Arcade games created after the game, and I still getting a lot of attention in the games category. Arcade games with cute graphics, is characterized by providing things to do. In this paper, these characteristics utilizing 3D arcade game is aimed at making. In particular, the game engine without the use of the whole process by making DirectX libraries by using only low-level PC that can be used in the benefits and advantages are efficient in terms of memory.

<Abstract>At the end of the 19th century, which is the turning point of the century, the concept of the spirit and freedom of human being was collapsed. The creation of Idealism - Humanism, Classicism, and Romanticism - which had been continued until 19th century since the Renaissance of 15th century, has been the fundamental of the European spirit.But the latter half of the 19th century gradually witnessed the technology and industry which had become the center in life instead of spirit and freedom. Christian faith and human philosophy were shaken. And academic learning lost its status of being a final guider for the truth.The characteristics of the Western Music of the 20th century during the last 100 years, are the extinction of tradition, the diversity of mode, and the distance from the audience. Ars Nova had been appeared at all stages of Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque, as a tendency to pursuit of a new style of music, breaking down the traditional convention. It means that the music of the 20th century emerged as the rejection of the traditional music. It threatened the exiestence of the old styled music and further induced even the extinguishment of music history.Thus, the music of new style expressed the dibersities of music in its trend, form, and technique, which have no common quality and cannot be comprehended in traditional music. Therefore, the audience of modern Period should have serious negative response for the modern music of 20th century, on that background is divided into two parts, the half of former period and the half of later period in the stream of the Western music of modernity in 20th century. And also this paper is analyzed illustrating the tendence of the composers and their compositions in relation with art, literature, and relevant arts.The first half is studied in atonal music, twelve-notes and neo-classicism, and second the half is studied in serialism, electronic music, computer music, and post modernism music. On this foundation, upcoming 21th century-music is prospected on the point of man and art.

선형액튜에이터에 사용되는 원추형정압베어링의 부하특성에 관한 연구

A study is numerically carried out for the load capacity characteristics of conical hydrostatic bearings in the linear actuator. A numerical analysis is performed using the finite difference method, and the pressure distributions, load capacities and leakage flows of conical bearings according to bearing land, eccentricity and velocity, are obtained. Analysis shows that double bearing has the maximum load capacity between land ratio L??=0.0 and 0.1 independent of ε, A, T, L, and the double bearing with L??=0.1 is recommanded in the linear actuator.

We have studied that the effect on the inhibition of the cancer cell growth by the 3-[4,5-Dimewthylthiazol-2 yl]-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay, to investigate the anticancer effect with plants, observed around us, by culturing the human MCF-7 mammary gland adenocarcinoma cell-line. And we knew it was the best condition that the cell number was 4×10³ cells/well and the time of culture is 48hours. We observed the effect on the inhibition of the cuncer cell growth with plants, observed us and we can find that Capsicum annum L. angulosum Mill exhibited a good anticancer effect.

근로자들의 근무형태별 체력수준 비교

본 연구는 창원에 위치한 대기업과 중소기업에 근무를 하고 있는 근로자들을 대상으로 근무형태별로 사무직 20대 105명, 30대 328명, 50대 37명과 생산직 20대 160명, 30대 217명, 40대 391명, 50대 110명 등 총 1506명을 대상으로 근무형태별 체력수준을 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.근로자들의 신체구성 비교에서 신장, 체중, 체지방률는 사무직이 생산직보다 높게 나타났고, 연령별로는 연령이 증가함에 따라 신장은 감소했고, 체중은 차이가 없었으나 체지방률은 증가했다. 2.근로자들의 호흡순환 비교에서 최고혈압, 최저혈압, 심박수는 생산직이 사무직보다 높고 폐활량은 사무직이 생산직 보다 높게 나타났고, 연령별로는 연령이 증가함에 따라 최고혈압, 최저혈압이 증가했고, 심박수는 차이가 없었으나 폐활량은 감소했다. 3.근로자들의 체력 비교에서 최대산소섭취량, 악력, 전신반응, 윗몸 앞으로 굽히기는 생산직이 사무직보다 높고 윗몸일으키기, 높이뛰기, 사이드 스텝, 눈감고 외발서기는 사무직이 생산직보다 높게 나타났으며, 연령별로는 연령이 증가함에 따라 최대산소섭취량, 윗몸일으키기, 악력, 높이뛰기, 사이드 스텝, 전신반응, 눈감고 외발서기, 윗몸 앞으로 굽히기는 감소했다.

정신분열병 환자에서 올란자핀과 연관된 체중 증가에 대한 니자티딘과 효과 : 예비 연구 A Pilot Study

본 연구는 올란자핀을 투여 후 체증 증가가 관찰된 정신분열병 환자들을 대상으로 nizatidine의 효과를 조사하고자 시도되었다. 올란자핀을 처으 투여 받은 환자들 중 체중 증가가 발생된 10명을 대상으로 하였다. 모든 환자에게 nizatidine을 300mg/day로 투여하였으며 임상 증상에 미치는 영향을 배제하기 위하여 PANSS와 BPRS를 기저 시점과 nizatidine 투여 후 4주 및 8주 시점에 측정하여 임상 증상의 변화를 평가하였다. 연구 시작 후 4주 및 8주 시점에서 체중 변화는 각각 1.1kg(1.5%)와 2.5kg(3.5%)이었으며 BMI의 경우 4주와 8주 시점에서 각각 0.4(1.6%)와0.9(3.7%)로 연구 기간동안 모두 유의한 감소를 보였다. 올란자핀을 복용하여 체중 증가가 관찰되었던 10명의 정신분열병 환자를 대상으로 하여 8주간 nizatidine을 투여한 결과, 연구 방법상의 제한점이 있으나 nizatidine은 올란자핀 관련 체중 증가의 치료에 효과적인 약물로 생각된다. Objectives:This pilot study was conducted to evaluate the effect of nizatidine on olanzapine-associated weight gain(OAWG) in schizophrenic patients in Korea. Methods:Ten subjects with OAWG from outpatients clinic who were diagnosed with schizophrenia and schizophreniform disorder in accordance with DSM-IV criteria. Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) were measured at baseline, week 4 and week 8 as were weight and Body Mass Index(BMI). A flexible dose of olanzapine plus fixed 150mg(b.i.d) dose of nizatidine was administered to all patients. Weight and BMI(kg/m^2) were recorded at each visit. Results:A combination of nazatidine resulted in significant reversal of OAWG without worsening the psychopathology. In the with studies of Western populations, an add-on therapy of nizatidine could be an effective option for the control of weight gain in olanzapine-treated patients in Korea. Conclusion:Our finding call for further evaluation of the effect of this drug on schizophrenics, with randomized placebo-controlled studies, in Asian populations.

We hereupon present a case of injured temporomandibular joint (TMJ) associated with fluoxetine monotherapy-inducedrepeated yawning. Further information is needed regarding the relationship between fluoxetine administration and clinically significant yawning. Clinicians should be more careful to listen to their patients when they describe unexpected reactions to medications.

마취중 체온변화에 관한 연구

To study the temperature change and the degree of heat loss during general anesthesia, skin temperature, tympanic temperature and rectal temperature were measured in 21 patients. Mean skin temperature was calculated from four probes situated on the lateral aspect of the mid-calf, the ventral surface of the mid-thigh, the nipple and the lateral aspect of the upper arm, using the formula of Ramanathan, and the heat loss can be calculated by Burton's formula. the result are as follows. 1. Mean skin temperature increased higher than control value at 20 minute, not significantly. thereafter remained high. 2. Tympanic temperature decreased significantly at 20 minute (p<0.005), esophageal temperature decreased at 60minute, and rectal temperature decreased at 90 minute significantly (p<0.05). 3. There was continuous loss of total body heat during general anesthesia. 4. In the recovery room, the aural temperature increased progressively.

규칙적인 운동에 따른 체력과 신체조성 비교

본 연구는 규칙적인 신체활동이 체력 및 신체구성에 어떠한 생리학적 효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 창원시에 거주하고 있는 중년여성들을 대상으로 1년 이상 규칙적으로 운동(조깅, 수영, 등산, 에어로빅 댄스)를 하고 있는 30대 25명, 40대 9명과 운동을 하지 않는 30대 20명, 40대 16명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 측정된 자료는 연령과 집단별 요인에 따른 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 집단별 평균차를 검증하기 위하여 이원변량분석(2-way ANOVA)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 연령과 집단별 체력요인에 대해 비교한 결과 규칙적인 운동집단에서 최대산소섭취량, 배근력, 윗몸일으키기, 전신반응, 눈감고 외발서기, 폐활량 등은 비운동집단 보다 높게 나타났으며 최대산소섭취량, 윗몸 일으키기, 전신반응, 폐활량에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 2. 연령과 집단별 신체조성요인에 대해 비교한 결과 규칙적인 운동집단이나 비운동집단 에서 체지방률, 지방량, 제지방량, 전체 수분량, 비만도가 비슷하게 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이상과 같이 규칙적인 운동이 체력요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤기 때문에 개인의 체력과 신체조성에 알맞은 운동형태, 운동강도, 운동량, 운동빈도, 연령, 성 등의 복합적인 요인을 고려한 운동프로그램을 규칙적으로 수행함으로써 운동의 효과를 극대화할 수 있으며, 노화를 지연시키고, 질적인 삶에 크게 기여할 수 있는 것으로 생각된다.

주의력결핍과잉행동장애와 Alpha-1C-Adrenergic 수용체 유전자와의 연관성에 대한 연구

Objectives : Neurobiological and pharmacological research has suggested that the dysregulation of the central noradrenergic systems might be involved in the pathophysiology of ADHD. The aim of this study was to examine the association of the alpha-1C-adrenergic receptor gene (ADRA1C) with ADHD in Korean subjects. Methods : In a case-control study, we assessed 186 DSM-IV ADHD probands and 150 normal controls. One hundred and eight trios were studied in a family-based association analysis. Psychiatric diagnoses were derived through structured diagnostic interviews. For the clinical evaluation of the ADHD subjects, the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), the ADHD Rating Scale-IV (ARS) and the Junior Temperament and Character Inventory (JTCI) were administered. A computerized continuous performance test (CPT) was used to measure the inattention and impulsivity of the ADHD children. Results : There were no significant differences in the genotype or allele frequencies of the ADRA1C PstI polymorphism between the ADHD and control group (p>0.05). The transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) analysis observed no evidence for biased transmission of any of the alleles of the PstI polymorphism. There were no significant differences in the CPT or JTCI profiles between those ADHD subjects with the CC genotype and those with the other (CT+TT) genotypes at the PstI polymorphism. Conclusion : The results of this study do not support the ADRA1C as a major genetic susceptibility factor in ADHD.
