To solve the starvation and overrun problems caused by the dynamic loading of network and to keep continuous properties of media stream, this paper has designed a buffer controller. This buffer controller can inspect the state of receiver`s buffer in every BCT(Buffer Check Time) and control the service time of each media stream.

경막외에 침범한 과립구성 육종 1예

본 저자들은 백혈병으로 진단 받지 않은 환자에서 경막외에 침범하여 척수를 누르고 있고 수술후 방사선 치료로 증상이 좋아진 과립구상 육종을 경험하였기에 이에 보고하는 바이다. Granulocytic sarcoma is an uncommon tumor composed of immature cells of the granulocytic series, occuring in patients with AML and blast crisis of CML. It may rarely precede an acute myelogenous leukemia with an uniformly fetal course. We experienced a case of granulocytic sarcoma of extradural space presenting as spinal cord compression in a 31 years old female with no evidence of leukemia on the bone marrow and periphera1 blood. The tumor was located to the T₁-T₃ having narrowing pole after decompression laminectomy, patient received local irradiation to the residual tumor bed, and being followed at the OPD without evidence of leukemia.

GRAM 작업 관리용 확장형 실행환경 정보 서비스 시스템 설계

Grid computing is an emerging technology that promise to unify resources and computing power in many organizations together. It couples a wide variety of geographically distributed computational resources, and presents them as a unified integrated high-end computer. The Globus Resource Allocation and Management(GRAM) service provides for the management and remote execution of jobs defined using a standard Resource Specification Language(RSL) requested by client in grid environment. However, Currently the GRAM has very limited functionality to support for applications that required special execution environment. Here, we provide a proposal for Execution Environment Information interacted with broker to support the GRAM's special execution environment.

In this paper, we developed a SIFG(Slice-based Information Flow Graph) for modeling the information flow on a program on the basis of the information flow of data tokens on the slices. Then we defined a measure, called SCM(Slice-based Complexity measure), for measuring the program complexity by measuring the complexity of the information flow on SIFG. We showed that SCM satisfied the necessary properties for the complexity measures proposed by Briand et al.

데드링크 시각화에 관한 연구

Web mining is to extract useful information for homepage management by analyzing the structures, contents and usages of web pages. The web mining is classified into structure mining, content mining and usage mining. Web crawler is a representative tool that has been used in the structure mining. Not only the web crawler has a function to analyze the link structures among webpages and accumulate information, but also it is used to resolve problems by finding out link errors on homepages. But this web crawler uses a way of analyzing based on texts, so it takes so much time and costs a lot to find out locations of errors. As a result, most of homepages just leave these link errors unsettled. In this paper, we design and implement an analyzing system of link errors on hyperlinked environment in order to improve defects and increase efficiency of links on homepages. In addition, this system which we propose analyzes the location and size of hyperlinks, and provides visual information whether a link is successfully connected or not.

대상청구권에 대한 입법론적 고찰

When an obligation become insolvent after the fact, the Korean civil law provide that if it is caused by obligor's responsibility, he should take the burden of the debt, but he can be released from the debt if the default is not his own responsibility. In the latter case, meanwhile, it become an issue whether a consideration duty exists or not if the obligation is based on a bilateral contract. Accordingly, it has been settled by the provision of the risk bearing. The claim rights of vicarious compensation mean the creditors' right of recourse on the profit against the obligators when debtors make profits on vicarious compensation of the object to be fulfilled by the same causes which raised the insolvency. The Korean civil law has no provisionn on the claim rights of vicarious compensation, but the rights are expressly provided in substantive enactment of Germany and France. The rights are acknowledges, but the application scopes are different by each country in various cases like above, and the requisites and the effectiveness are as well. Moreover, the meaning of the claim rights of vicarious compensation in legal schemes and the harmonizations of the laws with other civil law systems are different due to the differences in the ways of the transfer of a real right and the principles of risk bearing etc. of the countries. In conclusion, due to the problems in itself as well as possible conflict with existing system and fairness breaking result of the acknowledging the claim right of vicarious compensation, it is reasonable that the Korean civil law should not acknowledge the claim rights of vicarious compensation.

저해요인 분석에 기반한 클래스 응집도 척도

Highly cohesive classes define only a data factor(instance variable) whose all methods(or operations) refer to, or have the maximum connection among elements in a class. Therefore, an increase in the number of the data factors, and the operations to obstruct the maximum connection among elements in a class are the main factors to decrease the class cohesion. In this paper, we propose a new measure, called CCM(Class Cohesion Measure), which can measure the class cohesion more consistently with our intuition on the basis of factors to decrease it. We use the reference graph in order to find the decreasing factors of the class cohesion, and measure the class cohesion on the basizs of analysis of the domain reference graph. CCM can provide more upgraded measures than the existing measures through comparing it with the measures of existing cohesion.

It is important to know the degree of disturbance when evaluating the soil strength parameters from laboratory test. In this study, suction tests and unconfined compression strength tests were carried out to investigate the degree of disturbance of sample with soft marine clay of Kwangyang. Based on the test results, suction test is a good quantitative analysis for the degree of disturbance and shows a similar tendency with the results of unconfined compression strength test.

As the uses of WWW are growing, the uses of internet and intranet are growing too. Many companies put into operation the computerization of job processing using the intranet. However, in the majority of the cases, intranets are limited by bulletins board, information floor and chatting room in the function. In this paper, internet shopping mall typed Procurement system based on intranet is designed and implemented.

韓國人의 遺傳學的硏究 : 數個地方에 있어서의 人口動態에 關하여

On Korean population, authors have investigated some vital statistics which are varied by the hereditary factors. 1) Birth rate and Death rate In Seoul, the death rate is higher than birth rate, in Island Jeju, however, the former shows that is slightly lower than the latter, and in Island Ulnung the birth rate is higher. In Seoul this phenomenum is of the urban type, and in Island Ulnung because the sample is too smal size to discuss, it may not be assumed steadily as the perfact proportion. 2) Sex-ratio at birth That more boys than girls are born with the numerically superiority have been hown in every nation or race by the researches of human population at the past. In Korea, it might say that is of one of the highest ratio among the world. From this calculation, it is also much like as past statistics, that is, more boys than girls are born, it's ratio is 113.50 with the data collected in present work. 3) Sex-ratio of the twins Authors have take 205 pairs of twin(175 pairs in Seoul and 30 pairs in Island Jeju) as the examples the rate of the constitution of twins is of 3.oo:1.oo:2.30 to two males:one male and one female two females respectively. The rate of the identical twins is estimated as 67.8% to fraternal twins, and the sex-ratio is 12162. 4) Frequency of the cousin marriages With the data collected in this investigation, in Seoul, the frequency of the cousin mariages is measured as 7.81%, and in Island Jeju 5.59% of total marriages had occured. These rates are higher comparing with the other nations.
