《삼국지》는 제갈량에 대한 전기하고 해도 과언이 아니다. 《삼국지》의 작자 나관중은 삼국지에 등장하는다른 어떤 인물 보다 묘사에 공을 들였다 이 연구는 《삼국지》에서 가장 중요한 인물인 제갈량에 대해 작자 나관중이 어떤 태도로 묘사하고 있으며, 그같은 묘사가 같는 문화적 의미가 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 나관중은 《삼국지》에서 제갈량을 통해 고대 중국 지식인들의 정치적, 문화적 역할에 대한 기대를 표현하였다. 군주를 위해 헌신껏 보필하는 것, 자기의 이상으로 현실을 개혁하기 위해 최선을 다하는 중국 지식인의 전통 등을 제갈량의 모습을 통해 확인할 수 있는 것이다. It would not be too excessive to say that 《Sanguoyanyi》 is nearly the autobiography of Zhu Ge-Liang. The author of 《Sanguoyanyi》, took more efforts in describing Zhu Ge-Liang than the other characters. This paper aims to research Luo, Guan-Zhong's attitude in describing Zhu Ge-Liang, who is the most important character in 《Sanguoyanyi》, and to clarify. It's cultural meaning. Through Zhu Ge-Liang of 《Sanguoyanyi》, his great expectation of chinese intellectual's taking positive roles in Chinese polities and culture. Zhu Ge-Liang's image in 《Sanguoyanyi》 clearly shows the subject's dedication to his lord, and the traditional figure of chinese intellectuals. who did their best in reforming reality according to their own ideals.

문학작품은 작가의 현실과 인생에 대한 예술 관조라 하겠다. 특히 작가의 특수한 흥취와 애호가 각색을 연출하는 데 중요한 요인이 된다. 본고의 목적은 蒲松齡의《요齊志異》창작과정에 대하여 살펴보고, 그의 여우와 귀신에 대한 흥취가《요齊志異》를 창작한 주요 동기가 되었음을 고찰하는 데 있다. A literary work may be defined as a writer's contemplation of reality and human lives. Especially, the writer's own interest and taste play an important role in making the inherent color of his literary works. Specifically, among man famous Chinese writers, this paper deals with Pu Songling and his best work 《Liaozhaizhiyi》. The purpose of paper is twofold : First, it reviews the creation process of 《Liaozhaizhiyi》. Second, it argues that Pu Songling's own interest in or ardent love of foxes and ghosts was the core motivation of writing 《Liaozhaizhiyi》.

포송령(蒲松齡)은 어느민족인가? 이 같은 간단할 것 같은 문제가 학계에서는 오히려 아래와 같은 네 가지 견해를 보이고 있다. 즉 회족(回族), 여진족(女眞族), 몽고족(蒙古族), 한족(漢族) 등이 그것이다. 본 논문은 이러한 네 가지 견해에 대해 설명과 분석을 하였으며, 포송령이 한족(漢族)이라는 說이 비교적 설득력이 있다고 본다. What nationality was Pu Songling? In academic circles, there are four views regarding this seemingly simple question; Huizu, NuZhenZu, Mongol, Hanzu. This paper reviews the four views and argues that it is more convincing that Pu Songling belongs to Hanzu.
A Study on Canadian-Sino Trade and Investment

Foreign trade and FDI(foreign direct investment) are the two routes to take part in the world economy competition and cooperation. This paper researches mainly on Canada’s foreign trade with China and Canada’s FDI in China. After reviewing China and Canada’s foreign trade and investment respectively, this paper concentrates on Canadian-Sino trade and Canada’s FDI in China. Under rapid growth of Canadian-Sino trade, the goods structure has changed along with China’s industrialization and development. This provides Canada a big opportunity and Challenge at the same time. At the back of soaring increase of Canada’s FDI in China, this paper does further research on the relation between Canada’s FDI in China and Canadian-Sino trade. By empirical analysis, the conclusion is paradox that the increase of Canada’s FDI in China leads to the decrease of the bilateral trade. Based on theory of OLI, this paper analyzes the reason that the fields of Canadian-Sino trade are different to the fields which Canada invested in China, and at the same time, explain the paradox well. This paper also predicts the future of Canadian-Sino trade and investment and gives some advices to Canada. At the end of this paper, some conclusions are drawn.
Metagenomics analysis of the gut microbiome in healthy and bacterial pneumonia forest musk deer

Background The forest musk deer (FMD, Moschus berezovskii) is an threatened species in China. Bacterial pneumonia was found to seriously restrict the development of FMD captive breeding. Historical evidence has demonstrated the relationship between immune system and intestinal Lactobacillus in FMD. Objective We sought to elucidate the diferences in the gut microbiota of healthy and bacterial pneumonia FMD. Methods The bacterial pneumonia FMD was demonstrated by bacterial and pathological diagnosis, and the gut microbiome of healthy and bacterial pneumonia FMD was sequenced and analysed. Results There are three pathogens (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus equinus and Trueperella pyogenes) isolated from the bacterial pneumonia FMD individuals. Compared with the healthy group, the abundance of Firmicutes and Proteobacteria in the pneumonia group was changed, and a high level of Proteobacteria was found in the pneumonia group. In addition, a higher abundance of Acinetobacter (p=0.01) was observed in the population of the pneumonia group compared with the healthy group. Several potentially harmful bacteria and disease-related KEGG subsystems were only found in the gut of the bacterial pneumonia group. Analysis of KEGG revealed that many genes related to type IV secretion system, type IV pilus, lipopolysaccharide export system, HTH-type transcriptional regulator/antitoxin MqsA, and ArsR family transcriptional regulator were signifcantly enriched in the metagenome of the bacterial pneumonia FMD. Conclusion Our results demonstrated that the gut microbiome was signifcantly altered in the bacterial pneumonia group. Overall, our research improves the understanding of the potential role of the gut microbiota in the FMD bacterial pneumonia.

Flower color variegation has been observed in many plant species. However, pink flowers on the white-blooming hawthorn trees found by our group earlier have never been reported. To better understand the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in variegated hawthorn flowers, white and pink flowers at different developmental stages (S1 and S2) underwent transcriptome sequencing separately. Approximately 34.28 Gb of high-quality data were obtained and assembled into 100,013 unigenes with an average length of 706.93 bp. These unigenes were further subjected to functional annotation and biochemical pathway analysis, and DEGs of two types of hawthorn flowers at different developmental stages were studied. Based on the enrichment analysis of DEGs, eight anthocyanin-modified enzyme genes or other enzyme genes that indirectly affect anthocyanin synthesis (5AT, 3GGT , and AI, β-Glu, two Aux/IAAs, two PODs), eight structural genes (UFGT, DFR, CHI, two F3Hs, and three PALs), and three transcription factors (one MYB and two bHLHs) were also identified. We randomly selected 15 genes, and the trends in the expression levels of these genes in the organs of white and pink flowers at different developmental stages were verified by quantitative real-time PCR. Mass sequence data obtained by RNA-seq of variegated hawthorn flowers provided basic sequence information and a unique opportunity to uncover the genetic mechanisms under-lying flower color variegation.
Three-dimensional Spatiotemporal Accessible Solitons in a PT-symmetric Potential

Utilizing the three-dimensional Snyder–Mitchell model with a PT-symmetric potential, we study the influence of PT symmetry on beam propagation in strongly nonlocal nonlinear media. The complex Coulomb potential is used as the PT-symmetric potential. A localized spatiotemporal accessible soliton solution of the model is obtained. Specific values of the modulation depth for different soliton parameters are discussed. Our results reveal that in these media the localized solitons can exist in various shapes,such as single-layer and multi-layer disk-shaped structures, as well as vortex-ring and necklace patterns.

In view of the present situation that the recovery of waste thermosetting plastics and products is difficult and the utilization rate islow, regeneration mechanism, regeneration methods and recycling process of waste thermosetting plastics under mechanical thermalcoupling fields are proposed. Regeneration powders of Thermosetting Phenolic plastic are obtained by mechanochemical activatedregeneration methods, the molecular structure, properties and crosslink density of phenol regeneration materials are analyzed. Analysis results show that network crosslinked molecular structure was destroyed, reactive groups produced and the crosslink densitydecreased. The activity of regeneration powders was reinforced and its plasticity was also improving, so the utilization rate wasimproved. Regeneration composite plastics were manufactured by hot press molding or extrusion compression molding. Themicrostructure of regeneration composite plastics was analyzed, and its mechanical strength was tested. Results showed that thetensile strength and bending strength of samples (weight ratio ≥ 50%) respectively exceed 15.88 MPa and 33.49 MPa. At last processparameters for regeneration effects were discussed, and these parameters were optimized. When particle size was 80 mesh (size ≤ 0.18mm), quality proportion was 50~70%, pressure was 10Mpa, heating temperature was 180~190oC, the optimal effects for regeneratedcomposite were achieved.
Modeling and Verification of a Contactless Air Film Conveyor Using a Viscous Traction Principle

Many industries require contactless transport of delicate or clean products such as silicon wafers, flat foodstuffs and freshly painted objects. In this study, a contactless air film conveyor for flat objects is introduced. The object is supported by a thin film formed between the object and the conveyor surface and transported by viscous traction which is generated by controlled airflow underneath the object. Experiments are conducted to investigate the film pressure distribution and viscous force. The results show that the film pressure is symmetrically distributed along the direction perpendicular to the airflow in the actuating cells and non-symmetrically distributed along the airflow direction. The viscous force decreases as the increase of gap thickness. A simplified model is established to help understand and characterize the viscous force. The calculated results show a good agreement with the experimental data. It is revealed that the viscous force is the resultant of an actuating force in the pocket and side areas and a drag force from airflow across the dam area. Simulation and experiments are conducted using a PID controller for one dimension position control and position tracking. The results verify the effectiveness of the theoretical modeling and control method.
