        2008년에는 국제곡물시장은 격동이라고 할 수 있을 정도의 격한 움직임을 보였으며 곡물시세가 급등하면서 많은 곡물생산국이 수출규제를 강화하였고 식량의 상당부분을 해외에 의존하는 우리나라는 여러 가지 측면에서 어려움을 겪었다. 최근 곡물가격은 안정세를 유지하고 있음에도 불구하고 국제적인 기상악화나 원유가격의 상승에 따른 대체에너지개발에 일부의 농산물이 이용되면서 식량위기 재발의 가능성을 우려하는 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 식량위기 재발 가능성에 대한 긍정적인 측면으로 제시되고 있는 주된 논거로는 첫째 수자원 부족현상의 심화 둘째, 세계인구 증가의 가속화 셋째 국제원유가격의 상승과 세계 에탄올 수급의 증대 등을 들 수 있고, 부정적인 측면으로는 첫째 원유가격의 안정과 바이오연료 증산정책, 둘째 단수(單收)의 둔화에 대한 농업투자 및 증산형 기술개발의 확대 셋째 신흥공업국의 식량소비패턴 등이 제기되고 있다. 이외에도 논의되어야 할 주요한 논점으로 첫째 곡물을 포함한 모든 자원의 패러다임이 변화, 둘째 식량 수출규제의 움직임 셋째 BRIC's를 포함한 신흥국의 경제성장이 세계식료수급의 변화 등이 주요한 변수로 작용할 것으로 예측되고 있다 This paper aims to study recurrence possibility of global food crisis in the future. Cheap food has been taken for granted for almost 30 years. From their peak in the 1970s crisis, real food prices steadily declined in the 1980s and 1990s and eventually reached an all-time low in the early 2000s. Rich and poor governments alike therefore saw little need to invest in agricultural production, and reliance on food imports appeared to be a relatively safe and efficient means of achieving national food security. However, as the international prices of major food cereals surged upward from 2006 to 2008 these perceptions quickly collapsed. Furthermore, although food prices are now lower than their 2008 peak, real prices have remained significantly higher in 2009 and 2010 than they were prior to the crisis, and various simulation models predict that real food prices will remain high until at least the end of the next decade.

      • 미생물을 이용한 염료의 생분해에 관한 연구 : 반응성염료 분해균에 관한 연구 Studies on the Reactive Dye-Degrading Microorganisms

        대구시의 염색폐수처리장 폐수 및 처리장 주변의 토양과 물에서 반응성 염료인 Cibacron Brilliant Red 3B-A(CBR), Reactive Orange 16(RO), Reactive Black 5(RB)에 탈색능을 보이는 12종의 균을 분리하고 이들 균 중에서 본 실험에 사용한 CBR, RO, RB5 염료 모두에 약 90% 이상의 높은 탈색율을 나타낸 CBR2균을 선별하였다. 선별된 CBR2균의 특성 및 염료분해특성을 조사하였다. CBR2균은 그람 음성, 무아포, 간균으로 운동성이 있으며, 염농도 5%, 온도 50℃에서도 생육이 가능하였다. CBR2균의 생육 및 염료의 탈색에 미치는 pH의 영향을 조사한 결과, pH 5.0에서 9.0까지 고른 균 성장과 탈색율을 나타내었으며 특히 pH 7.0에서 최고의 균 성장 및 염료 탈색율을 나타내었다. 온도별 균의 생육 및 염료의 탈색율을 조사한 결과 30℃에서 가장 높은 균 성장 및 탈색율을 나타내었다. 산소량에 따른 균의 생육 및 염료의 탈색율을 조사한 결과, 산소량이 많을수록 균의 생육이 좋았으며, 염료의 탈색율에 있어서도 CBR 염료의 경우는 산소량에 비례해서 탈색율이 좋았으나, RO와 RB5 염료의 경우는 산소량이 가장 많은 2ml양의 배양에서 보다 상대적으로 산소량이 적은 4ml양의 배양에서 가장 높은 탈색율을 보였다. Twelve strains, which were exhibited abilities of decolorizationto the reactive dyes, Cibacron Brilliant Red 3B-A(CBR) , Reactive Orange 16(RO) and Reactive Black 5(RB5) , were isolated from the samples of waste waterof the dye textile factories and the samples of soil and water around them. Amongthem one stain, CBR2 was selected because of the higest decolorization rateto the reactive dyes, CBR, RO and RB5 with more than 90% of decolorizationrate. The characteristics of reactive dye-degrading microorganism CBR2 andits decolorization abilities to reactive dyes were investigated. This CBR2 wasGram negative and non-spore forming rod. This organism has motility and ispossible to grow even in 5% of sodium chloride solution and at such temperatueof 50℃ In the pH 5.0 to 9.0, growth rate of the isolate and decolorizationrate to reactive dyes by CBR2 were exhibited almost similar rates. However,among those pH of media the most growth and decolorization rates were appearedat pH 7.0. On the temperature effects to growth rates of CBR2 and decolorizationrate by this organism, the most growth and decolorization rates were at tempera-ture of 30℃. More oxygen volumes in test tubes enhanced generally the growthrate of this organism. However, the decolorization rate of CBR dye by CBR2was higher according to oxygen volume increased in the media but the decoloriza-tion rates of RO and RB5 dyes in 2m1 volume of culture media were rather decrea-sed than that of 4ml volume of culture media where oxygen volume is lowerthan that of 2ml volum of culture media.

      • 신부전이 동반된 당뇨병 환자에서 발생된 침습성 모균증 : 수술과 Liposomal amphotericin B 및 GM-CSF 병합 요법에 의한 성공적인 치험 1예

        저자들은 신부전이 동반된 당뇨병 환자에서 발생된 부비동형 모균증에 대하여 수술과 함께 liposomal amphotericin B 및 GM-CSF의 복합치료를 하여 성공적으로 치료한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Mucormycosis (zygomycosis) primarily affects diabetic or immunocompromised patients and typically progresses rapidly, necessitating surgical excision and antifungal therapy with amphotericin B. Large doses of amphotericin B are needed for cure, but it has the risk of causing significant renal toxicity. The recent development of liposomal amphotericin B allows antifungal therapy to be administered with potentially improved efficacy and reduced nephrotoxicity. We have experienced a case of paranasal mucormycosis successfully treated with surgery, liposomal amphotericin B and GM-CSF. A 59-year-old male suffering from diabetes mellitus for 6 years was admitted with pain at left maxillary area. He was diagnosed as mucormycosis after cytologic exam on the necrotic nasal mucosa, which showed typical hyphae. He have had diabetic nephropathy with macroproteinuria and had rapidly rising serum creatinine levels with the amphotericin B treatment: creatinine levels reverted to basal level with the use of liposomal amphotericin B. Despite surgical excision and continued antifungal therapy, his infection was not effectively controlled. Therefore, GM-CSF was administered additionally to improve phagocytic activity of leukocytes. He was finally cured after receiving a combination of aggressive surgery, liposomal amphotericin B and GM-CSF. To our knowledge, this is the first detailed clinical description of the treatment of mucormycosis with liposomal amphotericin B in Korea.

        학습 과정에서 학습 활동 기록표를 효과적으로 작성 활용하면 아동의 학습 활동이 중진되어 학력이 크게 신장되며, 본 평가방법은 평가 기준안을 타당성 있게 세우고 학습 훈련만 잘 쌓으면 높은 객관성을 띨 것이며, 학습의 전 과정을 평가하는 바람직한 형성평가의 한 형태로 다인수 학급의 학습현장에 손쉽게 적용할 수 있을 것이며, 학기말 성적 사정에도 큰 도움이 되리라고 생각하다.

        First of all, the writing juding from background and reason is obviously a matter of the national consciousness on the study of Korean morden history of physical education. I indicates a national consciousness as to whether the subject of a thesis for a doctorate or master on the study of Korean morden history of physical education, have classified 6 step with limit and problem. Finally, when I think on study of Korean morden history of physical education, I indicate three types of theory about study object and project it. To the better a scientific study of Korean morden history of physical education, the result has been a concept of national consciousness with a point of study and attitude as usual, and I hope that a method of study will help both interest in and debate over the issues to continue.

      • Sol-Gel방법에 의해서 성장시킨PbTiO₃박막의 결정화와 물리적 성질

        Ferroelectric PbTiO3 thin films coated on SiO2/Si(100) and ITO glass substrates were prepared by sol-gel processing of metal alkoxide solutions and solvents. The use of sol-gel method for preparing various functional films makes it possible for the homogeneous distribution of elements at the molecular level, precise composition control, lower temperature synthesis, large surface coating and high optical quality. First of all, the XRD investigation shows that perovskite phase of polycrystalline PbTiO3 was formed by four times coating of the concentrated solution and by the heat treatment over 500, 600℃(O2 gas and air) and over 10, 20, 30 min. Surfaces of thin films were crack-free and uniform and the average grain size investigated by SEM was 0.25∼1.00 ㎛. Dielectric constant of PbTiO3/ITO glass thin film were 380 ∼ 5.25 in the region of 1 kHz∼ 10 MHz at room temperature(30℃), respectively. From the hysteresis loop of PbTiO3/ITO glass thin film, a remnant polarization of 0.382 μC/cm2 and a coercive filed of 23.85 kV/cm were obtained. At the frequency(5 kHz), C-V measurements of films in MFIS and MFM configurations showed well-behaved C-V characteristics and an injection type hysteresis. The capacitance of flat band(CFB) was 60 pF. The band gap energies of the thin films depend on the assumption of direct or indirect transition. Using one layer structure model, we calculated refractive index, extinction coefficient, absorption coefficient and band gap energy of thin film in the wavelength range of 300 to 800 nm. The band gap energy, refractive index and extinction coefficient at λ = 6325 Å of the PbTiO3 thin film were 3.7 eV, 1.96 and 0.1 respectively.

      • 부산의 소상공인 특성과 성공요인에 관한 연구

        Micro-business could be defined as the relatively small firms among the SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). Even if their role is so important in their social and economical achievements, till recently, Korean market structure has been so harsh for their successful operation due to the biased favors for the big enterprises. The turning point for the favorable consideration on the micro-business came out with the augmentation of the 50 centers of SBDC(Small Business Development Center) nationwide under the Small Business Administration in February of 1999. The purpose of the center is to help the creation and development of the micro-business through consulting as well as the financial support. Since the opening of the international sea port in 1876, Pusan had been taken the major role of the economic development of Korea, especialy in fields of clothing and woods industries based on the well accommodated infra structure of the city. But, the political change toward the heavy and chemical industries had resulted in the long-term of the stagnation of the Pusan throughout 1970s till 1990s. Currently, the unemployment rate of Pusan is 6.4%, the highest level of the country. It motivated the emphasis of the policies toward the creation of the new ventrue style of the firms to decrease the unemployment rate. The purpose of this study is to analyse the subjective factors for the success in the micro-business by the field study and thus suggest the political considerations and some alternative directions.

        학령전기 아동의 글씨 쓰기에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        목적 : 학령전기 아동의 글씨 쓰기 명료도 및 속도와 지각-운동 기술의 상관관계를 확인하고, 글씨 쓰기에 가장 영 향을 주는 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 덴버 발달 선별 검사를 통하여 정상 발달로 선별된 23명의 학령 전기 아동(평균 연령=68.61개월, SD=2.04)을 대상으로 글씨 쓰기 명료도 및 속도 측정을 위하여 한글 자모 쓰기 검사지를 사용하여 자음과 모음을 쓰도록 하였다. 시지각과 시각-운동 통합 수행 능력 측정을 위하여 시지각 발달 검사를 사용하였고, 소운동 협응 수행 능력 측정을 위하여 Grooved pegboard test를 사용하였다. 결과 : 글씨 쓰기 명료도와 전반적인 시지각, 비운동성 시지각, 시각-운동 통합, 우세손 소동작 협응의 상관관계는 없었으며, 글씨 쓰기의 속도는 전반적 시지각과 우세손 소동작 협응 항목에서 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 회귀 분 석 결과 글씨 쓰기 속도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인은 전반적 시지각 항목이었다. 결론 : 만 5~6세 학령 전기 아동의 전반적 시지각 능력의 발달을 향상시키기 위한 중재를 제공하는 것이 글씨 쓰기 의 속도 능력을 향상 시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. Objective : This study investigated the relationships of handwriting legibility and perceptual-motor skills, and handwriting speed and perceptual-motor skills. And identified the predictors that most affect the handwriting of preschool children. Methods : Twenty-three typically developing preschool aged children (mean age: 68.61 months, SD=2.04) were selected through the Korean-Denver Developmental Screening Test-2(K-DDST-2). The children were tested with regard to handwriting legibility, visual perception, visual-motor integration and fine-motor coordination. Results : First, a significant relationship was not found among handwriting legibility, visual perception, visualmotor integration and fine-motor coordination. Second, a significant relationship was found among handwriting speed, visual perception and fine-motor coordination. Third, stepwise multiple regression analyses showed that general visual perception were significant predictors for handwriting speed. Conclusion : Occupational therapists should evaluate children's visual perception levels utilizing a standardized test, and focus on general visual perception in order to improve handwriting skill(speed). Also, occupational therapists are expected to play an important role in the management and treatment of children's handwriting skills.

        벌꿀 및 당액의 혼합비에 따른 수분활성도 예측

        In order to distinguish the honey in the market whether it is real or not simply and conviniently, the changes of water activity was investigated due to the addition of starch syrup and sucrose solution to the honeys such as Korean, Acacia, Chestnut and Mixed. The regression equations were obtained to predict the water activity of the honeys. In general, the honey was below 21% in moisture, below 0.6% in ash, 420 to 710cP in the viscosity, 0.57 to 0.62 in the water activity and 77 to 80brix in sugar content. The water activity of the samples were higher as the quantity of starch syrup and sucrose solution added increased. Starch syrup was more influence than sucrose solution. The regression equations between water activity and starch syrup concentration of honeys were obtained and R^2 value were higher than 0.90.
