        中国大学教育服务品质、学习成果对教育满意度的影响研究

        Today, the core achievements of university education are changing from how many students are exported to society and how much education services are provided to improve the university`s service quality, education service and learning outcomes. In particular, universities should shift from provider-centered thinking to consumer-centered thinking. Therefore, this study examined the relationship between educational satisfaction, learning outcome, and quality of education service in Yanbian University in China. The findings showed that factors such as university credibility, service consciousness and enthusiasm, lecture competency, educational facilities, welfare facilities and traffic conditions have positive effects on educational satisfaction. However, the moderation effect of learning outcomes on the quality of education service and the satisfaction of education was less than expected. As a result of the study, Yanbian University should be built and improve the service quality of the school by improving the satisfaction of the students, to grasp the service demand and trend of students and parents, to improve the education service system.

        The Ability of Bone Mineral Density and Microstructural Indices to Reflect the Mechanical Properties of Trabecular Bone in the Intertrochanteric Region

        목적: 본 연구의 목적은 골밀도와 미세 골구조의 성질이 전자부 골소주의 기계적 특성(예, 탄성계수)에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다. 대상 및 방법: 인공관절 전치환술을 시행 받은 15명의 환자로부터 대퇴골 전자부에서 총 15개의 고관절 골소주 시편을 채취하여, 이들을 대상으로 PIXImus2 골밀도 측정기, 고해상도 미세 컴퓨터 단층촬영기, 유한요소법을 이용하여 골밀도와 2차 및 3차원 미세구조 지수, 그리고 기계적 특성을 분석하였다. 골밀도, 구조 지수, 탄성계수 간의 상관관계를 선형회귀분석을 이용하여 통계처리하였다. 결과: 저자들의 본 연구에서 골밀도 및 골 체적비는 기계적 특성을 예측하는데 가장 중요한 인자였으며, 삼차원 마세구조 지수(예를 들어 구조 모델 지수) 또한 51% 정도 통계적으로 의미 있게 기계적 특성을 예측하였다. 골밀도와 미세구조지수를 조합한 경우에 탄성계수의 변화량을 예측하는데 잘 반영하였다. 결론: 골밀도와 미세구조지수를 이용한 복합적인 분석은 전자부에서 탄성계수를 예측하는데 가장 좋은 방법이다. Purpose: The goal of this study was to investigate the contribution of bone mineral density (BMD) and the microstructural properties of trabecular bone to predict its mechanical property, i.e., its elastic modulus in the intertrochanteric region. Materials and Methods: A total 15 trabecular bone core specimens were obtained from the proximal femurs of patients who were to undergo to total hip arthroplasties. The BMD measurement, 2-D and 3-D microstructural parameters, and elastic modulus of each bone core were obtained with PIXImus2 densitometer, high-resolution micro-computed tomography (micro-CT), and micro-finite element analysis (FEA). The multiple relationships among the BMD, structural parameters and elastic modulus were assessed with using linear regression analysis. Results: Linear regression analysis demonstrated that the bone volume fraction (BV/TV) was the best predictor for Young's modulus, as well as the BMD. A 3-D microarchitectural parameter, the structure model index (SMI) could well explain the variance of Young's modulus by 51%. The ability to explain the variance of Young's modulus was improved by combining the structural indices with each other, as well as by supplementing the BMD with any of the examined structural indices. Conclusion: A combination of microstructural parameters with each other or with the bone mineral density measurement could provide the best predictions of the elastic modulus of cancellous bone in the intertrochanteric region.

        Continuous Conversion of Rice Starch Hydrolysate to 2-keto-D-gluconic Acid by Arthrobacter globiformis C224

        A continuous conversion process of rice starch hydrolysate to 2-keto-D-gluconic acid (2KGA) by Arthrobacter globiformis C224 was developed. Its feasibility for industrial application was also evaluated. Results showed that the initial cell concentration exceeding 1.25 g/L met the continuous 2KGA production at a stable dilution rate and media composition, while the dilution rate and feeding glucose concentration had a significant effect on 2KGA production performance. The optimal operating parameters were obtained as: 0.090/h of dilution rate and 171.0 g/L of feeding glucose concentration. Under these conditions, the steady state had a produced 2KGA concentration of 124.74 g/L, average volumetric productivity of 11.23 g/L/h,and yield of 0.97 g/g. In conclusion, continuous 2KGA production by the A. globiformis C224 strain would be a superior industrial process for the production of 2KGA in terms of its high 2KGA productivity and yield.

        Microbial Ecology and Diversity : Impact of Diet in Shaping Gut Microbiota Revealed by a Comparative Study in Infants During the First Six Months of Life

        The development of the gut is controlled and modulated by different interacting mechanisms, such as genetic endowment, intrinsic biological regulatory functions, environment influences and last but no least, the diet influence. In this work, we compared the fecal microbiota of breast-fed (BF), formula-fed (FF), and mixed-fed (MF) infants from Hebei Province, China. By using high-throughput 16S rDNA sequencing analyses, we found some differences in gut microbiota in the three groups. Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the dominant bacteria at the phylum level in the three groups, where FF infants showed a significant depletion in Bacteroidetes (p < 0.001) and Actinobacteria (p < 0.05). Enterobacteriaceae was the dominant bacteria at the family level in the three groups, but FF infants showed higher Enterobacteriaceae enrichment than BF and MF infants (p < 0.05); the abundance of the Bifidobacteriaceae was only 8.16% in the feces of BF infants, but higher than in MF and FF infants (p < 0.05). The number of genera detected (abundance >0.01%) in BF, MF, and FF infants was only 15, 16, and 13, respectively. This study could provide more accurate and scientific data for the future study of infant intestinal flora.

        Effect of nutritional factors on the accretion of secondary metabolites in Malaysian ginseng adventitious root cultures

        In this study, we aimed to verify the effect of nutritional factors on the accretion of secondary metabolites in the adventitious root (AR) cultures of Malaysian ginseng (Eurycoma longifolia Jack) grown in small-scale bioreactors. AR were induced from leaf explants and cultured in different types of media including Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium, Driver Kuniyuki Walnut (DKW) medium, Gamborg’s B5 medium, Woody Plant Medium (WPM), and ¾ MS medium. Among these media, the MS and Gamborg’s B5 media induced lateral root development from initial inoculum, which accounted for the increase in AR biomass accretion. By contrast, the DKW and WPM media did not induce lateral root formation from the cultured explants. The ¾ MS medium was optimal for the growth of AR and accretion of secondary metabolites, after 7 weeks of culture, the biomass of AR increased by 8.6-fold in ¾ MS medium, and the total phenolic and flavonoid contents reached 5.23 and 2 mg g−1 of tissue dry weight, respectively. Analysis of mineral elements in the spent medium revealed that ¾ MS medium was most suitable for nutrient supply to developing AR. LC–MS analysis showed the accretion of eurycomanone, a therapeutically useful metabolite, in the AR of Malaysian ginseng.

      • RALY RNA Binding Protein-like Reduced Expression is Associated with Poor Prognosis in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

        The molecular mechanisms involved in the progression of clear cell renal cell carcinomas (ccRCCs) are still unclear. The aim of this study was to analyse the relationships between expression of RALYL and clinical characteristics. In 41 paired samples of ccRCCs and adjacent normal tissues, we used real-time qPCR to evaluate the expression of RALYL mRNA. RALYL protein levels were determined in 146 samples of ccRCC and 37 adjacent normal tissues by immunohistochemistry. Statistical analysis was used to explore the relationships between expression of RALYL and the clinical characteristics (gender, age, tumor size, T stage, N stage, M stage, survival times and survival outcome) in ccRCC. In addition, these patients were follow-up period 64 months (range: 4~116months) to investigate the influence on prognosis. We found significantly differences between ccRCC tissues and normal tissues (p<0.001, paired-sample t test) in mRNA levels of RALYL. Immunohistochemistry analyses in 146 ccRCC samples and 37 adjacent normal tissues showed significantly lower RALYL protein levels in ccRCC samples (${\chi}^2$-test, p<0.001), inversely correlating with tumour size (p=0.024), T stage (0.005), N stage (p<0.001) as well as M stage (p=0.019), but not age (p=0.357) and gender (p=0.348). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis demonstrated that people with lower level of RALYL expression had a poorer survival rate than those with a higher level of RALYL expression, significantly different by the log-rank test (p=0.011). Cox regression analysis indicated that RALYL expression (p=0.039), N stage (p=0.008) and distant metastasis (p<0.001) were independent prognosis factors for the overall survival of ccRCC patients. We demonstrated that the expression of RALYL was significantly low in ccRCC and correlated with a poor prognosis in a large number of clinical samples. Our findings showed that RALYL may be a potential therapeutic target as well as a poor prognostic factor.

        Possibility of Using DNA Chip Technology for Diagnosis of Human Papillomavirus

        To explore the application of DNA chip technology for the detection and typing of Human Papillomavirus(HPV), the HPV6, 11, 16 and 18 gene fragments were isolated and printed onto aminosilane-coated glass slides by a PixSys 5500 microarrayer as probes to prepare the HPV gene chips. HPV samples, after being labeled with fluorescent dye by restriction display PCR (RD-PCR) technology, were hybridized with the microarray, which was followed by scanning and analysis. The experimental condition for preparing the HPV gene chips was investigated, and the possibility of HPV genotyping using gene chips was discussed. The technique that was established in this study for preparing HPV gene chips is practical. The results of the present study demonstrated the versatility and inspiring prospect of using this technology to detect and genotype HPV.

        법정책학연구논문 ; 중국 회사법상 유한책임회사 도입의 과제 -비교법적 검토-

        자본시장의 통일화로 인하여 여러 나라의 기업들은 같은 시장에서 경쟁을 펼치게 된다. 유럽연합에서 유한회사는 설립비용이 저렴하고 설립등기까지의 시간이 짧은 국가에서 많이 설립되고 있다. 이에 유럽연합 회원국들은 자국에 회사설립을 유치하기 위하여 회사법의 규제를 완화시키는 ``회사법경쟁``을 하고 있다. 아시아에서도 회사법 개정이 경쟁적으로 진행되고 있는데, 그 중에서도 한국과 일본에서 도입한 유한책임회사제도가 최근 주목받고 있다. 중국은 최저자본금액이 높고 회사상장에 관한 규정이 엄격하여 자본유출의 우려가 있어 회사법제의 개정이 필요한 시점이다. 중국은 최초 도입한 미국, 그리고 최근 도입한 한국, 일본의 유한책임회사제도의 분석하여 자본시장 국제화 추세에 따른 중국 회사법의 과제를 살펴볼 필요성이 있다. 한국과 일본과 같이 중국도 유한책임회사의 도입이 충분히 가능하다고 본다. 이 회사는 내부관계를 사원의 개성을 중심하는 인적회사나 조합의 형태를 띠게 함으로써 조직의 유연성을 확보하고, 외부관계는 유한책임을 확보함으로써 인적 회사의 무한책임을 벗어날 수 있는 조직제도로서 중국에 없는 회사형태이다. 또한 투자자나 기업의 입장에서는 아직 미국만이 도입하고 있지만 배당소득에 대한 법인세와 소득세의 이중과세부담을 해소할 수 있는 세제상 이점이 있는 유리한 회사형태이다. Market integration has brought the fact that the companies from various countries have to compete in the same market. In the European Union, most corporations have established in those countries where the cost is low, and the time is short. In order to keep the corporations in their own areas, the EU countries are introducing more flexible policies of the company law, which leads to the phenomenon of serious competitions in the EU company law. One of the results is Delaware effect that attracts public attention. In Asia, the countries are also competing to revise the company law. The assets of business that is central role of economy change material asset into human asset, then the source of competitive business shifts tangible assets which represent building, equipment and machinery to intangible assets which are idea, know-how, technology, industrial property and brand. And enterprisers require the form of business to easy of incorporation to small business, venture company to be appeared from 1990, joint-venture company which is incorporated relatively few company and financial company like invest fund. The limited liability company(LLC) has been introduced into the Republic of Korean and Japan. Because of the high minimum capital and the strict policy of company listing, China has the great possibility to become the country that looses the capital. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the company law in China and the trend of globalization of the capital markets through the comparative study of the LLC system in the United States, the Republic of Korea and Japan. The LLC in this state`s business form is that combines the advantages of a partnership`s pass-through tax treatment and operating flexibility with a corporation`s limitation on liability for shareholders. So I think that now is the time to study on the introduction of business form as LLC in China.
