can perceive heat which was visually poor observed objection. Also, infrared rays monitoring can monitor an area of difficulty of access of work human power. In this study, infrared rays monitoring of a transformer substation is periodically performed. The connection between possibility of application and operation, blazing fire occurrence and progress process of body and bushing of large capacity transformer are performed by IRR-camera.

        벌꿀 및 당액의 혼합비에 따른 수분활성도 예측

        In order to distinguish the honey in the market whether it is real or not simply and conviniently, the changes of water activity was investigated due to the addition of starch syrup and sucrose solution to the honeys such as Korean, Acacia, Chestnut and Mixed. The regression equations were obtained to predict the water activity of the honeys. In general, the honey was below 21% in moisture, below 0.6% in ash, 420 to 710cP in the viscosity, 0.57 to 0.62 in the water activity and 77 to 80brix in sugar content. The water activity of the samples were higher as the quantity of starch syrup and sucrose solution added increased. Starch syrup was more influence than sucrose solution. The regression equations between water activity and starch syrup concentration of honeys were obtained and R^2 value were higher than 0.90.
