This study aims to examine the effects of industrial clustering and manufacturing flexibility on innovation capability and operational performance. This study follow a survey method to collect data pertaining to the phenomena of industrial clustering, manufacturing flexibility, innovation capability, and operational performance by utilizing a single respondent design. A total of 124 Indonesian manufacturing SMEs are taken to test the proposed theoretical model by utilizing covariance-based structural equations modeling approach. It was found that both industrial clustering and manufacturing flexibility was positively associated with operational performance and innovation capability as well. In addition, innovation capability may account for the effects of industrial clustering and manufacturing flexibility on operational performance. This implies that manufacturing SMEs have to reorient their production and operation perspectives, including agglomerate with other similar or related SMEs to develop and utilize their own resources. The SMEs also need to possess some degree of manufacturing flexibility in respond to the uncertain environment and market changes. In addition, the SMEs should put a greater emphasize to use industrial cluster and manufacturing flexibility benefits to generate innovation capability to achieve high performance.

This paper investigates the 224 active fuel stations to find thee optimal distribution system. This research aims to de-sign a model based on simulation to optimize the queuing system and fuel station sales. This study combines simula-tions and experimental design techniques that lead to a predictable and experimental model for optimizing the system and performance of a fuel station by considering two perspectives of queue length and sales rate. Initially, the fuel station was simulated using Arena software. After simulating the fuel station system, we tried to optimize the station's performance using the design of experiments and response level methodology (RSM). The results obtained from the optimal model indicate that the results lead to improved system performance. The fuel station queue is studied

In this research, the location of hubs in computer networks is investigated using the whale optimization algorithm. The problem of locating hubs in computer networks is an optimization problem and requires the definition of a suitable fit function. Therefore, the total data transfer time and the cost of creating hubs is used as a fit function. Capacitive hubs increase network availability because hubs have more response capacity than the number of node requests connected to the hubs. In hub location issues, the study seeks to connect the nodes to the nearest hub and create a computer network with the least cost of connecting the nodes to the hubs. The present study attempts to reduce disruptions in computer networks as a research innovation. Therefore, by using the whale optimization algorithm and solving the model with its help, the effective factors that affect computer network disruptions and examining the effect of each are identified. Given the results, the model’s reaction in terms of time and cost led to an increase in temporal and cost parameters.

Today, due to the size of metropolitan areas and population growth, the issue of school services, as well as routing for each service, has become of particular importance This study seeks to provide a model for routing school services considering time dependence. In the suggested model for the current research, it is attempted to provide a model that can plan the problem of routing school services considering traffic constraints. Therefore, the route problem of time-dependent school service vehicles was considered in such a way that there is a school and potentially a number of stations were considered. In this study, to model the travel time, the linear fragment function with linear slope values greater than -1 was considered, which resulted in guaranteeing the non-transient property or the property of the first input of the first output in the modeling. After the research model was presented, the next step was to present the problem-solving algorithm. In this step, VNS algorithm was used to solve numerical problems in different dimensions. Then numerical problems were defined in small and large dimensions and problems in different dimensions were solved and the results indicate the ability of the model and algorithm to solve different problems.
