This research examined the treatment efficiency and methane production rate in treating slurry-type swine waste using UASB (upflow anaerobic sludge blanket) reactor. The UASB reactor was operated at an organics volumetric loading rate (VLR) of 2.6-15.7 ㎏COD/㎥/day. A stepwise increase of the VLR resulted in a temporary deterioration in the COD removal rate in UASB reactor but recovered quickly. The COD removal rate were 65-70% for VLR up to 5 ㎏COD/㎥/day. When organics VLR was 10 ㎏COD/㎥/day, the COD removal rate decreased sharply and there was loss of 17.537g of the seeding biomass due to sludge washout. This result indicated that the UASB system cannot be adapted to more than 10 ㎏COD/㎥/day of VLR. As the organic load increased from 2.6 to 15.7 ㎏ COD/㎥/d, the biogas production rate varied from 3.2 to 10.8 L/d and the methane conversion rate of the organic matter varied from 0.30 to 0.23 ㎥CH₄/㎏ COD_(removed). The methane content showed the range of 70.1-81.5% during the experimental period. The volatile solids (VS) removal efficiency was similar at the low VLR (< 5 ㎏COD/㎥/day), but it decreased sharply at the high VLR (> 5 ㎏COD/㎥/day). The VS reduction rate was, moreover, large those of COD. The result shows that hydraulic retention time above 2 days is essential in case of treating wastewater containing 1% of solids.
학생이 지각한 교사특성과 학문적 자아개념 및 학습태도와의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 학생이 지각한 교사특성과 학생의 학습태도 및 학문적 자아개념과의 관계를 탐색하여 학생의 긍정적 학습태도와 학문적 자아개념 형성에 도움은 줄 수 있는 자료를 제시하는 것이다. 연구결과, 학생의 성에 따라 지각된 교사특성에서 유의미한 차이가 있었으며 둘째, 학교규모에 따라 학습태도에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 또한 학생이 지각한 교사특성 하위요,인 중 '교사의 높은 기대, 더 많은 기회와 선택부여' 특성이 학생의 학문적 자아개념과 학습태도에 영향은 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학생의 성별과 학교규모에 따른 학문적 자아개념의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to provide materials helpful for positive learning attitudes of students and formation of academic self-conceptualization through exploring relations between teacher's characteristics that students perceived, learning attitudes of students, and academic self-conceptualization. From the results of this study, firstly, there was a significant difference in teacher's characteristics according to student's gender (p<.001). Secondly, there was no significant difference in academic self-conceptualization according to student's gender and school size. Thirdly, there was a significant difference in learning attitude according to school size (p<.05). Fourthly, it was found that characteristics of 'teacher's high expectation, offering the more opportunities and choices' among lower level of factors in teacher's characteristics that students perceived, only affects student's academic self-conceptualization and learning attitude.
TCNQ착제로 구성된 ISE의 제작 방법에 따른 이온선택성의 비교연구

Ion Selective Electrode were prepared from TCNQ (7, 7, 8, 8-Tetracyanoquino dimethane)metal complex, which were AgTCNQ and CuTCNQ complex. These electrodes were constructed in various method of fabrication which were electrodeposited electrode and dipping coated electrode. The sensor characteristics of each electrode were studied with response range (lo7w detect limit), response time, response slope(selectivity) and interfering test. The response slopes for Ag selective electrodeposited electrode and dipping coated electrode were estimated to 68, 85 mV/decade, repectively. Also that of Cu selective electrodeposited and dipping coated electrode were estimated to 23, 49.6 mt/decade, respectively. These electrode behaved according to Nernst's law over 5 decades of activities. The Ag selective electrode which was prepared form AgTCNQ revealed only a few interferences, but Cu selective electrode showed interfering effect except ?? ion. With characteric values of response the reaction of electrodics was investigated with reasonably fast and stability.

The purpose of this study is to understand the value and effect of Dance Sport as Sport for all, and to activate Dance Sport for university student. The respondents for this study were sampled among 600 university students in Seoul and the final analysis included responses from 568 respondents. The statistical methods employed in this study are frequency analysis and chi-square test. Results obtained from this research are as followed: 1. It is needed to unify the term, "Dance Sport" for the activation of Dance Sport. 2. University students recognize the value and effects of the Dance Sport as Sport For All positive through the class and most of them want to attend advanced class of Dance Sports. 3. In order to activate Dance Sport as Sport For All, the change of the public recognition of Dance Sport, the proper public information of the government, and the educating qualified leaders are urgently asked.

Cr-Cu/p-Si MIS solar cells haveing about 1-㎠ area have been fabricated by sequential vacuum evaporation of Cr and Cu metals on the (111) surface of p-type Si single crystal with a thin interfacial layer of SiO_2. The spectral response measurements and the effects of the oxide layer thickness between Cr and Si-substrate were investigated. Also, The antireflection coating improves signifficantly the conversion effieciency of Cr-Cu/p-Si MIS solar cells. Under AM1 illumination of solar simulator, the parameters of the best cell obtained are open-circuit voltage V_oc=0.5V, short-circuit current I_sc=26㎃, fill factor FF=0.67 and conversion efficiency η=8.7%.
