A fourth order Butterworth active-RC complex filter with tuning circuits for wireless sensor networks (WSN) is presented in this paper. A method to synthesize an active-RC complex filter is proposed. A tuning system for the complex filter is designed, which is based on tuning the bit number of capacitors bank to compensate RC variations. The operational amplifier (OPA) is designed, which the gain bandwidth (GBW) is about 380MHz, the gain of the DC is 58.1dB, the phase margin is 58 and the power dissipation of the operational amplifier is about 0.6mW. The complex filter is implemented in BCD 0.18 um CMOS process. The complex filter has a bandwidth of 2 MHz, and centre frequency is 2MHz. The results of simulation show that the complex filter image rejection ratio is -48.2dB, pass-band gain is 0.379dB, the power consumption is about 4.98mW.

Then we apply these purely algebraic techniques to obtain several range inclusion results of pair of (generalized-)derivations on a Banach algebra.
For the Buck-fed DC motor system with parameter uncertainties and external disturbances, an adaptive robust controller is proposed based on dynamic surface control and slide mode control method. The derived adaptive robust control guarantees the closed-loop errors system is uniform ultimately bounded, and the parameters update laws are designed based on the uncertainty equivalence principle. The theoretical analysis and simulation results all reveal that the developed adaptive nonlinear robust controller is not sensitive to uncertainties of system, and owns simpler configuration and more accurate tracking performance than that of conventional backstepping control or PID control method.

The paper proposes fourth order Butterworth complex filter for the Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver, which the center frequency of complex filter is 2MHz and bandwidth is 2 MHz. The operational amplifier (OPA) is designed as twostage fully differential OPA. The gain bandwidth (GBW) of operation amplifier reaches 300MHz, the gain of the DC is 58.3dB, the phase margin is 57 and the power of dissipation of operational amplifier is smaller than 0.56mW. The complex filter is implemented in BCD 0.18 um CMOS process. Simulation shows that the pass-band is between 1MHz and 3MHz, pass-band gain is 0.592dB, the image rejection ratio of the complex filter is more than -48dB and power consumption is about 4.485mW. The parameters of the complex filter are suitable for GPS receiver.
The prevalence and genotype of Toxoplasma gondii infection in dogs in Henan Province, Central China was investigated. A total of 125 blood samples were collected from pet dogs during April to June 2013, and all samples were examined by indirect hemagglutination antibody test (IHA) and nested PCR. The overall T. gondii prevalence in pet dogs was 24.0% (30/125), with 20.8% (26/125) in IHA and 10.4% (13/125) in PCR, respectively. No statistical associations were found between animal gender and age and the prevalence of T. gondii infection. Thirteen positive DNA samples were genotyped using 11 PCR-RFLP markers, including SAG1, (3'+5') SAG2, alt.SAG2, SAG3, BTUB, GRA6, c22-8, c29- 2, L358, PK1, and Apico. Of these, only 2 samples were genotyped with complete data for all loci, and a novel genotype (type III at SAG3 and GRA6 loci, and type I at other loci) was identified. This is the first report of genetic characterization of T. gondii infection in dogs in China.
In this paper, a time-dependent nonlinear theory including the generalized time-dependent radiofrequency (RF) field equations is presented to simulate the beam and wave interaction (BWI) of folded waveguide (FWG) traveling wave tubes (TWTs). The analytical RF fields in FWG TWTs are replaced by digitized RF field profiles obtained from electromagnetic simulations. A W-band FWG TWT is studied by using a self-consistent one-dimensional code based on the theory. The numerical results show good predictions when compared with the experimental tests.

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GnRHR) gene is expressed at the anterior pituitary gland and plays a key role in gonad development. This study aimed to investigate molecular genetic characteristics of the GnRHR gene and elucidate the effects of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of GnRHR gene on sex steroid level in Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). We used polymerase chain reaction single-strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) and sequencing of the GnRHR gene in 75 individuals. We identified three SNPs in the GnRHR gene: P1 locus (C759A and C830T) in the coding region of exon2 which were both linked together and P2 locus (G984T) in the coding region of exon3, which added a new transcript factor (ADR1) and a new methylation site (CG). Only C830T of P1 leads to amino acid changes Thr266Ile. Statistical analysis showed that P1 was significantly associated with 17-estradiol (E2) level (p<0.01) and gonadosomatic index (GSI) (p<0.05). Individuals with genotype BB of P1 had significantly higher serum E2 levels (p<0.01) and GSI (p<0.05) than those of genotype AA or AB. Another SNP, P2, synonymous mutation, was significantly associated with GSI (p<0.05). Individuals with genotype AB of P2 had significantly higher GSI (p<0.05) than that of genotype AA. In addition, there was a significant association between one diplotype based on three SNPs and reproductive traits. The genetic effects for both serum E2 level and GSI of diplotype D4 were super diplotypes (p<0.05). These results suggest that the SNPs in Japanese Flounder GnRHR are associated with E2 level and GSI.
